외해 양식장 콘크리트 부유식 방파제 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study of the Development of a Concrete Floating Breakwater for an Open Sea Fish Farm)

  • The ecological changes in the ocean due to the drastic global warming require that action be taken to sustain the productivity of fisheries. Proper ocean facilities could help prevent the loss of the expenditures made on marine aquaculture and reduce the related compensation for various ocean conditions. The aim of this study was to develop a floating ocean wave-breaker using an eco-friendly concrete and conducting a site survey, a structural analysis, and a test of towing the tank. As a result, the wave at the fish farm would be reduced. The results of the holding power of anchors and the capability of moving the floating structures were considered in the design of the wave-breaker. The analyses of the material properties of concrete and the steel structures, as well as the CAPEX and OPEX analyses of the manufacturing and operation processes confirmed the superiority of the floating concrete wave-breaker. In particular, this study demonstrated that the concrete floating breakwater can protect the fish farm against typhoons and reverse-waves, thereby reducing losses of the fish.

콘크리트 구조물 기반 플로팅 플랫폼 연결에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Connector of Floating Platform based on Concrete Structures)

  • 본 연구는 다양한 기상변화에 따른 안전을 확보하기 위한 해상에서의 플로팅 플랫폼의 연결에 대하여 연구하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 다양한 해상변화가 일어나는 연안역에 설치되는 플로팅 구조물에 관한 문헌 조사를 실시한 후, 콘크리트 구조물 연결하는 모델을 제시하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 플로팅 구조의 개념, 기존의 모델, 설계적 평가를 포함한 콘크리트 구조물 기반 플로팅 플랫폼을 기술하였고, Rigid Pontoon Connector를 국내 연안역에 적합한 모델로 제안하였다. 연구의 결과로서, 리기드 폰툰 커넥터 디자인은 (Rigid Pontoon Connector) 안정적으로 플로팅 플랫폼의 연결을 구축할 수 있는 매우 효율적이고 실용적인 솔루션으로 분석되었다.

뜬바닥구조의 균열강도 평가 (Evaluation of Cracking Strength of Floating Floor System)

  • 이 연구에서는 층간소음을 억제하기 위하여 사용되는 뜬바닥구조의 구조거동을 실험을 통하여 평가하였다. 최근 층간소음을 억제하기 위하여 연질의 완충재가 사용되며, 이로 인하여 마감모르타르나 기포콘크리트에 균열이 발생할 가능성이 높아지고 있다. 이 연구에서는 완충재의 강성, 하중가력 위치, 바닥 구성층을 변수로 하는 16개의 2방향 뜬바닥구조를 실험하였다. 실험에 의하면 완충재의 강성은 뜬바닥구조의 균열강도에 큰 영향을 미치며 완충재의 할선계수가 0.2MPa인 경우에 낮은 강도에서 균열이 발생하였다. 또한 슬래브의 단부나 모서리에 하중이 가력될 경우에 균열강도가 감소하였다. 뜬바닥구조를 이루고 있는 마감모르타르는 균열강도에 영향을 주었지만 기포콘크리트는 균열강도에 영향을 주지 않았다.

  • Recently, owing to the deterioration of reconstruction and the construction, much of the construction waste is discharged in our construction field, and the amount of construction waste are rapidly increased. These waste are raised to financial and environmental problems, so the method of reusing waste concretes has been studied and carried out many direction. Especially being want of resources, if waste concrete could be recycled as aggregate for concrete, it will contribute to solve the exhaustion of natural aggregate, in terms of saving resources and protecting environment. This study is that the floating properties of concrete with recycled coarse aggregate were investigated for the substitution of recycled coarse aggregate. The result of this study, floating properties increases and strength development of concrete is showing a clear strength increase effect compare to blast furnace slag non-mixing according to age passing in case of use blast furnace slag. The Quality of recycled coarse aggregate concrete was improved by water reducing.

  • In conventional methods, the availability of floating crane has determined the size of a concrete caisson. However, this paper introduces a new method for larger caisson production that make it possible to complete caisson fabrication and launch out without use of floating crane. The new method carries out multi-step fabrication of caisson and horizontal transfer of caisson on a single casting bed which consists of collapsible soffit form, trough, aero go watercaster system or low frictional PTFE added jacking system, half-submergible floating dock. To make the new method successfully launched, the static and dynamic analysis is carried out to obtain the stability of caisson launching and experimental research is conducted in evaluating friction occurred between PTFE pad and steel track. Lastly, the comparison of the new method and the conventional method are detailed. With significant benefits in construction costs reduction and construction time reduction, this new method in this paper would be recommended for extensive application in large port and harbor construction projects.

프리캐스트 콘크리트 부유식 구조물의 모듈 접합부 강도 (Strength of Joint in Floating Structures Constructed with Precast Concrete Modules)

  • 프리캐스트 콘크리트 모듈 단위로 시공되는 플로팅 구조물의 거동은 콘크리트 모듈 접합부의 거동과 밀접한 연관성을 갖는다. 극한하중조건에서의 플로팅 구조물의 구조적 거동을 정확히 예측하기 위해서 모듈 접합부의 구조거동 실험연구를 수행하였다. 모듈 접합부 전단키의 전단거동, 전단강도 및 균열 패턴을 파악하였다. 실험결과는 전단키의 경사각도가 증가함에 따라 전단강도가 증가하는 것을 나타낸다. 또한, 구속응력이 증가함에 따라 전단키의 전단강도가 증가한다. 실험결과와 AASHTO 제안식에 의한 예측값을 비교하였으며, AASHTO 제안식은 실험값을 과소평가하고 있다.

  • The passage of railway vehicles generates mechanical vibrations and noises. This problem can be mitigated by the 'floating slab track' that isolating from infrastructures by installing vibration isolator in the concrete slab track. In the previous researches, adjacent floating slab tracks are connected by dowel bar system. It has been reported that many dowel bars with less diameter show better load transfer efficiency (LTE) compared to small number of dowel bars with larger diameter under the condition of the same dowel area. In this study, dowel system is further considered as a concrete anchorage system and the design strength of the dowel system was evaluated based on ACI code 318-08 Appendix D. The design strength of dowel system is then verified against failure load test of floating slab system.

  • As one of countermeasures for vibration and noise source which come from train operation in subway system, the heavy-weighted tunnel structure and the low-vibration track design have been adopted. In recent the low-vibration concrete track have been constructed to enhance the maintenance effectiveness as well as the reduction of vibration. This paper is explaining and evaluating of the characteristics of vibration and its effects comparing to tile ballast track, concrete track, and full surface supported floating slab track installed on Express bus terminal in Seoul subway No. 7 line.
