어선-탱크로리 간의 NH3 이적 시 누출에 따른 정량적 피해영향분석 (Quantitative Analysis of Damage Impacts in case of Bunkering NH3 from Tank Lorry to Fishing Vessel)

  • 지난 10년간 국내 화학물질 사고의 약 21%가 운송 차량에 의해 발생하였으며 그중 암모니아는 국내 화학물질 관련 사고 672건 중 82건으로 가장 많은 사고가 발생한 화학물질이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 어선과 운송 차량 간 암모니아 이적 작업 중 누출사고가 발생할 경우의 계절별 대안 시나리오와 최악의 시나리오를 가정하였고 인구밀도 자료와 기상 특성을 토대로 ALOHA와 프로빗 분석, Python의 Folium 모듈을 통해 피해 범위와 그 영향을 해석하였다. 대안 시나리오에서 복사열의 경우 겨울철 2도 화상이 우려되는 범위가 41m, 최고 복사열이 5.01kW/m2로 가장 높았으며 과압의 경우 피해 최저기준보다 낮은 6.56kPa를 보여 압력에 의한 영향이 적은 것을 파악하였다. 그리고 독성 피해의 경우 여름철 EPPG-2 끝점이 5.0km로 복사열과 과압의 피해 영향보다 넓은 범위를 보였고, 독성 사망률에 대한 프로빗 분석 결과 인구밀도가 높은 항만과 관광지역에서 95~100%의 사망률을 확인하였다.

선박의 횡요주기와 관성모멘트 변화에 따른 GM 추정 및 분석을 위한 실험 연구 (Experimental Study on the Analysis and Estimation of Metacentric Height in Response to Roll Period and Moment of Inertia Variations in Ships)

  • 본 연구는 모형선박의 횡방향 무게분포를 변화시키면서 횡요주기 및 관성모멘트에 의한 GM을 추정하고 경사시험으로 계측되는 GM 값과 비교한다. 그 과정에서 각 수치를 분석하여 관계성을 파악한다. 실험 및 비교에 사용된 선박의 종류는 3종류로 7톤급, 20톤급 어선과 KVLCC의 모형선을 사용하였다. 실험은 스윙프레임 테스트와 자유 횡요 감쇠테스트를 수행하여 관성모멘트와 횡요주기를 계측하고, 경사시험으로 GM을 계측하였다. 관성모멘트와 횡요주기로 추정된 GM과 경사시험으로 구해진 GM은 선박의 무게 분포 변화에도 동일한 경향을 보였지만, 경사시험에서 구해진 GM이 더 작은 값을 보였다. 따라서 GM 추정 시에 관성모멘트나 횡요주기 외에도 추가적인 보정 계수나 파라미터가 필요하다고 판단된다. 추후 무게중심을 변화시켜 추정 GM과의 관계를 분석하여 보정 계수를 산출할 계획이다.

해양사고의 분석과 방지대책에 관한 연구 (The Study on the Analysis of Marine Accidents and Preventive Measures)

  • 1992~2001년에 걸쳐 10년간 해양사고를 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 용도별 사고 발생 빈도는 어선 69.9%, 화물선 12.3%, 유조선 4.3%, 예인선 3.8%, 여객선 2.1%이였다. 2. 원인별 사고 발생 빈도는 운항상 과실 67.3%, 기관설비 취급불량 21.7%, 기상 등 기타 11%로서 주로 운항자의 자질미숙과 과실로 언한 사고가 많았다. 3. 유형별 사고 발생 빈도는 기관 및 선체 손상 27.5%, 충돌 24%, 침몰 11.3%, 화재 7.9%, 좌초 10%의 나타났다. 4. 해역별 사고 발생 빈도는 연안 및 항내 74.6%, 근해 및 원양 25.4%를 보였고, 톤급별 사고 발생은 500톤 미만 소형선에서 84.3%를 보였고, 시각별 사고 발생은 04~08시에 가장 많았다.

동지나해 어장의 회전 조류에 관하여 (A Study on the Rotary Tidal Current in the East China Sea)

  • Even though it is well known that the tidal current in the East China Sea rotates clockwise, few report can be found about the precise pattern of it. To furnish some information available for the stow net fishermen, the author carried out the observation over 235 semidiurnal tidal cycle to investigate the pattern of the set and the rate of tidal current in the Korean fishing section 250 and 494, by reading the current meter and by tracing the corner reflectors with radar onboard the anchored obsen'ation vessel, from May 12, 1984 through February 27, 1986. The results obtained are as follows: 1. The mean semidiurnal tidal cycle was 12 h 20 m during spring tide, and 12 h 30 m during neap tide. 2. The mean interval from the calculated time of high water until the current began to set north was 2 h 30 m and 2 h 15 m in the fishing section 250 and 494 respectively, and the mean interval from the time of low water current began to set south was about 2 h 0 m in both sections. 3. In comparison of the occupied times to vary the set from one of 8 principal bearing points to the neighboring one, the shortest was while the set varied from N to NE and S to SW in the section 250 and 494 respectively. Contrary the longest was while the set varied from SE to S and from W to NW in the section 250 and 494 respectively. 4. In comparison of the rate while the set varied from one of 8 principal bearing points to the neighboring one, the fastest was while the set varied from SE to Sand NW to N in the section 250, and E to SE and W to NW in the section 494. Contrary the slowest was while the current set to NE and S W in the section 250, and N, NE and S W in the section 494.

제주 연안 재래식 갈치 채낚기의 침지시간에 의한 조획률 및 미끼 탈락률 (Hooking rate and bait loss rate of traditional hairtail hand line according to immersion time in the coastal waters of Jeju)

  • This paper is to investigate the effect of the immersion time in the traditional hairtail hand line for developing the fishing methods and the fishing gear in the coast of jeju. The operating of 32 times was made with each different immersion time of hairtail hand line, and the relations between the catch and the immersion time were examined. As the result, targeted species rate was over 98% of total catch. From about 800 seconds after casting, the hooking rate was decreased and the bite loss rate was increased, it seems to be made by the decreasing factors of predators including the cutting of branch lines etc. In addition, it was supposed that the hooking rate and the bait loss rate had a deep connection with feeding time zone. The level of the correlation coefficient of the bait loss rate according to the immersion time was 0.54 at $p{\leq}0.01$, in the case of the hooking rate, 0.59 was chosen after about 800 seconds. The hooking rate and the bait loss rate according to the hook number were not irrelevant to the fish school layer. Additionally, it was assumed that the bait loss rate was related to the depth of water.

설문에 의한 6급 항해사 면허 면접시험 응시자의 성향 분석 (Propensity Analysis for Oral Exam Candidates of Sixth Class Deck Officer's License using Questionnaire)

  • The propensity analysis for oral exam candidates of sixth class deck officer's license was conducted to serve as a basic data for improving the ability of seamanship and a stable workforce supply using a questionnaire. A general information of them was identified as 64.4% of offshore fishing, 56.8% of over 50, 56.6% of less middle school education, 55.6% of under 100 gross tonnage, 81.2% of over 10 years experience, 85.6% of deck department, which means they are from mainly less than 100 gross tonnage of offshore fishing vessel, less educated, and long term experienced in the deck job. The reason why they took the test was mainly due to their will (71.1%). And 52.7% of them took the test for the first time, 52.7% of answers responded they are lack of knowledge about a written exam and text of KIMFT in preparation data for an oral exam 23.3%. Given the fact that 83.3% of respondents experienced marine accidents on board, the need for marine casualty reduction education was verified. Even after obtaining a license, they showed a higher preference of boarding that they embarked before the examination. Also, 61.7% of them have a plan for long-term boarding at least three years, thus leading to supply of workforce in coastal and offshore areas.

A general information of them was identified as 62.1% of offshore fishing, 59.3% of over 50, 59.4% of less middle school education, 52.4% of under 100 gross tonnage, 75.2% of under 1,500kW engine output, 72.5% of over 10 years experience, 72.4% of engine department, which means they are from mainly less than 100 gross tonnage of offshore fishing vessel, less educated, and long term experienced in the engine job. The reason why they took the test was mainly due to their will (51.7%). And 45.5% of them took the test for the first time, 45.5% of answers responded they are lack of knowledge about a written exam and text of KIMFT in preparation data for an oral exam 35.9%. Given the fact that 74.5% of respondents experienced marine accidents with engine damage on board, the need for marine casualty reduction education was verified. Even after obtaining a license, they showed a higher preference of boarding that they embarked before the examination. Also, 61.4% of them have a plan for long-term boarding at least three years, thus leading to supply of workforce in coastal and offshore areas.

중간기 열원수 온도에 따른 만액식 해수냉각시스템의 성능 특성 (Performance Characteristics of Flooded Type Evaporator for Seawater Cooling System with Heat Source Temperature of Mid-year)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the performance characteristics of seawater cooling system for a fishing vessel. The circulation amount of refrigerant, condensation capacity, evaporation capacity, compression work and coefficient of performance(COP) were analyzed as the heat source temperature changed. The experimental setup consisted of an open-type compressor, a shell&tube type condenser, an evaporator and an expansion valve. The heat source was controlled by a constant temperature chamber. The main results of this study are summarized as follows. The condensation capacity increased with increasing heat source temperature, and it was confirmed that the effect of circulating amount of refrigerant was dominant. The amount of heat for vaporization was almost constant even though the temperature of the heat source increased. On the other hand, the compression power was increased. This is because the compression ratio increases as the condensation pressure, the enthalpy difference between inlet and outlet, the amount of circulating refrigerant increases. The performance coefficient of this system showed a tendency decreasing with increasing heat source temperature. Therefore, the basic data of the seawater cooling system for the maintenance of the catch line of the shore fishing boats was acquired through this study, and it is considered that it will be sufficient for the actual design.

  • 조업중의 어선이나 어구로부터 발생되는 수중소음의 음향특성을 구하기 위하여 특별히 고안된 수중녹음장치를 이용하여 트로올어구의 수중소음을 녹음분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 조업중인 트로올어구에서 측정수 소음에는 어선이 발하는 소음의 영향을 극히 적다. 2. 소음의 주파수분포는 $DC\~6,300\;Hz$이고 그 중 우세한 주파수대는 $100Hz\~6,300Hz$이며 최대음압은 $137db(re\;1:{\mu}Pa$이었다. 3. 뜸줄부보다 발줄부에서 음압준위가 높고 자루부분에서의 음압준위가 가장 낮았다. 4. 예망중일 때보다 양망중일 때가 음압준위가 높고 투망중의 음압준위가 가장 낮았다. 5. 예망중의 트롤어구에서 발생되는 수중소음의 주된 음원은 어구의 ground rope와 해저의 마찰음 및 otter board와 해저와의 마찰음이라고 추정할 수 있다.

결함수 분석 (FTA) 기법을 이용한 어선 해양 사고 분석 (An analysis on marine casualties of fishing vessel by FTA method)

  • The most frequent occurring and the serious marine casualties in fishing vessels are the collision in statistics from Korea Maritime Safety Tribunal (2008-2015). Collisions are is given a great deal of weight in all marine casualties, and the main cause of collisions is the negligence of watching. From this point of view, this study deals with the collision and its immediate cause, the negligence of watching which are main factors on the indirect causes. Basic analyzing data was gathered from the questionnaire made by experts of sea service part, and analyzed by using the fault tree analysis (FTA). From the result of the study, the occurrent probability of the negligence of watching in the collision due to the indirect causes occupied 64.9%, and its probability caused by the man factors was less than the other factors; i.e. the media factors and the management factors. For the reduction of the negligence of watching in the collision from this study, it needs an effort to remove not only the man factors, but also the media factors and management factors.
