In this study, the opto-electric properties of EL devices with PMN dielectric layer with variation of firing tempereature were investigated. For the PMN dielectric layer process, the paste was prepared by optimization of quantitative mixing of PMN powder, $BaTiO_3$, Glass Frit, $\alpha$-Terpineol and ethyl cellulose. The EL device stack consists of Alumina substrate ($Al_2O_3$), metallic electrode (Au), insulating layer (manufactured PMN paste), phosphor layer (ELPP- 030, ELK) and transparent electrode (ITO), which is well structure as a thick film EL device. The phase transformation properties of PMN dielectric with various firing temperatures of $150^{\circ}C$ to $850^{\circ}C$ was characterized by XRD. Also the opto-electric properties of EL devices with different firing temperature were investigated by LCR meter and spectrometer. We found the best opto-electric property was obtained at the condition of $550^{\circ}C$ firing which is 3432.96 $cd/m^2$ at 1948.3 pF Capacitance, 40 kHz Frequency, 40% Duty, Vth+330 V voltage.
The current investigation aims to study performance of geopolymer mortar reinforced with Multiwalled carbon nanotubes upon exposure to $200^{\circ}C$ to $1000^{\circ}C$ for 2 hrs. MWCNTs are doped into slag Geopolymer mortar matrices in the ratio of 0.0 to 0.4, % by weight of binder. Mortar composed of calcium aluminosilicate to sand (1:2), however, binder composed of 50% air cooled slag and 50% water cooled slag. Various water / binder ratios in the range of 0.114-0.129 used depending on the added MWCNT, while 6 wt., % sodium hydroxide used as an alkali activator. Results illustrate reduction in mechanical strength with temperature except specimens containing 0.1 and 0.2% MWCNT at $200^{\circ}C$, while further increase in temperature leads to decrease in strength values of the resulting geopolymer mortar. Also, decrease in firing shrinkage with MWCNT up to 0.1% at all firing temperatures up to $500^{\circ}C$ is observed, however the shrinkage values increase with temperature up to $500^{\circ}C$. Further increase on the firing temperature up to $1000^{\circ}C$ results in an increase in the volume due to expansion.

A performance evaluation is made in terms of thrust, impulse bit. and specific impulses for a set of mono-propellant hydrazine thrusters producing 0.95 lbf of nominal thrust at an inlet pressure of 350 psia. With a brief description on the hot-firing test configuration and procedures. a typical data obtained from steady-state firing mode is given directly showing the variational behavior of propellant supply pressure, mass flow rate, vacuum condition, and thrust. The performance features are successfully compared to the reference criteria of 1-lbf standard mono-propellant rocket engine. Additionally. a statistical inter-thruster treatment is concisely depicted for the justification of selected thrusters as a grouped member of flight model for spacecraft propulsion system.

In general the data such as thrust, pressure, temperature and combustion time are measured in developing the propulsion system of solid rocket motor through static firing test. But in the case of personal surface to air missile there are required a severe safety specifications in order to eliminate gunner hazard from the exhaust plume of motors. The safety requirements lead to the design of separation device and safety igniter device. The dynamic firing test for the designed two devices should be conducted under the flight environmental conditions to verify the requirements compliance. In this study the technique for dynamic firing test of propulsion system of personal surface to air missile is proposed and the method to design the dynamic test bench is also studied.

A subscale gas generator was designed and manufactured to understand a reason for increased pressure drop of liquid oxygen injectors observed in a technology demonstration model of a 75 ton-class gas generator. A total of 6 hot-firing tests were successfully performed including experimental conditions of design and off-design points. The hot-firing results showed that discharge coefficients of fuel and liquid oxygen remained constant as the mixture ratio varied at a fixed chamber pressure. At a fixed mixture ratio, it was also found that discharge coefficients of fuel and liquid oxygen was constant as the chamber pressure was increased.

A performance evaluation of the 200 N-class GCH4/LOx small rocket engine was performed through ground hot-firing test. As a result, the combustion pressure and thrust raised with the increase of the oxidizer supply pressure, and thus the specific impulse, characteristic velocity, and their efficiency increased. The characteristic velocity was measured at about 90% performance efficiency. The change of chamber aspect ratio did not affect the performance of the rocket engine in the test condition specified. In addition, uncertainty evaluation was conducted to ensure the reliability of the test results.
Purpose: This study was observation shear bonding strength by compositional change and firing step of a Ni-Cr alloy for porcelain fused metal crown. The aim of study was to suggest the material for firing step of Ni71-Cr14 alloy to development of alloy for porcelain fused to metal crown. Methods: The test was on the two kinds of Ni-Cr alloy specimens. The surfaces of two alloys were analyzed by EDX in order to observe oxide characteristic. And the shear test was performed by MTS. Results: The surface property and oxide characteristic analysis of oxide layer, weight percentage of Element O within $Ni_{71}Cr_{14}$ alloy measured 23.32wt%, and $Ni_{59}Cr_{24}$ alloy was measured 23.03wt%. And the maximum shear bonding strength was measured 58.02MPa between $Ni_{59}Cr_{24}$ alloy and vintage halo(H4 group). Conclusion: The surface property and oxide characteristic three kind of Ni-Cr alloy was similar. and shear bonding strength showed the highest bonding strength in H4 specimens.
The sintering behaviors of the glass-alumina composites for low firing temperature were investigated as functiions of the volume fraction of alumina powder and the particle size with respect to porosity and pore shape. As the volume fraction of alumina powder was increased or the particle size of it was decreased, the sintering temperature of open pore-closing was raised. When the volume fractions of alumina which had 2.19$\mu\textrm{m}$ median diameter were increased with 20, 30, 40, and 50%, the sintering temperatures of open pore-closing were 425, 450, 475, and 500$^{\circ}C$. And when the median particle size of alumina was diminished from 2.19$\mu\textrm{m}$ to 0.38$\mu\textrm{m}$, the sintering temperature of open pore-closing was increased from 450$^{\circ}C$ to 475$^{\circ}C$. Especially, the sintering temperature, which showed maximum density, was corresponded with the stage of open pore-closing and after achieving maximum density over heating resulted in dedensification of specimen, so called, over-firing behavior.

In order to reduce the level of recoil force, new recoil technology must be employed. The present study discusses a soft-recoil system that can reduce dramatically the recoil force. The firing sequence of the soft recoil system is radically different from that of a conventional system. The gun is latched and preloaded in its out-of-battery position prior to firing. When unlatched, the gun is accelerated and forward momentum is imparted to the recoiling parts. This momentum is opposed by the ballistic force imparted by firing and the recoil force and stoke will be reduced. In the present study, the soft-recoil system with hydraulic dampers is simulated and its characteristics are investigated theoretically. The results of the simulation show that the soft-recoil system could dramatically reduce the recoil force and the recoil stroke compared to the conventional recoil systems. However, the soft-recoil system was not able to perform well when the firing fault modes like prefire, hang-fire, and misfire happen. Hence, we need to employ a control algorithm to prevent the damage of the recoil system due to these fault mode.

This paper had mentioned about CCP light source application for increasing the efficiency of Xe lamp the mercury-free lamp. In order to increase the efficiency of Xe EEFL, we designed and manufactured the lamp used by mixture gas of Xe, Ne and He. Also, we have analyzed the electrical and optical properties with the firing voltage, sustain voltage, paschen's curve, wall charge, and capacitance. As a result, the firing voltage decreased by increasing the ration of mixture gas. and, It is owing to include the gas with high ionization energy. The firing voltage decreased in condition happening the penning effect, Because the ion of metastable state created from penning effect, Which can encourage the ionization phenomena. Also, the wavelength of 467.12 is increase. because of the energy transition in the wavelength of 147 nm. therefore, we can know about the affection of phosphor with UV emission properties. Through an experiment, Xe 100 % and Xe 75 % confirmed same spectrum properties by each mixture gas ratio. In the case of Xe 50 %, spectrum properties appeared Xe discharge and Ne-He discharge. That analyzed an electrical and optical properties. Therefore, confirmed that is excellent because properties of firing voltage, wall charge, capacitance in Xe 50 %, Ne : He = 9 : 1. We offered parameter in inverter manufacture and lamp manufacture by electrical and optical properties.
