두부외상 환자의 신경정신의학적 평가(II) : 뇌의 구조적 영상검사상의 병변 유무에 따른 두부외상 환자군의 비교 - 기능적 및 심리적 검사소견과의 연관성을 중심으로 (Neuropsychiatric Evaluation of Head-Injured Patients(II) : A Comparative Study of Brain-injured Patients with and without Abnormal Findings in the Structural Brain Imaging - Mainly in Relation to Functional Brain Studies and Psychological Evaluation)

  • There has been an increase in head trauma due to rapid industralization and improvement in transportation. This poses difficulties in differentiating between neuropsychiatric disabilities resulting from real organic changes and those arising from compensation issues. It is the purpose of this study to seek out the differences between normal and abnormal finding group in the structural brain imaging studies via the results of the functional brain imaging studies and psychological tests. Out of 132 subjects, 62 comprised normal and 70 the abnormal finding group. EEG and SPECT were chosen for inspection of functional brain imaging. MMPI and K-WAIS were chosen for psychological test. The subjects were further divided into right hemispheric damage, left hemispheric damage, both hemispheric damage, diffuse damage group and negative group in order to find out whether any differences in the psychological lest results could be localized. The results are as follows : 1) The abnormal finding group, the EEG and SPECT were proven to be a good predictor of brain lesion. This implies that even in the functional brain studies, abnormalities are more easily detected if there are visible brain lesions. 2) The FSIQ of the abnormal finding group is lower than that of normal finding group. this difference is mainly due to low V1Q. The left hemispheric damage group lend to shaw low V1Q. This lowered in was the difference between left hemispheric damage group and negative group. Furthermore, there were no group differences in the PIQ. It is concluded that K-WAIS is effective as evaluator of VIQ mainly of those patients with left hemispheric damage and it is ineffective as a evaluator of PIQ. 3) In the MMPI profile, the both groups displayed high neurotic profiles. There was no difference in the psychotic profiles. The scores of the Depression and Hystery were high in abnormal finding group. This can be seen as one of the lypical findings of chronic head trauma patients. 4) The abnormal finding group tend to be diagnosed as organic mental disorder in the psychological tests more frequently.

원형배열안테나의 위상간섭에 의한 방향탐지 성능저하 개선연구 (The study of improving the performance of lower direction finding ability due to the interfered phase difference of circular array Antennas)

  • 본 논문은 전파 수집 및 감시 시스템 등에 사용되는 신호의 도래 방향 측정에 관한 연구로써, V/UHF 대역의 다섯 개의 다이폴 안테나를 등 간격으로 원형 배열하여 얻어지는 안테나 간의 위상차 데이터를 CVDF(Correlation Vector Direction Finding) 알고리즘을 적용하여 방향을 추정하였다. CVDF 알고리즘을 적용하여 방향탐지 정확도를 높이기 위해서는 기본적으로 안테나로부터 얻어지는 위상 패턴이 왜곡되지 않고 이상적은 패턴을 가져야 한다. 그러나, 실 환경에서 원형 배열안테나의 위상패턴은 특정 주파수 대역, 특정 방위에서 왜곡되어 나타날 수 있다. 그 이유는 안테나 한 개의 소자만 사용할 때와는 다르게 안테나를 원형 배열구조로 배치함으로써 안테나 각 소자간의 간섭 및 센터폴(원형배열의 중앙에 위치하는 안테나 지지대)의 영향으로 인해 위상 패턴의 왜곡이 생길 수 있다. 특히 안테나 감도를 좋게 하기 위해 신호 증폭 특성을 갖는 Active 안테나를 사용하게 됐을 때는 Passive 안테나를 사용했을 때보다 이런 왜곡현상이 더 크게 나타나게 된다. 본 논문에서는 단순 CVDF 알고리즘을 적용했을 때의 방향탐지 측정 능력이 저하되는 현상을 최소화하여 방향탐지 측정능력 개선시키기 위한 방법으로, 위상을 측정하는 안테나의 조합을 실시간으로 변경하는 방법 및 안테나 빔패턴을 활용하는 방법등을 제안한다. 위의 제안된 개선알고리즘 적용 전/후의 시험결과를 통하여 이 제안방안의 타당성을 확인한다.

STEAM 문제 상황에서 중등 영재반 학생들이 나타낸 문제의 발견과 해결 특성 (Features of Problem-Finding and Problem-Solving of the Secondary Gifted Students in the Context of STEAM Convergent Problems)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 STEAM 융합적 문제 상황에 대하여 중등영재반별로 나타내는 문제발견과 문제해결 능력의 특성을 알아보는데 있다. 이를 위해 STEAM 융합적 문제해결력 검사지를 사용하여 중등영재반별로 문제의 발견과 문제해결 과정에 작성한 활동지, 산출물 등을 정량적 및 정성적으로 비교·분석하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 제시한 문제해결력 검사지가 지닌 전공 특수성이 문항에 대한 선호도와 문제를 발견하는 양상에 영향을 미침을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 영재반별로 특정 과제에 대해 영재반에 따른 문제의 발견과 문제의 해결 능력의 차이를 보이는 것이 아니라 모둠별로 차이를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, STEAM 융합적 문제 상황에서 문제의 발견과 문제해결에 전공 영역보다 개별 창의성과 모둠의 협력적 창의성이 더 크게 작용했음을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구결과에 의하면 문제의 발견과 문제해결력 평가에서 영재 학생들의 정의적 요인과 협력의 개념을 포함할 필요가 있고, 집단 창의성이 잘 발휘될 수 있도록 협력적 문제해결능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 교수·학습 전략을 개발할 필요가 있음을 시사한다.

순환검색공간에서 K-최근접객체 쌍을 찾는 알고리즘에 관한 연구 (Algorithm for Finding K-Nearest Object Pairs in Circular Search Spaces)

  • 최근의 검색시스템에서는 두 객체집합에 대하여 가장 근접해 있는 K개의 객체 쌍을 찾는 질의가 자주 발생한다. 이러한 K개의 최대근접 객체 쌍을 찾는 질의를 효율적으로 처리하기 위해서는 객체의 순환적 위치속성이 고려되어야 한다. 본 논문은 순환도메인을 갖는 검색공간에서 서로 간에 가장 근접해 있는 K개의 객체쌍을 찾는 최적의 알고리즘을 제안하고 그 성능을 실험을 통하여 보인다. 제안한 알고리즘은 객체의 순환적 위치속성이 반영된 순환검색거리를 이용하여 K개의 최대 근접객체 쌍을 찾는 비용을 최적화한다.

전문가시스템을 이용한 최적경로 탐색시스템(X-PATH)의 개발 (Development of Optimal-Path Finding System(X-PATH) Using Search Space Reduction Technique Based on Expert System)

  • The optimal path-finding problem becomes complicated when multiple variables are simultaneously considered such as physical route length, degree of congestion, traffic capacity of intersections, number of intersections and lanes, and existence of free ways. Therefore, many researchers in various fields (management science, computer science, applied mathematics, production planning, satellite launching) attempted to solve the problem by ignoring many variables for problem simplification, by developing intelligent algorithms, or by developing high-speed hardware. In this research, an integration of expert system technique and case-based reasoning in high level with a conventional algorithms in lower level was attempted to develop an optimal path-finding system. Early application of experienced driver's knowledge and case data accumulated in case base drastically reduces number of possible combinations of optimal paths by generating promising alternatives and by eliminating non-profitable alternatives. Then, employment of a conventional optimization algorithm provides faster search mechanisms than other methods such as bidirectional algorithm and $A^*$ algorithm. The conclusion obtained from repeated laboratory experiments with real traffic data in Seoul metropolitan area shows that the integrated approach to finding optimal paths with consideration of various real world constraints provides reasonable solution in a faster way than others.

가정내 아동에 대한 성적 학대사실의 발견방법에 관한 일 연구 (A Study on Ways of Finding sexual Abuse Facts of Children at Home)

  • This paper is study the ways of finding sexual abuse facts of children at home and the standards of recognizing such facts. The investigation and recognition about sexual abuse of children are necessary for remedy or care of children and their family and also for punishment upon the harmer or sanction against him by family laws. But, on account of the characteristics of sexual abuse acts and the standpoint that sufferers are children, it's very difficult to find those kinds of facts. Medical examinations, observations by specialists behavioral indicators, use of dolls & other props, and interviewing are applied to finding sexual abuse facts of children. However, these investigating methods have many uppermost limits, and don't necessarily have conformable conclusions. especially 'interviewing' is essentially used to find a child who has suffered sexual abuses and to investigate and examine a harmer who has been charged with such sexual acts. but 'interviewing' has no less obstacles in reality than has some utilities. For that reason, a follow-up study of (what is) the most effective method is required, with the case=by-case application of other methods. And along with that, it must be taken into consideration that, in process of finding a sexually abused child and in ex post facto measure against accompanying ill effects, the child's protection and the family's privacy ought to be legally guaranteed. So to speak, in making and enforcing the family laws, a profound study of the family to produce good fruits must be made.

화상처리 기법을 이용한 디버링 시스템에 관한 연구 (A Study of Deburring System Using The Image Processing Technique)

  • Burr is a projected part of finished workpiece. It is unavoidable and undesirable by-product of most metal cutting or shearing process. Also, it must be removed to improve the fit of machined parts, safety of workers, and the effectiveness of finishing operation. But deburring process Is one of manufacturing processes that have not been successfully automated, so deburring automation is strongly needed. This paper focused on developing a basic algorithm to find edge of workpiece and match two different image data for deburring automation which includes automatic recognition of parts, generation of deburring tool paths and edge/comer finding ability by analyzing the DXF drawing file which contains information of part geometry. As an algorithm fur corner finding, SUSAN method was chosen. It makes good performance in finding edge and corner in suitable time. And this paper suggested a simple algorithm to find matching point between CCD image and drawing file.

Rat의 자궁벽에 발생된 stromal sarcoma의 관찰 (Observations of a endometrial stromal sarcoma in the rat uterus wall)

  • The present observation was focussed mainly on the histopathological and immunohistochemical finding of the tumor developing from the outside of rat uterus wall. In gross finding, this tumor were a oval form mass and 0.75cm and 1cm in greatest demension. The sectioned surface showed uniform, solid, gray-white. In histopathological finding, the tumor showed the form of lymphoid nodule-like structure and was composed of the cells with karryorrhexis, karyolysis and necrosis in the central zone, mature cells in the paracentral zone, and concentric layers of compressed, flattened and atrophied smooth muscle fibers by the proliferating of the cells closely resembling endometrial stromal ells in the peripheral zone and a few smaller nodule-like structure in certain areas of the peripheral zone. In immunohistochemical observations, the proliferating cells presents only among the concentric layers of the smooth muscle fibers in the peripheral zone. Labeling index of proliferating cells in the peripheral zone was $4.34{\pm}1.28%$. These tumor cells did not metastasized in another orgns and labeling index was low, So it was concluded that this tumor was benign stomal sarcoma.

방향 탐지용 전파형 대공 근접 신관센서 (A Direction Finding Proximity Fuze Sensor for Anti-air Missiles)

  • This paper presents the direction finding proximity fuze sensor using the clutter rejection method and the adaptive target detection algorithm for anti-air missiles. To remove effects by clutter and detect a target accurately, the clutter rejection method of Legendre sequence with BPSK(Bi phase Shift Keying) modulation has been proposed and the Doppler signal which has cross correlation characteristics is obtained from reflected target signals. Considering the change of the Doppler signal, the adaptive target detection algorithm has been developed and the direction finding algorithm has been fulfilled by comparing received powers from adjacent three receiving antennas. The encounter simulation test apparatus was made to collect and analyze reflected signal and test results showed that the -10 dBsm target was detected over 10 meters and the target with mesh clutter was detected and direction was distinguished definitely.

Differencies in Risk Factors for Cervical Dysplasia with the Applied Diagnostic Method in Serbia

  • Background: In the etiology of cervical cancer not only HPV infection is important, but also other factors such as demographic influences andsexual and reproductive health attitudes, as well as others related to preventive measure usage (or non usage). The aim of this study was to examine factors associated with cervical dysplasia in asymptomatic women who were examined by routine cytology and cervical biopsy for early detection of cervical cancer. Materials and Methods: Socio-demographic and other characteristics were obtained from medical files of 85 examinees with pathologic cytologic findings (Pap test) and histopathologic (HP) findings after biopsy. Results: ccording to the Pap test result, a greater probability for development of cervical dysplasia was noted with examinees having a larger number of sexual partners (OR= 5.01, 95% CI 1.04-24.10), and those who are afraid of the Pap finding. Risk factors for development of cervical dysplasia according to the bioptic finding were early beginning with sexual activities, presence of any STD in personal medical history and fear of the Pap test finding. Conclusions: The only risk factor found to be important for both methods was fear of the Pap testing finding.
