학교보건업무 전산화에 대한 서울시 양호교사의 태도 분석 (Analysis of Nurse Teachers대 Attitudes toward School Health Computerization)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for school health computerization by investigating the nurse teacher's attitudes toward school health computerization. For this study, the questionnaires were given to 559 nurse teachers from 3. March to 17. March, 1995. Among them, 338 were returned and included for the analysis. The results of the study were as follows : 1. In general characteristics, the results showed average of 38.6 years in age ; and average of 11.1 years in education experience. In distribution of school, the result showed 47.0% in elementary school, 30.5% in middle school and 22.5% in high school ; 75.4% national and public school vs 26.4% private school. 2. In attitudes of computerization, the score was varied from 19 to 76 point. The attitudes was generally positive with the average of 60.23±7.63(SD) score. The respondents are willing to participate in computer education(the highest score, 3.69), they worry about electromagnetic waves by computer (the lowest score : 2.30). 3. 92.6% of the respondents want to participate in computer education. The major reason the respondents have not yet learned computer is that they had little chance to learn. While 58.0% of them answered that they had an experience of computer use in school health works, few schools had computer in dispensary. In computer use, nurse teachers in public school have more experience than ones in private school. Word processing was the major function that the most respondents can do(62.7%). They answered that they have little knowledge of computer (84.0%). 4. Computer can be utilized in school health works as follows in order : message from school to home, reports, annual plan and statistics. 65.4% of them answered that computer can be used in 10 items of 13 items. 5. The attitudes of computerization showed differences in the following variables career, age, existence of computer in school health clinic, experience of computer use, intention to participate in computer education, computer knowledge, frequent computer use, ability of computer use, school health computerization areas, experience of computer education. Among there variables, age, existence of computer in school health clinic, intention to participate in computer education, ability of computer use, school health computerization areas showed significant explanation(28.3%) for the attitudes of computerization in multiple regression analysis The younger. the higher degree of intention, the more functions they can perform, the more school health computerization areas, and the more computers in school health clinic, the more positive attitude on school health computerization. In conclusion, to achieve the successful computerization of school health works, the positive attitudes of nurse teachers should be encourged for school health computerization. For this purpose, the chance of computer education should be given as many times as possible. And administerial as well as financial support are essential for enlarging the knowledge and ability of computer.

피부건강에 대한 인식과 관리에 관한 연구 -피부미용 전공과 비전공 여대생을 중심으로- (A Study on Skin Health Knowledge and Treatment -The case of female college students major and non-major in skin care-)

  • 본 연구는 서울소재 대학교에 재학 중인 여대생을 대상으로 피부미용전공과 비전공 여학생들의 피부건강관리의 관심도와 피부상태, 인식 및 관리 행위의 차이점 및 관련성을 파악하고자 하였다. 전공자들과 비전공자들의 대한 비교 분석은 동일한 생활권에서 궁극적으로 전문 학습과 비 전문학습의 일반적인 상태에 대한 지식과 행위를 의미하는 것으로, 연구결과는 다음과 같이 나타났다. 전공 여대생이 비전공 여대생에 비해 피부건강에 대한 관심도가 높은 것으로 유의미한 차이가 있었다(p<.01). 피부미용 전공 여대생은 복합성 피부, 비전공 여대생은 건성 피부가 많은 것으로 유의미한 차이를 보였다(p<.05). 피부 관리 실태에서 색조화장 후 전공여부에 따른 이중세안 정도, 각질 정리 횟수, 마사지나 팩 관리횟수, 선크림 사용 항목에서 각각 유의미한 차이가 있었다(p<.01, p<.001, p<.01, p<.01). 오백식품 및 인스턴트식품의 영향정도와 수분섭취 항목에서 각각 유의미한 차이를 보였다(p<.001).(p<.05). 화장품 사용은 다양한 채널을 통해 효율적인 구매를 하는 경향이었으며, 탁월한 기능이 있을 때는 경제적 부담이 있어도 구입 의향 항목에서 적극적인 성향인 것으로 유의미하게 나타났다(p<.001). 본 연구의 결과는 피부미용 산업 및 교육 분야에 기초자료로 활용되고자 하였다.

귀농귀촌에 대한 원주민의 인식과 욕구 (Awareness and Needs of Original Inhabitants on Urban to Rural Migration)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 귀농귀촌에 대한 원주민의 인식과 욕구를 살펴보고, 그 결과를 기초로 원주민의 입장이 고려된 귀농귀촌정책 사업들을 제언하는 데에 있다. 본 연구는 귀농귀촌에대한 원주민의 경험을 심층적으로 파악함으로써 귀농귀촌에 대한 원주민의 인식과 욕구를 면밀히 알아보기 위해 초점집단인터뷰 방법을 활용하였다. 연구결과, 원주민이 느끼는 '상대적 박탈감', '귀농귀촌의한계와 어려움', '성공적인 정착을 위한 방안'과 같이 총 3개의 상위범주로 분류되었다. 본 연구의 결과를 통한 구체적인 함의는 첫째, 원주민이 인식하는 귀농귀촌은 정부정책의 불만과 귀농귀촌인의 태도가 귀농귀촌에 대한 부정적 인식을 조성하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 귀농귀촌의 한계와 어려움으로서 경제적 어려움과 안정적인 농작물 경작 및 농사기술 습득의 어려움 등이 나타났다. 셋째, 원주민이 생각하는 귀농귀촌인과의 관계형성 및 소통과 화합에 대한 인식으로는 원활한 관계형성을 위해 귀농귀촌인들과 직접적인 소통을 하고 정보를 교환할 수 있는 모임의 활성화와 소통과 협업을 위해 귀농귀촌인들이 농촌문화를 이해하고 배우려는 자세와 노력이 필요하다는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 귀농귀촌과관련된 정보제공 및 지원을 위한 구심점 역할을 하는 기관이 부족함을 알 수 있다. 다섯째, 원주민이 생각하는 귀농귀촌인의정착을 위한 방안들이 도출되었다. 여섯째, 귀농귀촌인의정착과 원주민과의 관계증진이 함께 이루어질 수 있게끔 원주민들이 귀농귀촌인의 멘토가 되는 것이 필요한 것으로 보인다.

해운항만조직의 정보보안이행이 정보보안성과에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Information Security Behaviors on Information Security Performance in Shipping and Port Organization)

  • 최근 조직의 정보유출사고가 연이어 발생하면서 조직차원에서 정보보안 관리와 정보보안대책 수립이 시급하다. 특히 조직구성원들의 정보보안 관리 강화 방안을 마련하고 조직구성원들의 정보보안 인식의 제고를 위해 노력을 기울여야 한다. 조직의 정보보안이행 정도가 정보보안성과에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위한 연구모형을 설정하였으며, 표본 집단으로 해운 항만조직과 금융 보험 조직의 구성원들을 선정하였다. 구조방정식 모형을 이용하여 결과요인을 도출하였으며 설문지를 통해 수집된 데이터를 실증적으로 분석하였다. 해운 항만조직 구성원을 대상으로 정보보안성과에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 정보보안인식에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 정보보안태도, 정보보안관심도로 확인되었으며, 둘째, 조직의 정보보안정책에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 정보보안규범인 것으로 확인되었다. 반면에 정보보안처벌과 정보보안교육은 정보보안정책 준수에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 정보보안인식은 정보보안정책준수, 정보보안능력, 정보보안행동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 넷째, 정보보안정책준수는 정보보안능력과 정보보안행동에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 확인되었다. 마지막으로 정보보안능력과 정보보안행동은 정보보안성과에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 확인되었다.

유전자 치료를 받는 암 환자가 지각하는 사회적 지지와 삶의 질과의 관계 연구 (A Study of the Relationship Between Perceived Social Support and Quality of Life of Cancer Patients receiving Gene therapy)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between perceived social support and the quality of life of cancer patients receiving gene therapy. The subjects for this study were 50 cancer patients receiving gene therapy at two general hospital in Seoul. The data were collected during the period from October 14, 1996 to November 11, 1996. The perceived social support was measured by the family support scale made by Hyun Sook Kang, by the medical support of life scale developed by Ok Soo Kim. The quality of life scale developed by Bang-Whal-Ran was used, among the questionnaire, physical factors was developed by U.S.A National Conference on Cancer Nursing. The data was analysed by the SAS statistical program. Percentile, means and standard deviations, t -test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson correlation were utilized for analysis. The results of this study were as follows. 1. The mean score of the perceived social support of the subjects was 83.66, the item score was 3.8. 1) The mean score of the perceived family support of the subjects was 44.96, the item mean score was 4.5. 2) The mean score of the perceived professional medical support of the subjects was 38.70, the item mean score was 3.2. 2. The mean score of quality of life of the subjects was 120.38, the item mean score was 3.17. For each factor in quality of life scale, the mean score was follows: for attitude toward life, 3.95, for familial relationship and financial status, 3.53, for social activity 3.24, for emotional status, 3.08, for healthy perceptive, 2.90, for physical symptom, 2.80. 3. The result of the analysis of the relationship between perceived social support and quality of life showed a positive correlation(r=.4853, p=.0004). Therefore, the higher the perceived social support of the patients, the higher the quality of life. 1) The result of the analysis of the relationship between perceived family support and quality of life showed significant correlation(r=. 3566, p=.0110). Therefore the higher the perceived family support of the patients, the higher the quality of life. 2) The result of the analysis of the relationship between perceived professional medical support and quality of life showed significant correlation (r=.4477, p=.0011). Therefore, the higher the perceived professional medical support of the patients the higher the quality of life. 4. There was a significant difference in perceived social support according to sex(F=2.1437, p= .0371), others coping non-family (F=2.4863, p=.0164) and duration of treatment (F=4.16, p=.0218). 5. There was a significant differance in quality of life according to sex(F=2.6932, p=.0097), degree of education(F=2.3610, p=.0223), others coping non-family(F=2.0502, p=.0458). In conclusion, this study revealed that social support is an important factor that associated with the quality of life in cancer patients receiving gene therapy.

가정학 전공자의 취업과 전망 (A Study of Current Employment and Future Trends for Young Home Economists)

  • The current employment status among young home economists and perspectives in occupations for prospective Home Economics graduates were explored in this study which utilized information from 17 to 21 colleges in Korea and colleges in the United States during the five years of 1977∼1981. The Home Economics content areas covered in this study were Clothing and Textiles, Foods and Nutrition, Housing and Interior Design, and Child Development and Family Life. The highest percentage of Korean graduates in Clothing and Textiles was employed either as teachers at the junior high school level or as designers in the clothing and textile industries. Quite a number of the graduates were engaged in further studies at the graduate level. Korean graduates with a master's degree were teaching at the college level and some had furthered their studies at the doctorate level either here or abroad. Koreans with a bachelor's degree in Foods and Nutrition held jobs as teachers in junior high school, dieticians at mass feeding institutions and hospitals, food scientists in food industries, and researchers in institutions. Those with a master's degree were teaching at the college level. Americans with a bachelor's degree worked as dieticians, supervisors in restaurants and institutions, extension workers, researchers at various facilities, teachers and clerks. Americans with a master's or doctorate degree were engaged in teaching at colleges or supervising at research or working as extension specialists. In general, Korean graduates were found to hold positions in less varied areas than their American counter-parts. Among forty-nine graduates those working in their professional field reported less sex discrimination that those working in other fields. The major area of employment in Housing and Interior Design or Home Management graduates in Korea was teaching while in the United States it was extension work, business, governmental work and teaching. It was suggested that in the future, career development in Korea be further explored to include extension service, research, social welfare, financial planning, business, free-lancing, funeral home, home-call, and correctional education. Interviews with executives from 6 business enterprises indicated that most of them were aware of the potential contribution home economists could make for their companies but they expressed a negative attitude towards women in general due to their short stay on the job. Jobs held by Child Development and Family Life majors with a bachelor's degree in Korea were mostly teaching positions in public, junior and senior high school. However, jobs such as nursery school teaching, working in clinical setting, business, and teaching at public, junior and senior high school predominated in the United states. Most Korean graduates with a master's degree were teaching in professional colleges while in the United Stated the job variation among the graduates was rather evenly distributed among teaching at college level, public and high school, nursery school and administration areas. Reports from 7 child development majors on the job indicated that they were paid less that secretarial workers. Only half of them were working in their major area and these expressed satisfaction with their work. Two thirds of the respondents indicated no sex discrimination. It was suggested that in the future Child Development and Family Life majors pursue employment in counseling, guidance, recreation, mass media, administration and outreach work as well as education, research and parent education in services for children, teen-agers, adults and families.

미국인의 조기퇴직 역전현상과 고령자 사회정책의 미래 (A Reversal in Retirement Ages and the Future of Social Policy in the United States)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 미국 인구의 고령화 과정에서 장기적인 조기퇴직의 경향과 1985년 이후 일어난 그것의 역전현상에 주목하면서, 그것에 기여하는 사회경제적 여건과 사회정책 프로그램의 변화를 검토하는 것이다. 미국인의 조기퇴직, 곧 퇴직연령 하락의 주원인은 장기적인 부(富)의 증대이며, 이것은 고령 노동자들이 소득창출을 위한 유급노동시장 참여를 하지 않고서도 높은 수준의 생활을 가능하도록 하였다. 사회보장 퇴직연금과 기업 연금제도의 확대 성장은 강제퇴직제도의 도입과 아울러 1980년대 중반까지 조직퇴직의 증가추이에 공헌하였다. 본 연구는 최근의 조기퇴직 역전현상을 지속시킬 수 있는 유인책으로서 고령자 사회정책 프로그램 등에 주목한다. 물론, 여기서 과연 조기퇴직의 역전을 가져오는 사회정책이 필요한가에 대한 질문이다. 환언하면, 노동생산성의 증대나 은퇴전의 근면성(勤勉性)의 향상은 미국인들이 평균수명의 신장으로 퇴직, 곧 "제3의 인생" 이 길어진다고 하더라도 보다 높은 사회생활을 유지하는데 아무런 어려움이 없을 것임을 의미한다. 대부분의 미국인은 현행 각종 사회정책 프로그램이 현역 노동자들에게 상당한 부담을 가져다주더라도 조기퇴직을 허용하는 각종 사회정책 프로그램이 유지되기를 원하고 있다. 이러한 관점에서 볼 때, 미국의 고령자 사회정책은 조기퇴직의 역전을 지속하려는 정책을 계속하기보다는 현역 노동자의 근면성 향상이나 노동생산성의 향상에 초점을 맞추는 프로그램의 개발에도 관심을 집중할 필요가 있을 것이다.요가 있을 것이다.

아내강간 발생과 관련 변수 파악 및 인식 (A Study of the Prevalence, Correlates and Perceptions on Wife Rape)

  • 이 연구는 아내강간이란 단독주제로는 선구적 연구로 아내강간의 발생정도, 관련 사회계층적 배경, 성장시 가정폭력 배경, 그리고 아내강간에 대한 인식조사에 연구의 초점을 두었다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같이 요약된다. 우리나라 기혼남성들 중 약 42.4%가 아내강간을 경험한 것으로 나타났다. 가계의 월수입이 적고, 어릴 때 부모로부터의 학대경험이 많은 남성이 아내강간 경향이 높고, 아내가 신앙생활에 열심일수록 남편의 아내강간 행동이 다소 감소되는 경향이 발견되었다. 한편 아내가 남편으로부터 강간을 당하는 중요한 변수가 경제생활 수준으로 확인되어, 아내강간 발생을 예측하는 데 현재 부부의 재정상황이 상당히 중요하게 관련되어 있음을 시사해 주고 있다. 남녀 성별간에는 아내강간에 대한 수용정도와 처벌의 필요성에 뚜렷한 차이를 보이고 있다. 아내강간의 행동에 대해 많은 기혼남성과 기혼여성이 부정적인 시각을 가지고 있으나, 여전히 상당수의 기혼남성과 여성이 아내강간에 대해 수용적이었다. 특히 아내강간을 상대적으로 많이 경험한 남성보다 남편으로부터 강간을 상대적으로 더 많이 경험한 여성이 아내강간에 대한 문제의식이 약해져 아내강간을 훨씬 더 수용하고 있는 현상은 심각한 문제로 제기되고 있으며, 사회사업실천을 위한 중요한 함의를 던져 주고 있다.

뇌성마비 취학아동 어머니의 양육체험 (The Lived Experience of Mothers about Rearing of School Children With Cerebral palsy)

  • This study is designed to understand the meaning and nature of raising children with cerebral palsy. It researches the experience of mothers of schoolchildren with cerebral palsy by the research method of hermeneutic phenomenology. The study was conducted from November 10, 1999 to December 20, 2000. When children with cerebral palsy usually show symptoms in the early stage of cerebral palsy, mothers do not take children to a doctor for diagnosis. And, most of mothers have a difficult time to accept the reality; they usually respond to the initial diagnosis with shock, reproach, and deny. When mothers start recognizing the reality, they consider that their children have cerebral palsy due to the their mismanagement during pregnancy, delivery, nursing, and initial treatment. They shelter their children from view and feel guilty that they cannot afford to try folk remedies for their children. As time passes, mothers face conflicts between families in diverse ways. Families put the blame on genetic effects. Mothers-in-law give their daughters-in-law a hard time, husbands shift the responsibility of raising children onto their wives, and trouble arises between families-in-law and mothers native families. When children grow up, it is physically difficult for mothers to take care their children. In addition, they suffer from all the troubles in family due to childrens handicap. Mothers try the diverse methods of bringing up children. However, they start getting tired of raising children as they experience failures and financial difficulties. Mothers feel collapsed recalling the ways of raising children. They feel anxiety, miserable, lonely, and worrying when they think how children would attend school, make friends, and live in the future. In this stage, mothers do their best to raise their children with hope. They tend to compare their children with others without handicap and spend money and time in attempting all the treatments. When mothers and children join the society at school, they find that the society does not understand disabled people, teachers show inconsiderate attitude, friends avoid them, and children hardly follow classes. Such experiences make mothers feel angry and frustrated. However, when children adapt to school, mothers see the possibility that children could accomplish schoolwork. They appreciate teachers help and others consideration. Mothers place appropriate expectations on their children and help them to prepare for the future. I would make following suggestions based on the results. 1. As a primary basic course of rehabilitation nursing intervention, solution-centered nursing intervention system should be developed. The intervention needs to be based on the understanding of mothers, who raise children with cerebral palsy, through in-depth interview. 2. Advance researches on the development of individual nursing intervention should be conducted. Individual nursing intervention needs to prevent and release actual pain focusing on mothers raising children with cerebral palsy. 3. Integrated curriculum that help children with cerebral palsy lead a normal school life with ordinary children should be developed. 4. Basic research on using of facilities and effective application of service volunteer to help children with cerebral palsy in school needs to be conducted.

금융시장에서 영업사원의 지각된 평가 공정성과 직무성과 간의 구조적 관계 (Structural Relationship between Salesperson's Perceived Evaluation Fairness and Job Performance in the Financial Market)

  • Purpose - Salesperson perceptions of the fairness and accuracy of a performance evaluation system were examined by managerial and professional employees of large organization. The performance evaluation process is central to many personal decisions such as attitude for job and sales performance. This study investigates the relationship between perceived evaluation fairness, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and sales performance. The main purpose of this study is to develop and empirically test a comprehensive model of salespersons' perceived evaluation fairness on sales performance. For this purpose, we identified the structural relationship between perceived evaluation fairness, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and sales performance. Also we investigate the mediating effects on job satisfaction and organizational commitment between perceived evaluation fairness and sales performance. Research design, data, and methodology - To empirically test these relationships, data were collected by in-depth interviews from sales managers and questionnaire surveys from 300 salespersons who work for sales area (credit card company, insurance company). Demographically, the overall sample was 91.6% female, 77.9% 30s and 40s, and 34% college educated, with an average tenure with their present organizations of 4 years. The questionnaire was composed of total 20 items dealing with frequency, quality, and consequences of perceived evaluation fairness, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and sales performance. To test the research hypotheses, collected data analyzed by confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and structure equation model (SEM). Results - Through extensive and rigorous literature review process of related literature(Perceived evaluation fairness, Job satisfaction, Organizational commitment, Sales performance), research model and research hypothesis was set up. This study obtains the following research results. First, perceived evaluation fairness has a positive effect on job satisfaction, whereas the effects of perceived evaluation fairness on organizational commitment and sales performance did not show statistically significant result. Second, job satisfaction and organizational commitment have complete mediating roles to the relationship between perceived evaluation fairness and organizational commitment, and relationship between perceived evaluation fairness and sales performance. Conclusions - Based on the results, salespersons' perceived evaluation fairness is one of the key independent variable for making high job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and sales performance. Finally the theoretical, managerial implication and research limitations are mentioned in the discussion.
