Korean Academy of Film Arts (KAFA) is the film school run by Korean Film Council (KOFIC). KAFA was established in 1984, benchmarking American Film Institute (AFA) and in order to foster manpower for Korean Movie under the US's pressure of domestic movie market opening in Korea. The Korean Movie market was open to the world by 1987 and suffered from the low Korean-produced movie market share of around 20% in the domestic market from 1987 to 1998. During the last 30 years, KAFA plays the key role in the Korean movie making industry. Of 520 of number of their alumni, the number of directors is 101, 33 of cinematographers, 18 of producers and 21 of professors in universities' film departments. Korean Directors, Bong Joon-ho of (2013) and topped over 10 million domestic admissions to become the most-watched Korean films of all time. Now, with KAFA's relocation to Busan following with KOFIC, their new roles are promotion of the film industry in Busan, recruiting and educating new talented Korean and foreign student filmmakers, becoming an international film school.

From the viewpoint of invigorating Korean film-market, the commercial success of films can be regarded as a very important virtue. Such marketability of films will be determined at the stage of planning and development before that of film-making. In order for ideas and scenarios which are the foundation of film-making to have any commercial virtue, a commercial verification at this stage should intervene, which should be the basis of the understanding a lot of texts and the trends in the entire culture. It is the very time that the efforts for improving the stage of planning and development and certain alternatives are needed for the qualitative growth of Korean films and the systematic development of their industrial aspects, for any efficient alternatives for the stage of planning and development will bring about an important result that the commercial success of Korean films expand the meaning into the domains of creativeness and artistry.

Transparent eloctroaes of polycrystalline till-oxide films doped with antimony are prepared on the substrate of microscopic cover g1ass by modified spray method and from SnCl4 Solution. Their electrical and optical properties are investigated in relation to the surface temperature of the substrate glass and to antimony concentration in the starting materials. The sheet.resiststrace of the film electrodes and transmittance for incandescent light depen on tile antimony concentration and surface temperature of substrates at the time of making films. The transmittance increases with decrease of sheet resistance of the film. The optimum sheet.resistance was obtianed in the case of the antimony concentration 0.6(%) approximately , and the max. transmittance was 93(%).

Most of experimental films have different visual techniques and aesthetic values compared to those of narrative films. This difference makes it difficult to understand experimental films. In order to understand in what ways the experimental film has broken with the convention of narrative film, it is important to examine certain structure of experimental film. The important aspect of many experimental films is the way that they have altered the nature of narrative by changing the way that we perceive the succession of image. In particular, The tradition of American Sturcture film has been the contribution of the experimental film to expand the limits of this rule system and evolve a more personal and organic approach to the continuum of film. This approach has been a method of understanding experimental films and still a useful aesthetic tools both reading personal films and making innovative works.

The semiconducting material of ZnO in II-VI group was well known as its good application for photo electronics, chemical sensors and field effect transistors due to the remarkable optical properties with wide energy band gap and great ionic reactivities. Up to now the growth of a good quality of ZnO film has been issued for better performances. Even though there were many deposition methods for making ZnO films, pulse laser deposition methods have been preferred for high crystalline films. In this report, the ZnO film was also created by pulsed laser deposition technique which also showed high crystalinity. By controlling several factors when deposited, it was investigated that the optimal condition for ZnO film formation. Mainly, oxygen partial pressures and growth temperatures were changed when ZnO films were synthesized and followed the characterization by HRXRD and AFM.

Film industry is a high value-added industries, and boosts the self-esteem of the people, as a measure of a country's culture, the country's strategic industries. However, China's film industry, making elevated by an exclusive screening sector consists unprofessional experiencing difficulties, such as investment, high taxes, and entrance fees, disparities between urban and rural development, piracy. To solve these problems, this study used the literature research methods, including books, papers related to domestic research. The results shows that china's film industry need to reform the production, distribution, screenings and build a plan such as the reasonable admission fee, movie-related professional manpower, additional market activation, and the balanced development of the theatre chain, the expansion of the global market space.

This research is the development of a skin-type tactile sensor for service robot using PVDF film for the detection of the contact state. The Prototype of the tactile sensor which has 8$\times$8 taxels was fabricated using PVDF film In the fabrication procedure of the sensor, the electrode patterns and common electrode of the thin conductive tape were attached to the both side of the 28 micro meter thickness PVDF film using conductive adhesive. The sensor was covered with polyester film for insulation and attached to the rubber base for making stable structure. The signals of a contact pressure to the tactile sensor were sensed and processed in the DSP system in which the signals were digitized and filtered. Finally, the signals were integrated for taking the force profile. The processed signals of the output of the sensor were visualized in PC, the shape and force distribution of the contact object were obtained. The reasonable performance for the detection of contact state was verified through the experiment.

We have studied the preparation and the properties of $Ba_{1-x}$Sr$_{x}$TiO$_{3}$(BST) thin films by using the sol-gel method. Through the comparison of the effects of various solvents and additives in making solutions, we establish the production method of the stable solution which generates the high quality of BST film. We also set up the heat-treatment conditions for depositing the BST thin film through the TGA and XRD analyses. Through the comparison of the surface conditions of BST films deposited on Pt/Ta/SiO$_{2}$/Si and Pt/Ti/SiO$_{2}$/Si substrates, we find that Ta is more efficient diffusion barrier of Si than Ti so that Ta layer prevents the formation of hillocks. We fabricate the planar type capacitor and measure the dielectric properties of the BST thin film deposited on the Pt/Ta/SiO$_{2}$/Si substrate. Dielectric constant and dielectric loss tangent at 1V, 10kHz, and leakage current density at 3V of the BST thin film are 339, 0.052 and 13.3.mu.A/cm$^{2}$, respectively.ely.

The sensitivity of the product to the ongoing sinusoidal disturbances of the process has been investigated in the film casting of viscoelastic polymer fluids using frequency response analysis. As demonstrated for fiber spinning process (Jung et al., 2002; Devereux and Denn, 1994), this frequency response analysis is useful for examining the process sensitivity and the stability of extensional deformation processes including film casting. The results of the present study reveal that the amplification ratios or gains of the process/product variables such as the cross-sectional area at the take-up to disturbances exhibit resonant peaks along the frequency regime as expected for the systems having hyperbolic characteristics with spilt boundary conditions (Friedly, 1972). The effects on the sensitivity results of two important parameters of film casting, i.e., the fluid viscoelasticity and the aspect ratio of the casting equipment have been scrutinized. It turns out that depending on the extension thinning or thickening nature of the fluid, increasing viscoelasticity results in enlargement or reduction of the sensitivity, respectively. As regards the aspect ratio, it has been found that an optimum value exists making the system least sensitive. The present study also confirms that the frequency response method produces results that corroborate well those by other methods like linear stability Analysis and transient solutions response. (Iyengar and Co, 1996; Silagy et al., 1996; Lee and Hyun, 2001).

This article deals with the relation of korean animation and film policy from the late 1960s to early 1980s. The korean film policy was based on ideology of modernization. Animation industry was under the this policy. The result of effect of this film policy on animation was following. Firstly, there was the boom up of making of animation. Secondly was increasing of subcontract. The encouragement of exportation of government drove many companies to this trend. Lastly, many animations conspired to exercise the ideology of regime. Example was anti-communist animation. In that period the historical specificity of Korean animation had been built in these process.
