폐폴리에틸렌 필름 재활용 아스팔트 콘크리트의 특성 분석 (Evaluation of Characteristic Improvement of Waste-Polyethylene Asphalt Concrete)

  • 본 연구는 폐폴리에틸렌필름(폐비닐)을 아스팔트 혼합물에 첨가하여 아스팔트 포장재료의 품질특성을 향상시키고 환경적으로 문제가 되고 있는 폐비닐을 재활용하기 위한 연구의 일환으로 수행되었다. 폐비닐 사용시 나타날 수 있는 포장체의 특성을 파악하기 위하여 국내에서 가장 많이 수거되는 LDPE 폐비닐을 사용하여 현장에서의 실용성을 고려한 건식혼합법으로 아스팔트 혼합물을 제조하였다. 제조한 혼합물에 대하여 마샬안정도 시험, 간접인장강도 시험, 반복주행시험 및 피로시험을 수행한 결과 폐비닐을 혼합한 혼합물이 일반혼합물에 비하여 인장강도가 향상되고 윤하중에 의한 소성변형 저항성 및 피로균열 저항에 크게 효과적인 것으로 나타났다.

ISG법에 의한 금속과 세라믹기판과의 밀착력 향상 (Adhesion improvement between metal and ceramic substrate by using ISG process)

  • Ceramic is select for an alternative substrate material for high-speed circuits due to its low-thermal expansion. As, in this study, ceramic was prepared by ISG (interlayer sol-gel) process using metal salts and a metal alkoxide as the starting materials. Generally ceramic substrate is used electroless copper plating for the metallization. But it has been indicate weakely the adhesion strength between the substrate and copper layer. Therefore, this research, using the ISG process on the preparation of homogeneous and possible preparation at law temperature fabricated sol solution. Using of the dip coating method was coated for the purpose of giving the anchoring effect on the coating layer and enhancing the adhesion strength between the $Al_2$O$_3$ substrate and copper layer. This study examined primary the characteristic of the sol making condition and differential thermal analysis (DTA) X-ray diffraction (XRD) were mearsured to identify the crystal phase of heat treatment specimens. The morphology of the coated films were studied by scanning electron microscopy(SEM). As a resurt, XRD analysis was obtained patterns of $\alpha$-cordierite after heat-treatment about 2 hours at $1000^{\circ}C$. SEM analysis could have seen a large number of voids on coated film. The more contants of$ Al_2$$O_3$ Wt% was increased the more voids was advanced. Peel adhesion strength has a maximum in the contants of the TEOS:ANE of 1:0.7 mole%. In this case, adhesion strength has been measured 1150gf, peel adhesion strength were about 10 times more than uncoated of the ceramics film.

현대 대중과 역사 : 역사를 소재로 한 영상매체와 '리인액트먼트(Reenactment Activity)'를 중심으로 (Morden People and History : in terms of Historical Media and Reenactment Activity)

  • 최근 역사를 소재로 한 영상매체가 사람들의 관심을 많이 끌고 있다. 특히 역사드라마와 영화를 통해서 사람들은 역사에 친숙함을 느끼고 있다. 본고에서는 역사드라마와 영화의 특징을 간단히 보고, 그 한계와 비판점을 생각해보고자 한다. 또한 최근 소수의 사람들이지만 인기를 얻고 있는 리인액트먼트에 대해 간단히 알아보고 그 특징과 한계 및 비판점을 살펴보고 양 측의 관계에 대해 알아보고자 한다. 리인액트먼트를 우리말로 옮기면 '역사재현'이다. 역사재현이란 당대의 사건이나 생활상, 전투 등을 그대로 재현하는 것으로, 기본적으로 참여자는 여기에 관심이 있는 일반인들이 주를 이룬다. 역사교육에서 이러한 영상매체와 리인액트먼트 활동은 현대 대중의 관심 속에서 역사를 대중화하고 친근하게 만드는 역할을 하고 있다. 리인액트먼트는 역사드라마나 영화에 있어서 발생하는 몇 가지 제약을 해결하는데 우선적으로 비용적인 문제에서 큰 절감 효과를 노릴 수 있을 것이다.

가변시점 비디오 객체추적을 위한 특징점 기반 파노라마 배경 생성 (Feature-Based Panoramic Background Generation for Object Tracking in Dynamic Video)

  • 본 논문은 시점이 변화하는 동적 비디오에서 파노라마 배경을 생성하고 객체 추적을 가능하게 하는 알고리듬을 제안한다. 보다 구체적으로, 카메라로 입력되는 인접한 두 영상에서 추출된 특징점으로 부터 영상간의 관계를 유도하며, 이를 이용한 실린더 투영, 영상의 재정렬, 그리고 겹침 지역의 일그러짐을 최소화 하기 위한 스티칭(stitching) 및 블렌딩(blending)을 수행한다. 이 과정에 의해서 생성 된 배경을 기준으로 현재 입력 영상과 차분을 계산하여 객체 추적을 수행했다. 제안된 방법은 배경생성이 완료된 이후부터는 객체의 감시만을 수행하므로 실시간으로 넓은 영역의 감시가 가능하며, 이를 통한 지속적인 객체의 추적이 가능하다. 따라서 향후 공공장소 등과 같이 넓은 영역에서의 감시, 추적에 이용할 수 있다.

FCCL 제작 시 Cu Sputter 조건에 따른 Through Hole 특성 연구

  • In case manufacturing COF, through hole should be made to be used for a pathway connecting the conductive layers of its both faces. In case Cu-plating inside of through hole with electroless plating way, contact between Cu and PI film gets bad to be fell apart from PI by the impact of applying to the electric devices. Therefore, after sputtering is applying on inner through hole, then a method to perform electroplating process. In this study, after changing sputtering condition to manufacture FCCL, we looked the changeability of the upper PI and inner hole Cu layers. Making use of RF Magnetron sputtering equipment, we coated Cu thin film and Cu-plated on it through electroplating. After cold-mounting the completed FCCL, we examined hole section through an optical microscope. From the result of test, with parameters deposition pressure and deposition time, both the thickness of the hole plated layer and PI plated upper layer increased at regular rate, increasing the thickness of Cu sputter layer. However, from the result of test in increasing RF-power, we could know the increment rate of hole plated layer is considerably greater than that of PI plated upper layer. Therefore, we finally acquired good result; if you want only to increase the plated layer of inner hole, it's much better to increase RF-power.

정적 연소기에서 순간온도 프로브의 돌출높이에 따른 열유속에 관한 연구 (A Study of Heat Flux on the Height of an Instantaneous Temperature Probe in a Constant Volume Combustion Chamber)

  • In the production of internal combustion engines, there have been trends to develop the high performance engines with improved fuel efficiency, lighter weights and smaller sizes. This trends help to answer problems related to thermal load and abnormal combustion, etc. in these engines. In order to investigate these problems, a thin film-type probe and its manufacturing method for instantaneously measuring surface-temperatures have been proposed in this study, Instantaneous surface temperature of a constant volume combustion chamber was measured by this probe and heat flux was obtained by Fourier analysis. In order to thoroughly understand the characteristics of combustion, the authors measured the wall temperature of the combustion chamber and computed heat flux through a cylinder wall while varying the protrusion height of the probe have been measured. To achieve the above goals, a instantaneous temperature probe was developed, thereby making possible the analysis of the instantaneous temperature of wall surface and the detection of unsteady heat flux in the constant volume combustion chamber.

압축응력에 의한 박막 위 나노선 성장법을 이용한 Bi-Te 코어/쉘 열전 나노선 합성 (Bi-Te Core/Shell Nanowires Synthesis Based on On-Film Formation of Nanowires Method for Thermoelectric Applications)

  • For an enhanced thermoelectric performance, one-dimensional heterostructure nanowires were created that consisted of aBi core and Te shell. The structure was fabricated by depositing Te in-situ onto a Bi nanowire grown by our unique OFF-ON (on-film formation of nanowires) method. After examining a cross-sectional TEM image, it was found that diffusive interface was formed between Bi and Te. Selected area electron diffraction revealed that the crystallinity of the Te shell was some what lower compared to the highly single-crystalline Bi core. The Bi-Te core/shell nanowires can be a smart structure that suppresses phonon transport by several scattering mechanisms, making the OFF-ON method the simplest way to realize that structure.

  • For photovoltaic power generation need certainly decreasing module's price and increasing promote efficiency technology. Almost of solar panel is on the decrease energy efficiency since 2,000. like silicone(Si) solar panel, thin film solar panel and etc. Silicone(Si) solar panel was best efficiency in 1999. It's 24%. But after that time, It didn't pass limit of energy efficiency. That's why, nowadays being issued that using III-V compound semiconductor to high efficiency of concentrating photovoltaic system for making an alternative proposal. In Korea, making researches in allied technology with III-V compound semiconductor solar panel, condenser technology, and solar tracker. but feasibility study for concentrating photovoltaic power generation hasn't progressed yet. This thesis made a plan about CPV(Concentrating Photovoltaic)system and CPV has a higher energy efficiency than PV(Photovoltaic)system in fine climate conditions from comparing CPV with using silicone(Si) solar panel to PV's efficiency test result.

자동차 외판 특징선의 시각적 분석을 위한 시편 제작방법 (Methods of Making Samples for a Visual Experiment with Feature Lines of Outer Automotive Panels)

  • A feature line is a visually noticeable creased line on outer automotive panels. Feature lines play an important role in creating a good impression of a car. Even though the manufacturing quality of feature lines is important, it is difficult to achieve the designed shape owing to the springback of sheet metal. The current study presents five methods of making samples that will be used in a visual experiment to discover a quality control quantitative manufacturing allowance for feature lines. Measurement and inspection methods for the samples are also presented. The results show that plunge machining is the most accurate way to make the desired shape, and that wrapping the machined surface with sheet film is an appropriate way to emulate the roughness and visual texture of the painted outer panels of a car.

착용성 평가를 통한 요가복 상의 개발 (Product development through fit evaluation of yoga tops)

  • This study aims to develop the designs and patterns of yoga tops that are better adjusted to suit females in their 30s and 40s. After conducting a comparative analysis of three different popular yoga garments, one yoga top currently on the market was selected. Subsequently, a fit evaluation was conducted on Trail 1-garment α, which was developed body analysis performed based on selected yoga top C, followed by the production of the Trial 2 garment after making adjustments according to the comparative observation results. Based on these results, garment C with the longest top length was evaluated as the best. The results of the evaluation of appearance and fit conducted of Trial 1-garment α compared to those of C showed that Trial 1-garment α was superior in both evaluations. Trial 2-garment β was produced after making improvements on Trial 1-garment α and then placed under identical comparative evaluation condition as Trial 1-garment α. Results showed a significant improvement compared to Trial 1-garment α, and the Trial 2 garment with an additional arm pattern was shown to be superior in shoulder strap width stability, shoulder strap pressure, chest stability, degree of waist pressure, waist comfort, general fitting, and supportiveness.
