  • In this paper, Electret is formed to range voltage -5[kV] to -8[kV] by corona charging in PTFE film and sensor is manufactured by method of moments in sensing infra sonic. Charges of charged film are calculated also TSC measurement and induced potential of sensing electrode according to the charges is become aware of computer simulation. Electret Infra Sonic Transducer, which is designed and manufactured according to the potential and electric field simulation in using method of moments, is proved as it is effectively. Because sensitivity that measured under 10[Hz] is that average value of sensitivity rising rate is 6.34 [dB/oct] as average value is $\pm$1 [dB/oct] range -5[kV] to -8[kV] in corona charging film. As a result, it is believed that characteristic of acquired transducer can be application of medical treatment, industry, and animal life researches and the study of noise elimination, what's more, is required.

  • Recently, LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) is the display product widely used on various fields of industry. This is generally composed of many parts. Among many parts, polarizer film control the intensity of the transmitted light according to the degree of rotation of the polarizer axis. Therefore, this film must be free from defects. But it contains many defects such as the defects caused by dust or different thing, adhesive badness, scratch. Presently, the inspection of these defects is depending on the sight of operator. In this paper, we propose the vision system composed of telecentric lens and optical mirror. This system use the coaxial illumination and the light is specularly reflected on the optical mirror. And we develop the image processing algorithm using the threshold and morphological technique.

  • The continuous development of virtual reality technology in the last five years has brought about a big change in the future film industry. Interactive VR movies using virtual reality technology in movies showed the result of increasing the immersion of the audience due to the characteristics of interaction. This will provide a unique opportunity for a new experience of immersion in various forms of cinema in the near future. In this paper, the interaction of narrative VR movies was studied as an example of the movie , which won the [The Best VR Experience Award] at the Venice International Film Festival, In future development, improve the scene transition, Dizziness, Ways of interaction and other questions, let the audience increase the sense of participation, immersion and curiosity when watching movies, and make watching movies a more interesting thing in life.

Pema Tseden's Cinematic Techniques: Analyzing Ethnic Representation in "Tharlo"

  • With the globalization of the film industry, ethnic minority films have been developed and studied by many scholars for their special ethnic representation. The film "Tharlo" directed by Pema Tseden carefully explores the identity anxiety of a Tibetan shepherd. Through the connection and separation between the protagonist and traditional culture, it shows a complexity of modern ethnic identity for minority people. This study explores what kind of cinematic techniques and symbolic elements the director uses to shape ordinary characters, build a narrative space, and show ethnic representation. This paper puts forward a theoretical framework combining cinematic quantitative methods with qualitative narrative and semiotic analysis, aiming to deepen our understanding of cinematic techniques and ethnic representation, and provides a new perspective and profound insights for discussing the complexity faced by ethnic minorities in contemporary films. This study finds that Tseden's "Tharlo" successfully portrays the complex transformation of Tibetan cultural identity in the context of globalization and modernization through cinematic techniques such as fixed camera positions, long take and black-and-white cinematography, combined with the use of symbolic elements like mirrors, lambs and identity cards.

광고산업과 영화산업의 산업연관효과 분석 (An Analysis of the Economic Impact of the Advertising and the Film Industry)

  • 본 연구는 광고산업과 영화산업의 산업연관분석 효과를 살펴보기 위해 산업연관분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 1993년부터 2008년까지 생산유발효과가 증가 추세를 보여 광고산업의 증가가 영화산업의 생산성에 긍정적인 영향력을 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 2009년부터 2012년까지 다시 감소하였으며, 2014년에는 0.028원으로 이전보다 생산유발효과가 증가한 것으로 나타나 광고산업의 영향력이 안정적이진 않았다. 부가가치효과의 경우, 연도별로 등락이 빈번한 것으로 나타났다. 광고산업의 전방연쇄효과를 파악하기 위해 감응도 계수를 살펴본 결과, 점차 감소하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 후방연쇄효과를 나타내는 영향력 계수의 경우에는 1998년 이후 감소 추세를 보이다가 2009년을 기점으로 증가한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 광고산업이 미디어 산업에 미치는 후방연쇄효과가 크다는 기존연구의 결과를 재확인하였으며, 광고산업이 영화산업의 발전에 기여하고 있음을 나타내는 결과이다. 본 연구는 광고산업이 영화산업에 미치는 영향을 분석함으로써 광고산업의 산출물의 투입에 따른 영향력을 검증하였으나, 후속연구로서 영화산업에 대한 광고산업의 영향력과 출판, 방송 등의 타 산업 간의 비교가 필요하다.

  • Scale is agglomerate or thin film compounded of soluble salts in papermaking process. It causes many problems such as closing up pipelines, contaminating wire and felt, decreasing efficiency of additives and paper quality. In this study, physical factors related to forming scale in white water are determinated and optimum conditions are proposed. To control scale, ACP(Acrylacid Copolymer) was synthesized and compared with conventional chemicals such as EDTA, DTPA and STPP.

레이저 코팅

  • 코팅에는 매우 많은 종류가 있다. 또한 박막(Thin Film)의 경우, 기상법, 액상법, 졸겔법 또는 도금법 등의 퇴적 방식으로 제작되는 것과 산화, 확산 또는 이온 주입 등의 기판 침입법으로 형성되는 것 등 매우 다양하다. 레이저용 코팅은 그 중 극히 일부에 지나지 않으며, 시장적으로도 틈새 분야이다. 그러나 레이저가 세상에 출현한 이래 40년의 시간이 지나는 동안 레이저 가공, 레이저 의료, 리소그래피 인쇄, 광 통신, 레이저 계측 등 광범위하게 레이저가 사용되었으며, 레이저용 코팅에 대한 수요가 증가되고 있는 것이 현실이다. 레이저용 코팅은 카메라나 안경으로 대표되는 광학 박막과 동일한 성격이지만, 레이저라는 일반적으로 에너지가 강한 광선에 사용되기 때문에, 레이저 손상을 고려하여 제작해야 한다.

국내 에피데믹 영화의 제작 방향에 관한 연구 : <감기>, <부산행>, <연가시>를 중심으로 (A Study on the Direction of Production on Domestic Epidemic Movies : Focusing on The flu, Train to Busan, and Deranged)

  • 본 연구는 최근 코로나19의 등장으로 인해 재조명받고 있는 에피데믹 영화를 제재로 삼고 있다. 특히 국내의 재난 영화 속 '에피데믹 장르'는 <감기>, <부산행>, <연가시>가 대표작이라 할 수 있는데 이들의 흥행성적표는 제각기 달랐다. 본 연구자는 에피데믹 영화를 장르 영화의 한 관점이라 설정하고, 장르 영화의 3요소인 포뮬라, 컨벤션, 아이코노그래피 측면에서 세 가지 영화를 분석하고 이를 비교분석했다. 팬데믹 영화에서 중요한 요소는 '서스펜스의 지속', '에피데믹 설정의 모호화'를 통한 현실성의 제고였으며 향후 국내 에피데믹 영화가 국제 시장으로 진출하기 위해서는 지나친 사회적 요소는 배제해야 할 것으로 판단되었다. 마지막으로, 최근 코로나19 사태로 인해 주목받게 된 새로운 한국 영화의 장르인 '에피데믹 장르'를 통해 한국 영화 산업이 보다 깊이 있게 발전하길 바란다.

베어링 편심도와 자세각에 따른 저어널 베어링의 윤활효과 (Lubrication Effect of Journal Bearing according to its Eccentricity and Attitude Angle)

  • The thickness of adsorbed molecular layers is the most critical factor in studying thin-film lubrication, and it is the most essential parameter that distinguishes thin-film from thick-film lubrication analysis. The thin film between the shaft and bearing surface within a very narrow gap was considered. The general Reynolds equation has been derived for calculating thin-film lubrication parameters affecting the performance of the circular journal bearing. Investigation of the load-carrying capacity and pressure distribution for the journal bearing considering the adsorbed layer thickness has been carried out. A Reynolds equation appropriate for the journal bearing is used in this paper for the analysis, and it is discussed using the finite difference method of the central difference scheme. The parameters, such as eccentricity and attitude angle, are used for discussing the load-carrying capacity of the journal bearing. The results reported in this paper should be applied to analysis of the journal bearing with different lubrication factors. The steady-state analysis of the journal bearing is conducted using the Reynolds model under thin-film lubrication conditions. For a journal bearing, several parameters, such as a pressure, load capacity, and pressure components of the bearing can be obtained, and these results can be stored in a sequential data file for later analysis. Finally, their distribution can be displayed and analyzed easily by using the MATLAB GUI technique. The load-carrying capability of the journal bearing is observed for the specified operating conditions. This work could be helpful for the understanding and research of the mechanism of thin-film lubrication.

BIPV 적용을 위한 컬러 필름 기반의 출력 특성 연구 (A Study on Color Film-based Output Characteristics for BIPV Application)

  • Expanding the supply of BIPV is crucial to strengthening the competitiveness of the photovoltaic industry and achieving Nationally Determined Contributions through the zero-energy building mandatory policy. BIPV is a technology that integrates into the building envelope to generate electricity and provide functions as a building material. It is suitable for domestic environments with many high-rise buildings due to the narrow land area and urbanization. To expand the supply of BIPV, economics, safety, and aesthetics must be ensured. In this study, a color BIPV module with a color PET film applied as a front material was manufactured for aesthetic and economic feasibility. The relationship between power output and transmittance according to color was analyzed. By analyzing the power output of the module and the transmittance of the film, the wavelength band (transmittance reduction band) that has the greatest effect on efficiency was analyzed regarding the color of the film. The red film showed the narrowest transmittance reduction band and the lowest degree of decrease in transmittance, making it ideal for minimizing the efficiency decrease rate compared to existing ones.
