This study was conducted to examine the mediating effect of innovative behavior in the relationship between nurse manager's leadership and nurses' future use of evidence-based practice. Participants were 183 nurses working at general hospitals with over 500 beds in Korea. Nurse manager's transformational leadership was positively correlated with innovative behavior and nurses' future use of evidence-based practice. Innovative behavior showed partial mediating effects in the relationship between nurse manager's leadership and nurses' future use of evidence-based practice. These findings suggest that in order to enhance nurses' future use of evidence-based practice, the educational strategies to promote nurses' innovative behavior should be developed and provided in nursing field.

Today the use of RFID is extended in medical. circulation market, manufacture, security field, etc. Besides, the book-lending and the attendance management system are on an increasing trend in the use of RFID The developed dormitory management system is composed of a support program, a room management program, a manager program, and a mobile program etc.. In the support program a student(or a manager) can see his(or all member's) entrance and exit history. The room management program decides whether a student can enter the dormitory or not and manages the use of the power after or inquiring a RFID's input tag information into database server. The manager program is able to input and modify a room state and the fixtures information in the room required to operate the room management program, to set up and retrieve a student's entrance and exit information and a room state information. The mobile program enables a manager to check student's identity whether he is in or out, and the manager can know the personal information of being out in detail.

In this paper, we introduce a quadruped robot-based alarm system for monitoring the emergency situation due to falling in the elderly. Quadruped robot includes the FPGA Board(Field Programmable Gate Array) applying a red-color tracking algorithm. To detect a falling of the elderly, a sensor node is worn on chest and accelerations and angular velocities measured by the sensor node are transferred to quadruped robot, and then the emergency signal is transmitted to manager if a fall is detected. Manager controls the robot and then he judges the situation by monitoring the real-time images transmitted from the robot. If emergency situation is decided by the manager, he calls 119. When the fall detection system using only sensor nodes is used, sensitivity of 100% and specificity of 98.98% were measured. Using the combination of the fall detection system and portable camera (robot), the emergency situation was detected to 100 %.

Ammonia emission from the agricultural sector contributes almost 78% of total ammonia emission in Korea. The current ammonia emission estimation method from fertilizer application has high uncertainty and needs to be improved. In this study, we propose an improvement method for estimating the amount of ammonia emission from agricultural land with improved spatiotemporal resolution using Farm Manager Registration Information System and criteria for the fertilizer. We calculated ammonia emissions by utilizing the 2020 cultivation area provided by Farm Manager Registration Information System for 55 kinds of upland crops cultivated in the field area of the farmland. As a result, soybeans were the most cultivated field crop in 2020, and the area of cultivated land was surveyed at about 77,021 ha, followed by sweet potatoes 22,057 ha, garlic 20004 ha, potatoes 17,512 ha, and corn 16,636 ha. The month with the highest ammonia emissions throughout the year was calculated by emitting 590.01 ton yr-1 in May, followed by 486.55 ton yr-1 in March. Hallim-eup in Jeju showed the highest ammonia emission at 117.50 ton yr-1.

Currently the gamification as marketing technique has appeared in the field non-related with game, applied to game elements. The alternate reality game pulled down the boundary between the real and the virtual has come out. New trend game has shown beyond the range of the existing game. The possibility has import into online baseball simulation game. The objective of this research is the exploratory approach to build GOMS model through three subjects to the famous pro-baseball manager game. After game playing session, three subjects' utterance with game experience was recorded. We built the goal hierarchy of goal in GOMS to pro-baseball manager game to analyze the vocabulary in three subjects' utterance. We try to find the possibility of gamification in alternate reality game interacting between the real and the virtual, and demolishing them.

We developed a HPMA Information System to establish the voluntary safety management for the Paint Industry. HPMA System means that manager, supervisor and worker on the process-line find out the hazardous and/or unsafe potentials, make improvement of the field safety by the cooperation with top manager, safety staff and eventually put in the practice. HPMA Information System consists of functions to suggest and evaluate the safety concerns hierarchically from top manager to workers on internet or intranet. We establish the safety management and sharing of the safety information and are able to find the unsafe potentials by the HPMA Information System. Also We are able to mine new safety information and establish accident prevention model by the Safety DATABASE.

Multi-attribute risk assessments provide a useful framework for systematic quantitative risk assessment that the security manager can use to prioritize security requirements and threats. In the first step, the security managers identify the four significant outcome attributes(lost revenue, lost productivity, lost customer, and recovery cost). Next. the security manager estimates the frequency and severity(three points estimates for outcome attribute values) for each threat and rank the outcome attributes according to AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process). Finally, we generate the threat index by using muiti-attribute function and make sensitivity analysis with simulation package(Crystal Ball). In this paper, we show how multi-attribute risk analysis techniques from the field of security risk management can be used by security managers to prioritize their organization's threats and their security requirements, eventually they can derive threat index. This threat index can help security managers to decide whether their security investment is consistent with the expected risks. In addition, sensitivity analysis allows the security manager to explore the estimates to understand how they affect the selection.

Recent trends in globalization and informatization underscore the importance of logistics. As a result, there is a need for skilled and specialized logisticians. Third Party Logistics (TPL) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) require logisticians with a broad base of knowledge in areas such as multimodal transport, international trade, information technology computers, finance, operations management, etc. This study conducted a survey to find out the opinions of demanders and suppliers. The results of the surrey show that there are more skilled logisticians in the field of management, computer works in manager level and system management. The survey also found that the certificate exam, which the Ministry of Construction and Transportation started in 1997 as the "Certified Logistics Manager" exam, should have more questions in areas such as foreign languages, computers, logistics information, management skills, etc. To produce better logisticians in Korea, the government will have to invest more into their education, especially near the major ports and metropolitan areas. In addition, it is important that universities and companies work together to provide students with internship and other field-experience teaming opportunities. Logistics education centers should be built at the national level. In addition, the existing certification should be divided into two separate certifications: one for ordinary logistics, and one for international logistics. To further improve the certification system, short-answer or essay questions should be added to the second exam, and an additional certification for the highest level logisticians, a so-called "professional logisticians certificate," needs to be introduced.ntroduced.

In recent years, the number of female workers pursuing careers in the construction engineering and management field has increased, despite the fact that the job positions have been traditionally considered as retaining job functions and/or qualities that are more appropriate to male than female. This may be attributed to the fact that the positions also require delicate and/or detail-oriented job functions, which can be successfully performed by female. It is important for project participants to understand the working conditions for female field managers by analyzing their job performance. This study collects expert opinions regarding female's managerial performance on job site. Survey questionnaires were administered to two focus groups, male and female field managers who work for general contractors. This study contributes to encouraging female's social and economic involvement by investigating the challenges they face in the workplace, and provides measures to respond to such challenges.

Schedule management of construction work is critical to completing construction projects within a given period of time. Many efforts have been made and multiple tools have been developed to support the management of construction projects using smart devices such as smartphones and tablet PCs. This study proposed a method for managing construction schedules via a smart device using Flash. The interactive and graphic properties of Flash enable the development of an app that can allow a field manager to manage schedules easily and efficiently. A prototype was implemented using Adobe Flex Builder, and a sample network was applied in a smartphone. It is convenient for a construction manager to manage construction schedules using the tool because Flash controls graphic components easily. In further studies, network diagrams such as CPM (Critical Path Method) should be developed and applied to the app.
