The Practical Research of Mixed Reality for Photographic Darkroom Education

  • With the continuous development and progress of science and technology, the field of mixed reality applications has involved scientific research, medicine, entertainment, education, information dissemination, and people's daily lives; This paper will focus on the application of mixed reality in the field of education and teaching, relying on the characteristics of mixed reality technology. This article will use the combination of mixed reality and smart glasses to fully consider the characteristics of photography darkroom teaching, design and produce a mixed reality photography darkroom teaching software, and explore the feasibility of the application of mixed reality in teaching. This paper will use literature research methods, practical research methods, and survey methods as the main methods of research topics to determine the importance, feasibility, and necessity of the relevant theories studied in this paper. The application of mixed reality technology in photography darkroom teaching can not only solve many problems in the existing darkroom teaching methods, but also develop and expand students' Independent learning ability. It is concluded from this that mixed reality teaching software has the feasibility of sustainable development, which brings particular application value to the development and research of other education and art discipline software.

  • The construction industry is known to be one of the representative industries that generate fine dust. Therefore, reducing the amount of fine dust generated in construction sites is very important for the overall fine dust management. Based on this, this study proposed the concept of fine dust measurement and removal technology combined with advanced technologies such as drones and IoT. The qualitative, quantitative and risk elimination effects that can be expected when applying the proposed technique are analyzed. We will verify the effectiveness of the proposed concept through system development and field application, and evaluate specific economic feasibility through cost analysis.   • Through USN field Test Projects launched in 2005, 9 USN application service models such as u-Ocean, u-Construction, u-Farm, u-Hospital has been deployed. We conducted technical, industrial, economical feasibility tests to verify those services. This thesis will cover briefly the current situation of USN industry domestically and internationally. It will show the future prospect of convergence service model based on USN in conjunction with research details and results from previous USN field Test Projects.

  • It is well perceived that micrometeorological approach is one of the most reliable method for the quantification of vertical fluxes of trace components in the atmosphere. In this study, the feasibility of relaxed eddy accumulation (REA) method is discussed with respect to its reliability in the field application. Knowing that the use of micrometeorological approaches requires validation of analytical uncertainties involved, the problems and issues associated with its application are discussed to stimulate the proper employment of such technique in the field study.

  • 질소비료는 작물의 생장에 있어서 가장 핵심적인 영양소라 할 수 있으며, 질소의 효율적 이용은 안정적인 수확량의 확보 뿐만 아니라 비용절감 및 환경오염원 감축 등 다양한 편익을 제공할 수 있을 것이다. 정밀농업은 토양의 특성에 따라 작물에 필요한 적정량의 시비로 영양분의 이용효율을 높임으로써 환경 경제적 편익을 동시에 추구하는 농법이라 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 GIS를 이용하여 구축한 455개 표본농경지의 토양 및 지형에 관한 Database에 근거하여 각 농경지내에서 토양을 세분하여 적정 시비를 할 경우(site-specific management)와 농경지별 적정 시비를 하였을 경우(uniform rate application) 비료의 사용량, 수확량, 수질오염 정도 등을 EPIC모델을 이용하여 비교분석 하였다. 전체 농경지에서의 가중평균적인 환경 경제적 효과는 큰 차이를 보이지 않지만 각각의 농경지가 다양한 토양으로 구성되어 있고 다양한 토양에 대한 최적의 질소량이 큰 차이를 나타낼 때는 정밀농업의 실천이 경제적 및 환경적 측면에서 충분한 잠재력이 있는 것으로 나타났다.

  • The feasibility study on the application of formed urethane to slope stabilization and backfill material was carried out through laboratory and field test. The physical and chemical properties of formed urethane were investigated. The slope stabilization effect of urethane was examined in the field occurred slope failure. The formed urethane and sprayed urethane admixed with seed was applied to protect the slope failure in this study.

일반도로 중앙분리대 측 백색 실선 도입 타당성 분석 연구 (Feasibility Analysis for White Pavement Markings in the Roadways with Median Barrier)

  • PURPOSES: This study analyzes feasibility for application white pavement markings in the roadways with median barrier. METHODS : By reviewing numerous relevant laws, standards, and operational cases, the white pavement markings' excellence was demonstrated. Driver's behavior was analyzed through a virtual driving experiment using driving simulator and field tests. RESULTS:First, white pavement markings are superior to yellow pavement markings in terms of visibility, economics, and safety. Second, as a result of virtual driving experiment, the color of line in the roadway with median barrier didn't affect the driver's behavior such as the average vehicle speed, the distance bias in the lane and the separation distance from the centerline. Third, field test demonstrated that the driver tended to recognize the median barrier as an obstacle. In addition, the central driving ratio in the lane was increased due to improving the visibility of line at night in case of the white pavement markings. CONCLUSIONS : The application of white pavement markings in the roadways with median barrier can enhance traffic safety by improving the visibility of line at night.

자기유변탄성체를 이용한 스퀼 소음 저감 타당성 연구 (Feasibility Study of Squeal Noise Reduction using Magneto-rheological Elastomer)

  • This study investigates the possibility of reducing squeal noise generated at the contact point between an elastomer and glass by using the properties of a magneto-rheological elastomer (MRE) whose stiffness changes with the application of a magnetic field. Previously, squeal noise was mainly observed in the unstable section caused by the weakening of friction due to velocity. Previous studies have shown that squeal noise decreases as the stiffness increases. Accordingly, this study is conducted to control the unstable area of the friction curve and to reduce the noise by inducing the stiffness change of the MRE by applying a magnetic field. The friction, vibration, and noise characteristics are measured using a reciprocating friction tester. The frequency ranges of vibration and noise measured with the accelerometer and sound sensor show similar results. When a magnetic field is applied to the MRE, there is significantly lower noise compared with the case without the application of the magnetic field. The average coefficient of friction decreases with the application of the magnetic field. The maximum coefficient of friction increases rapidly at the turning point and decreases when the magnetic field is applied. This shows that the mechanical properties of the MRE change due to the magnetic field, and the noise and friction coefficient also decrease.

  • Recently, location-based service (LBS) is a hot issue in the field of computer applications. So many papers introducing new techniques of implementing a LBS and new application fields of LBS have been published recently. However, to the best of our knowledge, none of them discusses feasibility test in the prior to the implementation. The importance of a feasibility test for a design prior to the implementation cannot be overemphasized. This paper presents a method of feasibility test for a LBS design. Our method performs three steps. At the first step, we build a Petri net model of the LBS system which is depicted in natural language. The second step is to analyse the Petri net to find errors and flaws in the design. We also improve the Petri net model by fixing the errors and flaws in this step. A feasibility test is the third and final step. In this step. we verify if the design satisfies the user's requirement in the senses of quality of service (QoS) and of minimizing the implementation cost. The third step is performed in the manner of mathematical analysis of the Petri net.
