CATV홈쇼핑에 관련된 충동구매행동 - 패션제품을 중심으로- (Impulsive Buying Behavior of CATV Home-Shopping on Fashion Product)

  • 본 연구는 CATV홈쇼핑에 관련된 충동구매행동에 관한 연구로서 특히 의류제품의 CATV홈쇼핑에 관련된 소비자 특성, 마케팅 요인이 충동구매행동에 미치는 영향에 대하여 알아보고자 하였다. 이러한 연구 목적을 위하여 부산시내 거주의 CATV홈쇼핑 방송을 시청하거나 CATV홈쇼핑을 통해서 구매경험이 있는 20~50대 성인 여성을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 263부의 설문지를 최종분석에 사용하였다. SPSS을 이용하여 요인 분석, t-test. $\chi$2-test, 판별분석을 실시하였고, 연구를 통해 밝혀진 결과 및 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 소비자들은 CATV홈쇼핑을 탐색할 때 '애고적 탐색행위' , '상품중심적 탐색행위'로 구성되어, 소비자들은 자주 이용하는 홈쇼핑채널을 이용하여 홈쇼핑 프로그램을 즐기고 있었으며, 새로운 상품이나 상표를 보기 위해 CATV홈쇼핑을 탐색하였다. CATV 홈쇼핑에 관련된 마케팅 요인은 '촉진요인' , '제품요인' , '대금결제방식요인'으로 구성되어, CATV홈쇼핑에서 제시하는 사은품, 긴박한 상황조성, 구매재촉 등에 충동구매행동이 많은 자극을 받았으며 제품의 디자인이나 색상, 상표의 유명도 등 제품특성과 신용카드 사용여부 등 대금결제방식요인이 충동구매행동을 자극하였다. 둘째, CATV 홈쇼핑에서 충동구매집단과 비충동구매집단간에는 소비자특성에 차이가 있었으며, 마케팅요인으로부터 받는 영향력도 달랐다. CATV 홈쇼핑의 충동구매여부는 소비자의 충동성향, 마케팅자극의 촉진요인에 의해 판별되며 애고적 탐색행위, 자기통제력, 대금결제방식요인, 제품요인에 의해 판별되는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 소비자들은 CATV홈쇼핑을 시청할 때 프로그램을 즐기며 새로운 상품을 찾았으며, 마케터가 제시하는 다양한 자극들로부터 영향을 받았다. 충동구매를 하는 사람들은 소비자특성, 마케팅자극으로부터 받는 영향에 차이가 있었으며, 소비자의 충동성향과 마케팅 촉진요인은 CATV홈쇼핑에서 패션제품의 충동구매여부를 판별해주는 중요한 변수로 나타났다.

여자 중.고등학생의 의복구매 의사결정 유형과 관련변인연구 (A Study on the Decision-Making Styles and the Related Variables in the Apparel Purchase of Female Adolescents)

  • The purpose of this study was to 1) segment female adolescent consumers into consumer groups displaying different consumer decision-making styles 2) to determine the consumer characteristics(clothing involvement information search store patronage and demographic variables) that related to each consumer segment and 3) to identify the interrelationship between the consumer characteristics. Decision-making styles were measured by 32 seven-point Likert type scales adapted from Sproles & Kendall and Shim & Kot A total of 78 statements dealing with three aspects of consumer characteristics was adapted from previous research. Data were collected from 567 2nd grade female middle and high school students in Seoul via self-administered questionnaires. and were analysed by frequency factor analysis ANOVA cluster analysis χ2 -test and Duncan's multiple range test. The results of this study were as follows: As a results of cluster analysis and ANOVA on seven factors of desion-making styles(1. brand-consiousness 2. novelty/fashion-consciousness 3. recreational/hedonis-tic orientation, 4. impulsive/carelessness, 5. price-consciousness/value-for-money, 6. perfectionism/high quality orientation 7. habitual/brand-royal consciousness) three consumer groups were identified and labeled as puality-oriented/non-utlitarian shoppers price-oriented shoppers and apathetic shoppers. Quality-oriented/non-utilitarian shoppers showed the highest clothing involvement scores of all aspects the highest consumer knowledge/experience most active ongoing information search and prepurchase information search. They preferred department store and franchise store for apparel shopping and considered service/reliability atmosphere variety of goods as important store attributes, Price-oriented shoppers showed prepurchase information search and planned purchase behavior actively. They preferred factory outlet store specialty stre and considered price very important as store attributes. Apathetic shoppers showed the lowest scores of all aspects of clothing involvement and most passive behavior in information search activities except showing the highest planned purchase. They preferred regional markets.

여성의 생활만족도와 헤어스타일행동 및 헤어스타일 이미지 선호의 관계 연구 (A Study of Hairstyle Behavior and Hairstyle Image Preference Related to Life Satisfaction of Women)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships between the hairstyle behavior, hairstyle image preference and life satisfaction of women in their 20s, 30s, and 40s, and to examine the differences of the hairstyle behavior, hairstyle image preference, and preferred hairstyle according to demographic variables. The research method was a survey method using a questionnaire. Total of 674 women in their 20s, 30s, and 40s were tested, 309 of whom residing in the Seoul metropolitan area, with the remaining 365 residing in Gangweon-Do. Life satisfaction factors such as socio-economic satisfaction, happiness, and physical satisfaction significantly influenced the women's hairstyle behavior. The women with higher level of physical satisfaction had higher level of conformity, individuality, fashion, and interpersonal orientation of hairstyle. It also showed that the higher the level of socio-economic satisfaction meant greater preference for graceful hairstyle images. As well as the level of happiness correlated with the preference for feminine and sophisticated hairstyle images. The women who preferred long layered wave hairstyles liked feminine, natural, and sophisticated hairstyle images. The women in their late 40s had higher interpersonal orientation of hairstyle than those in their early 20s and 30s. Overall, a natural hairstyle image was favored the most, whereas a unique image was favored the least.

항공사 객실승무원의 라이프스타일과 일시적 해외 체제 시 여가 유형 (Differences in Leisure Type of Temporary stay -in overseas Lay over by Segmentation of Flight Attendant's Life Style)

  • 본 연구는 국내 주요 항공사 승무원을 대상으로 업무 특성상 일시적 해외 체류 시 라이프 스타일과 여가유형을 조사하는 것을 목표로 하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 선행연구를 바탕으로, 객실승무원의 근무 실정에 맞는 라이프스타일과 여가활동 내용을 발췌하여 설문항목을 작성하였다. 분석방법은 수집된 데이터를 바탕으로 내적일관성을 확인하는 신뢰도 분석과 요인분석을 실시하였으며, 라이프스타일은 문화체험 지향형, 성공 추구형, 사교성 지향형, 인간다움 추구형, 유행 추구형, 쇼핑 선호형, 건강지향형의 7개 요인이 추출되었다. 또한 여가유형은 휴식형, 스포츠형, 관광활동형의 3개 요인이 추출되었다. 라이프스타일에서 추출된 요인들을 군집 분석 한 결과, 군집1은 소극적 라이프스타일 형, 군집2는 적극적 라이프스타일 형, 군집3은 자아만족 라이프스타일 형으로 분석되었다. 항공사 객실승무원의 라이프스타일 유형분석은 직장인의 짧은 해외 출장 시 여가시간을 잘 활용할 수 있는 근간을 제시할 수 있을 것이다.

라이프스타일 유형에 따른 대학생의 환경의식이 친환경제품의 구매의도에 미치는 영향 (An Effect of the Eco-friendly Consciousness of the Undergraduate by the Lifestyle on the Purchase Intention of the Eco-friendly Products)

  • 본 연구는 대학생들의 라이프스타일 유형을 분류하여 그 유형별로 환경의식에는 어떠한 차이가 있으며, 환경의식은 친환경제품의 구매의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 분석하는 데 연구의 목적이 있다. 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 라이프스타일 유형 중 건강지향형은 환경실천과 환경보호의 모두에서 유의한 수준으로 나타나 가설이 채택되었다. 그러나 자기추구형과 적극활동형의 유형은 모두 유의하지 않은 값으로 기각되었다. 둘째, 환경보호가 높은 집단이 친환경제품 구매의도에 있어서 유의한 수준으로 가설이 채택되었다. 따라서 건강지향형의 라이프스타일을 지닌 대학생들이 환경에 대한 의식이 높았으며, 환경보호의식이 높은 집단에서 친환경제품에 대한 구매의도가 높다는 사실을 알 수 있다.

친환경 의류지식과 의식이 친환경 의류소비에 미치는 영향 (Effect of eco-friendly clothing knowledge and consciousness on ecological clothing consumption behavior)

  • Consumers' interests in the environment have been growing; hence, their consciousness about the environment has changed and affected their clothing shopping behavior. Prior study indicated attitude-behavior inconsistency in eco-friendly consumer behavior. It was because consumers' consciousness or attitude was often measured at an abstract level, not at a product specific level. This study investigated eco-friendly clothing knowledge, eco-friendly clothing consciousness, and ecological clothing consumption behavior. The effects of consumers' level of clothing involvement and subjective norms in this process were also investigated. For the empirical research, a questionnaire was developed, and responses from 480 women in their 20s to 50s were statistically analyzed. Results indicated that interest and fashion consciousness dimensions of clothing involvement had a significant influence on eco-friendly clothing knowledge, which thereby significantly influenced the three factors of eco-friendly clothing consciousness: social responsibility, health orientation, and clothing resource-saving consciousness. Such factors had different roles in the clothing consumption process. Social responsibility had a significant influence on the entire process of clothing consumption: shopping, purchasing, using, and disposing behaviors. Health orientation consciousness had a significant influence on shopping and purchasing behaviors, whereas resource-saving consciousness had a significant impact only on shopping behavior. Subjective norms were significantly correlated with all aspects of the clothing consumption process. Influence on disposing behavior was relatively weaker than other aspects of clothing consumption behavior.

의류점포유통에서 비주얼머천다이징 의식성의 매개적 역할 (The mediating role of visual merchandising consciousness in offline apparel retailing)

  • Retail firms have begun to pursue the marketing strategies, which stimulate consumers' sensibility and lead people to purchase their products. The visible effects of visual merchandising (VM) arouse consumers' interest and play an effective role in having busy people efficiently choose products. Apparel retail stores such as SPA use the offline store to be the experiential environment of their branding. Consumers' sensitivity and response toward various visual merchandising strategies needs to be accessed. The purpose of this study is to identify VM consciousness and VM evaluation attribute factors. Relationship of such variables with other variables were accessed. As consequence variables, product satisfaction and unplanned purchase behavior were included in the study. An empirical survey data was collected from men and women of various ages. Results indicated that VM consciousness and VM evaluation attribute factors were not correlated with consumer demographic variables. VM evaluation attributes were factored into appropriateness, attractiveness and functionality dimensions. Clothing involvement and brand orientation significantly influenced product satisfaction and unplanned purchase. The direct and indirect effect (via VM consciousness) were significant. For unplanned purchase, brand orientation only had indirect effect. The influence of VM evaluation attribute factors were significant. Appropriateness had stronger effect on product satisfaction whereas attractiveness had stronger effect on unplanned behavior. Functionality dimension had only indirect effect on product satisfaction but did not show significant direct and indirect effects on unplanned purchase. This study identified the pivotal role of VM consciousness in various shopping and purchasing circumstances in offline retail store of apparel brands.

메이크업 분야별 특성을 반영한 교육 방향성 연구 (Orientation of Makeup Education in Consideration of Characteristics of Makeup Sector)

  • 본 연구는 메이크업 분야별 특성을 고려한 메이크업 교육 방향성에 초점을 두었다. 우선, 메이크업 교육의 이론적 근거가 되는 메이크업의 학문적 범주와 속성을 분석하였다. 유사한 메이크업 기술이 필요한 실무 분야를 5가지로 구분하여 각 특성과 핵심자질을 분석하였고, 전문가 심층인터뷰를 통해 그 연구결과를 검증하였다. 결론은 다음과 같다. 메이크업의 학문적 범주는 예술, 기술, 디자인, 보건, 과학, 의학 인문학 등과 관련되어 있다. 5가지 분야에 대한 분석은 대개 실무와 일치함을 알 수 있었지만, 무대 공연과 패션쇼 분야의 핵심자질은 많은 차이가 있었다. 공통적으로 가장 중요한 핵심자질은 기본 뷰티 메이크업, 기본 무대 분장, 기본 영상 분장 기술이었으며 특히, 헤어스타일링 기술에 대한 요구가 높았음을 알 수 있었다.

  • The purposes of this study were to find out highly market sharing young casual brands, to compare their trends of concept and competition, and to propose orientation of brand concept repositioning and marketing strategies on Department stores. Reference searching method and field searching method were used for this study. The results were as follows: 1. The brands which covered more than 50% market share included <96NY> . 2. Price range of these brands was from 130,000 to 220,000 won. The brands of upper-moderate price zone included <96NY> and they were very competitive each other. The brands of moderate price zone included and they were also very competitive between them. However, the brands of lower-moderate price zone had lower competition. This price zone might be a good point to launch new brands. 3. The main target-age of young casual zone was from 17 to 30 years. The most of brands focused on 21-25 years old, which were higher age targeted before. 4. The main concepts of these brands were 'luxury, girlish, sexy' and 'Sportism, lifestyle' were sub-concepts.

조선 태종대 관복제정에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Settlement of Official Uniform under the Reign of King Taejong in the Early Joseon)

  • In the early Joseon when royal authority was not still firmly established, King Taejong, or Lee Bang Won tried to make their political position guaranteed through relationships with Ming, making efforts to develop relations with the Chinese nation positively. This political orientation towards Ming by of the king Taejong was also clearly reflected in the settlement of official uniform in the early Joseon, which can be described as follows. Gaoming(誥命), Yinxin(印信) and Mianfu(冕服) granted by Ming for the first time since the foundation of Joseon suggested that the Chinese nation recognized the formal settlement of Joseon dynasty and the inauguration of King Taejong. presumedly, the grants played a critical role in the firm establishment by King Taejong of his royal authority under unstable political conditions. Under the reign of King Taejong, Joseon tried to abolish ancient regime and, instead, accept systems and institutions of Ming as it maintained smooth relations with the Chinese nation. King Taejong whose royal authority was locally deemed lack in legitimacy and morality wanted to receive the moral recognition of his reign. So the monarch tried to not only strengthen his authority, but also take in advanced culture and civilization through submissive diplomatic relations with Ming. This was a practical diplomatic strategy that was clearly discriminated from toadyism. It was a policy towards Ming, pursuing substantial national benefit. Therefore, official uniform system under the reign of King Taejong should be understood accordingly.
