추구혜택과 패션이미지가 제주지역 패션문화상품 갈옷 구매의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Benefit thought and Fashion Image on Purchase Intention fo Gal-ot)

  • The purposes of this study were 1) to identify the effect of clothing benefit sought on fashion image sought and 2) to determine the effects of fashion image and benefit sought on purchase intention of Gal-ot. The data were collected via a self-administered questionnaire from 172 female tourist(20 to 50 ages) in Cheju and analyzed by factor analysis, stepwise multiple regression analysis and logistic regression analysis. Four factors of benefit sought were identified : Practicality/economic-value, aesthetics, reputation, and souvenir-value. Six factors of fashion image were found and labeled as: Sexy/feminine, wild/mannish, easy/simple, Cheju image, ecology and natural image. The effects of benefits sought(Practicality/economic-value, aesthetics, reputation and souvenir-value) on fashion image(Sexy/feminine, easy/simple, Cheju and natural image) were found. There were also significant effects of benefit sought(souvenir-value) and fashion image(Cheju image) on purchase intention of Gal-ot.

오픈마켓 의류구매에서의 재품 및 쇼핑몰 속성 만족이 구매행동에 미치는 영향 -쇼핑몰 신뢰, 재구매 의도, 추천 의도를 중심으로- (The Influences of Satisfaction of Product and Shopping Mall Properties on Clothing Purchasing Behavior in Internet Open Market -Focusing on Mall Reliability, Repurchase Intention, and Recommendation Intention-)

  • This study aims to find out the influence of satisfaction of the product and shopping mall attributes on mall reliability, repurchase intention, and recommendation intention in internet open market. For this purpose, this study surveyed 266 male and female consumers in their 20's~40's for empirical analysis who have ever purchased clothing through internet open markets. Respondents are selected using the convenience sampling through online survey in August 2011. For statistical analysis, descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, factor analysis, t-test, ANOVA, and regression analysis are carried out using SPSS for Windows 12.0. The results are as follows; First, it was identified that there were Significant differences in consumers' satisfaction on product and shopping mall attributes according to purchase price, degree of purchase, and the demographics. Second, it was identified that performance, sewing condition, the stability of the form, texture, harmony with other clothes, the response of people, fashionability, seller, origin, detailed explanation on products, interaction with shopping malls, and ease-of-use have significant influence on the reliability of open market. Third, it was identified that easiness to be active in, the stability of the food, design, suitability to T.P.O, price, origin, detailed explanation on products, product assortment, reputation of shopping malls, ease-of-use, and delivery charge policy have significant influence on the repurchase intention. Fourth, it was identified that easiness to be active in, the stability of the form, design, suitability to T.P.O, price, origin, detailed explanation on products, product assortment, reputation of shopping malls, ease-of-use, and delivery charge policy have significant influence on the intention to recommend.

인스타그램 뷰티 인플루언서의 속성이 제품태도와 구매의도에 미치는 영향 (The effect of Instagram beauty influencers' attributes on product attitude and purchase intention)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify beauty influencer attributes on Instagram and their impact on product attitude and purchase intention and on influential difference between micro and mega influencers. The survey was conducted using a consumer survey method with a questionnaire, and the subjects of the survey were 506 women in their 20s and 30s using Instagram. The results of the study are as follows: First, a range of influencer attribute sub-factors were derived in relation to expertise, attractiveness, similarity, reliability, and intimacy. Second, the attributes highly impacted product attitude in the increasing order of attractiveness, similarity, reliability, and familiarity, with expertise having no statistically significant influence. Third, the consumer's attitude toward the product introduced by the beauty influencer had a significant impact on their purchase intention. Fourth, it was shown that there is no difference in attributes according to the influencer's number of followers. Fifth, the number of followers of the beauty influencer had a partial impact on attitude and purchase intention. A limitation of this study is that age and gender samples are narrow, but it is nevertheless meaningful to explore this topic in the absence of research on beauty influencers. It is believed that these findings will serve as a foundation for the development of beauty influencer marketing strategies on Instagram.

한국 국가이미지가 브랜드 아이덴티티 및 브랜드 태도와 구매의도에 미치는 영향 -중국 소비자를 중심으로- (The Impact of Korean Country Image on Brand Identity, Brand Attitude and Purchase Intention -A Case for Chinese Consumers-)

  • China is the biggest market for the Korean fashion industry. However, China is still difficult in regards to market entry and market success in China despite the geographical proximity. This study investigated the image of Korea and its impact on brand identity, brand attitude and intention to purchase with a focus on Chinese consumers in order to identify the variables of a country's image that affect a consumer's intention to purchase. The results of this survey targeted 214 Chinese consumers who were used for the final analysis. The survey subjects were female consumers in their 20s and 30s, living in metropolitan cities in China. Exploratory factor, reliability and frequency analyses were conducted using SPSS 19.0; in addition, confirmatory factor and path analyses were administered with AMOS 18.0. We identified two general images of Korea (economy and culture), two images of Korean (stylish and friendly) and three Korean fashion-product related images (quality, design and prestige). The results of the structural equation model were as follows. 1) Economy factor exerted significant effect on quality and prestige. 2) Stylish factor exerted a significant effect on all of the Korean fashion product images (quality, design and prestige). Friendly factor exerted positive impact on prestige. 3) All of the Korean fashion product images significantly influenced brand identity. 4) Brand identity exerted a significant effect on brand attitude. Lastly, brand attitude significantly affected intention to purchase.

현대적 문화 의류상품 속성에 따른 소비자 반응과 소비자 행동 (Effects of Contemporary Cultural Apparel Attributes on Consumer Response towards Consumer Behavior)

  • Within globalization of fashion business Korean culture is affecting fashion business. Although Korean culture is creating new content and economic value presently, the research on Korean fashion culture has been limited. Therefore, this study has identified attributes influencing cognitive, affective response as well as consumer preference and purchase towards contemporary Korean culture clothing. This study aims to do the following: (1) examine the effect of the identified contemporary cultural apparel product attributes on cognitive, affective response (2) Analyze the effect of cognitive, affective response on preference and purchase intention (3) Determine the relationship between preference and purchase intention. This study result defines the importance of studying contemporary cultural apparel product attributes for better fashion marketing business in the fashion and cultural field to attract consumers.

인터넷 패션 쇼핑몰의 감성요소와 화면구성요소가 구매의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Sensibility Elements and Screen Composition Elements of Internet Fashion Shopping Mall on Purchase Intention)

  • The purpose of this study was to fed out the effects of sensibility elements and screen composition elements on purchase intention on the internet fashion shopping mall. A total of 200 responses were collected from a Questionnaire survey. The sensibility words were used for sensibility elements analysis. Screen composition elements were divided into 5 factors by factor analysis; product property, convenience of shopping, service, design, and promotion. The study showed that the satisfaction of sensibility elements and screen composition elements led to a positive purchase intention.

간접광고가 구매 의도에 미치는 영향 (Decomposing Impact of Product Placement on Purchase Intention)

  • 본 연구는 간접광고가 시청자인 소비자의 구매 의도에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 검증하고자 하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 최근 간접광고가 일반 광고보다 비용이 저렴하고 노출시간에 따른 제한으로부터 자유롭다는 장점 때문에 급격히 증가하고 있다. 본 연구는 이런 현상을 반영하기 위해 간접광고에 대한 중요도가 높은 변수와 시대적 변화를 반영한 변수를 모형에 포함하였다. 이를 위해, 본 연구는 간접광고의 고유 특성을 반영한 변수로 유행 관여도, 연예인관여도, 노골적 묘사, 노출 정도를, 간접광고의 윤리적 측면을 반영한 변수로 윤리 준수, 소비자 기만을, 간접광고의 이용 수단을 반영한 변수로 프로그램 인기성, 매체 친숙도를 선정하였다. 분석 결과, 연예인 관여도와 프로그램 인기성은 유의수준 0.01에서 소비자 구매 의도에 정(+)의 영향을 그리고 소비자 기만은 유의수준 0.01에서 소비자 구매 의도에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만, 유행 관여도, 노골적 묘사, 노출 정도, 윤리 준수, 매체 친숙도는 통계학적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치지 못한 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구는 선행연구와의 비교를 통해 분석 결과를 해석하였으며, 간접광고와 구매 의도 간의 연관성에 따른 시사점을 제안하고자 하였다.

소비자의 신세대 특성 지향 정도에 따른 성적소구 진 의류광고의 선호도 및 제품 구매의도 차이 (Differences of Advertisement Preference and Intention to Purchase Product between the Groups haying Different Orientation of the Characteristics of New Young Generation in Sexuality - oriented Fashion Advertising)

  • The purposes of this study were 1) to identify the differences between the sexes in the perception of sexuality in jeans fashion advertising, 2) to find out the differences between the high and low sexy advertisements and the differences between the groups which had different orientation of the characteristics of new young generation in preferences of advertisements and intentions to purchase product in sexy fashion advertising. The data were collected using questionnairs which contained nine advertisements of Guess Jeans, from 441 college students (female= 225, male= 216) living in Seoul, Korea participated in the study and the data were and analyzed by paired 1·test and t-test. The results of this study were as follows: First, there were significant differences between male and female in the perceptions of sexuality in jeans advertisements. Second, by paired t-test, male preferred highly sexy advertisement to low sexy advertisement, and female's intention to purchase product was higher in the advertisement of high sex appeal than that of low sex appeal. Third, there were partially significant diferences between two groups which had different orientation of the characteristics of new young generation in preferences of sexy advitisements. The differences of intentions to purchase product between two groups were significant in highly sexual advertising. But in low sexual advertising, the significant differences between two groups were not found in advertisement preferences and intentions to purchase products.

인터넷 쇼핑몰에서의 의류제품(衣類製品) 관계(關係) 마케팅에 관(關)한 연구(硏究) (Relationship Marketing of Fashion Products on the Internet Shopping Mall)

  • This study put its major concern in consumer behavior during a purchase of fashion products through the Internet marketing channels. Therefore, it investigated the Internet shopping and tried to find the reasons why clothes shopping through the Internet marketing channels is not popular enough. Then, alternative marketing strategies would be suggested which is accessible from the relationship marketing approach. The study adopted a qualitative research method to implement those purposes. In-depth interviews were conducted with the interviewees who had an experience of buying a fashion merchandise through the Internet or who had such an intention. And the information on stages of decision-making process and actual purchase was obtained by participating in and observing the process. The results revealed stages of decision-making in purchasing a fashion product through the Internet channels, the process of relationship development, and the elements of relationship marketing which affect purchase intention. The elements of relationship marketing to promote a purchase of a clothing product via the Internet marketing channels included convenience; communication and socal experience; sensual information; risk acknowledgement and pursuit for safety; and usage of complexed marketing channels. Based on these, a few strategic points such as remote reality, database of communication basis, strengthening individualized services, and development of complex marketing channels were suggested.

SNS 패션 인플루언서 진정성이 팔로워 행동의도에 미치는 영향 -팬쉽의 매개효과를 중심으로- (The Effects of SNS Fashion Influencer Authenticity on Follower Behavior Intention -Focused on the Mediation Effect of Fanship-)

  • This study examines the effects of SNS fashion influencer's authenticity on the followers' relationship maintenance intention and product purchase intention through the mediating role of fanship. In addition, influencer's attractiveness is proposed as a moderator affecting the authenticity on fanship; in addition, authenticity is operationalized as honesty and expertise. A written survey is developed for 181 female Instagram users. The analyses of the data yields the following findings. First, honesty has a positive effect on fanship, relationship maintenance intention and purchase intention, while expertise affects fanship and relationship maintenance intention, but does not have a significant effect on purchase intention. Second, honesty and expertise have a positive effect on follower behavior intention through the partial mediation of fanship. Third, social attractiveness and physical attractiveness have a significant effect on fanship. However, all interaction effects between authenticity and attractiveness are not significant. Unlike authenticity, attractiveness has no direct effect on follower behavior intention. This study verifies the critical role of authenticity for an influencer in the context of SNS marketing and commerce, as this factor leads to followers behavioral intention as well as fanship in both direct and mediated paths.
