COVID-19 대응 ICT 기술융합 스마트팜 활성화에 따른 기대요인 분석 (Analysis of Expectation Factors for the Activation of Smart Farms for ICT Technology Convergence in Response to COVID-19)

  • Purpose Smart farms play a leading role in changing the safety food culture for the citizens. The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors that are important to covid 19-response in the case of ICT smart farm. To do so, we classified the factors as operating effect aspect and industrial wave effect aspect of the smart farm. Design/methodology/approach This study was conducted by visiting Geumsan County, which is attempting to perform a smart farm. Through interviewing farmers representatives based on their operational effect expectations on the smart farm, we derived the industrial crash effect factors and thereafter designed the research model. This study applied AHP, which is an expert decision-making method cans be used to measure relative importance for determining priorities. After interviewing the experts with smart farm, we obtained the factors which are important to smart farm development. Findings According to analysis, the productivity improvement factor was ranked as the most important among the operational effect items. This is consistent with the ultimate goal of smart farms with ICT convergence technology, which is increase the profitability of agriculture. The second place is the factor in the development of infrastructure and infrastructure, and the third and fifth positions were export expansion, environmentally friendly management, and job creation in terms of operational effectiveness.

  • On the Scholastic Achievement Test grads it was compared Chung Nam's with Cheon Puk by dividing a city, a farm village, a fishing village and a mountine village. The results were as follows ; 1. The regional difference of arerage grades were that the first is a large city, the second amiddle city, the third a mountine villgae, the fourth a fishing village, the last a farm village all the same Chung Nam and Cheon Puk. 2. The grades of acity and a farm of Chung Nam are higher then these of Cheon Puk. 3. Cheon Puk is higher than Chung Nam on a middle city, a mountine and a fishing's grades. 4. The characteristic was that the region of non benefits of civilization effect obstruction of intelligence less than a city mountine village. 5. It is considered that the obstruction of intelligence may diminish when eating marine products at a fishing village than a city-fishing village by side dish. From the above results, acknowledging a regional charater, it is suggested that improrement of food life imitate city shund sublate lest the physiological function of Bie Wee(脾胃) should converse a puthological state, get out of the food life civilization misled abnormal food life to normal. Systemic study must continue for maintaining of tradition of regional difference food life. By that manner excellent food life civilization may creat. Therefore it is recognized that experience accumulation of Oriental Medicine theory also close contact food life, so may make constent effort.

수입 식재료 및 친환경 농산물 사용에 대한 부산지역 초등학교 영양사의 인식 조사 (A Perception of Dietitians for Using Imported Foods and Pro-environment Farm Products for Elementary School Foodservice Operations in Busan)

  • The purpose of this study was to assess the use of food materials at elementary school in Busan area and provide school meal management with basic data to improvement of guideline. A survey was done by e-mail with a set of questionnaires, which was responeded by 122 dietitians in elementary school foodservice. The results were as follows; Sixty percent of the dietitians though to the general imported food materials had to use. Regarding mean score of using the imported food materials; safety was 2.12/5.00, freshness 2.48/5.00, sanitation 2.68/5.00, nutrition 2.73/5.00, preference 2.93/5.00, external form 3.09/5.00, package 3.12/5.00, and price 3.63/5.00. Thirty seven percent of the dietitians had purchase the pro-environment farm products(PEFPs) and 32.0% of them purchased those products for the students' health. But 52.4% could not purchase to the PEFPs because of expensive price. They had negative opinions about deficient supplying of PEFPs 4.51/5.00, too expensive price 4.34/5.00, and the truth or false in source of PEFPs 3.96/5.00. Most of them perceived that using the PEFPs had to apply the step by step. Among of them, 33.9% had the knowledge of PEFPs, but 16.4 of them did not know to the PEPPs. 57.4% of them hoped to purchase the food materials through a center of supporting school meal servcie(it called non-profit-making organizations).

경남 청양 풋고추농가 소득 안정화 방안 (The plan of stabilizing Gyeongnam Chung-yang Green Pepper Farm Income)

  • 본 논문은 청양 풋고추 재배농가의 실질 소득과 순수익의 불안정 요인을 경영비분석을 통하여 규명하였다. 또한 역준이상수요체계에 따른 가격신축성 분석을 통하여 출하조절에 따른 가격안정화 방안을 제시하였다. 경영비 분석에 따른 농가의 소득 불안정 요인으로는 기후변화로 인해 예기치 못한 영농광열비 부담 가중과, 특정시점의 공급과잉에 따른 가격폭락 등으로 나타났다. 여기에서 말하는 가격폭락은 월별 가격의 변화를 포함하지 않으므로 청양 풋고추 농가소득 불안정의 요인으로 설명하기에는 한계가 있다. 따라서 월별 자료를 이용하여 가격 및 규모신축성 분석을 한 결과, 청양 풋고추에 국한하여 출하량을 연간 1% 축소할 경우 2.21%의 가격 상승으로 연간 농가판매 총수입이 1.21% 증가하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이를 통하여 동절기에 출하량을 감소시켜 농가수취가격을 지지하는 방안이 농가소득안정에 효과적이라고 판단되었다. 특히 경남지역의 청양 풋고추는 시장점유율이 82.5%로 매우 높은 편이므로 경남지역을 중심으로 생산자단체를 결성하여 출하량 조절을 한다면 효과적으로 가격 및 소득의 안정을 꾀할 수 있으리라 기대된다.

한.일간의 농업구조 비교 (Comparative Study of the Agricultural Structures of Korea and Japan)

  • The purposes of this study are to examine the structural differences between the agriculture of Korea and Japan, to clarify the characteristics of Korean agriculture and to determine the extent of development of agriculture in Korea as compared to Japan, In order to do this, the existing literature research reports and secondary data of both countries were used. The main findings are as follows : 1) The percentages of upland fields have inclined to increase in Japan, while those of paddy fields have increased in Korea. However, the size of cultivated land per farm is about the same. 2) The percentage of part-time household was 85% in Japan, against 22% in Korea. 3) Farm household income was more than non-farm household income in Japan, wherease : 92% was non-farm household income in Korea. 4) The farm mechanization is more advanced in Japan than Korea. In conclusion, Korea legs behind Japan in the following areas: (1) Farm mechanization (2) the structure of food consumption ; (3) industrialization and urbanization in Korea progressed more rapidly as compared with Japan ; (4) industry became overconcentrated in the Seoul metropolitan area.

An Implementation of DAQ and Monitoring System for a Smart Fish Farm Using Circulation Filtration System

  • A data acquisition and monitoring system was developed for an automated system of a smart fish farm. The fish farm is located in Jang Hang, South Korea, and was designed as circulation filtration system. Information of every aquaculture pool was automatically measured by pH sensors, dissolved oxygen sensors, and water temperature sensors and the data were stored in the database in a remoted server. Modbus protocol was used for gathering the data which were further used to optimize the pool water quality to predict the rate of growth and death of fish, and to deliver food automatically as planned by the fish farmer. By using JSON protocol, the collected data was delivered to the user's PC and mobile phone for analysis and easy monitoring. The developed monitoring system allowed the fish farmers to improve fish productivity and maximize profits.

  • The red yeast Phaffia rhodozyma, which contains astaxanthin(3, 3'-dihydroxy-$\beta$, $\beta$-carotene-4, 4'-dione) as its primary carotenoid, was tested as a dietary pigment source for egg yolks of laying hens. When the yeast was fed to laying hens at several concentrations, the intensity of redness in egg yolks was dependent on the yeast concentration in the feed and the deposition period. Addition of P rhodozyma in feed did not cause any visible adverse effect on laying hens.

  • The overall focus of this study was to identify marketing and promotion strategies that can maintain and enhance environmentally friendly farm and organic production and processing activities. This is particularly important as the volume of environmentally friendly farm and organic produce that is generally available is increasing, and significant players, such as Organic Marketing Initiatives(OMI) and conventional marketing co-operatives, are becoming involved in the market. The rapid increase in production of environmentally friendly farm products and organic food is creating new and more complex challenges for marketing, from vegetable box schemes large co-operatives supplying the precise quality and volume required by supermarkets. A possible strategy for many farmers is to co-operate in regionally or nationally operating marketing initiatives. The main objective of any public relations(PR) activity should to enhance publicity and to improve an OMIs image. No promotion, no perception of OMI performance.

  • A fish feed being used most widely in aquacultural farm is a moist pellet (MP) feed which has been being prepared by mixing of commercial dry feed and nutritional oil to raw fish ky. The two major problems in the use of MP feed is to be readily dispersed in water of an aquacultural farm, and to cause lipid oxidation and bacteria infection during storage. The former induce an environmental pollution of the farm and the latter lower nutritional values and develop fish diseasees. (omitted)
