As increasing trade through the world, especially in food, asymmetry of information can make the trade shrink. With the industrial development, Korea's agriculture had shrunk dramatically. By the result of the nation's industrial restructuring, over than 3/4 of Korea food consumption comes from abroad. And China is an important source of agricultural product to Korea. Increasing family income and increasing importing food consumption, Korean consumers have been interested in food safety. Especially. after experiencing several cases like struggle for safety of GMO food, poultry influenza, lead contained Chinese fish import, mad cow disease, cheating origin, etc. Obviously, those unreliable cases will hinder the increase of world free trade as well as the trust of two countries. Furthermore, distrust will be a cause of adverse selection. So, it need to find a way to solve the distrust which caused by asymmetry of information. And automatic identification procedures can help mitigate asymmetry of information in trade. And it will make Korean consumers can avoid adverse selection. This paper suggests adoption of Auto ID to encourage agricultural trade between Korea and China.

Cnidium officinale is a perennial herb belonging to the family Umbelliferae. Its origin is China and is also distributed in Korea and Japan. In 2017, a phenomenon of browning and wilting of leaves was discovered in the cultivation field of the National Institute of Forest Science, Suwon, Korea. The pathogens isolated from plants were consistent with Fusarium solani as a result of morphological examination and molecular phylogenetic analysis. This is the first record of F. solani on C. officinale in Korea.

One leptocephalus (TL 59.9 mm) from the family Ophichthidae collected from Jeju Island, Korea, was identified using morphological and molecular methods. Our ophichthid leptocephalus was identified as belonging to the genus Muraenichthys based on morphological characters: 157 myomeres; the origin of the dorsal fin located a little in front of the anus; a distinct melanophore present on the opercle; and six gut swellings present. An analysis of 886 base pairs of the 12S rRNA mtDNA sequences showed that our leptocephalus must be Muraenichthys gymnopterus, because its sequences were concordant with those of an adult M. gymnopterus (d=0.001) and next to those of Muraenichthys sp. leptocephalus (d=0.034). Here, we are the first to describe the morphological characteristics of the M. gymnopterus leptocephalus.

Three specimens (33.6-44.8 mm in standard length) of the family Bregmacerotidae, collected from the waters off south-western Jeju-do Island in October 2016, were identified as Bregmaceros nectabanus on the basis of morphological and molecular methods (DNA barcoding). This species is characterized by having 50-52 2nd dorsal fin rays, 52-53 anal fin rays, 13 principal caudal fin rays, an unpigmented abdomen, irregularly distributed dorsal chromatophores, and the origin of a dorsal fin slightly behind the anal fin. This is the first reliable record of B. nectabanus in Korea. According to Yoo et al. (1992), we propose a Korean name "Tae-Pyeong-Yang-Nal-Gae-Myeol" for this species. Also, we suggest key to species of these eight bregmacerotids from the northwestern Pacific.

The Remora brachyptera and R. osteochir, belonging to the family Echeneidae were collected for the first time off Jeju Island, Korea, in July and August 2013 and off Ganggu-myeon, Yeongdeok-gun, Gyeongsangbuk-do in June 2014. Remora brachyptera is characterized by a sucker with 16 pairs of disc laminae and a dorsal fin that originates anterior of the origin of the anal fin. Remora osteochir is characterized by a sucker with 18 pairs of disc laminae and a sucking disc that extends beyond the posterior end of the pectoral fin. New Korean names proposed for the species are "Meo-ri-ppal-pan-i" for R. brachyptera and "Ppyeo-dae-ppal-pan-i" for R. osteochir.

In this article the meanings and usages of Korea dwelling space terms were studied by reviewing the Korean literatures to clarify their meanings. Korean literatures were selected by era. The sentences which describes the dwelling space were classified and analyzed from the viewpoint of their usage. The terms about the locations and the directions were analyzed and also the terms about the size of the spatial structures were studied. From this study the followings can be suggested: 1) New terms on 'bang' should be developed 2) The origin of the term 'an-bang' should be clarified and also the meaning and the value of it should be studied more throughly. 3) The differences between western dwelling space terms and Korean dwelling space terms should be studied. 4) Analyzing Korean dwelling space terms it was found out that the dwelling space terms were made and used by the rank of family members.

Dubins showed that any shortest path of a car-like robot consists of exactly three path segment which are either arcs of circles of radius r(denoted C), or straight line segments(denoted S). Possible six types classified into two families, i.e. CSC and CCC. CSC includes 2 types(LRL and RLR) and CSC includes 4 types(LSL, RSR, LSR, RSL). This paper proposes new formulae for CSC family to find the shortest smooth path between the initial and final configurations of a car-like robot. The formulae is used for finding connection points explicitly between C\longrightarrowS and S\longrightarrowC which are necessary for real applications. The formulae have simple forms mainly because they are transformed into origin of their original coordinates of initial and target configuration, and derived from a standard forms which are a representative configuration of LSL and LSR type respectively. The proposed formulae, which are derived from the standard forms, are simple and new method.

This is the first report of Snyderina yamanokami, from the subfamily Tetraroginae of the family Scorpaenidae, collected in Korea. The specimen (175.3 mm long) was caught in the coastal waters of Jeju Island on a commercial longline hook on 9 September 2009. This species is characterized by the following morphological traits: 9-11 dorsal fin rays, 5-6 anal fin rays, 13-15 pectoral fin rays, 5 ventral fin rays, pectoral fin tip reaching or extending past the origin of the anal fin, palatines toothless, and four dark spots on the middle of the body. We suggest a new Korean name, "Keun-mi-yeok-chi," for S. yamanokami.

GROWTH-REGULATING FACTORs (GRFs) are sequence-specific DNA-binding transcription factors that regulate various aspects of plant growth and development. GRF proteins interact with a transcription cofactor, GRF-INTERACTING FACTOR (GIF), to form a functional transcriptional complex. For its activities, the GRF-GIF duo requires the SWITCH2/SUCROSE NONFERMENTING2 chromatin remodeling complex. One of the most conspicuous roles of the duo is conferring the meristematic potential on the proliferative and formative cells during organogenesis. GRF expression is post-transcriptionally down-regulated by microRNA396 (miR396), thus constructing the GRF-GIF-miR396 module and fine-tuning the duo's action. Since the last comprehensive review articles were published over three years ago, many studies have added further insight into its action and elucidated new biological roles. The current review highlights recent advances in our understanding of how the GRF-GIF-miR396 module regulates plant growth and development. In addition, I revise the previous view on the evolutionary origin of the GRF gene family.

Let ${\gamma}$ : Ilongrightarrow R2 be a sufficiently smooth curve and $\sigma$${\gamma}$ be the affine arclength measure supported on ${\gamma}$. In this paper, we study the Lp - improving properties of the convolution operators T$\sigma$${\gamma}$ associated with $\sigma$${\gamma}$ for various curves ${\gamma}$. Optimal results are obtained for all finite type plane curves and homogeneous curves (possibly blowing up at the origin). As an attempt to extend this result to infinitely flat curves we give and example of a family of flat curves whose affine arclength measure has same Lp-improvement property. All of these results will be based on uniform estimates of damping oscillatory integrals.
