This study identifies the aspects of a managers' perceived work experience in a Multicultural Family Support Center and analyzes how work experience backgrounds are formulated. In-depth interviews were conducted with 10 managers from March to September 2015 to understand managers' work experience. Descriptions from the interviews were analyzed using phenomenological research methods. The result show that their work experience can be categorized into 73 meanings, 10 subcategories, and five themes. The five themes are 'program development,' 'employees assignment optimization,' 'use and control network resources,' 'deal with changes in needs of multicultural families,' and 'supports vs. controls.' The analysis of the themes and subcategories from each theme allows us to first interpret that managers consider their significant and diversified work tasks overwhelming. Second, they find their jobs fit them and feel personally interested with a sense of duty from their work to overcome stress from heavy workloads. Third, managers put a high value on their work as a hands-on experience that is an officially authorized position from the government. Fourth, they are proud that they contribute to offering welfare services to multicultural families as members of Multicultural Family Support Centers.
Family policy and parents support policy are similar in that they are both object-oriented, not function-oriented. An object-oriented policy, different from a function-oriented policy, is demander-oriented in that it combines the existing policies from the object-perspective. Parents support policy and family policy are very similar in that they are both object-oriented policies and emphasize the perspective of the demanders: the parents and family. As is the case for all policies, if the ministries concerned with the policies are different, the projects are promoted from different delivery systems, so it is difficult to link them together. However, it is essential to relate the two policies because a partnership between families and schools, the subjects of the policy, is the basis of healthy family and a healthy society. Therefore, this research analyzes the current family policy and parents support policy, and examines the necessity and possibility of relating the two policies. This analysis is meaningful in that it seeks consilience between the policy areas, and seeks a new demander-oriented paradigm construction system.

The first local exchange trading system(LETS), established in Comox Valley in Canada, aimed at facilitating the regional economy. However, in Korea, LETS was adopted to encourage mutual aid and promote community spirit among residents. This study examines the feasibility of LETS as a revitalization initiative for Pumasi and suggests a number of policies that can be implemented to support the project. The findings are as follows: First, the LETS credit system was found to complement social capital initiatives among Pumasi participants in the early stages of the Pumasi project. Second, combining LETS and Pumasi initiatives was found to consolidate community spirit and encourage a cooperative way of life among participants due to the fact that LETS enlarges the scope of local residents' participation and diversifies the services being exchanged. A number of policy suggestions are made for combining LETS with Pumasi. First, the project must define a vision of its long-term purpose and outcomes. Second, local residents should be employed as assistants to facilitate the project. Third, Pumasi participants should ensure that childcare exchange services are of the highest quality by providing an educational program on parenting. Fourth, the project manager's employment conditions and working environments must be guaranteed.

However, performance was not proved where it is clarified, and the experience of 23 local Healthy Family Support Centers have that ran the demonstration project were unable to be collected. It is the point of time when the initial backing up is important but the centers do not have the systematic support. The operation strategies by the stage of the project were as follows: First, in the beginning stage, the person in charge establishes the target and vision of the project. Second, when comprising the Pumasi team, it was necessary to consider their characteristics according to the team organization subjects. Third, it is necessary to extend the turn-off time and provide many programs so that the various populations can participate. Fourth, in the advertising step, word of mouth and individual contact needs to be utilized. Fifth, in a medium or small city or an urban-rural complex area, the person in charge should support the participants' Pumasi activities. Sixth, various programs such as a passive and active parent education program and Pumasi education program for the leader needs to be provided for the activation of Pumasi activities. Lastly, a cooperative child care sharing location needs to be constructed by the duality system of the base space and outer space. In this location, the inside play space for the children is essential.

This study aimed at figuring out the current state of 26 family-health support centers in Gyeonggi-do, in order to prepare an activation plan for the centers. These centers are the main mediators of the family health operation. This study also aimed to understand the center users' satisfaction and demands. The results were as follows. First, a total of 65,794 participants from 9,960 businesses were processed. The majority had attended various integrated family services, followed by family counseling and/or family-friendly culture-establishing businesses. Second, the main users' profiles were as follows: average age, 41; average number of persons in the family, 3.78; education above foundation-level degree; diverse jobs that included special occupations; average monthly incomes of 3,390,000 won; and a middle-class living standard (as self-described by participants). Third, the users' main concern for their families was "financial difficulties," and they had an interest in education and counseling. Although they thought education and counseling were suitable solutions, they hesitated because they did not think their problems were serious enough to merit them. Fourth, the satisfaction level of their participation in their center's program was generally high, at 3.9-4.2 points. The majority of them said they would attend again in the future.
