The purpose of this study was to analyze women's health problems using Green & Kreuter's(1991) PRECEDE model and to develop health education program for women's health. The subjects were recruited women from Wonju city 18 years or older. 1. The results showed that about 50% of the women were satisfied with their lives as women, 23% of the sample felt there was a need for a women's health care center. The mean number of health problems was 3.1 and the prevalence rate, 44.4%. 2. We developed on educational program according to group differences related to health problems, diagnosis of disease, variables influencing health promotion behavior, and programs which each group wanted. Also we stressed self-efficacy and self-help group for the management of individual health to all groups. 3. The diagnoses of diseases that were experienced premarital over the past year were gastritis, bronchitis, spinal disk, and fracture, for the childbearing/rearing group, gastritis, vaginitis and cervicitis, cervical cancer and cystitis and nephritis and arthritis and for the middle-aged/elderly group arthritis, gastritis, vaginitis and cervicitis, and spinal disk. Of the sample 30.5% did not have a health exam in the past year, and only 10% of the premarital group, 12.5% of the childbearing/child-rearing group, and 18.3% of the middle aged-elderly group were concerned about their health and did something for their health. 4. The average score on the HPLP was 2.41. the HPLP was scores according to group were found to have significant differences. self-efficacy, family functions, health attention and were considered important variables in the premarital group, in the childbearing/child-rearing group self-efficacy, family functions, internal locus of control, health attention, and health perception and power others locus of control and then for the middle aged-elderly group self-efficacy, health attention, internal locus of control, family functions and health perception. 5. There are a few educational programs in the city provided by the Wonju Health Center and by community health nurse practitioners. The premarital group requested the educational programs on diet, health exercise, family health and stress management. Also the childbearing/child-rearing group wanted programs on diet, family health, stress management, and health exercise, and the middle-aged/elderly group wanted that of family health, diet, climacteric changes stress management and health exercise. The program suggested that this program should be applied to women in the community to insure adequate management of women's health. Follow-up research with PROCEED is needed to analyze health outcomes, also, a women's health nursing specialist system is required to develop health promotion, and improve the quality of life for women.

The problems and needs of families in Hong Kong are becoming more complex. Traditional family structures and functions are rapidly eroding. Moreover, family problems are further exacerbated by a growing number of socio-economic issues including rising divorce rates and extra-marital affairs. continuous family reunion migration from Mainland China, emotional and financial cost of caring for the older people and the changing economy which has pushed more families into hardship. In effect, more and more families are becoming vulnerable to risk. Traditional family services in Hong Kong are varied in mode, operation and provision, often overlapping in service boundaries with other family-oriented programs. In many instances, family service centers are stretched far beyond their capacity. As a consequence, they become too reactive, remedial and casework dominated. The University of Hong Kong Consultant Team recommended that family service programs have to protect vulnerable families and strengthen family capacities to promote maximum independence. The direction of family services is summarized as: strengthening families; child-centered, family-focused and community-based. New integrative family service centers aim at attaining the principles of promoting accessibility to users with minimum physical, psychological and administrative barriers; early identification of needs and intervention before the further deterioration of problems; integration of services cutting across program boundaries, and partnership between service providers to achieve efficient and effective use of scarce resources. Under the new model, multi-skilled teams can respond more proactively to a wide range of social needs, rather than addressing needs in isolation. To demonstrate the effectiveness of the new model, the consultant team has been commissioned by the government to evaluate the performance of these two-year pilot projects. More importantly, a coherent and family-friendly social policy should be formulated to strengthen family capacity against family-related problems.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of weekend forest healing programs using urban forest on family cohesion and family relationship improvement and parental satisfaction with programs. 21 families (65 people)participated in the weekend forest healing program in Incheon Grand Park from April to August 2018. The program using family forest experience activity and forest healing therapy was newly constructed and implemented with 4 times 8 hours for 2 hours each week. The results of this study is that weekend forest healing programs for family gave a positive effect on family cohesion and family relationship, and parents' satisfaction showed high satisfaction in most items. Therefore, we concluded that forest healing activities are suitable for effective healing activities in modern society where functions such as family cohesion and emotional bond are recognized as important by improving family cohesion and family relationship. Further research should be extended to different types of families, and the development of diverse and interesting family-experience forest healing programs that reflect family needs should continue.

This paper documents research carried on the University students who are potential residents of the city to find out their preference for the ubiquitous residential functions, and categorize based on the life style to find out difference of their preference on ubiquitous residential functions. A survey was conducted on 324 university students in Gwangju city. The students were selected through purposive sampling and quota sampling by self-administered questionnaire sheets. The analysis analyzing methods using SPSS/PC 12.0 are frequency, percentage, factor analysis, cluster analysis, $x^2$(chaisquare)-test and one-way ANOVA (analysis of variance). For the survey, lifestyle types were categorized as: These are classified based on the analysis of facts regarding characteristics of student's lifestyles that are divided into nine types of facts and then make the four types through the cluster analysis as below. Energetic life type, Inactive life type, Family-oriented life type, Thrifty and Personality-oriented life type. The residential function of Ubiquitous is classified as Safety, Convenience, Comfortableness, Information, Health, Leisure and the residential space is divided into bedroom, livingroom, kitchen, bathroom. Considering the preference aspects for Ubiquitous residential function, among the bedroom, living room, kitchen, and bathroom, University student seek for safety from the living room, Convenience from the kitchen and Comfortableness from the living room, bedroom and kitchen. For Information, bedroom is most preferred among the bedroom, living room, and kitchen. For Health and Leisure, bedroom is preferred between bedroom and living room. In terms of the difference about the preferences for ubiquitous functions based on the four types of lifestyles; The Thrift-oriented type is commonly preferred to the Inactive type among the bedroom, living room and kitchen. The Family-oriented and the Thrift-oriented type were preferred to the Energetic and Inactive types in the bathroom. Also, in the entire residential space, the Ubiquitous functions is most preferred by the Thrifty and Personality-oriented life type.

The author previously defined the spectral invariants, denoted by $\rho(H;\;a)$, of a Hamiltonian function H as the mini-max value of the action functional ${\cal{A}}_H$ over the Novikov Floer cycles in the Floer homology class dual to the quantum cohomology class a. The spectrality axiom of the invariant $\rho(H;\;a)$ states that the mini-max value is a critical value of the action functional ${\cal{A}}_H$. The main purpose of the present paper is to prove this axiom for nondegenerate Hamiltonian functions in irrational symplectic manifolds (M, $\omega$). We also prove that the spectral invariant function ${\rho}_a$ : $H\;{\mapsto}\;\rho(H;\;a)$ can be pushed down to a continuous function defined on the universal (${\acute{e}}tale$) covering space $\widetilde{HAM}$(M, $\omega$) of the group Ham((M, $\omega$) of Hamiltonian diffeomorphisms on general (M, $\omega$). For a certain generic homotopy, which we call a Cerf homotopy ${\cal{H}}\;=\;\{H^s\}_{0{\leq}s{\leq}1}$ of Hamiltonians, the function ${\rho}_a\;{\circ}\;{\cal{H}}$ : $s\;{\mapsto}\;{\rho}(H^s;\;a)$ is piecewise smooth away from a countable subset of [0, 1] for each non-zero quantum cohomology class a. The proof of this nondegenerate spectrality relies on several new ingredients in the chain level Floer theory, which have their own independent interest: a structure theorem on the Cerf bifurcation diagram of the critical values of the action functionals associated to a generic one-parameter family of Hamiltonian functions, a general structure theorem and the handle sliding lemma of Novikov Floer cycles over such a family and a family version of new transversality statements involving the Floer chain map, and many others. We call this chain level Floer theory as a whole the Floer mini-max theory.

The purpose of this study is various discussion and alternatives focusing on integration of center for enhancing family policy delivery system and family support service the long term. The subject is managers who work at Healthy Family Support centers and Multicultural Family Centers. And they are responded non-structural questionnaire. The results were follows: First, 82.4% respondents of healthy support center and 50% respondents were in favor of integration. Second, reason of integration are conformance for social integration, the efficiency of center operations, the adequacy of program for various family, doing program with the goal of both centers of the similarity, complementary, and user convenience, prevent duplication and missing of services and so on, If the amount charged against the project of the center dissimilarity of institutions, including the operating direction was different. Third, the Center for the meaning of integration are name, organization, reorganization or consolidation of functions, was regarded as entrusted to corporate consolidation. Fourth, the consolidation that occurs during problem solving to ensure the succession of budgeting and human resources and program alternative for dressing up, commissioning center was the difference as problem solving.

$TGF-{\beta}$ signaling plays a tumor suppressive role in normal and premalignant cells but promotes tumor progression during the late stages of tumor development. The $TGF-{\beta}$ signaling pathway is tightly regulated at various levels, including transcriptional and post-translational mechanisms. Ubiquitination of signaling components, such as receptors and Smad proteins is one of the key regulatory mechanisms of $TGF-{\beta}$ signaling. Tripartite motif (TRIM) family of proteins is a highly conserved group of E3 ubiquitin ligase proteins that have been implicated in a variety of cellular functions, including cell growth, differentiation, immune response, and carcinogenesis. Recent emerging studies have shown that some TRIM family proteins function as important regulators in tumor initiation and progression. This review summarizes current knowledge of TRIM family proteins regulating the $TGF-{\beta}$ signaling pathway with relevance to cancer.

This study investigates the literatures of leisure function and resource of the elderly to consider deeply the meaning of their leisure. In conclusion, this study presents the leisure of the elderly has both of positive and negative functions individually, socially and economically and they have the resources of individual, human and social as the usable resources for leisure but each of resources has disturbing restrictions. On the actual condition of elderly's leisure activity, they enjoy negatively like a watching TV and the using rate of leisure facilities is lower than other age groups.

Cohomological degrees (or extended degrees) were introduced by Doering, Gunston and Vasconcelos as measures for the complexity of structure of finitely generated modules over a Noetherian ring. Until now only very few examples of such functions have been known. Using a Cohen-Macaulay obstruction defined earlier, we construct an infinite family of cohomological degrees.

In many cases of robust stability problems, the characteristic polynomial has real coefficients which or nonlinear functions of uncertain parameters. For this set of polynomials, a new stability easily checking algorithm for reducing the conservatism of the stability bound are given. It is the new stability theorem to determine the stability region just in parameter space. Illustrative example show that the presented method has larger stability bound in uncertain parameter space than others.
