The purpose of this paper is to analyze the handicapped facility in residential outside area, to found how to improve the law in analyzing the residential area and to suggest consideration factor in design phase. To concentrate the study, the objects of case study are selected carefully, also case study method is selected as well as objects. After observing the summary of objects, the checklist is made accordance with the improvement law of facility. The checklist has the general and detail factor about outdoor residential area, and the detail factor is based on the improvement law of facility and is used to examine and analyze.

Renovation of existing sports facilities or construction of temporary ones for international complex games requires a wide variety of hundreds of sub construction projects to be awarded at the same time but there are few precedents required regarding the study of tendering process required in such cases. As award of construction contracts to build sports facilities for various international complex games is a critical determinant of fate of international complex games in the initial phase, it is very critical that adequate construction tendering process bedetermined. This research is aimed to study tendering cases for renovation or construction of critical international sports facilities to enhance efficiency of facility construction and define most reasonable tendering approach to satisfy schedule constraints often associated with international complex games and contribute to improvement of international competitiveness of their host cities and propose a direction for further development. This study also provides inputs to subsequent sports events of comparable scale to minimize trial and error.

The goal of this survey is to propose planning and design informations for the public open spaces in apartment housing, through the observation and analysis of the current situations. For this, the planning information of housing suppliers about public open spaces and the spatial utilization of users were compared and by analyzing facility utilization and resident\`s recognition. This study is also intended to guide the future directions of the research for the improvement of public open spaces. The research follows three phases; \circled1 To understand the conditions of public open spaces in apartment housing sites through survey and analysis of catalogues and references. \circled2 To study on facility utilization and resident's recognition by observation and analysis. \circled3 To propose planning guidelines for the improvement of public open space by recognition differences of facilities.

This study is to search for improvement of Pedestrian Environment through User Satisfaction on Underground Public Pedestrian Facility. Development of large scale underground spaces has been increased by urban multi-dimensional. However, concern for practical users is in lack because the aim of the development is to obtain profit. Thus, this study have tried to find consideration of architectural factors of underground public pedestrian facility in Yeongnam province for pedestrians. Also, the study have tried to find improvement for the architectural factors depending on an evaluation index of pedestrian environment and satisfaction of the practical users.

The rocket engine test facility(ReTF) was improved for hot firing tests of 7 ton-class liquid rocket engine combustion chamber, which will be used for the third stage of the Korea Space Launch Vehicle II(KSLV-II), considering convenience of operation and maintenance, flexibility and safety. The Special Act on Safety Control for Infrastructure was enacted in 1995 to contribute to ensuring the public safety and welfare improvement of Korean people. In addition, the FMS has been developed and operated to manage facilities effectively. However, several problems of the FMS have also occurred. Thus, this study aimed to analyze the FMS and related systems scrutinizingly to suggest improvement directions such as (1) extension of the FMS into the national facility information management system including small-size facilities other than Types 1 and 2 facilities, (2) development and promote standardized inspection and diagnosis systems as per facility type, (3) development of the database utilization system including decision making support function for management body, and (4) providing the FMS performance improvements and stable operating environment utilizing latest information technologies. If the improvement directions suggested in this study are adopted, they can improve services for Korean people by providing facility safety and maintenance work parties with optimum information services.

In recent society, great and small accidents have happened frequently, so the demands for safety have increased. As numerical increase of tourists who use the amusement facilities, many accidents owing to amusement facility has arisen. The goal of this study is that suggests the improvement plans for the safety management system of amusement facilities. In order to achieve the goal of study, legislations, industrial scale, accident situation, and others relating to amusement facility business were considered in a lot of ways. From a series of study results, improvement plans are suggested for safety inspection, accident compensation insurance, accident investigation, and others relating to amusement facility business.

Purpose: This study is for the facility eligibility and improvement evaluation analysis for the patient care environment of 7 facilities which has national inpatient isolation units. Methods: For the evaluation, first of all, the patient care environment of national inpatient isolation units are scrutinized by the checklist which is used on from 2014 with the 4 fields of criteria : architectural planning and layout, general requirement and condition for operating the negative pressured isolated patient room, HVAC system, and waste water discharging system. Finally, the evaluation results are compared with that of 2014. Results: The result shows that the average value of facility eligibility is 89.3 percent and which is 8.9 percent higher than the value before the MERS occurred. Implications: It is clear that facility remodeling of 7 institutions is being performed continuously, and the result of facility eligibility evaluation is reflected on design of a new 21 national inpatient isolation units those are going to be constructed from 2016. Therefore, it is expected that this study is used as a practical reference to establish the criteria of patient care environment management and safety management for both infectious disease outbreak and general service condition.

In this paper, it is proposed the the SCADA(Supervisory control and Data Acquisition) system in Apartment complex. The proposed SCADA system make use of the computer CRT(Cathod RAy Tube), which automatically observe the Electrical Facility, Elvator Facility, Fire Alarm Facility and process in the real-time data. In order to improve the hardware performance and the information process, the SCADA system composed of master-slave topology and decentralized the supervisory Facility. This system is expected the retrenchment of construction expenditure and the level-up of supervisory execution.

Road facility has the high possibility of being damaged or destroyed due to continuous pass of the vehicles, overloaded vehicles, traffic accidents and so on and stormwater manhole, sewerage manhole that are installed on the road may cause the functional degradation in case of periodic pavement of the road. So management through establishing DB of road facility and efficient updating plan are required. Thus, this study used DGPS camera for efficient establishment and improvement of road facility DB. Applicability of DGPS camera could be suggested by satisfying the allowable accuracy required for establishing DB of road facility through the comparative analysis with the result of establishment of existing road facility DB and the process of DB establishment by existing total solution could be improved through process analysis. And the existing DB of road facility was improved so that the present conditions of surrounding topography and road facility can be grasped by developing the module that can add the images of road facility to digital map and Google Earth-based KML Builder. It is expected that road facility service that provides various information can be available if the spatial data of each local self-governing body and study of automation that utilizes DGPS camera images are accomplished hereafter.
