컴퓨터 그래픽을 이용한 한옥 유니트형 노인복지시설 모델 제시 (Model Development of Unit-care Welfare Facility for a Traditional Korean House Using Computer Graphics)

  • This paper presents computer graphics applying the traditional Korean house(Hanok) style interior to unit-care space of Welfare Facility and proposes the possibility as interior design and construction materials. In this paper, the proposed computer graphic-based model is a single-story building that provides convenient traffic between rooms. Computer graphic-based model is presented by Auto CAD, 3D program (Sketch-UP v.8), rendering program (Podium v.2) based on the traditional Korean house and related work of unit-care welfare facility. Computer graphic-based model that combined unit-care and the traditional Korean house has the following characteristics. In each room of living space, wallpaper and flooring Korean paper(Hnaji) is considered and windows, door, furniture of traditional pattern were placed. The living room(Daechung) that is representative of the traditional Korean house and the corridor (toenmaru) are the elements to save the image of the traditional Korean house as much as possible. Especially, the corridor (toenmaru) is placed to conveniently use in nursing-care facility and home-care support facility. A public space is placed around the inside court (An-madang), while the living space (unit-care) has a sense of independence by separation. Bathroom and kitchen have a modern design for functionality than aesthetic elements.

  • This paper not only reviews recent trends and characteristics of welfare facilities, but also proposes main components such as building materials and furniture applying a traditional Korean house. This paper aims to utilize interior design and construction materials of unit-care welfare facility applying the traditional Korean house. Results are as follows. 1. The rate of the private bedroom as elderly welfare facilities is 63.1%; on the contrary, the rate of the 4-person bedroom is 63.2%. The expansion of the private bedroom is an urgent need in order to improve the quality of residences. 2. According to elderly services needs and revitalization for the traditional Korean house, it is required to implementation the unit-care facilities for the elderly and interior design for the traditional Korean house. 3. The interior design for the traditional Korean house is applied to elderly living space such as a bedroom and a living room; it is not applied to care space and management space such as a nurse station and an office occupied by employees. 4. There is no problem to construct space applying the traditional Korean house using interior products currently being sold in the domestic market. 5. Standardized mass production is essential to popularize the traditional Korean house style interior.

노인의 연령 및 주거유형별 주택내 각 실의 불편사항 (The Inconvenient Details in Houses Pointed out by the Elderly)

  • By 2019, Korea is expected to be an aged society, age group of 65 and older being over $14\%$ of the total population, considering their rapid increase today. Also the phenomenon of population structure are accelerated by a low birth rate and long life span. This study was intended to find out the inconvenient details in houses pointed out by the elderly. This survey was taken by trained interviewers from the people of ages 65 and older living in Daejeon city. Statistical analysis was implemented from 583 appropriate data out of 624 questionnaires using (SPSS PC+ 10.0). The results were as follows. The elderly were put to inconvenience noises in room, old facility in living room and outmoded facility in kitchen and bathroom in detached house. And they were put to inconvenience the size of room, living room and bathroom and old-fashioned facility in kitchen in apartment. The stairway and bathroom in detached house and balcony, elevator and bathroom in apartment were pointed out dangerous spaces in house.

히트펌프 시스템의 시설원예 적용에 관한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on Applying Heat Pump System to Facility Horticulture House)

  • As the results of analysis that are applying a heat pump using underground water as heat source of facility horticulture house, temperature change in house, growth of cultivated plants and the crop characteristic, the conclusion can be acquired as follows. It was possible to maintain the chamber temperature through operating heat pump with setting goal temperature at $16^{\circ}C$ and temperature variation at ${\pm}3^{\circ}C$. And cooling and heating coefficient of performance in heat pump system are different from setting room temperature and operation condition of equipment, totally in case that the setting temperature in house is low, the coefficient of performance and the in case that temperature departure is low. In case that the house does not heated, the result of the growth characteristic of cucumber planted last 50days is that cucumber grown in house equipped with heat pump is the most favorable growth characteristic due to maintaining a constant room temperature. After 90 days, the quantity and weight cucumber harvested in each house are averagely 9.8%, 13.1% increase and more heavy weight respectively. So it is researched that crop characteristic is superior.

공동주택을 대상으로 한 탄소배출 평가기준 구축 및 평가방법 개발 (A Study on The Evaluation Criteria of Carbon Emission and the Development of the Evaluation Method in Apartment House)

  • This study creates the evaluation criteria to analyze the $CO_2$ emission quantity in the complex of apartment house among domestic buildings and proposes how to calculate the $CO_2$ emission quantity by the only simple information of apartment house. The study shows that in order to create the index of carbon emission evaluation criteria, $CO_2$ emission quantity for its input materials in these 27 apartment houses are 445,412g-$CO_2/m^2$ for apartment building, 474,322g-$CO_2/m^2$ for the basement parking lot, 483,523g-$CO_2/m^2$ for welfare facility, 729,957g-$CO_2/m^2$ for sales facility, 743,560g-$CO_2/m^2$ for other facility, 26,782g-$CO_2/m^2$ for public facility, 43,659g-$CO_2/m^2$ for landscape, 1,113g-$CO_2/m^2$ for indoor facility, 11,251g-$CO_2/m^2$ for outdoor facility and 891g-$CO_2/m^2$ for common temporary based on the average $CO_2$ emission by facility. We can also see the analysis data that in case of using the selected factors only, the rate of error is 7.51% comparing with the emission quantity by using simplified LCA method this study suggests for the whole range of apartment houses and the rate of error is average 3.24% using selective and main materials. And this it is evaluated that we can get the result which is similar to the actual $CO_2$ emission quantity with only the simple information about the apartment house.

  • Many Japanese came to Kunsan and Many Japanese houses have built there in 1900's. Korean have lived in the house according to Japanese's leaving after restoration of independence. This study is purposed to prescribe remodeling of the house by case study, through interview, survey and taking photographs. Threre are lots of changes of the location, facility and interior material of the parlor, kitchen and entrance door of the houses. After Korean dwelling at the house, all of the houses have changed according to difference of life style between two peoples, change of every aspect of life, economic factor and so on. And the one of the principal cause of these remodeling is a facility development.

커뮤니티 공간을 연계한 봉안당(奉安堂) 공간계획에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Space Plan of Charnel House Connected with Community Space)

  • Because the hatred and phenomenon of NIMBY for charnel house become an issue, it is the actual condition that charnel facilities are not activated in urban. The purpose of this study Is to examine the space plan of charnel house that introduces the community concept; and then shows the way of interior design for charnel house connected with community space. The following researches are drawn based upon the purpose First, the present conditions and general functions of charnel house are considered closely and revised funeral policy that affects the organization of interior space in charnel house is analysed. Second, the case study for chanel house is limited to the indoor types among the existing researches for charnel house plan. Four charnel houses where were built after 2000 are selected for building standard of space organization in charnel house connected with community facility. Third, the concept and function of community space are considered and the space which can accommodate in charnel house is investigated. Fourth, the concept and organizational framework model of charnel house connected with community facility as a intermediate area In urban Indicate. Fifth, the concrete interior plan for charnel house connected with community space is proposed on the design case of charnel house that are located in urban area. The result of this study is expected to reduce a complicated matter with local residents and to have a correct understanding of charnel house in the future as the existing charnel facilities that have financial difficulty should make a remodeling plan including the community space that give mutual connection to area.

  • Climate change is rapidly getting worse. In Korea, the average temperature has increased by $1.5^{\circ}C$ over the last 100 years. In terms of global warming, it causes regional climate change, extreme weather phenomena and change of cultivated area. moreover, Global Warming brings both direct and indirect damage to agricultural cultivation. Global warming was accelerated by the greenhouse gas emissions which is by industry. In addition, Greenhouse gas emissions are increasing. In agriculture Thus we need to figure out how to analyze and to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and its cause. This study assumes that it is the introduction of the bio-energy using compost to facility house and it analyzes that there is the difference between in the future in utilizing compost due to the introduction of bio-energy facility houses; Environmental effect and Environmental effect which are generally used. This research is a previous step for resource-circulating, farming, utilizing a variety of by-products of the agricultural sector as an environmental assessment studies for the future completion of resource-circulating agriculture.

  • There are ground facility of maintenance in house electric facility of infra maintenance electric home appliances having used multifariousness in house, that use electric energy of common source for equipment. The body of building such as the reinforced concrete construction is structurally united, and the electric resistance is also small. It is possible that those foundations have contacted the ground at large surface area and that it substitutes the building construction body for the earth electrode. This is called "the structure earthing". This method has been defined at electrical facilities technical standards and KS in our country, and it has been used in various quarters practically. However, in our country, there is no example of using the foundation of the house as substitution earth electrode practically, and the means of the evaluation as electrode has not been established either. Then, in this paper, basic research for utilizing foundation of the house as substitution earth electrode is carried out.

산업용 굴뚝 폐열을 활용한 시설하우스 난방 공급 시스템 설계 (Design of Heating Supply System for Facility House using Industrial Chimney Waste Heat)

  • 농업용 시설하우스의 난방을 위해서는 많은 양의 연료가 필요하고, 최근 연료 가격의 상승으로 인하여 많은 농가가 난방 비용에 대한 부담을 겪고 있다. 본 논문은 산업용 굴뚝 폐열을 활용하여 인근에 있는 농업용 시설하우스 난방을 지원하는 공급시스템을 제안하고, 난방비 절감 모델 적용과 효과에 대해 분석한다. 굴뚝 폐열 시스템을 기반으로 시스템을 설계하였고, 제안한 모델을 기반으로 시설하우스 난방비 절감 모델 적용 및 효과 분석을 수행하였다. 고열의 굴뚝 폐열을 이용하면 인근 농가의 시설하우스 난방 공급에 활용이 가능하다는 것을 확인하였다. 산업단지 인근 대규모 시설하우스에 난방을 공급한다면 국내 농가의 생산성 향상 및 경쟁력 제고에 이바지할 것으로 기대된다.
