The Publicly Purchased Property (PPP) Program since 2004 has allowed low-income households to reside in decent housing at a reasonable expense and to live in a community they choose. With an increasing number of the housing stock, management of the properties becomes a growing concern. The purpose of this research is to find out the satisfaction of the tenants with residential environment and housing management. To collect data, a face-to-face interview survey was conducted for 310 households living in the designated properties of 8 cities in and outside the Seoul Metropolitan Area (SMA). Most of the households were a family of three headed by late middle-aged man and lived in physically sound, small-sized units at an affordable cost. Overall satisfaction with living environment was higher in non-SMA than in SMA, and influenced by building deterioration and unit size. Further, most of the respondents were in favor of housing management services provided by a nearby public housing estate. Building deterioration and regular onsite visits of management staff were determinants in the satisfaction with housing management. The results indicate that proper housing management delays building deterioration and assures decent living for low-income people, leading to high levels of residential satisfaction.

The objective of this research was to identify the factors that affects the customer's satisfaction and dissatisfaction of theme parks. This research focused on Sunway Lagoon. The reason Sunway Lagoon was selected was because of the vast number of visitors in Sunway Lagoon for the last few years. It enables the researchers to acquire sufficient amount of information to conduct a research. The factors which affects the customers' satisfaction are the behavior of the generation Y; service experience evaluation, perceived price, emotions, and servicescape. The limitation of this research was inadequate time to perform in-depth investigation on the research. The research study implemented qualitative research, thus the interview was used as a data collection. Since Sunway Lagoon was selected as the research setting, the face-to-face interview with 10 participants was conducted in the setting. This research is vital because it enables the organizations to determine factors that influence the customer's satisfaction and future behavioral intentions. As a result, organizations are able to achieve higher levels of customer satisfaction as well as promoting customer loyalty.

The threat of COVID-19 pandemic put many universities in Korea to develop and implement various types of non-face-to-face on-line classes, such as on-line real time class and on-line recorded video class. Online education has been recognized as one of the effective educational methods because of its ubiquitous and flexible educational environments. Even though COVID-19 led to many problems such as faculty's burden and stress during the early stage of COVID-19, both students and faculties have gradually become familiar with on-line environment. As students have got accustomed to the online environment, on-line recorded lectures are shown to be more preferred rather than on-line real time class. Researches regarding the learner's satisfaction of on-line classes during the COVID-19 indicate that systematic and good quality contents and interaction by instructor are important factors. This study, therefore, investigate the learner's satisfaction of online classes in Liberal Arts course using recorded video contents in terms of contents and interaction. The results of empirical analysis reveal that systematic and good quality contents are likely to predict learner's satisfaction and interaction plays a great role in providing those contents. These findings provide insights that preparing systematic contents and interaction are key to enhancing learner's satisfaction of on-line classes in Liberal Arts course.

Purpose: This study aims to provide marketing implications for training and face-to-face service employee communication by analyzing how communication by Korean crews at foreign airlines affects passengers' perception and how this perception relates to airline service quality and customer satisfaction. Research design, data: The collection of questionnaires for the demonstration in this study has collected 300 questionnaires for about a month for Korean passengers who are aware of the presence of Korean crew on board aircraft. Results: The study analyzed the relationship between the communication ability, customer satisfaction, and reuse intention of foreign airlines. An empirical analysis of the relationship between quality of airline service, customer satisfaction, and intention of re-use can suggest the following implications based on the language and non-verbal communication capabilities of the Korean crew working for foreign airlines. Conclusions: We studied the impact of communication between Korean crews working for foreign airlines on the quality of airline service, customer satisfaction and reuse intention. The Korean crew should also work for overseas airlines and consider communication as important and expand their overall foreign language education and communication skills to have a positive impact on not only Korean passengers but also their own citizens.

본 연구는 팬데믹으로 인한 비대면 수업환경에서 간호대학생의 공감능력과 진로결정 자기효능감이 학습몰입에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 시도된 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구 대상자는 간호대학생 165명이며, 2021년 5월 10일부터 6월 30일까지 설문조사하였고, 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 21.0을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과 공감능력과 진로결정 자기효능감, 공감능력과 학습몰입, 진로결정 자기효능감과 학습몰입은 유의한 정적 상관관계가 있었으며, 학습몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치는 변수는 전공만족도와 진로결정 자기효능감으로 설명력은 22.7 %이다. 이상의 결과를 바탕으로 비대면 수업환경에서의 전공만족도와 진로결정 자기효능감 향상을 위한 방안마련이 필요하며 이를 위한 추가적인 연구를 제언한다.

본 연구는 원격수업을 경험한 간호대학생을 대상으로 스트레스, 자아탄력성, 사회적 지지와 대학생활적응과의 관계를 확인하여 대학생활적응을 향상시키기 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 시도되었다. 연구참여자는 B와 G시의 간호대학생 127명을 대상으로 SPSS20.0프로그램을 이용하여 단계적 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 대학생활적응능력에 대해 회귀 분석한 결과 스트레스, 자아탄력성, 전공만족도, 학업성적, 대인관계가 43.5%를 설명하였다. 본 연구결과를 통하여 원격수업을 경험한 간호대학생을 대상으로 스트레스를 조절하고 자아탄력성을 향상시키며, 전공에 대한 만족도와 학업성취를 할 수 있는 지원이 마련되어야 할 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to suggest effective online pedagogical strategies for a fashion design CAD course to enhance student learning and satisfaction. The study investigated student experience of online learning and compared online learning with a face-to-face learning experience. Student concentration, participation, perceptions of effectiveness of teaching, utilization of learning materials, and satisfaction were analyzed using a 5-point Likert scale. Advantages and disadvantages of online learning as well as advantages of face-to-face learning were also analyzed both quantitatively and qualitatively. Student concentration, participation, and perception of effectiveness of teaching were greater for face-to-face learning with significantly higher concentration on individual practice. Students utilized video recording of synchronous online lectures more actively than PDF lecture notes. The advantages of face-to-face learning were plentiful communication and feedback and easy questioning process as well as high levels of understanding and concentration. Meanwhile, major disadvantages of online learning were the speed of the lecture, lower levels of understanding and concentration, limited peer interaction, and technical problems. Major advantages of online learning were flexibility and convenience, repetitive learning through videos, and instant communication and feedback. Students preferred a blended learning approach for the fashion design CAD course. For effective online learning, it is suggested that instructors frequently question and check student practice through screen share in a private online meeting room and engage activities that are demanding of student interaction. The video recording of synchronous online lectures is also suggested as a supplemental learning material for repetitive learning.

본 연구는 온라인 비대면 영어 수업의 효율성을 파악하여 포스트 코로나 시대에도 지속 가능한 온라인 비대면 수업의 확장 가능성과 온라인 비대면 영어 수업이 한 단계 더 발전해서 나가야 할 방향에 대해 교육학적 제언을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 줌을 활용한 온라인 비대면 영어 독해 수업 사례를 소개하고 이것이 학습자들의 독해 학습에 미치는 영향을 조사하였고, 이에 대한 학습자들의 만족도와 그 이유를 분석하였다. 연구 결과 온라인 비대면 영어 수업은 학습자들의 독해 학습에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 학습자들은 온라인 비대면 독해 수업에 대체로 만족한다는 반응을 보여 주었고 만족하는 이유로는 체계적인 수업 진행 및 수업의 질, 학습의 효율성 등을 제시하였다. 교수자들은 온라인 비대면 독해 수업의 확장 가능성을 인지할 필요가 있으며 이를 위해 효율적인 온라인 수업 방안을 미리 대비하고 철저히 준비해야 할 것이다. 또한 교수자들은 효율적인 온라인 수업 활동을 제시하고 세세한 내용 설명과 빠르면서도 적절한 피드백을 통해 체계적으로 수업을 구성해야 할 것이다.

본 연구는 코로나19 사태 이후 증가한 비대면 수업의 효과성을 측정하기 위해 대학 수업에서 강조되고 있는 핵심역량과 학습 만족도를 사용하여 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 충북 청주에 있는 S 대학교에서 진행되는 의류학 이론 전공 1개 교과목에서 플립러닝(flipped learning)이 적용된 비대면 수업을 진행하고 해당 교과목에 설정된 주요 핵심역량인 문제해결 역량을 중심으로 3가지 세부 영역인 문제분석력, 자원·정보·기술활용 능력, 융·복합적 사고력 및 전반적인 학습 만족도에서 비대면 수업 사전-사후 차이를 검증하였다. 연구결과 학생들은 플립러닝이 적용된 비대면 수업에 참여한 후, 3가지 문제해결 역량 세부 영역에서 능력이 향상되었다고 인식하고 있었으며 전반적인 학습 만족도도 증가한 것으로 나타났다. 기존에 의류학 전공 분야에서 비대면 수업에 대한 효과 측정은 주로 패션디자인과 의복 구성 교과목에서 수행되었지만, 본 연구결과를 토대로 이론 중심의 강의식 수업에서 플립러닝과 같은 교수·학습법이 적용된 비대면 수업 진행은 학습자의 전공 지식 습득을 넘어 문제해결 역량과 같은 대학생 핵심역량의 향상에도 효과적인 방법이라 제언할 수 있다. 본 연구는 의류학 전공 교과목 중 이론 중심의 수업에 학습자 중심의 비대면 수업 방식의 적용 사례와 그 효과를 제시하였다는 데 의의가 있으며 대학생 핵심역량 향상을 위한 차별화된 비대면 수업 설계 전략에 기초자료가 되리라 생각한다.

Interpersonal trust has become essential for online communities because people have managed to be in a situation without face-to-face encounters. To identify the structural relationships between interpersonal trust and learning performance, we analyzed the relationship between two types of trust, namely, cognitive and affective, as well as two dimensions of learning performance, namely, learning satisfaction and knowledge application. We also identified the moderating role of social norms in the relationship between trust and learning performance. Results of analysis are as follows. First, cognitive trust significantly affected the two dimensions of performance. Second, affective trust exhibited a significant effect on learning satisfaction, but did not affect knowledge application. Third, the relationships between the two performance factors were significant and direct. Lastly, social norms appeared to moderate the effects of cognitive trust on knowledge application and affective trust on satisfaction. These findings suggest that organizations, which would like to optimize task-oriented performance of their learning communities, should consider linking strategies between community satisfaction and practical knowledge application.
