서울 방언 어두 폐쇄음의 후속모음 F0 (F0 as a primary cue for signaling word-initial stops of Seoul Korean)

  • Previous studies showed that the voice onset time (VOT) of aspirated and lenis stops has been merged, and post-stop fundamental frequency (F0) has emerged as a primary cue to distinguish the two stops in the younger generation and female speech. The purpose of this study is to demonstrate that VOT merger in aspirated and lenis stops occurs after an F0 difference between the two stops becomes stabilized. In other words, unless post-stop F0, which is a redundant feature, is fully developed, it is hard for VOT merger to happen. Females have got a stable F0 difference in stops earlier than males. Therefore, VOT merger could happen, and as a result, females could take the lead in changing from VOT to F0 in initial stops. This study also shows that speakers who acquired F0 as a primary cue use F0 to the full to distinguish lenis stops from two other stops (aspirated and fortis).

  • Spinel phase LiF $e_{y}$M $n_{2-y}$ $O_4$samples are synthesized by calcining a LiOH.$H_2O$, Mn $O_2$and F $e_2$ $O_3$mixture at 80$0^{\circ}C$ for 36h in air. Preparing LiF $e_{y}$M $n_{2-y}$ $O_4$showed spinel phase with cubic phase. The ununiform distortion of the crystallite of the spinel LiF $e_{y}$M $n_{2-y}$ $O_4$was more stable than that of the pure. The discharge capacity of the cathode for the Li/LiF $e_{0.1}$M $n_{1.9}$ $O_4$cell at the first than that of the pure. The discharge capacity of the cathode for the Li/LiF $e_{0.1}$M $n_{1.9}$ $O_4$cell at the first cycle and at the 70th cycle was about 113 and 90mAh/g, respectively. This cell capacity was retained about 82% of the first cycle after 70th cycle. Impedance profile of this cell was more stable than that pure. The resistance, the capacitance and chemical diffusion coefficients of lithium ion showed approximately 80$\Omega$, 36133.87$\mu$F ; 1.4$\times$10$^{-8}$ c $m^2$ $s^{-1}$ , respectively. , respectively.ely.

울금의 색소 추출과 안정성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Stabitity and Dyeing Condition in the Curcuma Longa L.)

  • This study was carried out the effect of stability and color extract for it's condition in the curcuma L.. dyeing. The stability is to investigate the absorbance of the curcumin, one of the major yellow pigments and the stability regarding the effect of light, oxygen temperature and pH. The dyeing condition is compared the effect of mordanting condition and the best way to extract pigment and analysed through the color-fastness rating, color-difference value test. The main results obtained are summarized as follows ; 1.The best and proper solvent to extrect curcumin pigment was a ethanol and a distilled water. 2. The light effect indicated that the absorbances of solution in absence of ligh was more stable. 3. The oxygen(O2) effect to curcumin show-ed that the condition in the absence of O2 was more stable than that in presence of O2 4. The temperature showed that the absorbnace was best stable in4$^{\circ}C$ and less changed at $25^{\circ}C$ 5. The curcumin-etanol solution was stable in pH 2~4. 6. Generally color-fastness rating to silk, wool and cotton indicated that crocking C.F. and perspiration C.F. were more than 3rd grade and dry cleaning C.F. was more than 4th grade. But light color-fastness and washing color-fastness were very poor. 7. To make good color fastness, the mordan-ting treated group and the pre-mordant conditions were more effective than others 8. When compared with color-difference value test indicated that the silk was looks like more reddish and bluish color and than the wool and cotton were greenish and bluish. As a mordant, A(C2H4OH(COOH3) and D(K2Cr2O7)were more effective to make green-ish color in the silk and the reddish color was abtained by B(Al.K(SO4)2.12H2O) and C(FeSO4.7H2O).

Analysis of detected anomalies in VOC reduction facilities using deep learning

  • 본 논문에서는 데이터의 이상을 탐지하고 예측하는 모델을 통해 VOC 저감 설비에서 실측한 데이터를 분석했다. 이상 탐지 분야에서 안정적인 성능을 보이는 USAD 모델을 이용하여 실시간 데이터의 이상을 탐지하고 이상 원인이 되는 센서를 탐색한다. 또한 자기 회귀 모델을 통해 미래의 이상치를 예측하여 이상이 발생할 시점을 예측하고 경고하는 방법을 제안한다. 실험은 VOC 저감 설비에서 실측한 데이터를 이용하여 시스템의 이상을 탐지할 수 있는지 검증하는 실험을 진행했으며 이상 탐지 실험 결과는 정밀도, 재현율, F1-점수가 각각 98.54%, 89.08%, 93.57%로 높은 성능의 탐지율을 보였다. 센서 별 학습된 모델의 성능은 8개 센서의 정밀도, 재현율, F1-점수를 평균한 결과 각각 99.64%, 99.37%, 99.63%로 높은 성능의 탐지율을 보였다. 또한, 센서 별 탐지 실험에 대한 타당성을 확인하기 위해 구한 해밍 손실은 0.0058로 안정적인 성능을 보였다. 그리고 이상 예측 실험 결과는 평균절대오차 0.0902로 안정적인 성능을 보였다.

Induced Change in DNA Methylation of Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. niveum due to Successive Transfer

  • Changes in pathogenicity of old and successively-cultured isolates of Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. niveum have been observed and the concept that such cultures will become attenuated is generally accepted. However, the genetic basis for this phenomenon has not been studied. In an effort to identify a DNA marker closely linked to variations, DNA methylation was investigated both before and after the successive transfers of F. o. f. sp. niveum isolates on artificial media. A sector of mycelium in F. o. f. sp. niveum race 2 isolate (TXXID) which showed variation in pigmentation and colonial morphology occurred after 18 successive weekly transfers on potato dextrose agar (PDA). The sector characteristics were stable and did not change after more successive transfers. It was shown that DNA methylation preexists in ribosomal RNA gene (rDNA) of F. o. f. sp. niveum and that additional changes in DNA methylation occurred during successive culturing.

온도 안정성 저손실 LTCC제조 (Fabrication of Temperature Stable LTCC with Low Loss)

  • ZnWO₄는 높은 품질계수에 의해 주파수 선택성이 뛰어나지만 다층형태의 고주파 무선부품으로의 응용을 위해서는 높은 소결온도(1100℃), 큰 음의 공진주파수 온도계수(-70ppm/℃), 낮은 유전율(15.5) 등에 대한 보정이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 ZnWO₄에 TiO₂및 LiF를 첨가하여 ZnWO₄의 저손실특성을 유지하면서 주파수 온도안정성 및 저온소결성을 부여하고자 하였다. 큰 양의 공진주파수 온도계수(+400ppm/℃) 및 유전율(100)을 갖는 TiO₂의 첨가는 공진주파수 온도계수를 음의 값에서 양의 값으로 변화시켰으며 유전율의 증가를 가져왔다. TiO₂를 20 mol% 첨가한 경우 공진주파수 온도계수가 0에 가깝고 유전율 19.4에 품질계수 50000㎓의 특성을 얻을 수 있었으나 소결온도는 1100℃로 높은 소결온도를 보였다. ZnWO₄에 TiO₂가 첨가된 혼합체에 LiF의 첨가는 액상형성에 의해 소결온도를 1100℃에서 850℃로 크게 저하시킬 수 있었다. LiF는 첨가는 LiF 자체의 큰 공진주파수 온도계수에 의해 온도계수를 음의 값으로 변화시켰다. 따라서 TiO₂및 LiF의 적당량의 첨가는 온도 안정성을 갖는 저손실 ZnWO₄-TiO₂-LiF 계 LTCC(Low Temperature Confined Ceramics) 소재를 제조할 수 있었다.

Multi-Speech를 통한 후두적출자의 발성에 대한 음향학적 분석 (An acoustic study on the alaryngeal voice using the Multi-Speech)

  • The purpose of this study was to provide acoustic data on the voice of the laryngectomized patients for more scientific and efficient voice rehabilitation. The phonation of prolonged /a/ of 9 electronic artificial larynx(AL) users, 5 esophageal(EP) speech users, and 2 tracheo-esophageal(TEP) voice users were recorded and analyzed using Multi-Speech. Habitual f0, mean f0, sd f0, max f0, min f0, jitter, shimmer, and NHR were compared among groups of subjects using t-test. The EP and TEP groups exhibited higher f0 compared to the AL group. The AL and TEP groups showed more stable f0 than the EP group. In addition, the quality of TEP and EP voices were comparatively better in terms of jitter, shimmer, and NHR.

Stachybotrys atra에서 추출한 섬유소분해효소에 관한 연구 II (STudies on the Cellulolytic Enzymes of Stachybotrys atra)

  • A cellulase fraction (F IV-1) purified to about 8-folds was obtained from crude cellulase prepared from the wheat bran culture of S.atra. The partial purification of the enzyme was made by DEAE Sephadex and Sephdex cloumn chromatography in conjuction with ammonium sulfate precipitation. After stading at various pH's for 22 hours at $20^{\circ}C$, F IV-1 was most stable at pH 5.0 but when the enzyme fraction was stood for 74 hours, the point of pH stability was raised to around pH 6.0-7.0. After heating at various temperatures for 1 hour, F IV-1 was most stable at $20^{\circ}C$. The optimal enzyme activities of F IV-1 were seen at pH 6.0 and $50^{\circ}C$. The optimal concentrations of $Zn^{++}\;and\;Ca^{++}$ for the activities of crude cellulase were 6 and 4 mM respectively, but $Ca^{++}$ inhibited the enzyme activity at concentrations below 2 mM and above 6mM. Both $Cu^{++}\;and\;Mn^{++}$ ions inhibited cellulase activities and a ocmplete inactivation of crude cellulase was achieved at concentratioins of 5 and 2 mM of ions respectively. When Na-CMC was used as substrate, the Km values of crude cellulase and F IV-1 were calculated to be $5{\times}10^{-4}\;and\;2{\times}10^{-5}mM$, and V values 32 and 1.35 mmoles/hour, respectively. The Ki values of $Mn^{++}$ for crude cellulase and F IV-1 were found to be $8{\times}10^{-2}\;and\;3{\times}10^{-2}\;mM\;while\;those\;of\;Cu^{++}\;were\;at\;2{\times}10^{-1}\;and\;1{\times}10^{-1}\;mM\;respectively.\;Both\;Mn^{++}\;and\;Cu^{++}$ showed competitive inhibition with substrate.

누에 배설물에서 Ethanol 추출한 녹색색소의 일반적 성질 (Characteristics of Greenish Pigments from Silkwarm Excrement by Ethanol Extraction)

  • A study of characteristics of greenish pigments from silkwarm excrement by ethanol extraction. Through visible absorption scanning, it showed two absorption peaks at 415 and 657nm, and it was shown to be greenish color. In the presence of light, the stability of pigments rapidly degraded, but in the presence of Al-foil, green and blue cover were very stable. It was shown to be stabilized at the temperature of 7$0^{\circ}C$ until 20days and presence of metal ions, such as Na+, K+, Ca2+, Mg2+ and Zn2+. The pigments was shown to be stabilized in 5% acetic acid solution, but in the presence of lactic acid, citric acid and tartaric acid solution were unstable. On the result of TLC analysis, pigments were shown to be composed of eight color fractions, and main color fractions were F-1, F-2 and F-3. In F-1, F-2 fractions were revealed green color and F-3 fraction were revealed yellow color.
