회귀분석법에 의한 복합재료 적층판의 압축파손강도 개발 (Development of Compressive Failure Strength for Composite Laminate Using Regression Analysis Method)

  • 본 논문에서는 회귀분석법(regression analysis method)을 사용하여 개발된 복합재 적층판의 압축 파손강도값을 수록하였다. 본 논문에 사용된 복합재료는 $350^{\circ}F(177^{\circ}C$)에서 경화되는 Carbon/Epoxy UD Tape 프리프레그(Cycom G40-800/5276-1)이며 운용온도 범위는 $-60^{\circ}F{\sim}+200^{\circ}F$($-55^{\circ}C{\sim}+95^{\circ}C$)이다. 시편은 $0^{\circ}$, $+45^{\circ}$, $-45^{\circ}$$90^{\circ}$층으로 적층된 8종류의 노치없는 적층판으로 총 56개 시편으로 구성하였다. 시험방법은 ASTM-D-6484 규정을 사용하였다. 적층판의 압축 파손강도값은 적층판 내 $0^{\circ}$${\pm}45^{\circ}$층의 적층비율을 변수로 하는 회귀 분석법(regression analysis method)을 사용하여 획득하였다.

대학생의 자기효능감과 영향 요인 (Influencing Factors in Self-Efficacy among College Students)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate influencing factors in self-efficacy among college students. Methods: The sample consisted of 553 college students in C & K cities. Self-report questionnaires were used to measure the variables. In data analysis, SPSS WIN 20.0 program was utilized for descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and regression analysis. Results: The mean score for Self-Efficacy was 66.62. Self-Efficacy was significantly different according to gender(t=2.076, p=.038), grade(F=11.077, p<.001), religion(F=4.666, p=.003), major(F=19.598, p<.001), economic status(F=6.570, p<.001), perceived health status(F=6.168, p<.001), and self-rated knowledge about health(F=12.936, p<.001). Multivariate analysis showed that major, self-rated knowledge about health, economic status, and perceived health status were significant predictors of self-efficacy and could explain 15.9% of total variability in this model. Conclusion: This study suggests that perceived health status and self-rated knowledge about health are significant factors in self-efficacy among college students. Therefore, the strategies of nursing intervention which improve these variables must be developed for college students.

Analysis of Expressed Sequence Tags from the Wood-Decaying Fungus Fomitopsis palustris and Identification of Potential Genes Involved in the Decay Process

  • Fomitopsis palustris, a brown-rot basidiomycete, causes the most destructive type of decay in wooden structures. In spite of its great economic importance, very little information is available at the molecular level regarding its complex decay process. To address this, we generated over 3,000 expressed sequence tags (ESTs) from a cDNA library constructed from F. palustris. Clustering of 3,095 high-quality ESTs resulted in a set of 1,403 putative unigenes comprising 485 contigs and 918 singlets. Homology searches based on BlastX analysis revealed that 78% of the F. palustris unigenes had a significant match to proteins deposited in the nonredundant databases. A subset of F. palustris unigenes showed similarity to the carbohydrateactive enzymes (CAZymes), including a range of glycosyl hydrolase (GH) family proteins. Some of these CAZyme-encoded genes were previously undescribed for F. palustris but predicted to have potential roles in biodegradation of wood. Among them, we identified and characterized a gene (FpCel45A) encoding the GH family 45 endoglucanase. Moreover, we also provided functional classification of 473 (34%) of F. palustris unigenes using the Gene Ontology hierarchy. The annotated EST data sets and related analysis may be useful in providing an initial insight into the genetic background of F. palustris.

MOSFET의 RF 성능 최적화를 위한 단위 게이트 Finger 폭에 대한 $f_T$$f_{max}$의 종속데이터 분석 (Analysis of $f_T$ and $f_{max}$ Dependence on Unit Gate Finger Width for RF Performance Optimization of MOSFETs)

  • 본 연구에서는 MOSFET의 RF 성능을 극대화하기 위해 단위 게이트 finger 폭($W_u$)에 대한 $f_T$$f_{max}$의 종속데이터를 측정하고 이 결과를 소신호 모델 파라미터들을 추출함으로써 새롭게 분석하였다. 이러한 물리적 분석결과로 $f_T$의 최대값이 존재하는 원인은 좁은 $W_u$에서 $W_u$에 무관한 parasitic gate-bulk capacitance와 넓은 $W_u$에서 트랜스컨덕턴스의 증가율이 감소하는 wide width effect에 의한 것임을 알 수 있다. 또한, $f_{max}$의 최대값은 게이트저항이 좁은 $W_u$에서 크게 줄어들고 넓은 $W_u$에서 점점 일정하게 되는 non-quasi-static effect에 의해 발생된다는 사실이 밝혀졌다.

ON HYPERHOLOMORPHIC Fαω,G(p, q, s) SPACES OF QUATERNION VALUED FUNCTIONS

  • The purpose of this paper is to define a new class of hyperholomorphic functions spaces, which will be called $F^{\alpha}_{{\omega},G}$(p, q, s) type spaces. For this class, we characterize hyperholomorphic weighted ${\alpha}$-Bloch functions by functions belonging to $F^{\alpha}_{{\omega},G}$(p, q, s) spaces under some mild conditions. Moreover, we give some essential properties for the extended weighted little ${\alpha}$-Bloch spaces. Also, we give the characterization for the hyperholomorphic weighted Bloch space by the integral norms of $F^{\alpha}_{{\omega},G}$(p, q, s) spaces of hyperholomorphic functions. Finally, we will give the relation between the hyperholomorphic ${\mathcal{B}}^{\alpha}_{{\omega},0}$ type spaces and the hyperholomorphic valued-functions space $F^{\alpha}_{{\omega},G}$(p, q, s).

Morphological Characteristics and Systematics Analysis of a New Forma of Opuntia monacantha (Willd.) Haw. f. jejuensis J. K. Kim ex Y. S. Yang from Jeju Island, Korea

  • The taxonomic status and phylogenetic relationship of Opuntia monacantha Haw. f. jejuensis J. K. Kim ex Y. S. Yang (Jejubaiknyuncho), which is native to southern coast of Jeju Island, Korea was analyzed using DNA markers obtained from Korean Opuntia. Opuntia stricta Haw., O. humifusa Raf., and O. humifusa Raf. f. jeollaensis E. J. Kim and S. S. Whang, native or cultivated in Korea, have no stripes on the back of tepals and have a purple pulp, whereas O. monacantha f. jejuensis has purple stripes on the back of tepals and a greenish-yellow pulp color. Opuntia monacantha has purple stripes on both the front and back of its tepals, whereas stripes appear only on the back of tepals of O. monacantha f. jejuensis. Opuntia monacantha f. jejuensis was assigned to Elatae series in phylogenetic analysis and was found to be more closely related to O. monacantha subsp. arechavaletae (Speg.) Guiggi, compared with O. monacantha at a molecular level. Based on its phylogenetic and morphological differences from O. monacantha and O. monacantha subsp. arechavaletae, which are native or have been cultivated in Jeju areas, O. monacantha f. jejuensis was named as a new forma in this study.

  • Purpose: Reliability prediction standards consider environmental conditions, such as temperature, humidity and vibration in order to predict the reliability of the electronics components. There are many types of standards, and each standard has a different failure rate prediction model, and requires different environmental conditions. The purpose of this study is to make a sensitivity analysis by changing the temperature which is one of the environmental conditions. By observing the relation between the temperature and the failure rate, we perform the sensitivity analysis for standards including MIL-HDBK-217F, RiAC-HDBK-217Plus and FIDES. Methods: we establish environmental conditions in accordance with maneuver weapon systems's OMS/MP and mission scenarios then predict the reliability using MIL-HDBK-217F, RiAC-HDBK-217Plus and FIDES through the case of DC-DC Converter. Conclusion: Reliability prediction standards show different sensitivities of their failure rates with respect to the changing temperatures.

$k_0$-표준화방법에 의한 기기중성자방사화 분석법의 고찰 (The Review of Instrumental Neutron Activation Analysis by $k_0$-standardization method)

  • 기기중성자방사화 분석법은 핵 분석기술의 대표적인 방법으로 비파괴-동시 다원소분석의 장점과 함께 절대측정값에 의해 정량 할 수 있다는 특징을 갖고 있다. 최근에는 정확도와 편의성을 만족할 수 있는 $k_0$-정량법을 사용한 기기중성자방사화 분석법이 세계적으로 일반화되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 $k_0$-법의 적용을 위하여 이 방법의 전체적인 개념의 소개와 함께 $k_0$-파라미터를 측정하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 $k_0$-법의 개념이해와 정량에 필요한 인자들의 정의 및 파라미터인 $Q_0$(${\alpha}$)와 f 값을 결정하기 위한 수식과 실험적 측정방법 등을 요약하였고 중성자조사공에 따라 특성 값을 갖는 ${\alpha}$와 f 값을 하나로 연구용원자로의 방사화분석용 조사공(NAA#1)에서 측정하여 $k_0$-법의 도입을 위한 기반을 마련하였다.

한국산 와편모조류 Peridinium bipes f. occultatum의 Small-Subunit Ribosomal DNA(SSU rDNA) 염기서열 분석 (Analysis of Small-Subunit rDNA Sequences Obtained from Korean Peridinium bipes f. occultatum (Dinophyceae))

  • To clarify some confusions concerning identification of the Korean Peridinium species, genotypic analysis was performed with their SSU rDNA sequences. PCR was used to amplify the partial SSU rDNA of Peridinium isolates collected from three different Korean waters (Juam, Sang-sa and Togyo Reservoirs). The PCR products were allowed directly to sequence, which revealed each 942 bp of rDNA sequence. Analyses of the rDNA sequences showed that all the Korean isolates had the same genotype (100% sequence homology), and they were nearly identical to a Japanese strain of P. bipes f. occultatum (NIES 364; 99.8% sequence similarity). The sequence-based comparisons could clearly resolve P. bipes f. occultatum isolated from three different Korean waters.

  • This paper puts forward an analysis of scope interactions between Japanese adverbial quantifiers like mainichi 'everyday'and tokidoki 'sometimes'and a negative morpheme nai 'not'on the basis of f(ocus)-structures. In this analysis, three f-structures are assigned to a sentence with an adverbial quantifier and a negative morpheme. One of them represents a negation-wide reading, and the other two represent quantifier-wide readings. Some f-structures, however, are unacceptable due to semantic or pragmatic factors. Different scope behaviors of the two quantifiers mentioned above can then be ascribed to acceptability of f-structures.
