A form of measured temperature distribution to estimate condition of a electrical apparatus is a absolute reference for condition of the apparatus, time rate of transition, and difference between reference and currently temperature. Because passive thermography which has not injection of external thermal stimulation shows difference of temperature being on surface of a structure and temperature difference between the structure and back ground, the result could apply only to estimation or monitor for condition of terminal relaxation and overload related with temperature rising. However, a thermal flow in active thermography is differently generated by structure and condition of surface and subsurface. This paper presents the nondestructive testing using the properties and includes the results by heat injection and cooling to the apparatus. The buried discontinuity of subsurface could be detected by these techniques.

Objectives : This study is designed for analysis of trend and curative effect of Korean medicine for idiopathic external ophthalmoplegia. Methods : Research studies related to objectives were gathered through OASIS and KTKP and analyzed. Results : 21 case reports were selected. 5 korean medicine therapies, Herb, acupuncture, moxibustion, electroacupuncture, and pharmacopuncture, were executed. Restorative herb including Bojungikki-tang was frequently used in herb therapy. Facial and cephalic acupoints and non-facial, non-cephalic acupoints which individually differ were mostly simultaneously executed as acupuncture therapy. Also, moxibustion was partly performed. Electroacupuncture was carried out to affected area with electric stimulation at the strength of 1Hz and 4Hz. Hominis placental pharmacopuncture, 0.1cc or 0.5cc for each acupoint, was injected on disease area. After analyzing number of Korean medicine treatment and period of Korean medicine treatment from 21 case reports, the recovery period of idiopathic external ophthalmoplegia, 36.6 treatment session/36.69 days, was assessed to be more than one month shorter than previously known recovery period. Number of treatment sessions and treatment period for 11 cases when pharmacopuncture or electroacupunture was applied were 10/29, 35/29.96, which was 15 days shorter in terms of treatment period and 10 times less in terms of number of treatment sessions compared to cases when pharmacopuncture or electroacupunture was not applied. Conclusions : Korean medicine treatment can be effective for recovery of idiopathic external ophthalmoplegia.
In single atrial cells isolated from the rabbit the properties of inward current of Na-Ca exchange were investigated using the whole cell voltage clamp technique. The current was recorded during repolarization following brief 2 ms depolarizing pulse to +40 mV from a holding potential of * 70 mV. Followings are the results obtained: 1. When stimulated every 30 seconds, the inward currents were activated and reached peak values 6-12 ms after the beginning of depolarizing pulse. The mean current amplitude was 342 pA/cell. 2. The current decayed spontaneously from the peak activation and the time course of the relaxation showed two different phases fast and slow phase. The time constants were 10-18 ms and 60-140 ms, respectively. 3. The recovery of inward current was tested by paired pulse of various intervals. The peak current recovered exponentially with time constant of 140 ms and 1 p M isoprenaline accelerated the recovery process. 4. Relaxation time course was also affected by pulse interval and time constant of the fast phase was reduced almost linearly according to the decrease of pulse interval between 30 sec and 1 sec. 5. The peak activation was increased in magnitude by long prepulse stimulation, 5 p M Bay K, 1 p M isoprenaline or internal and external application of c-AMP. 6. The relaxation time constant of the fast phase was prolonged by 5 p M Bay K or c-AMP, and shortened by isoprenaline. However the time course of the slow relaxation phase was not so much changed. From the above results, it could be concluded that increase of the calcium current by Bay K or c-AMP results in the potentiation and prolongation of intracellular calcium transient, and the facilitation of Ca uptake by SR might be a mechanism of shortening the time constant of current relaxation by short interval stimulation or isoprenaline.
During the fermentation process of Saccharomyces cerevisiae, yeast cells must rapidly respond to a wide variety of external stresses in order to survive the constantly changing environment, including ethanol stress. The accumulation of ethanol can severely inhibit cell growth activity and productivity. Thus, the response to changing ethanol concentrations is one of the most important stress reactions in S. cerevisiae and worthy of thorough investigation. Therefore, this study examined the relationship between ethanol tolerance in S. cerevisiae and a unique protein called alcohol sensitive RING/PHD finger 1 protein (Asr1p). A real-time PCR showed that upon exposure to 8% ethanol, the expression of Asr1 was continuously enhanced, reaching a peak 2 h after stimulation. This result was confirmed by monitoring the fluorescence levels using a strain with a green fluorescent protein tagged to the C-terminal of Asr1p. The fluorescent microscopy also revealed a change in the subcellular localization before and after stimulation. Furthermore, the disruption of the Asr1 gene resulted in hypersensitivity on the medium containing ethanol, when compared with the wild-type strain. Thus, when taken together, the present results suggest that Asr1 is involved in the response to ethanol stress in the yeast S. cerevisiae.
Since the hypothalamus immediately reacts to a nerve by processing all the information from the human body and the external stimulus being conducted, it performs a significant role in internal secretion; thus, a diverse and rapid stimulus pulse is required. By detecting Zero Detector accurately via the application of AVR on-Chip (ATMEL) using commercial electricity, chopping generates a stimulus pulse to the brain using an IGBT gate to designate a new magnetic stimulation following treatment and diagnosis. To simplify and generate a diverse range of stimuli for the brain, chopping can be used as a free magnetic stimulator. Then, commercial frequency (60Hz) is chopped precisely at the first level of the leakage transformer to deliver an appropriate stimulus pulse towards the hypothalamus when necessary. Discharge becomes stable, and the chopping frequency and duty-ratio provide variety after authorizing a high-pressure chopping voltage at the second level of the magnetic stimulator. These methods have several aims. The first is to apply a variable stimulus pulse via accurate switching frequency control by a voltaic pulse or a pulse repetition rate, according to the diagnostic purpose for a given hypothalamus. Consequently, the efficiency tends to increase. This experiment was conducted at a maximum of 210 W, a magnetic induced amplitude of 0.1~2.5 Tesla, a pulse duration of $200{\sim}350\;{\mu}s$, magnetic inducement of 5 Hz, stimulus frequency of 0.1~60 Hz, and a duration of stimulus train of 1~10 sec.

The purpose of this study is to discuss the planning direction of educational spaces to support children's healthy and creative learning based on bio_philic theory. This study analyzed the characteristics of the application of biophilic patterns in children's education space through case analysis. The conclusion of this study is summarized as follows. As a result of the analysis of children's classroom space, the pattern of 'A(Visual connection with nature), F(Dynamic & Diffuse Light), K(Prospect)' shows high application rate, but the pattern of 'C(Non-Rhythmic Sensory Stimuli), G(Connection with Natural Systems), I(Material Connection with Nature)' shows low application rate. In particular, there is a lack of connection with patterns such as hearing, smell, touch, taste stimulation and water experience, and curiosity through exploration of nature about 'B(Non-visual connection with nature), E(Presence of Water), N(Risk/Peril)' changes in nature and ecosystem. In the corridor and rest space, the pattern of 'A(Visual connection with nature), D(Thermal & Airflow Variability), F(Dynamic & Diffuse Light), G(Connection with Natural Systems), K(Prospect)' shows high application rate, but 'B(Non-visual connection with nature)' shows low application rate. In addition, the application of patterns related to the stimulation of curiosity through direct exploration of nature and the exploration of the patterns of 'E(Presence of Water), N(Risk/Peril)' is insufficient. Therefore, in the case of classroom spaces, the active use of nature as it is should be considered within the scope that does not cause visual confusion, and it should provide an area that can be experienced through the five senses. And corridors and rest spaces should be designed to introduce more active natural elements as spaces to recover stress caused by learning. In other words, the characteristics of children's education facilities need to be connected between classroom space, corridor, rest space and external space. This study is meaningful in that it analyzes and derives the application characteristics of 'biophilic design' which affects the 'Attention Restoration' of children's educational spaces through foreign cases.
The authors investigated the relationship between the response to the external stimulation and ability of verbal behavior in the patients with somatoform disorder who have pain. The subjects consisted of 34 patients(male 10, female 24) and 37 normal controls(male 19, female 18). Pressure pain thesholds were measured by algometer and alexithymia was assessed by Toronto Alexithymia Scale(TAS). Somatization Scale of SCL-90R and Parental Bonding Instrument were also used. It was shown that 82.4% of the patients had chronic somatic complaints. The mean values of TAS, degree of somatic symptoms and pressure pain thresholds were significantly higher in the patient group than in the normal controls. 44.1% of the patients was considered alexithymia group and there was no correlation between scores of alexithymia and value of pressure pain thresholds. In conclusion, the patients with somatoform disorder who had pain were dull in pain perception to external physical stimulation. This result suggested that their low perception of pain could be closely related with chronicity of illness. And the Poverty of verbal expression of inner emotion was suggested to be one of the factors affecting somatization and difficulty in psychotherapy.

Development of liposomes has been actively studied for effective delivery of drug at tumor site. However, despite their preferential accumulation at tumor site, the therapeutic efficacy of such liposomal drug has been limited because of low drug release. Therefore, we developed a temperature-sensitive liposome (TSL), which can be made to maximize release of drug by external stimulation such as ultrasound. Doxorubicin (DOX) as a model drug was encapsulated into TSL by a pH gradient method. The particle size of the TSL was $142.0{\pm}6.24nm$. Surface charge was $-10.55{\pm}1.12mV$. Release of drug from TSLs was up to 80% within 15 min at over $42^{\circ}C$ measured by fluorescence intensity. Cytotoxicity of released DOX from TSLs with ultrasound was highly increased compared to TSLs without ultrasound. Taken together, we demonstrate that temperature sensitive drug release from TSLs with ultrasound, which may be useful for cancer therapy to increase drug concentration at tumor site by external stimulation.

In essence, the cultivation of the spirit of struggle is a process of learning, which is in line with Bandura's Observation Learning Theory(Bandura, 1977):Attention, Maintenance, Reproduction and Motivation. The cultivation of College Students' spirit of struggle in the new era is also a learning process of enriched experience. It is necessary to cultivate the spirit of struggle into the soul of college students and make it become a habit of students. Moreover, it is crucial to carry out adaptive transformation of Bandura's observation learning theory. By studying the mechanism of the spirit of struggle of college students, taking innovation and entrepreneurship education as a means, and aiming at cultivating the connotation of President Xi's thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era, this paper constructs the AIST model for cultivating the spirit of struggle of college students in the new era. This model includes online learning acceptance platform(Acceptance), classroom experience stimulation platform(Inspiration), iterative training solidified platform (Solidification), and competition practice transfer platform(Transfer). The purpose of this model is to provide a practical way for universities to fulfill the fundamental task of moral education and cultivate qualified socialist builders and successors. The number of students using the online learning acceptance platform ranked the first among that of the similar courses in China; The classroom experience stimulation platform and the iterative training solidified platform support each other, with an effective rate of 97%; The competition practice transfer platform has realized the continuous growth of the number of awards won in competitions for three years. The direction of future efforts is to establish the external mechanism of the spirit of struggle, to ensure the effectiveness of classroom experience and iterative training, to cultivate teachers with coaching skills, and to accurately measure the transformation point of external and endogenous motivation.
The purpose of this research is to bring to the center of focus, the ad creativity, which in turn can generate the highest advertising effects. The study excludes external factors such as personal relationships, academic network and lobbying powers which were prevalent in the Korean situation. A transformational leader can influence charisma, inspiration, intellectual stimulation, individual consideration and performance goal. It has been suggested that in the increasingly diversifying society of the future, charisma may be a barrier to enhancing creativity. In times of uncertainty and ambiguity, innovative ideas bring economic rewards (Cockayne, 2004). There may be conflicts of views and opinions between individuals and organizations. Turning these into positive outcome to produce innovative ideas, may be an area of further study. However, there must have been studies where informal networking has produced innovative ideas. Therefore, a transformational leader of an organization needs to investigate the dynamics of informal networking within his team.
