본 연구는 프랜차이즈 시스템에 참여하는 본부와 가맹점 관계를 브랜드 중심으로 관계해지 및 구조적인 관련성에 대해서 설명하고자 하였다. 즉, 프랜차이즈 시스템에 있어서 브랜드 자산, 내부브랜드 활동, 갈등과 관계해지 간에 어떠한 관련성이 있는 지를 브랜드를 중심으로 연구하였다. 연구방법은 브랜드를 외생적 요인과 내생적 요인으로 구분하여 탐색적 연구를 진행하였다. 실증대상은 국내 프랜차이즈 시스템에 참여하고 있는 가맹점이다. 연구결과, 브랜드의 외생적 요인인 거래특유 투자와 브랜드 자산, 브랜드 커뮤니케이션은 브랜드의 내생적 요인인 브랜드 내재화와 갈등에 영향을 미쳤으며, 관계해지에도 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 브랜드의 내생적 요인은 관계해지에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 본 연구는 프랜차이즈 시스템의 지속적인 관계유지를 위해 브랜드의 역할에 대한 이론적, 관리적 시사점을 도출하였다.

본 연구에서는 윤활이론에 따라 명확히 계산되고 그 신빙성이 실험적으로 검 증된 "동압유막 댐퍼"의 감쇠계수를 이용하여 외부댐핑을 갖는 회전축-구름베어링계와 회전축-저어널베어링계의 진동특성을 해석하고저 한다. 또한 해석결과를 토대로 회 전축계의 진동특성에 미치는 특성수 및 설계변수를 명확히 도출하여 동특성을 고려한 회전축계의 최적설계에 기여하고저 한다. 기여하고저 한다.

In rock mass, great many discontinuity exists that is caused to various factors of formation. But these are parted to some groups by specific category, so called these as discontinuity set. This discontinuity set has unique special characteristics in original rock mass, but for the moment, differ the special quality if external force such as digging etc. acts, specially, change of stress condition. Also, geometrical relation change between discontinuity orientation and direction of excavation various characteristic is seen. Therefore, we introduce here the useful chart that can do specification these relation.

In this empirical study, we try to find major factors influencing the selection of technology acquisition strategy, and to examine the relation between technology acquisition strategies and corporate performances. The results of this study are as follows. Firstly, it is required to make intrinsic efforts for the harmony of technology acquisition strategies, which guarantees the effective acquirement of new technology. Secondly, we should pay particular attention to the harmony of external and internal resources for the corporate growth, Finally, the development of new technology is to be made on the basis of technology acquisition strategy established in terms of resources.

The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze about the Telecasters's appearance management, external image & awareness on Self-Efficacy. The method of this study is carried out form 2 January 2013 until 20 January. with the 164 telecasters who announcers, voice actors, gag men, singers. The results of the research is summarized below: First, Among the telecasters, singer is the highest awareness of the beauty services importance about the fashion, makeup, hair, skin care, cosmetic surgery. Especially, about the awareness of the beauty services importance about the fashion, makeup, hair, singers> announcers> voice actors> gagmen appear one after another. Second, about the importance awareness of the beauty services importance & the relation of self-efficacy, for announcers, the more higher awareness the fashion, makeup, hair, the higher self-efficacy of the confidence, effective expression, etc.. For voice actors, the more higher awareness the hair, skin care, the fashion, make up, cosmetic surgery, the higher self-efficacy of the new image making, the confidence, task efficiency improvement, etc... For gagmen, the more higher awareness the fashion, hair, skin care, makeup, cosmetic surgery, the higher self-efficacy of the self-expression, the confidence, the new image making, task efficiency improvement, etc.. For singer, the more higher awareness the makeup, hair, cosmetic surgery, skin care, fashion, the higher self-efficacy of the task efficiency improvement, the self-expression, the confidence, the new image making, etc.. Third, about the importance awareness of the appearance management behavior, external image, about the importance awareness of the appearance management behavior, singer is the most higher awareness, announcers> voice actors> gagmen appear one after another. about the importance awareness of the external image, singer is the most higher awareness, voice actor> announcers> gagmen appear after another. The meanings of this study provide the telecasters's image's fields with the effective basic data.

International capital movement has made progress at global liberalization of finance and foreign exchange, international monetary norm changing into floating exchange rate system, easiness of collection of information and trade at improvement of information communication technology from early of 1970's. Results of empirical test for relation between foreign exchange rate or various determination factors of foreign exchange rate and interest rate are followed by next sentences. First, according to relation between foreign exchange rate and interest rate, correlation for each of variables after OECD entrance is increased. But, long-term & short-term interest rate is affected by Hanbo & Kia's bankruptcy, continuous large scale corporates bankruptcy and crisis of foreign exchange. Therefore, financial instability is occured. If portfolio investment fund has been inflow as it is mollified by continuous shortage of foreign exchange and fall of country's credit rating, it is expected to have positive effect for long-term & short-term interest rate from appreciation of won against dollar. Second, results from relation between determination factor of foreign exchange rate and interest rate are followed by next sentences. If surplus of current account and goods account is continued, yield of corporate bond is to be stable. But, margin of surplus is expected to diminish after second quarter 98, and difference between external and domestic interest (after adjusting foreign exchange rate) is to be diminished. And if net inflows of foreign investor's fund (stock and bond) is diminished, it is to have negative effect for yield of corporate bond. According to foreign investor's investment movement of previous years, hedge fund were stayed at least during two years in Mexico. It means that sudden capital outflow is not to be happened at Korea. But if external factors from depreciation of yen and China's renminbi are instable, interest rate is expected to increase from capital's outflows. Third, if it is to decrease instability of foreign exchange rate from increase in surplus of future current account, credit rating's upwardness, stability of yen and renminbi, foreign exchange rate is expected to be stable. It is expected to have continuous stability from short-term interest rate to long-term interest rate in this empirical test.

When a train passes a conventiaonl tunnel at high speed, external pressure variation problem arises. It is known that this issue can be reduced by control the tunnel length. We studied the variances of external pressure variation within the tunnel, by altering length of the dummy tunnel duct. We also studies the variances of micro-pressure waves at the exit of tunnel, by altering surface area of dummy tunnel duct. For analyzing this train-tunnel relation problem, axisymmetric steady compressible flow solver was used.

We have fabricated superconductor ceramics by chemical process. A high Tc superconductor with a nominal composition of $Bi_2Sr_2Ca_2Cu_3O_y$ was prepared by the organic metal salts method. Experimental results suggest that the intermediate phase formed before the formation of the superconductor phase may be the most important factor. The relation between electromagnetic properties of Bi HTS and external applied magnetic field was studied. The electrical resistance of the superconductor was increased by the application of the external magnetic field. But the increase in the electrical resistance continues even after the removal of the magnetic field. The reason is as follows; the magnetic flux due to the external magnetic field penetrates through the superconductor and the penetrated magnetic flux is trapped after the removal of the magnetic flux.
