운반체의 위치제어를 위한 내부.외부오차 제어기 설계 (Internal-External Error Controller Design for Position Control of Vehicle)

  • In most case of previous research about vehicle control system, external error occurred by unexpected environmental situation was hardly considered. However, in this paper, to have more accurate position control of differential derive vehicle, we separate the error as an internal error and external error. To calculate the vehicle position in real time, we introduced the Dead-Reckoning algorithms and the simulation result show that the proposed internal and external error control system has fast and accurate position tracking with remarkable diminishment of orientation error. The results reported here can easily be extended to the control of similar type vehicle.

외부부담이 전압변성기의 비오차와 위상각오차에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구 (A Study on Ratio Error and Phase Angle Error Caused by an External Burden in Voltage Transformer)

  • A voltage transformer(VT) used for the estabilishment of high voltage national standard, has generally ratio error and phase angle error. Both errors in VT depend critically on values of external burden of VT used. Both ratio ewer and phase angle error in existence of the external burden is calculated. These calculated values are very well consistent with the experimental result. The principle and the measurement method of VT in our institute are also explained.

스테레오비전시스템을 이용한 실내 영상감시시스템의 외란광 간섭 경감에 관한 연구 (A Study on External Light Noise Reduction Using Stereo Vision System in Image Monitoring System)

  • 본 논문은 스테레오 영상의 깊이정보특성을 이용하여 물체의 이등성분과 외란광에 의해 오인식되는 이동성분을 구분하여 외란광에 의한 오인식률을 경감하기 위한 방법을 제안한다. 추출된 이동성분으로부터 깊이정보의 변화를 측정, 변화가 미약한 경우 외란광으로 인식하여 이동물체가 없는 것으로 판단하도록 하였다. 실험 결과 외란광에 의한 오인식률과 그림자와 같은 허상에 의한 오인식률이 87.3[%]의 감소를 보여 본 논문에서 제안하는 방법의 유용성을 확인하였다.

WBAN에서 신체 내부 센서의 라이프타임 향상을 위한 LI 프로토콜 (WBAN LI Protocol for Improving Lifetime of Implant Sensor in Body)

  • WBAN(Wireless body area network)에서 신체에 삽입된 센서는 신체의 생물학적인 특성에 의해 일반 센서보다 프레임의 오류가 발생 할 확률이 높아진다. 본 논문에서는 신체에 삽입된 센서의 라이프타임을 향상시키기 위해 삽입 된 센서의 재전송을 외부 센서에서 대신 전송해주는 방법으로 삽입된 센서의 전송을 줄이는 방법을 제시한다. 제시된 LI(Lifetime Increment) 프로토콜은 기존의 CSMA/CA 전송방식에서 데이터 프레임에 외부 센서의 ID를 추가하고, 내부 센서가 전송한 프레임이 재전송이 요구 될 시에는 추가 되어있던 ID의 외부 센서에서 재전송을 책임지는 방법이다. 제안하는 프로토콜의 성능 비교를 위해 WBAN CSMA/CA 전송 방식과 비교한 결과 에너지 소모량이 적어져 라이프 타임이 향상되는 것을 확인하였다.

가공정밀도에 영향을 미치는 환경요소 분석 (Analysis of Environmental Factors Affecting the Machining Accuracy)

  • In this paper, to analyze the types of surface morphology error according to factors that cause machining error, the experiments were conducted in the ultra-precision diamond machine using a diamond tool. The factors causing machining error were classified into the pressure variation of compressed air, external shock, tool errors, machining conditions (rotational speed and feed rate), tool wear, and vibration. The pressure variation of compressed air causes a form accuracy error with waviness. An external shock causes a ring-shaped surface defect. The installed diamond tool for machining often has height error, feed-direction position error, and radius size error. The types of form accuracy error according to the tool's errors were analyzed by CAD simulation. The surface roughness is dependent on the tool radius, rotational speed, and feed rate. It was confirmed that the surface roughness was significantly affected by tool wear and vibration, and the surface roughness of Rz 0.0105 ㎛ was achieved.

주의 집중 방법이 다트 던지기 역학에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Different Types of Attentional Focus on Dart Throwing Mechanics)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of different types of attentional focus(internal focus vs. external focus) on the dart throwing mechanics. Seven expert dart throwing athletes were assigned to an internal focus group and other seven athletes were assigned to an external focus group. Each group was asked to throw dart either under verbal instruction or without instruction. During dart throwing, accuracy(radial error), consistency(bivariate variable error), dart velocity, acceleration, elbow joint ROM, elbow joint angular velocity, EMD(electromechanical delay), iEMG of biceps brachii and triceps brachii, and CI(coactivation index) were collected and analyzed. Nither instruction type nor instruction itself affected in accuracy and consistency. However, in dart velocity and acceleration, there was an interaction between instruction and attentional focus types. Velocity and acceleration increased in the internal condition, where as they decreased in the external condition. The ROM of elbow joint did not affected by instruction and attention type. However, similar to dart velocity and acceleration, angular velocity increased in internal focus group, while it decreased in external focus group. EMG showed no difference with any condition. In conclusion, internal focus is better than external focus for dart throwing.

표적 특성에 따른 모노펄스 레이더 불확도 연구 (A monopulse radar uncertainty study classified on target property)

  • 일반적으로 모노펄스 레이더의 오차 수준은 다중경로 간섭, 글린트, 동적 지연오차 등의 환경적 오차 요인이 제거된 이상적인 경우를 가정하고 있다. 따라서 지금까지는 외부 환경적 오차 요인이 포함된 모노펄스 레이더의 계측 불확도를 추정하여 왔다. 본 연구에서는 각기 다른 특성의 표적에 대해서 어떤 종류의 오차 요인이 모노펄스 레이더 계측 불확도 에 영향을 미치는지 살펴보았다. 이를 실험적으로 증명하기 위해서 먼저 환경적 오차 요인이 완벽히 제거된 이상적인 환경에서의 모의 실험 결과를 기술하였다. 이 결과와 함께 지상에 고정된 교정장치, 저속으로 기동하는 교정구, 고속으로 기동하는 비행표적에 대한 불확도를 추정함으로써 오차 요인이 포함된 각기 다른 특성의 표적에 대한 모노펄스 레이더 계측 불확도를 정량적으로 비교 고찰하였다.

각 접촉 볼베어링 스핀들의 회전정밀도 분석 (Rotating Accuracy Analysis for Spindle with Angular Contact Ball Bearings)

  • The error motion of a machine tool spindle directly affects the surface errors of machined parts. Spindle motion errors such as three translational motions and two rotational motions are undesirable. These are usually due to the imperfectness of bearings, stiffness of spindle, assembly errors, and external force or unbalance of rotors. The error motions of the spindle need to be reduced for achieving the desired performance. Therefore, the level of error motion needs to be estimated during the design and assembly process of the spindle. In this study, an estimation method for five degree-of-freedom (5 DOF) error motions for a spindle with an angular contact ball bearing is suggested. To estimate the error motions of the spindle, the waviness of the inner-race of bearings and an external force model were used as input data. The estimation model considers the geometric relationship and force equilibrium of the five DOFs. To calculate the error motions of the spindle, not only the imperfections of the shaft and bearings but also driving elements such as belt pulley and direct driving motor systems are considered.

Wi-Fi 신호를 사용하지 않고 보행자 궤적과 건물내 지도 특성만을 이용한 스마트폰 실내 위치 측정 시스템 (Step Trajectory/Indoor Map Feature-based Smartphone Indoor Positioning System without Using Wi-Fi Signals)

  • In this paper, we proposed indoor positioning system with improved accuracy. The proposed indoor location measurement system is based pedestrian location measurement method that use the embedded sensor of smartphone. So, we do not need wireless external resources, such as GPS or WiFi signals. The conventional methods measure indoor location by generating a movement route of pedestrian by step and direction recognition. In this paper, to correct the direction sensor error, we use the common feature of the normal indoor floor map that the indoor path is lattice-structured. And we quantize moving directions depending on the direction of indoor path. In addition, we propose moving direction measuring method using geomagnetic sensor and gyro sensor to improve the accuracy. Also, the proposed step detection method uses angle and accelerometer sensors. The proposed step detection method is not affected by the posture of the smartphone. Direction errors caused by direction sensor error is corrected due to proposed moving direction measuring method. The proposed location error correction method corrects location error caused by step detection error without the need for external wireless signal resources.

회전 유니트의 회전정밀도 예측 기술 (Estimation of Rotational Motion Accuracy for Rotary Units)

The error motions of the spindle have been needed to be decreased to desired goal of spindle's performance. The level of error motion is needed to be estimated during the design and assembly process of the spindle. In this paper, the estimation method for the five degree of freedom (5 D.O.F) error motions for rotary units such as a spindle and rotary table are suggested. To estimate the error motions of the rotary unit, waviness of bearings and external force model were used as input data. The estimation model considers geometric relationship and force equilibrium of the five degree of the freedom motions.
