『온병조변(溫病條辨)』 처방의 기원과 처방 변화의 병리학적 고찰 (The Pathologic Study on Difference between Prescriptions of 『Wenbingtiaobian』 and their Sources)

  • Ojectives : To indicate source of prescriptions in "Wenbingtiaobian" and draw pathologic consideration for differences between prescription and source. Methods : Analysed cause and mechanism of disease, pattern identification, treatment, prescriptions and medicinal herbs based on "Translation of Wenbingtiaobian", "Modern Shanhanlun", "Jinkuiyaolueyishi", "Medical collection of Yetianshi" and "Herbal Formula Science". Results : 64.5% of prescriptions in "Wenbingtiaobian" are derived from "Linzhengzhinanyian", "shanghanlun" or "Jinkuiyaolue". Prescriptions from "shanghanlun" or "Jinkuiyaolue" have been modified to fit for heat pattern differentiations, to expand or reduce their medicinal scope, to build up efficacy by adding cold herbs, herbs of nourishing yin, engendering fluid or outthrusting through the exterior, to diffuse water-dampness or warm yang by adding warm herbs. Prescriptions from "Linzhengzhinanyian" have been modified to eliminate cold-dampness, disperse and outthrust with lightness, tonify yin. Conclusions : Wenbingtiaobian" inherited "Linzhengzhinanyian", "shanghanlun" nd "Jinkuiyaolue" andchanged and developed them to cure the febrile disease in the aspect of prescription, mechanism of disease, pattern differentiation and treatment.

  • 본 논문에서는 강관철탑의 3차원 비선형해석 및 비교 검증 실험을 통하여 보조재의 역할 및 결구 거동 특성을 파악하였다. 특히 기존 철탑의 삼각결구를 단순화한 사각결구의 거동특성을 살펴보기 위하여 외측결구와 내측결구의 형상을 달리하고 각 결구의 다양한 조합을 통하여 보조재가 철탑의 내력에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다.

  • Theoretical analysis of noise reduction by a membrane-duct system is presented. When acorn waves propagate in the membrane-duct, the membrane is also excited and its motion is coup with interior medium. It has been shown that propagating waves with supersonic wave speed exist beyond a certain critical frequency that is determined from the mass ratio of the me and the fluid. Also found are subsonic waves which couple strongly wi th the membrane a provide a powerful mechanism of energy dissipation. Existence of an exterior medium alter dispersion characteristics. It provides additional mass loading and reduces the subsort speed further. The effect of mean flow speed on dispersion characteristics is also consider results show that the membrane-duct system can be applied to diminish and absorb 1 frequency noise in duct instead of passive muffler, such as a simple expansion chamber absorption material.

  • The purpose of this paper is to review recent developments in lower limb exoskeletons. The exoskeleton system is a human-robot cooperation system that enhances the performance of the wearer in various environments while the human operator is in charge of the position control, contextual perception, and motion signal generation through the robot's artificial intelligence. This system is in the form of a mechanical structure that is combined to the exterior of a human body to improve the muscular power of the wearer. This paper is followed by an overview of the development history of exoskeleton systems and their three main applications in military/industrial field, medical/rehabilitation field and social welfare field. Besides the key technologies in exoskeleton systems, the research is presented from several viewpoints of the exoskeleton mechanism, human-robot interface and human-robot cooperation control.

  • 본 논문에서는 선박의 외벽 청소용으로 사용되는 연마장비에 사이클론 집진방식을 채용한 연마장비를 개발을 위한 최적화된 설계를 위한 기본적인 메카니즘과 설계를 소개하고자 한다. 사이클론 방식은 공기의 유입 및 유출 속도 및 압력에 따른 미립자 등을 분리하는 기능을 하게 되는데 본 연구에서는 이러한 연마장비설계를 위한 사이클론 집진기의 효율과 압력, 유입 공기속도에 따른 설계방법을 소개하고 일부 실험결과를 제시하도록 한다.

Result 1) In ${\ulcorner}$Sasang-Yihak-chobonguen${\lrcorner}$, diseases were classified 'Oi-Gam(外感)‘, ’Nae-sang(內傷)‘, ’Ok-roi(牢獄)‘. ’Wi-gyoung(危傾)‘. In ${\ulcorner}$Sasang-Yihak-chobonguen${\lrcorner}$ ordinary symptoms was more impotant than disease, and good life style was emplasized for health 2) In ${\ulcorner}$Dongyi Soose Bowon${\lrcorner}$ written in 1894(Old edition), diseases were classified 'Oi-Gam(外感)‘, ’Nae-sang(內傷)‘. siseases from exterior causes was classified into 'Oi-gam-noi-chu-byoung(外傷腦?頁病)’, and diseases from interior causes was classified into 'Nae-sang-wi-wan-byoung(內觸胃脘病).‘ Herbal medication yet was't used by Disease 3) In ${\ulcorner}$Dongyi Soose Bowon${\lrcorner}$ published in 1901(In Edition), diseases was classified not by causes of disease but by mechanism and symptom of disease, so into Exterior-cold disease' and 'Interior-hot disease'. Herbal medication was used by pattern of Disease. 4) Conception of constitutional diseases was gradualy complished through edition.

소양인(少陽人) 병리론(病理論)에 관한 고찰(考察) (The Study on the Pathology of Soyangin in Sasang Constitutional Medicine (SCM))

  • 1. Objectives: This research was proposed to find out the pathology of Soyangin in Sasang Constitutional Medicine(SCM). 2. Methods: The related contents of the pathology of Soyangin were selected in Je-Ma Lee's literatures such as "Dongmu-YuGo(東武遺稿)"(DYG), "Donguisusebowon-SaSangchobongyun(東醫壽世保元四象草本卷)"(DSS), "Donguisusebowon-GabObon(東醫壽世保元甲午本)"(DGO), "Donguisusebowon-ShinChukbon(東醫壽世保元辛丑本)"(DSC), and the research was written in order to find out the physiology and pathology of Soyangin in SCM. 3. Results and Conclusions: The chronical change of pathologic concept in Soyangin diseases as follows : Pathology in Soyangin diseases was much Hot Qi(熱氣), and more ascending Qi, less descending Qi in DYG, DSS. In "Discourse on the viscera and bowels" of DGO and DSC, Soyangin has a circulation of Water-Food Hot Qi of Spleen Group(脾黨) and Water-Food Cold Qi of Kidney Group(腎黨). Exterior Disease(表病) was the injury of Exterior-Qi such as mouth-hip Qi(口膀胱氣) by Anger-Nature-Qi(怒性氣), and Interior Disease(裏病) was the injury of Interior-Qi such as kidney-large intestine Qi(腎大腸氣) by Sorrow-Emotion-Qi(哀情氣). All diseases of Soyangin are caused by insufficient Cool Yin Qi(陰淸之氣) in Kidney Group(腎黨), so the pathology of Soyangin was focused on Requisite energy(保命之主) and each small viscera and bowels(偏小之臟). In this viewpoint, the schema of Soyangin diseases such as Soyangsangpoong-syndrome(少陽傷風證), Kyulhyung-syndrome(結胸證), Mangeum-syndrome(亡陰證), Hyungkyukyeol-syndrome(胸膈熱證), Sogal-syndrome(消渴證) and Eumhuoyeol-syndrome(陰虛午熱證) were designed to explain the mechanism of each syndrome.

In this viewpoint, the schema of Soeumin diseases such as Ulkwang-syndrome(鬱狂證), Mangyang-syndrome(亡陽證), Taeum-syndrome(太陰證) and Soeum-syndrome(少陰證) were designed to explain the mechanism of each syndrome.

학질(瘧疾)의 종류(種類)와 병인(病因).병기(病機)에 대한 고찰(考察) (A Study on the Kinds(種類), Causes(病因) and Mechanisms(病機) of Malaria(瘧疾))

  • Objective : Malaria(瘧疾) is a disease that's main symptom is paroxysm - a cyclical occurrence of sudden coldness followed by rigor and then fever. Since the introduction of the cause and mechanism of malaria(瘧疾) in the "Suwen(素問)", including Cold malaria(寒瘧), Warm malaria(溫瘧), Heat malaria(癉瘧) and Wind malaria(風瘧), there has been over 20 different kinds of malaria, each of which are introduced in multiple medical texts. Method : Through comparison between "Suwen(素問)" and other medical texts, the categories, causes and mechanisms of malaria can be analysed and organized to overview the whole feature of it. Results & Conclusion : External pathogens of malaria(瘧疾) are wind(風), cold(寒), summerheat (暑), dampness(濕), miasmic toxin(瘴), pestilence(疫), ghost(鬼). Internal pathogens of malaria(瘧疾) are dietary irregularities(飮食不節), overexertion and fatigue(勞倦), phlegm(痰), seven emotion(七情). Malaria can be categorized into four groups according to the pathological mechanism that leads to paroxysm. They are latency of disease(伏氣), external contraction(外感), internal damage(內傷), and combination of disease(合病). Malaria-Paroxysm(瘧疾發作) occurs when the three following factors collide strongly : defense qi(衛氣), latent qi(伏邪) and external pathogen(新邪). When collision of the three factors takes place in the interior(裏), the body experiences chills. When it takes place in the exterior(表), the body experiences fever. The cyclical occurrence of Malaria-Paroxysm follows the circulation of defense qi.
