During the last several decades, a great variety of fractional kinetic equations involving diverse special functions have been broadly and usefully employed in describing and solving several important problems of physics and astrophysics. In this paper, we aim to find solutions of a type of fractional kinetic equations associated with the (p, q)-extended 𝜏 -hypergeometric function and the (p, q)-extended 𝜏 -confluent hypergeometric function, by mainly using the Laplace transform. It is noted that the main employed techniques for this chosen type of fractional kinetic equations are Laplace transform, Sumudu transform, Laplace and Sumudu transforms, Laplace and Fourier transforms, P_𝛘-transform, and an alternative method.

In this paper, we characterize the boundedness and compactness of the extended $Ces{\grave{a}}ro$ operators from general function spaces F(p, q, s) to Bloch-type spaces ${\mathcal{B}}_{\mu}$ where $\mu$ is normal function on [0,1).

This study was performed to investigate the effect of family type on the nutrient intake and nutritional status in elderly women. Blood samples and anthropometric data of elderly women aged from 60 to 78 years were collected in 1996, who visited a health examination center in Seoul to screen their health status. They were divided into two groups by their family type, one was extended family(extended family elderly, n=37) and the other was independently living(independently living, n=29). Nutrients intake was measured by interview using a simplified questionaire. Albumin, cholesterol, triglyceride(TG), hemoglobin (Hb), hematocrit, Ca, Mg, and alkaline phosphatase activity of serum were analyzed. Intakes of energy, protein, carbohydrate, Fe, vitamin A, niacin, thiamin, riboflavin, and vitamin C were not different between the two groups. However, fat and Ca intakes were higher(p<0.05) in extended family elderly than indepen dently living elderly. There are no significant difference in hematocrit value and serum concentrations of Hb, TG, and Ca. Serum Mg and cholesterol levels tended to be higher in extended family elderly. However, serum albumin level was lower(p<0.05) in extended family elderly. These results show that the indepen dently living elderly women had intakes of daily energy, fat and Ca compared to the extended family elderly. Therefore, the nutritional education for the independently living elderly will be focused on the health risk resulted from less intakes of Ca and total energy.

최근 들어 강구조 공장건축은 상당부분 P.E.B.시스템으로 지어지고 있으나 관련기술이 대부분 외국에서 수입된 것으로 전용프로그램(예, MBS, LTI 등)에만 의존하고 있고 국내의 설계지침이 없어서 AISC-ASD에 의해 설계하고 있다. 또한 P.E.B.골조의 구조적 거동을 검토한 연구 및 H형강을 이용한 요소기술 개발이 부족한 실정에 있다 특히, 기둥-보(rafter) 접합부는 Extended type end plate에 의한 접합에만 의존하여 과다설계의 경향이 있으므로. 접합부에 대한 구조적 검토가 필요하다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 P.E.B.시스템 공장건물에서 H형강-보(rafter)의 접합부(Extended/Flush type)의 구조성능을 실험적으로 평가하여 구조적, 경제적으로 우수한 P.E.B. 시스템 골조의 설계를 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다.

Indications of Galgeunhaegi-tang(葛根解肌湯) for Taeeum-type on "Donguisusebowon" are small. Therefore, indications of Galgeunhaegi-tang for Taeeum-type need to be extended for broader clinical use. There would be some methods to do that, and we could review "Dongeuibogam" that Four-Constitution Medicine formulas are based on. We reviewed Galgeunhaegi-tang, which is the origin of Galgeunhaegi-tang, and their modified formula(加減方) on "Dongeuibogam". As a result, we supposed 10 indications of non-classical formula(後世方) Galgeunhaegi-tang as possible indications of Galgeunhaegi-tang for Taeeum-type.

R-curve based on the size effect law previously developed for geometrically similar specimens (geometry type III) is extended to geometries with variable depth (geometry type I) as well as with variable notch (geometry type II), where the R-curve is defined as the envelope of the family of critical strain energy release rates from specimens of different sizes. The results show that the extended R-curve for type I tends to be the same for different specimen configurations, while it is greatly dependent on specimen geometry in terms of the initial crack length. Furthermore, the predicted load-deflection responses from the suggested R-curve are found to agree well with the testing results on concrete and rock materials. Besides, maximum loads for type II specimen are predicted well from the extended R-curve.

본 연구는 등전점과 PCR 생성물을 통하여 광범위 $\beta$-Lactamase(ESBL) 를 생성하는 Klebsiella pneumoniae의 ESBL 유형을 결정하였다. 부산시내 소재 3개 종합병원의 임상검체로부터 20균주의 ESBL 을생성하는 Klebsiella pneumoniae를 분리하였다. 제 3세대 cephalosporin인 cefotaime, cef-tazidime, ceftriaxone으로 double disk synergy test를 시행하여 ESBL 생성균주를 확인하였다. 등전점 및 PCR결과 TEM 형 (pI 5.2~6.0, 1080 bp), TEM+SHV 혼합형(pI 5.2~6.0 및 pI 7.0~7.4 로 1080 bp, 599bp), SHV형 (pI 7.0~ 7.4, 599 bp) , 그리고 PCR결과는 SHV형으로 나타났으나 등전점을 나타내지 않는 것과 등전점 및 PCR 결과 어느 쪽에도 속하지 않는 non TEM non SHV 형 등 5개군으로 나뉘어 졌다.

본 논문에서는 적응적인 확장 블록을 사용하는 프레임율 증강 기법인 AEBME (Adaptive Extended Bilateral Motion Estimation)을 제안하고자 한다. 기존의 EBME (Extended Bilateral Motion Estimation) 알고리듬은 동일한 구역에 두 번의 움직임 예측을 수행함으로 인해 높은 계산량이 요구되었다. 본 논문에서는 영상의 edge 정보를 활용한 블록 유형의 일치 유무를 고려하여 EBME 수행여부를 결정함으로써 움직임 예측 과정을 보다 빠르게 수행하도록 하였다. 움직임 벡터 평활화 과정이 적용되어 움직임 벡터 필드 내의 이상 벡터를 찾아 수정한다. 최종적으로 OBMC (Overlapped Block Motion Compensation)와 MCFI (Motion Compensated Frame Interpolation)이 프레임 움직임의 성질에 따라 적용되어 중간 프레임을 보간하게 된다. 실험 결과를 통해 제안하는 알고리듬이 기존의 알고리듬인 EBME에 비해 향상된 성능과 빠른 속도를 보임을 알 수 있다.

Calcaneus is largest tarsal bone and the fracture of calcaneus is most common tarsal fractures. Calcaneal fractures are divided into extra-articular and intra-articular fractures. Intra-articular calcaneal fractures could be classified as tongue type and joint depression type using simple lateral radiograph (Essex-Lopresti classification), but Sanders suggested new classification according to involving the posterior facet of calcaneus using computed tomography. The involvement of posterior facet was revealed as more complicated than Essex-Lopresti classification. The principle purpose of treatment of calcaneal fractures are restoration of calcaneal height (B$\ddot{o}$hler angle), width, axis, anatomical reduction of joint and restoration of function through the stable fixation. Good visualization of joint and anatomical reduction could be achieved by extended lateral approach. But, skin problem could be occurred after of extended lateral approach.

A highly efficient linear and compactly integrated series-type Doherty power amplifier (PA) has been developed for wideband code-division multiple access handset applications. To overcome the size limit of a typical Doherty amplifier, all circuit elements, such as matching circuits and impedance transformers, are fully integrated into a single monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC). The implemented PA shows a very low idle current of 25 mA and an excellent power-added efficiency of 25.1% at an output power of 19 dBm by using an extended Doherty concept. Accordingly, its average current consumption was reduced by 51% and 41% in urban and suburban environments, respectively, when compared with a class-AB PA. By adding a simple predistorter to the PA, the PA showed an adjacent channel leakage ratio better than -42 dBc over the whole output power range.
