This paper discusses service discoveries for smart trusted reality (TR) glass and networks developed by the Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute. TR glass provides a differentiated gaze communication service from the well-known AR glass. Services include on-off of products that reach the eye, encryption of courier addresses, and time-based networking services. This paper addresses the technical roots and service scalability of TR glass. Furthermore, the agricultural sector was selected to provide microservices configuration, connectivity with 5G communication, and a full range of applications for extended services.
The purpose of this study is to capture how marriage migrant women, who are burdened with the luggage of the social, cultural, and historical 'past,' reconstruct their own 'experiences in reality' as subjective agents after their immigration into a new space. By applying a phenomenological method, this study analyzes the world of life in which marriage migrant women come to have experiences in the dimensions of bodilihood, spatiality, temporality, and relatedness. As a result of the analysis, marriage migrant women never think of their bodiliness as the subject of discrimination though they have some differences in skin colors and cultural aspects, and make efforts to overcome prejudices in reality withtheir pride of body. As for the spatiality, marriage migrant women attempts at a spatial turn in which they reconstruct a novel sociocultural space. With respect to the temporality, marriage migrant women recognize themselves not as passive subjects who only resent reality but as being prepared for future actively. As for the relatedness, marriage migrant women show life in which they pioneer their own areas on the basis of extended personal relations.
The purpose of this study was to examine the current status and future prospects through the Classification of sports and ICT convergence technology for the health. Sports and ICT convergence technology could be classified into three types-sports and virtual reality, wearable devices, application and platforms. First, the application of virt ual reality technology gives a user the feeling of reality, fun, and flow through the sensing technology. And this was extended to 'Gamification' concept, gamification of the Nike Plus has become a catalyst in the spread of wea rable devices market. Second, the fastest growing sector in the wearable device area is the health and sports. Chin ese and start-up companies as well as global ICT companies is competing for expanding the pool by releasing the fitness-related wearable devices. Third, the building of platform that can utilize the health and exercise-related dat a collected through the application is expanding.

Metaverse is a modern new technology that is advancing quickly. The goal of this study is to investigate this technique from the perspective of computer vision as well as general perspective. A thorough analysis of computer vision related Metaverse topics has been done in this study. Its history, method, architecture, benefits, and drawbacks are all covered. The Metaverse's future and the steps that must be taken to adapt to this technology are described. The concepts of Mixed Reality (MR), Augmented Reality (AR), Extended Reality (XR) and Virtual Reality (VR) are briefly discussed. The role of computer vision and its application, advantages and disadvantages and the future research areas are discussed.

In this paper, we describe the process and method of converting tens of TB of time-varying AMR (adaptive mesh refinement) volume data generated as a result of numerical model simulation into optimized data that can be used for various XR devices. AMR volume data is a useful data format for complex modeling and simulation, and it can efficiently express materials such as star clusters and gases that exist in the very wide outer space used in this study. we analyzes the metadata of AMR data, samples it at low resolution, optimizes information in important areas, and converts it into a data set that can be used even on relatively low performance XR devices. Finally, we introduces how the optimized data was utilized and visualized through the development of immersive XR content using the data set.
This paper explores the causes and solutions of the problem that the official unemployment rate does not adequately represent the reality of the employment situation in Korea. First, compared to ILO's international standards, there are several differences in the measurement of unemployment in Korea, for example, the treatment of unpaid family workers working less than 18 hours per week, the classification of persons who are waiting for a new job or temporarily laid-off, and the criteria of job search activities. The questionnaire structure of the Labor Force Survey in Korea also misleads the judgment of economic activity state. Comparing the responses of the basic survey to those of the supplementing survey, approximately 90% of the responses show discrepancies and this indicates the possibility of misclassification. Next, this paper suggests the extended unemployment indicators as alternative, based on the current survey. The extended unemployment indicators support the presence of significant amounts of hidden unemployed and underemployed. And, it is found that the analyses using those indicators are very useful for the investigation of many aspects of employment dynamics.

In this paper we propose ubiquitous virtual reality framework and its application for fostering a sustainable content ecosystem in the convergence space of virtual reality and real space. The ubiquitous virtual reality framework supports fundamental infrastructure which consists of platforms for end-users and service providers and dual space management. The platform for the service provider allows experts to generate contents related to real objects while the platform for the end-users allows to consume, share and regenerate the contents contextually augmented over real objects. The dual space management stores, visualizes and provides the contents generated and extended by them for connecting different users and service providers. The proposed framework allows users to continuously generate, share and extend the contents and thus contribute to making multimedia service environment. We also implemented and evaluated the framework consisting of a desktop authoring platform, mobile authoring platform and a dual space management server. We then introduced a promising application scenario to show how the content ecosystem is empowered by ubiquitous virtual reality framework and is realized in our life. Consequently, we are expecting that the ubiquitous virtual reality technology will play a vital role in building continuously evolving multimedia service environment for the future computing environment.
This paper proposes a new metadata schema for effective mobile service of augmented reality technology, which is used in the convergence of media into a frame among the real world image and objects of virtual world. The proposed metadata schema is extended from JPSearch Core Metadata Schema (ISO/IEC 24800-2 International Standard) with analysis of the functionalities under industrial requirements, and enables to provide an effective application in the actual services. In addition, the proposed schema is available to organize the exchange of information between heterogeneous systems. With development of the prototype system, the proposed metadata schema is going to be submitted and verified under ISO/IEC JTC1 SC29 WG1 JPEG AR standard project.
Future space is currently getting a great deal of attention to apply ubiquitous computing technology. At the same time, various ubiquitous technology-based products are being developed with service scenarios in the views of diverse user groups predicted. Since these service models and scenarios need to be tested to verify effectiveness, it requires researchers to predict spatial shapes and service scenarios for future domestic environment that fulfills diverse future spatial requirements including ecological and user-oriented spaces, extended amenity getting maximum benefits from technology, etc. To support these developments, the need to make a physical test-bed, a real building model, is essential. However building a physical test-bed generally is economically expensive and even if the test-bed could be settled, it must be carefully designed before it is built In this paper, we suggest a virtual smart test-bed, called "V-PlaceLab", using virtual reality techniques. This system allows not only to inspect a scenario with the aid of computer simulation on a virtual environment, but also to design a virtual test-bed mentioned above.
Many AR (Augmented Reality) applications have been interested in a marker-less tracking since the tracking methods give camera poses without attaching explicit markers. In this paper, we propose a new marker-less page recognition and tracking algorithm for an AR book application such as DigilogBook. The proposed method only requires orthogonal images of pages, which need not to be trained for a long time, and the algorithm works in real-time. The page recognition is done in two steps by using SIFT (Scale Invariant Feature Transform) descriptors and the comparison evaluation function. And also, the method provides real-time tracking with 25fps ~ 30fps by separating the page recognition and the frame-to-frame matching into two multi-cores. The proposed algorithm will be extended to various AR applications that require multiple objects tracking.
