  • This study was to investigate the effect of ultraviolet rays, soaking, boiling and baking to ergocalciferol ($Vit.D_2$) and riboflavin($Vit.B_2$) contents of mushrooms, Lentinus edodes, Pleurotus ostreatus and Agaricus bisporus. The results were as follow: 1. Mushrooms were exposed to ultraviolet rays Lentinus edodes : $10J/cm^2$, Pleurotus ostratus : $2J/cm^2$ and Agaricus bisporus : $2J/cm^2$. 2. Before exposing to ultraviolet rays, the ergocalciferol contents of mushrooms were all $0{\mu}g/g$ dry base, but after exposing to it , those of Lentinus edodes, Pleurotus ostreatus and Agaricus bisporus were $222.50{\pm}5.30{\mu}g/g$ dry base, $150.90{\pm}6.60{\mu}g/g$ dry base and $23.98{\pm}1.20{\mu}g/g$ dry base, respectively 3. Before and after exposing to ultraviolet rays, the riboflavin contents of Lentinus edoes, Pleurotus ostreatus and Agaricus bisporus were $18.22{\pm}0.71{\mu}g/g$ dry base and $11.72{\pm}0.50{\mu}g/g$ dry base, $4.57{\pm}0.20{\mu}g/g$ dery base and $3.26{\pm}0.15{\mu}g/g$ dry base, and $37.42{\pm}1.20{\mu}g/g$ dry base and $27.33{\pm}2.10{\mu}g/g$ dry base, respectively. 4. The ergocalciferol contents of mushrooms according to boiling time were not significantly different but the riboflavin contents of them were decreased according to the increase of boiling time. 5. The ergocalciferol and riboflavin contents of mushrooms were decreased according to the increase of NaCl concentration and baking temperature. 6. The ergocalciferol content of Lentinus edodes after a short time soaking at $80^{\circ}C$ was higher than a long time soaking at $20^{\circ}C,\;40^{\circ}C$ and $60^{\circ}C$.

  • Using the photoimageable thick film conductors, $25\mu\textrm{m}$ line widths and $25\mu\textrm{m}$ spaces can be obtained. Test patterns are made by green tape lamination, paste printing, exposing to UV light, developing in an aqueous process and cofiring. Postfiring method using alumina substrate can be also applied to fine line formation. Series gap resonator formed by photopatterning process showed the improved signal transmission characteristics compared to that obtained by conventional screen printing.

  • Staggered type self-aligned transparent-oxide-semiconductor transistors with indium-zinc-oxide as a semiconductor have studied. In this device fabrication, successive sputtering of oxide semiconductor and insulator without breaking of vacuum and without exposing in air, humidity and oxygen can be realized because oxide semiconductor is transparent. As a result of fabrication, transistor characteristics with mobility of $30cm^2/Vs$ and on-off ratio of $10^5$ could be obtained for the newly developed self-alignment device structure.

  • Magnetic materials in relay have been found to change in their magnetic characteristics with heat treatment. This paper describes how the magnetic characteristics of Magnetic Iron are affected by heat treatment. The materials are pot annealed and cooled from high temperature in the pot, by exposing in the atmospheres, and by quenching in the water and oil. It also studies the best heating temperature and cooling method which improve the magnetic characteristics of the Magnetic Iron.

  • Ginsan, a polysaccharide extracted from Panax ginseng. was earlier scrutinized for a biological-response modifier. We further studied the protective and restorative activity of Ginsan against sublethal dose irradiation owing to increase production of endogenous hematopoietic growth factors such as IL-1. TNF-${\alpha}$. IL-6, GM-CSF. Which induce strong redox-emzyme elevation. Exposing to radiation induces reactive oxygen species (ROS). which play an important causative role in radiation damage. • Loops are some of the richest program constructs where parallelism is available. Exploiting fine-grain parallelizm out these constructs is particularly important in light of the growing popularity of superscalar and VLIW machines. This paper explains how the fine-grain parallelization techniques can be generalized to handle nested loops. Our technique integrates nested loop parallelization techniques at the fine-grain level, thus exposing more fine-grain parallelism, and is flexible enough to handle non-perfectly nested loops. Examples and some experimental results are presented to illustrate our approach.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine what variables influence on teenagers' exposure to sexual content on their smartphone. For this, the present research used demographics, self-control, parental monitoring, conformity to peer groups, sensation seeking, differential association and media use as independent variables and applied survey method based on 449 teenagers. Main findings are as follows. First, male and high school students who have high school graduated father exposed to sexual content more, and the lower self-control and higher conformity to peer groups and differential association, the more exposed to sexual content. Second, male and high school students were intentionally exposing to sexual content more, and the lower self-control and higher differential association, the more intentionally exposing to sexual content.

  • TThis research paper discusses the results of an article on the effects of moderating role of self-monitoring on response to the two different types of online advertising appeals. It was hypothesized that low self-monitors show more positive attitude towards brand when exposing advertisements with product quality-based online advertising than high self-monitors, whereas high self-monitors show more positive attitude towards brand when exposing advertisements with image-based online advertising than low self-monitors. Through an experimental design involving product quality and image-based online advertising, this article demonstrates that the role of self-monitoring in online advertising effects is similar to traditional advertising studies. Based on the results of the study, practical and theoretical suggestions are interpreted in relation to online advertising creative messages and strategies.

  • In this study, we investigated the thickness dependence of thermal bleaching(TB) effect as well as photo-induced scalar phenomena, such as photodrakening(PD) effect and photorefraction(PR) change, in chalcogenide A $s_{40}$ G $e_{10}$S $e_{15}$ $S_{35}$ thin films. We found that when these films were exposed for 15 minutes using blue-pass filtered Hg lamp(~4300$\AA$) after annealing for 30 minutes around the glass transition temperature Tg(20$0^{\circ}C$), the refractive index change ($\Delta$n) was varied up to 0.02~0.46 according to each thickness condition and the optical energy gap ($\Delta$ $E_{op}$ ) was shifted to a longer wavelength of approximately 0.67eV, especially for 1000$\AA$-thickness. Also, the TB PD effects have been understood by the results related to optical absorption characteristics. The TB effect could be estimated as increasing the stabilization of amorphous chalcogenide films since absorption slope of extended regions(U) was not changed by annealing. On the other hand, the PD effect could be understood as due to the enhancement of disorder since U and the slope of Urbachs tail(1/F) around an absorption edge were decreased by exposing.ing.n edge were decreased by exposing.
