The purposes of this study were to develop an Earth Systems-based program for science-gifted students and to investigate the effects of field application. The developed program was composed of six activities focused on 'fault and earthquake'. Each step including exploratory step, enrichment step and application step was designed to be associated with aims for Earth Systems Education. Two instruments for experiments were produced and students' activity sheets and teacher's guide of the program were developed. The program was applied to 14 science-gifted students who were 8th grade belonging to an institute for science-gifted at an university. Data was collected from students' activity sheets, outcomes and questionnaires. The findings were as follows. First, the results of analyzing the students' activity sheets and outcomes indicated that the program was helpful in understanding the interactions among subsystems of the Earth. Secondly, the results of the survey indicated that positive responses in acquiring scientific concepts and the results revealed science-gifted students were much interested in this program. Many students perceived that the level of program was appropriate for the science-gifted students, a few students perceived that the level of contents was high.
The purpose of this study is to activate the study on movercial. To accomplish of this, the objectives of this study are two-fold. First, this study attempts to find out how movercial are interpreted and experienced compared to product placement; and secondly, to delineate experience and interpretation in terms of the themes of movie centrality and consumption-specific relevance. This study attempted qualitative approach comparing to the criteria consisted of the themes of movie centrality and consumption-specific relevance to gain in-depth understanding of how movercial which is popped up and regarded as a newly creative format in the diffusion of internet culture and mobile communication environment is experienced and interpreted. For this aim, the moviegoer informants were classified into frequent and infrequent based on the classification method of previous product placement study of Delorme & Reid(1999) and Focus Group Interviews and In-depth Interviews were executed for understanding of how are experienced. Major implications of this study were as follows. First, prior experience of brand exposure from movercial enhanced familiarity for advertising in real-life. Second, movercial can be used to influential tools for purchasing decision with advertising and product placement. Third, informants experienced uncomfortable feeling of change and discomfort against the format of hybrid commercial message such as movercial and PPL which is penetrating into the culture and art at large.
This study was carried to improve the facilities in Daegu Kyungpook public Arboreta. On the basis of visitor's performance, satisfaction and implicitly derived importance, this study conducted Revised Importance- Performance Analysis, Exploratory Factor Analysis and Regression Analysis between extracted performance factors and overall satisfaction. As a result, 'Plant and Arboretum's Landscape' factor was seemed to affect overall satisfaction quite a bit and need to keep up the good work because the attributes belonged to this factor had high importance-performance in Daegu Arboretum. The attributes located in 2 quadrant and had a relatively large effect on overall satisfaction were 'Management of information board', 'Capacity of restroom' and 'Accessibility to restroom' in Daegu Arboretum. These attributes are needed to be improved as soon as possible. Kyungpook Arboretum also had similar results in 'Plant and Arboretum's Landscape' factor but 'Parking Lot' factor was more influential to overall satisfaction compare to Daegu Arboretum. Especially, 'Capacity of parking lot' attribute, one of 'Parking Lot' factor, was the first one to be improved because it had high importance and low performance.
I had an interview with some unemployed career staffs who had retired and worked for more than twenty years in order to research impacting elements on reemployment for l retired special security government officials. This interview included an officer and a consultant for supporting employment in order to explore compacting elements on retired security government official's reemployment. Looking over analysis results, first, there is a shortage of reemployment opportunities and information. The job applicant's employment requirements are not in accordance with the company's employment conditions. They don't have enough professional experience necessary for employment. There is no positive employment supporting counterplan or vocational education program in the organization. Second, their insight about finding a job is high for the current employment market condition. The reemployment offices have a very difficult task because job applicants prefer a full-time job which offers long term work and guarantees a social position. Third, it is a huge obstacle to undertake going into various enterprises and fields because they don't have the right mind set and enough preparation for reemployment. Moreover, they would prefer to depend on organization employment support rather than getting a new job by themselves when they don't possess other careers' qualifications. Finally, they know that social networks and personal connections are extremely important in obtaining vocations, but actually have poor social networks and few personal connections. Accordingly, Their organization and related persons need to reflect on analysis results about impacting elements on reemployment for retired special security government officials.
With the growing interest in the 4th industrial revolution and big data, various policies are being developed for facilitating the use of public open big data, which are leading to a wide range of added values created from use of such data. Despite the expanded requirements for public data disclosure and the legal system improvement, however, the use of public open big data is still limited. According to the literature review, there are studies on policy proposals for the government guiding directions for public open big data, but there is a lack of studies that handle the issue from the users' viewpoint. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the public open data ecosystem in Korea and to analyze public open big data through interviews with the providers (the government and public institutions) and users (private sector companies and citizens). This way, the study finds inhibition factors and facilitation factors, draws out issues and suggests solutions through a causal relationship analysis between each factor. Being a research on finding measures for facilitating both public big data release and use, this study has theoretical implications. In the meanwhile, the derived issues and alternatives provide practical implications also for stakeholders who are planning to facilitate release and use of public open big data.

Weapon systems require reliability in the development phase for efficient combat readiness. Improved reliability in various manufacturing processes have been achieved using data analysis. However, data analysis in the development phase is difficult due to problems such as the lack of data, high cost, and the importance of security. Therefore, Post Logistics Support (PLS) data collected following integration is analyzed for long-term quality improvement of weapon systems. In this study, we propose a methodology for examining the correlation between the failure rate and PLS data as follows: First, key variables affecting reliability were identified the correlation between variables on the failure rate examined. Second, corresponding analysis was conducted for determining the correlation between patterns of categorical data. Third, extract categories with the higher contribution and quality of representation, and find the highest variable correlated with failure period through visualization. Then, after selecting patterns which have shorter failure period, the cause of decreased reliability was confirmed through frequency analysis. This study will contribute to improving reliability when developing new weapon systems and will help to strengthen the combat readiness of military.

This study aimed to investigate the relation between self-esteem and satisfaction. After gathering study subjects (exercise participants) and deciding the population in 2014 in Jeonbuk city area, convenience sampling method was used to analyze the date from 278 subjects. The retrieved questionnaire in the research was analyzed in Window SPSS version 21 statistical program. Frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, and correlation analysis were used to find correlations between test values. Multiple regression analysis was used to find the effects of the test values. The study results are as follows. First, the exercise participants' positive self-esteem exhibited a positive relationship with competence, relatedness, and autonomy, which are sub factors of basic psychological needs satisfaction. Also, negative self-esteem had a negative relationship with competence, relatedness, and autonomy. Second, exercise participants' self-esteem had a positive effect on competence and autonomy in positive self-esteem and a negative effect on negative self-esteem. Relatedness had a positive effect in positive self-esteem but not in negative self-esteem. Thus it is necessary to increase positive self-esteem and make various exercise programs about basic psychological needs satisfaction of the exercise participants and strategic activity guide for exercise participants participating in exercise consistently.

This study is a methodological research study that tests the validity and reliability of the NCRC (Nurse Clinical Reasoning Competence scale), an instrument developed by Liou and his colleagues as the basic data for enhancing the clinical reasoning competence of nurses, by translating it into Korean and checking the similarity of the sentence structure and meaning (between the two versions?). This study verified its validity and reliability by examining 166 nurses working in four tertiary hospitals located in Seoul and Busan. An analysis of the content validity by experts showed that all of the items have a content validity higher than CVI 0.8. From the exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, it was found that the instrument includes a total of 15 items consisting of one factor. In addition, the correlation with the Korean version of the Nurse Clinical Reasoning Competence scale is confirmed to test the concurrent validity, by using a measurement tool of nurses' critical thinking dispositions and clinical decision-making abilities (correlation coefficient =.55-.64(p<.001) and Cronbach's ${\alpha}=.93$). Thus, the Korean version of the NCRC may be a useful instrument for evaluating the clinical reasoning competence of Korean nurses and providing the basic data for assessing their clinical reasoning competence and developing their promotion strategies.
The purposes of this study were to examine the conceptual structure of consumer characteristics and marketing elements affecting impulsive buying behavior of the CATV home-shopper on fashion products, and to compare the differences of consumer characteristics and marketing elements between impulsive buying shoppers and non-impulsive buying shoppers in CATV home-shopping. We collected data from 263 females of CATV home-shoppers in Busan. Data were analyzed by factor analysis, t- test, $\chi$2-test, and discriminant analysis. The results showed that the exploratory tendency of CATV home-shoppers was consisted of Patronage-orientation, and Product- orientation. The marketing elements perceived by CATV home-shoppers were composed of Promotion, Product and Payment method. There were differences of consumer characteristics and marketing elements between impulsive buying shoppers and non impulsive buying shoppers. Especially, impulsive tendency of shoppers and promotion factor of marketing were significant variables in the impulsive buying behavior of CATV home-shopping. The results provide information about impulsive buying behavior in CATV home-shopping, useful to consumer behavior researchers and retailers.
The purpose of this study was verily the structure model of yacht participants' motives for sport participation, satisfactions of basic psychological need and intentions of persistent participation. Their motives for sport participation and satisfaction of basic psychological desires are reported as variables involving so much in their intentions of persistent participation in the sport activity in which participants of Life Exercise take part. Therefore, a survey research was conducted by aiming at members of yacht foyers' groups and university yacht clubs, 267 copies of the questionnaire in total were used for the analysis. SPSS 12.0 and AMOS 7.0 were used for the processing of the data, and exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and covariance structure model analysis were also applied according to each study objective. The results of the study were as follows: Firstly, there were significant correlations among yacht participants' satisfaction of basic psychological desires, participation motives and intentions of consistent participation. Secondly, yacht participants' satisfaction of basic psychological desires was found to have significant and direct effects on their intentions of persistent participation while haying indirect effects through the medium of their motives for sport participation at the same time. Thirdly, their motives for sport participation had significant effects on their intentions of persistent participation. Fourthly, suggested by the study, the structural equation model of yacht participants' motives for sport participation, satisfaction of basic psychological desires and intentions of persistent participation was found statistically appropriate.
