With international attention to the rural landscape, there have been landscape management and conservation efforts. Because it contains characteristics of rural area, rural landscape has been recognized as an important component of rurality. With rural amenity resources survey projects launched since 2005, rural landscape categorization and evaluation such as resource value, use value, beauty, originality, traditionality, maintenance are performed by expert questionnaire survey and 100 rural amenity resources are selected. In this study, we performed fractal analysis for developing evaluation system of the rural landscape photographs. In evaluating processes, main and surrounding landscape are separated and fractal indexes are calculated and analyzed with beauty value scoured by experts. Results show that beauty value is not significantly related with fractal index but differences of main and surrounding landscape fractal index.

Many cut slopes are located along national roads, there were the collapse of cut slopes. In this study, the weights for condition evaluation of rock slopes was calculated using the entropy method and analytic hierachy process(AHP) method. The entropy analysis was performed using 95 cut slope data, and the AHP analysis was performed by a questionnaire to several expert. The weights based on analysis results were compared with evaluation weights of existing standard. As a result of this study, there was the difference of weights among the analytical methods. Later on, if this study's results is used to improvement current evaluation weights, it will be possible to perform the reliable condition evaluation.

This study was done in order to present clinical trial method for safety and efficacy of Pharmacopuncture. The results were summarized as follow: Objective : The purpose of this study is to verify about safety and effectiveness of pharmacopuncture. Methods : We use questionnaire created by expert group. Survey was conducted to target clinicians who using pharmacopuncture more then 5 years. Results & Conclusion : Pharmacopuncture is effective. and that is widely used in the musculoskeletal diseases. but treatment method has not been organized to objectivity. Some pharmacopuncture causes specific symptoms, but no serious side effects. Generally, pharmacopuncture is effective and safety.

In this paper, we have looked at through core competences and contents of Informatics curriculum in middle school by expert questionnaire and Focus Group Interview(FGI). Among nine core competences of Informatics subject in curriculum, abstraction and automation were easily found, but creative harmony and cooperation were indirectly confirmed in the statements of teaching and assessment sections of Informatics curriculum in middle school. It was also identified that some core competency elements are redundant or hardly to found in the contents of Informatics curriculum. In addition, various opinions about Informatics curriculum have been put forward over the FGI. The results of this study will be the case that can be consulted on new revised Informatics curriculum to be developed further.

Construction projects that should be under the construction supervision regulation were decreased in 2008 and new supervision projects in 2010 were significantly reduced by 60% comparing to the ones as of 2009. On the contrast, the volume of world construction projects including Middle·South Asia and Africa is forecasting to be increased by 46% in 2018. However, although the needs of oversea expansion of domestic construction supervision firms are appeared more and more, their preparations to the strategically important areas in the world are insufficient. Thus, this paper aims to suggest directions of strategics and plans for domestic construction supervision industry to expand the market to the world through questionnaire surveys and expert investigation.

This study was to suggest the necessity of depth research in order to enhance the effectiveness of technical consulting system. And the purpose of this study was to decrease the construction accidents to some extent, being on the increase day by day as it takes issue properly and suggest a reform measure. As for research method, it executed the collection of public opinions widely and questionnaire with the bibliography, expert of construction safety, the related institutions, academic world, safety association, and director of construction site. Also, it was to suggest the reform measure by the stage, classifying the problems on the system and operation by 4 stages like a stage of delivery of subscription and supervision, a stage of contract with guidance of technology, a stage of executing the guidance work of technology, and a stage of performance of advice.

The original element for development in current society is recognized as knowledge, technology and information. It has been developed and improved the human resources development system through the occupational standards that closely connected system among work, education training and qualification in every country. This study is for development of the occupation standards that was standardized the required competency element, performance criteria, range statement, assessment guideline in machinery industry, also developing the education training program based on competency to be able to apply department of relevant machinery industry in vocational high school. Occupational standards and key competencies were developed by expert in field engineer and verified about contents and level system by questionnaire and interviewing. Education training program was developed on SCID model, and the effectiveness and suitability of the training program was verified by teacher, professor and student belonging to training organization.

National technical qualification does not recognised degree of working-career in labor market and an industrial field situation. National qualification is supply to nurture expert manpower and accomplish of self-development and a duty accomplishment ability improvement at a side of personal. So, This study is purposed to find that a method for recognition of working-career on the national technical qualification system According to, this study is designed to questionnaire with BSC(Balaced ScoreCard), SEM(Structure Equation Model) with the delphi method, and is analysed using the AMOS 7.0 program package. Finally, This study is suggested growing to qualification standard for an examination a degree of master craftsman only under the change of national qualification systematization as a standard to operation and control.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate performance and subjective satisfaction of mobile phone's interface elements considering the elderly users. First, mobile phone's interface elements were outlined recent foreign and domestic studies. Then, final three mobile phone's interface elements were determined by expert rating, AHP analysis, and questionnaire analysis. Objective and subjective measures were then used to determine the effects of several specific design parameters and aging differences on performance of mobile phones. In this experiment, 38 subjects and 4 independent variables were used to measure task completion time and user's subjective satisfaction. The statistical analyses indicated significant aging differences between older people and younger people in terms of keypad type and bell sound level in performance. Significant aging differences were also found for user subjective satisfaction. It is suggested that some major results from this study be used to develop mobile phone design guidelines that are more usable and accessible for most users, particularly for older users.

This study was conducted to provide useful information to enable planned repair and cost planning during the operation and maintenance phase of aged multi-family housing. For this purpose, The concept of probabilistic maintenance cost analysis considering the risk factors of the aged multi-family housing is presented in the following six steps. 1. Risk factor investigation and analysis 2. Classification and deriving of maintenance cost 3. Investigation and deriving cost maintenance cost of old apartment house 4. Analysis of expert questionnaire 5. Analysis of Monte -Carlo simulation 6. Probabilistic maintenance cost Deriving the result. This study has limitations that need to be verified by applying actual data.
