한방안이비인후피부과학회지에 게재된 여드름과 관련된 논문에 관한 고찰 (The Review on the Acne Related Articles Published in the Journal of Korean Medicine Ophthalmology, Otolaryngology & Dermatology)

  • Objective : This study was carried out to analyze the trends of Acne related articles that have been published in the Journal of Korean Medicine Ophthalmology, Otolaryngology & Dermatology(JKOOD). Method : We studied 29 research papers relevant to Acne that published in JKOOD from 1998 to 2013. All the paper were classified into three categories; original article, review article and case report. We sub-classified the original articles into three categories; descriptive study, analytic study and experimental study. We analyzed the case report according to various types of treatment. Results : 1. The number of searched journals is 29 papers; 17 original ordicles, 4 review articles, 8 case reports. 2. Classification of 17 original articles into three categories; 10 experimental studies, 7 descriptive studies, 0 analytic study. 3. Method of Evaluation; Korean Acne Grading System(KAGS) is used frequently in descriptive studies and experimental studies. 4. Treatment in Case reports; 7 Case reports used External medical treatments. Conclusions : It is needed to develop the methods of grading system in acne related to Oriental medicine to obtain objectivity of studies. The number of analytic study, clinical trial and experimental study is need to increase.

사물인터넷 쇼핑의 편리성과 소비자 알 권리 중요도: 아마존 대시 버튼 사례 연구 (Importance of Convenience and Consumer Rights to Information in Internet of Things Shopping: Amazon Dash Button Case Study)

  • The Internet of Things (IoT) shopping environment can provide benefits and risks to consumers, including shopping convenience and invasion of consumer rights, respectively. We experimentally tested whether exposure to information regarding the benefits and risks of IoT shopping would elicit changes to consumer perceptions of the importance of shopping convenience and rights to information, as well as shopping intention among young online shopping consumers. The participants (N=218) were randomly assigned into one of two experimental conditions. The control group was exposed to a news article and a video emphasizing the shopping convenience of the Amazon Dash Button service, while the experimental group was exposed to the same news article and video provided to the control group, along with a news article about the judgment of the Munich court that the Dash Button violates German consumer law. We found an interaction effect of experimental condition and time on changes to the perceived importance of shopping convenience and shopping intention. The changes to the perceived relative importance of shopping convenience to consumer rights to information from pre- to post-manipulation differed significantly between the two experimental groups. The results of this study emphasize the importance of providing information on both the benefits and risks of IoT shopping. This was the first experimental study to examine the possibility of the invasion of consumer rights to information in the IoT shopping environment. This study urges researchers, marketers, and policy makers to focus more on consumer rights to information in the newly coming IoT shopping environment.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 뇌졸중 동물 실험 모델에서 환경 강화는 기능 회복을 향상 시키고 이로 인하여 뇌에 형태학적, 생화학과 행동에서 특징적인 변화와 그 효과들을 소개하고, 뇌졸중 환자에 환경 강화의 적용은 재활치료 및 작업치료를 포함한 다양 치료와 전 임상 실험의 중요성을 설명하고자 한다. 이 종설 논문에서는 주로 뇌졸중 동물 실험 모델에서 환경 강화로 인한 기능적 회복에 대한 효과와 신경 친화성 물질, 특정 단백질의 발현 및 임상 적용 사례 등의 연구 결과들을 소개하였다. 마지막으로 임상에서 뇌졸중 환자에게 환경 강화의 적용 가능성과 작업치료 및 재활치료의 관점에서 설명하였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 러시아에서 출간된 문헌들의 검토를 통하여 액체로켓엔진에 대한 시험-개선과정의 방법론적 측면을 고찰하였다. 그리고 러시아와 미국의 개발경험을 기초로 액체로켓엔진에 대한 시험-개선과정의 특징과 합리적인 실현방법을 명확히 하였다. 액체로켓엔진의 개발에 있어서 요구되는 수준의 신뢰도를 성취하고 물적 지출을 줄이기 위한 시험-개선과정의 행정 및 기술적인 해결법이 제시되었으며, 이와 같은 해결 방법들은 국내에서 개발되고 있는 액체로켓엔진에 적용될 수 있다.

An effective approach to generate Wikipedia infobox of movie domain using semi-structured data

  • Wikipedia infoboxes have emerged as an important structured information source on the web. To compose infobox for an article, considerable amount of manual effort is required from an author. Due to this manual involvement, infobox suffers from inconsistency, data heterogeneity, incompleteness, schema drift etc. Prior works attempted to solve those problems by generating infobox automatically based on the corresponding article text. However, there are many articles in Wikipedia that do not have enough text content to generate infobox. In this paper, we present an automated approach to generate infobox for movie domain of Wikipedia by extracting information from several sources of the web instead of relying on article text only. The proposed methodology has been developed using semantic relations of article content and available semi-structured information of the web. It processes the article text through some classification processes to identify the template from the large pool of template list. Finally, it extracts the information for the corresponding template attributes from web and thus generates infobox. Through a comprehensive experimental evaluation the proposed scheme was demonstrated as an effective and efficient approach to generate Wikipedia infobox.

웹사이트 콘텐츠와 광고의 맥락효과 검증 (The Context Effect of Web Contents and Advertising)

  • 본 연구는 웹콘텐츠의 맥락효과로 인한 배너광고효과를 검증하고자 대표적인 웹콘텐츠인 인터넷 기사와 광고의 관련성, 기사에 대한 감정과 감정, 관여도, 기사난이도에 따른 배너광고의 효과를 분석하였다. 분석 결과 맥락효과로 인해 배너광고의 효과가 높아지는 경우로는 콘텐츠와 광고의 관련성이 높고, 기사로 인해 긍정적인 감정이 형성된 경우, 기사의 난이도가 낮은 경우, 관여도가 높은 경우로 나타났다. 또한 광고에 대한 부정적인 감정이 형성되거나 광고의 난이도가 높아지는 경우, 관여도가 낮아지는 경우에도 기사와 광고간의 관련성이 높으면 광고효과가 향상되는 것을 통해 광고의 맥락효과를 검증하였다.

  • This study presents a short overview of the researches in connection to the fin-and-tube heat exchangers with and without the influence of dehumidification. Contents of this review article include the data reduction method, performance data, updated correlations, and the influence of hydrophilic coating for various enhanced fin patterns. This study emphasizes on the experimental researches. Performance of both sensible cooling and dehumidifying conditions are reported in this review article.

  • Sinusitis is a common medical problem in children. The prevalence of penicillin-resistant S. pneumoniae infection has been increased during the last decade. The medical management is based on the choice of antimicrobial agents. This article reviews current literatures on the management of acute bacterial sinusitis and chronic sinusitis, with an emphasis on penicillin-resistant S. pneumoniae infection. This article also explores the potential pathophysiologic mechanisms of chronic sinusitis.

An Education Model of a Nano-Positioning System for Mechanical Engineers

  • The increasing use of nano-positioners in a wide variety of laboratory and industrial applications has created a need for nano-mechatronics education in all engineering disciplines. The subject of nano-mechatronics is broad and interdisciplinary. This article focuses on the way nano-mechatronics is taught in department of mechanical engineering at Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST). As one model of nano-positioning systems, design and experimental methodology is presented in this article. For design phase, the stiffness and resonant frequencies are found analytically and verified by using a commercial finite element analysis program. Next, for experimental phase, various tests are performed to access the performances of the designed nano-positioner, for example, sine-tracking, multi-step response and travel-range check etc. Finally, the definition of 'separation frequency' is described and some comments are discussed.

  • 본 논문은 대칭 (단자 단로망이론을 근거로 분포정수 회로에 대한 매트릭스식에 의해서 결합기의 결합도와 특성임피던스간의 관계식을 얻어내었고 마이크로스트립 전송선로에 대한 칭전기학적 접근방식에 의해 등각사상법의 적용방식을 밝히고 경계치조건을 만족시키는 특성임피이던스식과 유전체 경계면상에서의 위상속도와 우수모드 및 기수모드 시의 유효유전율의 관계에 의해서 결합영역의 길이를 결정하는 식을 유도하였다. 결과식을 이용하여 원하는 방향성 결합기의 칫수를 콤퓨타 프로그램에 의하여 설계하였으며 설계한 결합기의 칫수에 따라 양면 유전체기판 Custom High K 707L-2.5을 사용하여 7개의 결합기를 제작하였다. 이 제작된 결합기는 실험에 의해서 이론치와 비교 고찰하였으며 10dB에서 20dB까지의 요구되는 결합기는 비교적 좋은 결과를 얻었다. A significant new technique in the dsvelopment of micro-wave circuits is the process of untilization of coupled lines in the transverse electro-magnetic field. The bases for this technique are the application of even-and odd-mode characteristic impedances of the transmission line. This article describes the properties of directional couplers and explains a prccfdure usrd to design micro-strip directional couplers with the aid of the computer. The article also describes the experimental results obtained from seven microstrip couplers, which were built to verify the computer program and the approximate solutions. It can be seen that in cases at X-band where couplings of 10 to 20dB are required, the computer program and approximate solutions will produce good results.
