습식법에 의하여 제조된 $Al_2O_3$-1∼11 wt% $TiO_2$계 복합체를 1350$^{\circ}C$, 1450$^{\circ}C$ 에서 2시간 열처리 한 후 이에 대한 기계적 물성변화 및 미세구조를 조사하였다. 그 결과, $TiO_2$ 첨가량이 3 wt%였을 때의 복합체가 bulk density도 높고 기공율도 낮은 치밀한 미세구조를 이루었으며 이 때 young's modulus는 35.5 GPa, 곡강도값은 68.7 MPa로서 다른 $TiO_2$ 첨가량에 비하여 우수한 물성을 나타내었다. $TiO_2$ 첨가량이 증가할 수록 많은 양의 aluminium titanate의 합성으로 인해 열팽창 계수는 낮은 값을 나타내었다.

Based on the advent and dissemination of new developments concerning information & telecommunications technology, web services have brought new paradigms into society, thus facilitating the birth and evolution of various service industries to society as a whole. This study is aimed at investigating the expansion of the first Birthday party culture and design examples of the first Birthday partywear appearing in social media, through an inquiry into the communication functions inherent in social media. Also, the development of the first Birthday partywear designs for women aged 20 to 30 years was accomplished by categorically analyzing design characteristics in preferred fashion styles uploaded and shared within online childcare communities. First, it can be concluded that due to the bidirectional flow of information between corporations and consumers occurring from the expansion of social media, the entire structure of the market is undergoing great changes. Next, the need for the supply of professionalized the first Birthday partywear can be proved by the influx of party planners and caterers into this new industry. Third, Through a categorical analysis of these 523 photos, elegance style was the most preferred while classic and romantic styles followed. Last of all, 5 pieces of partywear reflecting contemporary consumer lifestyles which focus on 'enjoying one's own life' were created under the concept of 'Romantic chic'. The created designs aim to present a style which follows the predominant trend of elegance, classic and romantic, whilst keeping sensitivity in moderation. In this context, this study has aimed to present fundamental research data in the field of online the first Birthday partywear, through the development of the first Birthday partywear design based on the first Birthday party consumer characteristics gleaned from various forms of social media.

본 논문은 디지털 게임의 하위 장르 분화 양상을 고찰하고 각 양상에 따라 핵심 장르 요소가 변화하는 특성을 규명하는 데에 목적을 둔다. 디지털 게임의 장르는 변화를 거듭하는 생성적 체계이다. 기존 장르의 핵심 메커니즘을 수정하거나 뒤집으며 등장하는 게임의 하위 장르들은 게임의 장르 체계가 지닌 생성적 성격을 확인할수 있는 대표적 사례이다. 하위 장르 분화를 고찰한 기존의 연구들이 게임 텍스트의 계보학을 통해 메커니즘의 변화를 추적했다면, 본 논문은 플레이어가 장르 변화를 인지하는 원리에 초점을 두고 해당 양상을 분석한다. 개념적 혼성 이론을 통해 '로그라이크'와 '메트로배니아' 장르의 분화 과정을 분석한 결과 로그라이크는 상위 장르와의 프레임 대립을 통해, 메트로배니아는 상위 장르의 프레임 확장을 통해 변별력을 확보한 장르임을 확인했다. 프레임 대립에 따라 분화한 하위 장르의 경우 핵심 장르 요소는 독립성을 확보하고 손쉽게 타 장르와 결합되며, 프레임 확장에 따라 분화한 하위 장르의 경우 핵심 장르 요소는 맥락 의존성을 강하게 드러내며 해당 장르의 맥락을 벗어나 사용되기 힘들다는 특징을 보인다.

본 연구의 목적은 문화행정과 예술경영 두 분야의 영역이 중복 적용되는 현장에서 그 추구하는 가치와 역할체계의 정립을 전문가조사를 통하여 시도하고, 공공부문과 민간경영부문에서 두 영역이 맥락의 차이를 이해하게 하며 예술의 발전에 기여할 방향을 제안하는 것에 있다. 두 분야의 공통점과 차이점, 선행연구 고찰을 통하여 7개의 가치를 선정하고 각 가치의 하위지표를 정하였다. 이를 제주지역 전문가를 대상을 설문조사를 하여 AHP 기법을 이용하여 우선순위를 분석 하였다. 분석결과를 바탕으로 가치 간 우선순위로 영역의 범위를 설정하고, 하위지표 간 우선순위로 체계를 정립하였다. 문화행정은 공공성, 형평성, 투명성의 영역을 기본으로 하며 예술경영은 생산성, 공공성, 대응성을 기본영역으로 한다. 이를 바탕으로 문화행정은 지역문화의 보존과 활용, 문화의 공진화, 문화예술교육의 확대에 대한 체계에 집중할 필요가 있으며, 예술경영은 목표달성의 정도, 투입대비 산출의 정도, 지역문화의 보존과 활용에 대한 체계에 집중할 필요가 있다. 또한 제주지역에서는 문화의 공진화와 지역문화의 보존과 활용에 대한 공통적인 지향점을 갖고 체계를 정립할 필요성이 있음을 알 수 있었다.

대학이 직면하고 있는 생존환경을 고려할 때, 대학의 생존전략은 생태계적 사고에 기반 하는 공진화 전략구축이 되어야 함을 이 연구는 강조한다. 따라서 대학은 지역혁신생태계의 핵심역할을 수행하기 위한 전략구축이 요청되는 바, 대학혁신생태계를 네 단계로 구분하고, 각 단계별 공진화전략을 구축하는 이론적 틀을 제시하는 것을 연구 목적으로 한다. 따라서 연구방법은 이론적 문헌연구에 초점을 두었으며, 대학혁신생태계 논리구축의 이론적 프레임워크는 Moore의 기업생태계 연구 모형(1996)을 원용 하였다. 대학의 생태계혁신전략은 네 개의 발전단계로 구분하고, 단계별 공진화 전략을 제시한다. 개척단계에서 대학의 공진화전략은 대학주도 혁신생태계의 가치창조를, 확장단계에서는 임계치 확보, 권위단계에서는 권위와 교섭력 지속, 마지막 쇄신단계에서는 성과의 지속적 개선을 제시하였다. 특히 대학의 혁신생태계 구축 및 확산의 가능성은 지역산업과 정부정책과의 연동성과 적실성을 강조하였다. 이러한 대학-지역 혁신생태계 모형은 정부 재정지원사업의 효과성을 제고할 수 있는 이론적 근거를 제시하였다는 측면에서, 그리고 개별 대학에게는 자신의 생태계구축 단계에 적합한 공진화 전략을 위한 틀을 제공한다는 측면에서 연구의 의의가 있다.

GNSS Services and Applications are today in permanent evolution in all the market sectors. This evolution comprises: ${\bullet}$ New constellations and systems, being GALILEO probably the most relevant example, but not the only one, as other regions of the world also dwell into developing their own elements (e.g. the Chinese Beidou system). ${\bullet}$ Modernisation of existing systems, as is the case of GPS and GLONASS ${\bullet}$ New Augmentation services, WAAS, EGNOS, MSAS, GRAS, GAGAN, and many initiatives from other regions of the world ${\bullet}$ Safety of Life services based on the provision of integrity and reliability of the navigation solutions through SBAS and GBAS systems, for aeronautical or maritime applications ${\bullet}$ New Professional applications, based on the unprecedented accuracies and integrity of the positioning and timing solutions of the new navigation systems with examples in science (geodesy, geophysics), Civil engineering (surveying, construction works), Transportation (fleet management, road tolling) and many others. ${\bullet}$ New Mass-market applications based on cheap and simple GNSS receivers providing accurate (meterlevel) solutions for daily personal navigation and information needs. Being on top of this evolving market requires an active participation on the key elements that drive the GNSS development. Early access to the new GNSS signals and services and appropriate testing facilities are critical to be able to reach a good market position in time before the next evolution, and this is usually accessible only to the large system developers as the US, Europe or Japan. Jumping into this league of GNSS developers requires a large investment and a significant development of technology, which may not be at range for all regions of the world. Bearing in mind this situation, MAGIC appears as a concept initiated by a small region within Europe with the purpose of fostering and supporting the development of advanced applications for the new services that can be enabled by the advent of SBAS systems and GALILEO. MAGIC is a low cost platform based on the application of technology developed within the EGNOS project (the SBAS system in Europe), which encompasses the capacity of providing real time EGNOS and, in the near future, GALILEO-like integrity services. MAGIC is designed to be a testing platform for safety of life and liability critical applications, as well as a provider of operational services for the transport or professional sectors in its region of application. This paper will present in detail the MAGIC concept, the status of development of the system within the Madrid region in Spain, the results of the first on-field demonstrations and the immediate plans for deployment and expansion into a complete SBAS+GALILEO regional augmentation system.

e-Trade 3.0 era which means the expansion of seamless e-Trade process into global business has been come. e-Trade is in the evolution stage with the reflection of time changes and IT development. Furthermore e-Trade marketing method of SMEs has been generalized. However, SMEs have not utilized e-Trade marketing very actively even if it has much benefits in exploring overseas marketing. In this regard this paper has cautiously suggested the strategic using plan of e-Marketplace and SNS along with policy improvement in order to promote extensive diffusion of e-Trade marketing. First of all, a comprehensive evaluation system has to be developed for the assessment of overseas marketing program and provide organized guideline including SMEs support system. Also e-Marketplace operation company is necessary to invent management system for supervising and detecting risk factors of participating firms and business model to share information which each e-Marketplace possesses through mutual connection. Finally, the effective supports such as short-term education and acting operation of initial account to use SNS strategically are needed and continuous contents development to adopt SNS is absolute.

The tailored surface modification of electrode materials is crucial to realize the wanted electronic and electrochemical properties. In this regard, a dexterous carbon encapsulation technique can be one of the most essential preparation methods for the electrode materials for lithium rechargeable batteries. For this purpose, DL-malic acid ($C_4H_6O_5$) was here used as the carbon source enabling an amorphous carbon layer to be formed on the surface of Si nanoparticles at enough low temperature to maintain their own physical or chemical properties. Various structural characterizations proved that the bulk structure of Si doesn't undergo any discernible change except for the evolution of C-C bond attributed to the formed carbon layer on the surface of Si. The improved electrochemical performance of the carbon-encapsulated Si compared to Si can be attributed to the enhanced electrical conductivity by the surface carbon layer as well as its role as a buffering agent to absorb the volume expansion of Si during lithiation and delithiation.

The expansion of media art has not only developed the digital technology but also given lots of environmental evolution to improve various fields of design as the main topic of the 21st century. The purpose of this study is aimed at proposing the new design that integrates fashion accessaries with media art technology. This will be done by understanding the social environment in digital ages and studying technology of design based on a variety of literature about changes in our society, neo value, vision, culture and art with fundamental notion of media art. First stage for this study, put an idea into just fashion accessary design because it is not sufficient to incoporate fashion and media art technology. The presented OLED(Organic Light Emitting Diodes) in this study is a kind of display to be in a limelight in the next generation and can be applied to various field of design. media art simultaneously moved into the scope of artistic debates. As a result, we can found that the use of audiovisual introduced numerous new aspects to the conceptual and aesthetic engagement with questions of conception. Today, the presented forms of art and inter-action from the closed -circuit work to interactive media art installations to open process-exist as parallel possibilities.

With the evolution and development of many kinds of healthcare devices and techniques, u-health standards have emerged as a major issue. Yet, most legacy medical devices and systems are still being used without deployment of the standards. Therefore, it is required to support backward compatibility for u-health standard-compliant systems to communicate with legacy non-standard medical and healthcare devices. This paper proposes a new scheme to support backward compatibility of IEEE 11073 system by adding a codec module to IEEE 11073 agent. The codec converts data sent by non-standard health devices to IEEE 11073 MDER data. Plus, we implemented the proposed IEEE 11073 agent with an Intel Edison board which is one of popular open source H/W platforms. The IEEE 11073 manager of the proposed system can monitor and control legacy non-standard devices through the proposed agent system. In our experimental results, we examined the proposed system can support interoperability between u-health standard and non-standard devices and contribute to the growth and expansion of u-health services.
