This study investigated and analyzed the exhibition, education, operation, and regional linkage program around a case of the National Museum of Ethnology in Netherlands, Germany, Mexico, England, and Japan to suggest necessary directions when constructing the national museum of ethnology of Korea. Interview by visiting the site and email interview were conducted for the investigation and suggestions according to the analysis are as follows. 1) It is necessary for the exhibition program to suggest a comparison exhibition by continent, and to be specific, occupation, style of living, representational culture, religion and view of the world, relation of power, and development culture are essential for the culture contents. 2) The education program needs to be constructed based on the age and level, and specific education program was suggested in this study. 3) Managing library, restaurant, cafe, and museum shop is essential for the operation program, additional service operation was suggested to cover additional financial areas, and professional research workers and professor manpower are necessary. 4) The regional linkage program needs to be composed by considering special qualities of the country and region, and needs to satisfy the expected effect of the local community and local residents.

본 논문에서는 유비쿼터스의 핵심 기술인 RFID와 기존의 사용 기술인 바코든 그리고 IT의 중요 기술 분야인 모바일 통신 기술을 통합한 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅을 이용한 전시회장 관리 시스템을 개발하였다. 개발된 시스템은 전시 정보관리 프로그램, 관람객 등록 프로그램, 관리자 프로그램, 그리고 관람객 현재 위치 조회와 전시회장 관리를 위한 모바일 프로그램 등으로 구성되었다. 본 시스템은 데이터베이스, 웹 프로그램, 모바일 프로그램, 무선 통신기술을 기반으로 설계 및 구현하였다. 본 논문에서 개발한 RFID 시스템을 이용한 자동화 기술과 모바일 통신 기술을 활용한 무선 패킷 통신이 통합된 전시회장 관리 시스템은 정보 산업 응용 영역 전반에 걸친 기술 파급 효과를 가져 올 수 있을 것이다.

Daylighting is one of the major elements in architectural design. It also plays an important role in the museums focused on displaying artistic works. Many architects have tried to predict daylighting performances in exhibition spaces during the design process of museums. The aims of this study are to present the design methods using the computer program RADIANCE that is available for the evaluations of daylighting performances in indoor space and to help architects design daylighting systems for better exhibition spaces of museums. For this study, Seoul Museum of Art was chosen and it was evaluated the recommended illuminance and the impacts of direct sunlight under the conditions of overcast sky and clear sky with sun. According to simulation results, they indicated that the alternative toplight system(sawtooth shape) was more effective for daylighting of exhibition spaces than the existing toplight system(pyramid shape) and this study showed a method to evaluate daylighting effects in exhibition spaces with various shapes of toplight systems.

As the characteristics of national economy is getting more complicate, the value of exposition is regarded as of great importance day by day. The world's Products Exhibition in which our companies and organizations take part is held all abound world, we also held the international exposition and Products Exhibition. In foreign countries, there are a lot of special organizations relate with the exposition and Products Exhibition display, which play the role to coordinate and mediate the display. Display space of exhibition must achieve functional role that can accomplish communication with spectator as well as function as place that possess products of accumulative value. Therefore, we must establish effective communication exhibition plan by position and form of display space as well as property of Products Exhibition, display contents, exhibit program to achieve purpose of Products Exhibition. We will can grope contents and method for successful exhibit through Products Exhibition that is connected form and position of exhibit between exhibit space of such Products Exhibition and we may achieve purpose of Products Exhibition.

전시프로그램은 기록관에 생소한 이용자들과 소통할 수 있는 가장 효과적인 방식 중의 하나로 활용되고 있다. 그러나 지금까지 대부분의 기록관 전시프로그램은 기록물의 내용을 단순히 보여주는 방식으로 이루어져 왔다. 그렇기 때문에 관람객의 관심도가 극히 저조하거나 전시 행사의 취지를 살리지 못하는 경우도 많았다. 기록관은 내용 중심의 기록을 열거하는 기존의 전시 방식에서 벗어나서, 전시된 기록물에 대한 이용자의 관심과 이해를 높일 수 있는 새로운 기록전시 방안을 강구할 필요가 있다. 이를 위하여 이 연구에서는 기록전시의 개념과 구성요소를 살펴보고, 국내외 기록 전시 사례를 분석하고, 교육기록물관리기관 전시를 위한 고려사항을 살펴보았다. 연구의 결과, 교육기록물관리기관의 기록전시 방안을 제시하였다.

The study performed analysis focusing on specialized convention and exhibition facilities among convention and exhibition facilities in Korea. The procedures and results were as follows: First, by theoretical consideration, meaning and contents of convention and exhibition programs done in convention and exhibition facilities were considered and after that, general characteristics of the programs which were the main of space utilization was derived. Second, considering scale and location, 6 facilities were re-selected for in-depth research from 12 facilities investigated preliminarily. Selected facilities were categorized by scale and through the analysis of programs done in this facilities for the last 1 year, overview and characteristics of utilization for exhibition space, conference space, and multi-purpose space, etc were analyzed. Third, through the case study on the programs, individual characteristics of space utilization by convention and exhibition program were analyzed. From the result of the study, considering the whole, the space utilization of programs was done as conference space rather than exhibition space and the ratio of use as conference space to use as exhibition space was 1.8 in the large facilities, 6.7 and 7.6 in the middle facilities and the small facilities, respectively. In the middle and small facilities, the ratio of use of one room as conference space was very high. In the large facilities, there was no big difference with the ratio 50:50 of the programs involving exhibition to other programs, but in the middle and small facilities, the ratio of the former to the latter was observed over 2.4 and 3.6. This fact indicated that the function of use as promotion and communication space for companies and industrial entities which were the essential purposes became low.

As part of the free semester program, the 'Gardener for a day' program in the Korea National Arboretum was newly developed in 2018. The program was developed as a free semester program reflecting the works of a 'gardener' who performs the planning, preparation, maintenance and management of exhibition gardens. This 'Gardener for a day' program was applied to a total of 106 middle school students in October 2018. Educational elements were extracted from Korea National Arboretum exhibition gardens and career exploration of gardeners. The program was designed to provide education on theory and practices, including watching the gardener video, visiting the gardener booth, meeting with actual gardeners at Korea National Arboretum, visiting two exhibition gardens, and participating in three types of practical training as a gardener. A survey about program satisfaction and education was conducted after the program to analyze the students' satisfaction with the program (contents, management, instructor), free semester program (career planning, occupational attitude, independence), and education (awareness of forest biospecies, preservation will). The analysis showed that the following results: satisfaction with the program (score 4.0), free semester program (score 3.8), and education (score 4.0). Comparative analysis of the pretest-posttest questionnaires showed that there were significant educational effects in career planning, occupational attitude, and awareness of forest biospecies.

본 연구는 정보통신기술이 전시컨벤션 효과만족에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위하여 정보통신기술업체 312 업체를 대상으로 정보통신기술이 전시컨벤션 효과만족에 미치는 영향에 대하여 분석을 함으로써 정보통신기술인 컨벤션 e-Portal시스템, 전시컨벤션 상품, 컨벤션산업 경쟁력, 컨벤션 인프라 구축, 컨벤션 연계관광 프로그램 구성요소를 컨벤션 효과만족에 대하여 어떤 영향을 미치는 가에 대하여 실증적으로 분석하여 전시컨벤션산업에 정보통신기술이 컨벤션효과 만족에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 그 결과 정보통신기술인 상품기술, 관광프로그램기술 인프라구축기술, e-portal시스템, 산업경쟁력기술은 전시컨벤션 효과에 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있었다. 그러므로 이러한 요인들은 전시컨벤션효과인 기본자료확보와 환경적요인파악, 상품개발토대마련. 상품유형확정, 경제적파급효과와 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있다. 따라서 전시컨벤션은 정보통신기술을 높이고 운영비를 절감하는 효과를 거둘 수 있다.

Recently people show interest in cultural exhibition space targeting on children from the birth of children to play and education. Accordingly, lately the necessity of professional special exhibition space, which is composed of changeable program fit to the children trend of a growth period, and shows relatively more freedom and adaptability in directing the theme than permanent exhibition, have increased rapidly. Today the social importance of special exhibition for children is emphasized as an alternative that can provide efficiently the expression of freedom and the environment of experimental space which is not filled in existing academy or school. The necessity of special exhibition space for children is raising to the climax at this moment, this study has the meaning to analyze the direction of domestic special exhibition for children progressed in last 1 year, and then to suggest basic guide and direction for future plan of special exhibitions.

이 글은 국립극장 공연예술박물관에서 <수궁가> 공연을 활용하여 어린이를 대상으로 기획한 체험전시 사례를 분석한 것이다. 어린이를 대상으로 하는 전시나 교육프로그램에서 중요하게 고려해야 할 부분은 어린이가 프로그램의 진행 '대상'이 아닌 '주체'로서 그 내용 안에서 스스로 사고할 수 있는 힘을 기를 수 있도록 소통 가능한 방식의 프로그램이어야 한다. 이 글은 이러한 점을 염두에 두고 <수궁가> 공연을 전시에 연계하여 공연무대를 만드는 요소 중에서 '분장'이라는 부분을 체험으로 풀어냈던 전시사례를 분석한 것으로 그 사례를 소개하고 공유하는 것이 목적이다. 또한 이 전시의 주제가 됐던 <수궁가> 공연이 어떻게 전시로 활용되어 어떤 체험내용으로 구성되었는지 그 사례를 살펴보고, 공연과 연계한 어린이 체험 전시의 더 나은 방향에 대해 고민해보는 계기를 마련해보고자 하였다.
