조형예술에서 가구를 활용한 행위 표현에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Expression of Behavior Using Furniture in Visual Arts)

  • The meaning and context of objects has been changed in various ways depending on the times. Functionality of objects has been developed in various directions according to the point of view of the objects. Objects have been used as mediums to realize art in daily life, and to realize the relational forms. Based on this, it is confirmed that furniture can be an appropriate medium to articulate everyday life and to derive relational form. The 'furniture as a behavior' has the following characteristics. First, it functions to make daily life unfamiliar. By doing something unfamiliar in everyday life, users experience similar experiences as when they entered the surreal world of art museum. In this way, the possibility of everyday arts is acquired. Second, the mental and behavioral functions of furniture are continuously changed by interaction with the user. Behavior does not occur unconsciously, but involves changes in consciousness that the user intentionally does. Therefore, as the user's level of consciousness grows, personal experience changes, and the behavioral function of the household changes. The study of 'furniture as a behavior' is suggested as one approach to design furniture.

초압축형 웹드라마 <72초>의 스토리텔링 특성 연구 (A Study on Storytelling Characteristic of Super-compressed Web Drama "72 seconds")

  • This study examined the storytelling characteristics of the super-compressed web drama "72 seconds". By analyzing all seasonal episodes of "72 seconds" and applying the various storytelling methodologies and related theories, this paper derived the main storytelling characteristics of "72 seconds" as follows. First, through the composition of the microscopic non-plot, the story value of empathy and fun is maximized, even though there is no dramatic composition compared to the general movie or drama. Second, by the specialization of everyday life, it leads to the transition from everyday experience to the new context. In other words, it provides a consensus through the cognitive expansion and interest by unfamiliarity of the ordinary experience to the audience. Third, based on the characteristics of super-compression and short theme, it utilizes fully stylistic narration like rapping. This makes the audience feel novel and further enhances the branding effect of content. And finally, based on various hybridity and variation, it uses remediation actively in all respects, especially comedy genre and comic factor.

화병을 가진 중년여성의 일상생활 재편성 경험 (The Experience of Reorganization of the Everyday Lives among Middle-aged Women with Hwabyung)

  • 본 연구는 화병을 가진 중년여성의 일상생활이 어떠한 양상으로 재편성되는 지를 사회문화적 맥락과 연관하여 이들의 시각에서 심층적이고 포괄적으로 이해하고, 나아가 이 과정에서 어떠한 간호중재가 요구되는지를 탐색하고자 시도되었다. 연구참여자들은 7명이며, 문화기술지 연구방법을 적용하여 자료를 수집하고 분석하였다. 화병을 가진 중년여성의 일상생활 재편성은 가족집단에 대한 인식과 위기의식으로부터 출발되었으며, 먼저 자신의 삶에 대한 인식을 재조정하면서 실제적인 재편성이 시작되었다. 이러한 과정에서 참여자들은 가족관계를 정리하고 강화하였으며, 가족 내 자신의 역할을 충실히 감당하고 가장의 빈 역할을 대신할 뿐 아니라 자신의 역량을 강화해 나감으로써 일상생활을 재편성하고 안정적인 정착을 도모해 나갔다. 이 연구 결과는 화병을 가진 중년여성의 일상생활 재편성에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 대상자와 그 가족들에게 실제적 도움이 될 수 있는 간호중재개발의 지침을 제공하였다는 점에서 그 의의를 찾을 수 있다.

Rearranging Everyday Lives among People with Type 2 Diabetes in Korea

  • Purpose: The purpose of the study was to understand what are the experiences and management of type 2 diabetes in everyday lives among Korean people. Methods: A grounded theory method was utilized to explore how people with type 2 diabetes to experience and manage their disease under the Korean socio-cultural context. The data were collected via narrative in-depth interviews with 21 people with type 2 diabetes during 2010-2011 and all interviews were transcribed for verbatim analysis. Results: The core category was 'Rearranging everyday lives by accepting diabetes as lifelong annoying companion.' Four stages were identified: ignoring; struggling compromising and conciliating. Each stage illustrates major problems and/or strategies that the participants face in dealing with diabetes. The process illustrates the transference from their ordinary life, in which diabetes or health was ignored, to the health-oriented life, within which diabetes is integrated into their lives. The most difficult barriers they faced in everyday lives include social stigma of diabetes and collectivistic culture in Korea. Within the culture, the group goals are concerned over individual ones, making it harder for the participants to take care of their own health. Conclusion: The findings of the study imply that health care professionals may consider the influence of social stigma in caring diabetic patients. Also, the intervention study is warranted to educate Korean people with diabetes to get aware of the sociocultural context and stigma as well as personal difficulties in self-caring diabetes.

미취학 아동의 우식유발성평가 및 치아우식경험과 식이와의 상관관계에 관한 연구 (A STUDY OF THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE DIET CARIOGENICITY EVALUATION AND THE CARIES EXPERIENCE IN PRESCHOOL CHILDREN.)

  • The authur surveyed the caries experience of 108 preschool children and collected their five-day dietary data, and evaluated the cariogenicity applied to their diets and discussed the relationship between their caries experience and their diet. The results were as follows: 1. As a frequency of consumption of cariogenic foods by degree of retentiveness, highly retentive foods like sugars and dried fruits had been taken once every 3 days, next highly retentive foods like confections and breads had been taken once everyday, slightly retentive foods like ice-creams and fermented milk also had been taken once everyday, and low retentive foods like soft drinks had been taken once every 6 days. 2. The highest caries experienced children ingested more frequently retentive foods like ice-creams, fermented milk and sugars than the lowest caries experienced children. 3. As a potential cariogenicity, the mean number of cariogenic ingestions in a day was 2.26, the mean retentiveness in a day was 5.93, and the mean cariogenicity score per ingestion in a day was 2.51. 4. The highest caries experienced children had higher values in the mean cariogenic ingestions, the mean retentiveness, and the mean cariogenicity score than the lowest caries experienced children.

출산을 경험한 여성의 외모에 대한 인식과 패션스타일 (Recognition of the appearance and fashion style of women who experience childbirth)

  • The aims of this study are to explore the experiences of modern Korean women who experience childbirth and to examine the perceptions of body and appearance in everyday life and how fashion provides a means of self-expression. The study utilizes focused ethnography (a qualitative research method) of cultural technology magazines, conducted to observe women's behavior and language, and to explore their life values, such as beliefs, attitudes, and behaviors in fashion style in everyday life. The purpose of this study is to reveal the actual meaning of childbirth, the resulting change in appearance, and patterns of specific style expression. This will enable a better understanding of the experiences of married women with children in Korea using vivid language, by which an in-depth understanding of their lives may be promoted. A survey of 24 women (aged 25~40) who had experienced pregnancy and childbirth were included in the study, categorized as early pregnancy, pre-birth, and post-birth parenting. Subcategories were derived as "unfeasible pregnancy," "unpredictable and unprepared anxiety," "self-awareness of changing bodies," "pressure on healthy bodies," "opportunity to let go of pressure on appearance management," "pressure on hard parenting," and "experience of change in unmanaged areas." Pregnant women and women with children demonstrated tastes and preferences in style suitable for differentiated situations and roles, along with perceptions of appearance.

유비쿼터스 생활영어 체험학습장 교수-학습 모형 개발 연구 (Study on the Model Development for Experiential Learning with Ubiquitous Everyday English)

  • The aim of this study was to develop a model for teaching-teaming by applying Ubiquitous at a learning experience field, in which connect characteristics of both ubiquitous application learning and experience teaming, making use of them. A literature survey of concepts was conducted, with the main areas to find out relationships between ubiquitous application learning and experience learning. Experience learning by applying ubiquitous learning methods maximizes its efficiency of experience learning in considering ubiquitous learning methods's characteristics of dynamic, interaction, sharing. Also it makes communications through positive participation and active interaction, and leads to a process of internal examination. The research data suggests that critical factors of experiencing learning applying ubiquitous are acquiring information and memory, information integration and exquisiteness, emotional and social activity, producing activity, help activity.

제7차 과학과 교육과정의 특성과 과제 (Characteristics and Tasks of the 7th Science Curriculum)

  • 7차 과학과 교육과정은 인간중심 교육철학이 도입되었다는 특성을 갖고 있다. 인간중심 교육과정은 학문중심교육과정보다 학습자의 경험을 강조하는 학습자 중심의 교육을 표방하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 우리 나라 과학과 교육과정의 개편 과정에 표출된 배경, 성격 그리고 목표에서 7차 과학과 교육과정의 의의를 찾고 그 과제와 전망을 논의하였다. 7차 과학 교육과정은 학습자의 경험을 강조하는 인간중심 교육과정으로서 구체적인 교육활동이 실생활 소재로 이루어져서 적용되어야함을 강조하고 있다. 이에 관련된 성과를 위해서는 현대과학이 가지는 사회적인 요소를 고려한 과학의 본성에 대한 교사교육이 필요하며, 실생활 맥락을 교육적이고 인식론적인 관점에서 연구하여 과학과 일상생활 맥락의 차이에 대한 적절한 교육적 구명이 요청된다.

  • 문헌정보학의 연구방법이 지나치게 실증주의 쪽으로 경도되어 있다는 것은 주지의 사실이다. 근래, 이것이 국내외적으로 비판의 대상이 되고 있기도 하다. 오늘날 연구자들은-문헌정보학은 인간학의 측면에서 연구될 필요가 있다고 주장한다. 현상학적인 관점에 따라 주관적 접근을 시도해야 한다는 것이다. 이들은 문헌정보학이 사서, 이용자, 관리자 둥의 형태로 다분히 '인간적' 요소와 관련이 있다는 정에 주목한다. 이 글에서는 관련 질적연구의 성과를 검토하고 특히 문헌정보학에서 일상생활 연구의 함의를 심도있게 따진다.

과학에 대한 인식 및 학교 밖 경험이 중학생의 과학 진로 희망에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Middle School Students' Perception of Science and Out-of-School Experience on Science Career Aspiration)

  • 이 연구에서는 중학생을 대상으로 성별, 과학성적, 과학에 대한 인식, 학교 밖 경험이 과학 진로 희망에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 이를 위하여 181명의 중학생을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하여 과학 진로 희망 여부에 따라 과학에 대한 인식과 학교 밖 경험에 차이가 있는지 조사하고 탐색적 요인 분석을 통해 도출한 8개의 변인과 성별, 과학 성적 등이 과학 관련 진로 희망 여부에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, '과학 학습에 대한 흥미와 선호'와 '일상 도구 사용' 변인만이 과학 진로 희망 여부를 유의미하게 설명할 수 있는 설명변인인 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 학생들의 과학 진로를 희망을 증가시키기 위해서는 학생들의 과학 학습에 대한 흥미와 선호를 높이고 일상생활에서 도구를 사용하는 경험을 늘리는 것이 중요한 것으로 나타났다.
