예술품의 국제매매 계약시 주요 조항과 계약서 작성상 유의점에 관한 소고 - 조형물계약을 중심으로 - (A Study on some practice issues and main provisions of the international artworks sales contract - Mainly sculptures sales contract -)

  • 일반적인 물품의 국제매매계약은 오랜 역사를 두고 연구의 대상이 되어 왔다. 물품의 국제매매계약서 작성시 참고할 수 있는 표준계약서 중 대표적인 것으로 ICC의 모델 국제매매계약서가 있다. 이는 무역 실무자들에게 법적 안정성과 작성의 편의성을 제공하는데 일조하고 있다. 본고에서는 ICC의 모델 국제매매계약서의 내용들을 참고하여, 예술품(조형물을 중심으로)의 국제간 거래에서 이용될 수 있는 계약서의 주요내용을 실질조항과 일반조항으로 나누어 제안하였다.

어린 병아리에서 isoflavones 급여가 골격의 회분 함량 및 물리적 성질에 미치는 영향

  • Considerable beneficial effects on osteoporosis from soy intake in postmenopausal women are being reported (Murkies et al.1998, Arjmandi et al. 1996). Isoflavones(IF), one of phytoestrogenic substances in the soybean, have been suggested for the effect. Our preliminary study showed that even the young chicks fed IF-rich diet tended to have higher bone ash content than those fed IF-poor diet. IF have been reported to decrease bone ash content than those fed IF-poor diet, IF have been reported to decrease bone loss by reducing bone resorption. Soybean meal has been one of the most important protein sources in poultry diets. We assume that the IF intake through dietary soybean meal could give meaningful influences on the birds. This study was carried out to determine effects of dietary IF from soybean sources on bone development in young chicks. Soy protein concentrate (SPC, IF-poor)and an IF concentrate(Phyto-Nutramin) were formulated together with purified-type ingredients to provide three different levels(25, 240 and 480 mg/kg) of total IF. Control diet(240 mg/kg) was prepared with isolated soyprotein(ISP, IF-rich). The diets were fed to 96, 3-day old, layer-type, male chicks, divided into 4 treatments with 3 replications for 3 weeks. Chicks fed the ISP diet had better gain/feed ratios than fed the SPC diets. Birds fed the diets with higher levels of IF tended to show higher values in serum total and ionized Ca% and tibial bone density, length % ash, stiffness and strain. This trend however, appeared less significant at the end of third week. No noticeable differences in sizes of comb and testicle and serum alkaline phosphatase activities were observed among the dietary groups. These results suggest that dietary isoflavones from soybean sources could be associated with chemical composition and physical properties of bone in sizes of comb and testicle and serum alkaline phosphatase activities were observed among the dietary groups. 수도사고 분석 및 경제성 평가를 통한 상수관로 최적 교체시기 결정 (Determination of Optimal Time to Replace On-S Water Pipeline by Analyzing Water Main Failures and Economical Efficiency)

  • In this study, applied to the industrial water service, it is verified feasibility of break-even analysis method which has not been introduced in Korea. The On-san water pipeline of 7.1km among the Ul-san industrial water service is selected and the optimal replacement time calculated by break-even analysis method is year 2033 to 2044 which will be 53 to 67 years since the pipes were buried. If indirect cost such as the value of lost water and traffic disruption, service interruption, etc. is calculated as 30 and 100% of the direct cost, the financially optimum replacement time is advanced 3 to 9 years. These ways present rational criteria to establish long-term plan for budget and to execute the limited budget efficiently.

보조금과 수소가격을 고려한 국내 연료전지차의 경제성 분석 (An Economic Analysis of Domestic Fuel Cell Vehicles Considering Subsidy and Hydrogen Price)

  • This paper deals with the economic analysis of domestic fuel cell vehicles considering subsidy and hydrogen price in 2015 and 2025. We selected TFCV (Tucson fuel cell vehicle) and TDV (Tucson diesel vehicle) to identify the economic feasibility of fuel cell vehicles compared with conventional internal combustion engine vehicles. We made some sensitivity analysis by changing input factors such as the size of the subsidy, the hydrogen price and the discount rate. Also, we made a break-even point analysis on hydrogen prices that equalize the economic feasibility of TFCV and TDV in 2025. As a result, TFCV is not economical in 2015 due to the relatively high prices of hydrogen and vehicles. If the sale prices of TFCV are 30,000,000 won and 35,000,000 won in 2025, then the break-even points of hydrogen prices are equal to 7,483 won/kg and 5,043 won/kg.

  • This paper proposes a new frequency offset correction technique for OFDM receivers on a frequency-selective fading channel. The frequency offset in the OFDM signals is known to introduce an interchannel interference among the multiple subcarriers, which degrades the receiver performance severely. In order to reduce the frequency offset, this paper describes an algorithm with two stages: acquisition and tracking. At both stages the algorithm oversamples the received OFDM signals. At the acquisition stage the frequency offset is reduced to half or less than the intercarrier spacing by matching the sign patterns of even and odd samples. Next, at tracking stage the frequency offset is compensated by a frequency detector which is controlled by the correlation of the even and odd sample sets. From the results, it is found that the proposed algorithm can correct the frequency offset even if the initial offset exceeds one half of th eintercairrers spacing.

  • In this Paper, we propose an efficient de-interlacing algorithm using temporal and spatial domain information. In the proposed scheme, motion estimation is performed same parity fields, i.e., if current field is even field, reference fields are previous even field and forward even field. And then motion vector refinement is performed to improve the accuracy of motion vectors. In the interpolating step, we use median filter to reduce the interpolation error caused by incorrect motion vector. Simulations conducted for various video sequences have shown the efficiency of the proposed interpolator with significant improvement over previous methods in terms of both PSNR and perceived image quality.

Investigation of Streaky Mark Defect on Hot Dip Galvannealed IF Steel

  • Interstitial-free (IF) steels are widely used for car body material. However, a few types of streaky mark defect are commonly found on hot dip galvannealed (GA) IF steel sheets. In the present study, both the phase structure of a streaky mark defect and the microstructure of the substrate just below it were characterized by optical microscopy (OM) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). It was found that the bright streaky mark area was composed of ${\delta}$ phase while the dark normal area was full of craters. More than half of the grains at the uppermost surface of the substrate just below the streaky mark defect are unrecrystallized grains which could result from lower finish rolling temperature during hot rolling and be kept stable during the annealing process, while almost all the grains in the normal area are equiaxed grains. In order to confirm the effect of the unrecrystallized grains on the coating morphology, hot dip galvannealing simulation experiments were carried out in IWATANI HDPS. It is proved that the unrecrystallized grains accelerate the Fe-Zn reaction rate during galvannealing and result in a flatter coating surface and an even coating thickness. Finally, a formation mechanism of the streaky mark defect on the hot dip galvannealed IF steel sheet was discussed.

  • Firms prefer in some specific conditions cooperative R&D to non-cooperative for developing technology. Previous studies on the conditions show firms want to choose cost-sharing type of cooperative R&D (the CS-RJV) rather than non-cooperative one when target technology is either 'relatively easy'or 'relatively difficult', and to join multiple-research type of cooperation (the MR-RJV) than to compete each other if technology is only 'relatively easy'. However, by introducing technological spillover as well as difficult of technology, only if there shown that this seemingly contrasted phenomenon almost disappears : the MR-RJV can i3e also preferred by firms even in case of 'relatively difficult'technology only if there exists some extent of a technological spillover.

An Application of the SRTM Dataset in Inland Water Stage Measurement

  • For hydrologic applications, lake levels is very important. As a first step in developing a remote-sensing based approach, lake stage estimation using remote sensing was proposed with the SRTM data from February 2000, which was providing a one-time snapshot. After several steps using contouring, masking, and CED, it was found that iterative contour fitting to a lake outline provided the outstanding result with the operator's decision. If the lake size is large enough, a constant meter of the difference removal due to bias found by Bhang et al. (2007) might be useful for more accurate estimations for the methods. A lake-level snapshot using SRTM data could provide estimates within 0.5 m level of accuracy for large lakes (> $10km^2$) with contouring. Also, even if the processing algorithm is complex, the accuracy was reliable. Overall, we confirmed that this study would provide useful information to ameliorate the quality of the SAR-derived DEMs specifically for water areas and if more expanded, SAR images can fruit result in water monitoring.
