Purpose : The purpose of this study was to develop a core competency evaluation tool of the preceptors training new graduate nurses and to determine the validity of the developed instrument. Method : This study was conducted in 2 phases. In phase I, preceptor's core competency list was developed through literature review, focus group interview, and review by nursing directors and nurse managers. In phase II, 60 preceptors were evaluated with the developed instrument and categorized into excellent, good & poor core competency groups. For validation of the instrument, new graduates' clinical performance improvement and satisfaction with preceptor were compared between excellent and poor group. Result : The data were analyzed by SPSS P.C and the results were as follows. 1) Preceptor's core competencies were classified into three domains; Role model(10 items), Socialization facilitator(8 items), and Educator(16 items), and each item had four point system of "strongly agree" to "strongly disagree". Cronbach'${\alpha}$ of the instrument was.9416. 2) Comparison of clinical performance improvement and satisfaction with preceptor of the new graduates trained by excellent and poor preceptors revealed that new graduates' clinical performance improvement(p=.015) and satisfaction with the preceptor(p=.005) were significantly higher in the excellent core competency preceptor group than the poor core competency preceptor group. Conclusion : The validity of the preceptor's core competency evaluation tool developed in this study was confirmed. Therefore, this tool can be effectively utilized for education and evaluation of new graduates' preceptors in clinical settings.

This study provides a thorough methodology for IT Investment evaluation. A software tool to support the evaluation process was introduced along with a case study. The software supports the methodology that consists of 7 phases : Target analysis, ldentifying IT measures, Measuring IT impact, Assessing business value, Analyzing the decree of realization, Cost-benefit analysis, and Reporting. The case study showed that the software (CAFA) was a very useful tool supporting both decision-making and post-implementation reviews of IT investment.

이 연구는 교육서비스 관점에서 MOOC의 질 평가를 위한 잠재모형을 도출하고 신뢰롭고 타당한 MOOC 질 평가도구를 개발하고 타당화하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 선행 연구결과에 기초해서, MOOC 평가 잠재모형(4개 요인과 8개 하위요인)을 도출하였다. 이 잠재모형을 토대로 18개 예비 평가문항을 개발한 후, 대학 원격수업 경험이 있는 학습자 138명을 대상으로 문항중요도 설문을 실시하였다. 수집된 136개의 자료를 활용하여 탐색적 요인분석 결과, 수집된 데이터에서 4개의 요인(체제적 학습 경험, 가치 경험, 가치 경험의 공동 창조, 고차원 학습경험)과 7개의 하위요인(실제성, 신뢰성, 확신성, 반응성, 조직환경 체계성, 프로그램 체계성, 학습자 지지의 체계성, 공동주도성)으로 추출되었다. 신뢰도 분석결과, 선정된 문항들은 각 척도를 구성하는 문항으로서 높은 내적합치도를 보였다. MOOC에 대한 평가도구는 타당하고 신뢰할 수 있다는 결론을 내릴 수 있다.

Purpose: This study was done to develop tool to evaluate the core competencies regarding nursing cancer patients on chemotherapy, and to verify the reliability and efficacy of the developed tool. Methods: A tool to evaluate the core competencies was developed from a preliminary tool consisting of 112 items verified by expert groups. The adequacy of the preliminary tool was analyzed and refined to the final evaluation tool containing 76 items in 8 core competencies and 18 specific competencies. The evaluation tool is in the form of a self-report, and each item is evaluated according to a 3-point scale. From September 22 to October 14, 2011, 349 survey responses were analyzed using SPSS 20.0 and the WINSTEPS program that employs the Rasch model. Results: Results indicated that there were no inappropriate items and the items had low levels of difficulty in comparison with the knowledge levels of the study participants. The results of factor analysis yielded 18 factors, and the reliability of the tools was very high with Cronbach's ${\alpha}$=.97. Conclusion: The results of this study can be used for training and evaluation of core competencies for nursing cancer patients, and for standardizing nursing practices associated with chemotherapy.

본 연구는 기본간호학실습 교육에서 핵심기본간호술 수행 시 의사소통능력 평가에 사용할 수 있는 평가도구를 구성하고 적용 결과를 기술한 사례연구이다. 문헌고찰과 전문가 검토를 통해 의사소통능력 평가도구를 구성하였고, 2019년 10월부터 11월까지 일 대학 기본간호학실습 교과목을 수강 중인 94명을 대상으로 적용 후 결과를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 핵심기본간호술 수행 시 평가되어야 할 의사소통능력 항목으로 5가지 요인(자기 소개, 눈맞춤, 정서적 지지, 정보제공, 치료적 접촉)이 도출되었으며 활력징후를 측정하는 기본간호술 수행 시 평가된 의사소통능력은 5점 만점에 평균 3.96점으로 나타났다. 루브릭에 따른 학습성과 달성도는 전체 학생의 95.8%가 '중' 이상에 도달하여 목표 성취수준에 도달한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 간호대학생의 졸업 시 역량으로 핵심기본간호술과 의사소통능력이 요구되는 현실에서, 기본간호학실습 교육과정에서 사용 가능한 의사소통능력 평가도구를 구성하고 적용하여 학습성과 달성도를 확인함으로써 학습성과 평가과정을 개선하고 체계적인 평가 체계를 구성하는데 중요한 근거를 제공하는 의의가 있다. 향후 본 연구에서 도출된 의사소통능력 평가도구의 타당성과 신뢰도 확보를 위한 연구, 다양한 평가도구와의 비교 연구를 제언하는 바이다.

An efficient measurement and evaluation system for hand tool tasks will provide a practical solution to the problem of designing and evaluating manual tool tasks in the workplace. Few studies on the biomechanical analysis of hand postures and tool handling tasks exist because of the lack of appropriate measurement techniques for hand force. A measurement system for the finger forces and joint angles for analysis of manual tool handling tasks was developed in this study. The measurement system consists of a force sensing glove made from twelve Force Sensitive Resistors and an angle-measuring glove (Cyberglove$\^$TM/, Virtual technologies) with eighteen joint angle sensors. A biomechanical model of the hand using the data from the measurement system was also developed. Systems of computerized procedures were implemented integrating the hand posture measurement system, biomechanical analysis system, and the task analysis system for manual tool handling tasks. The measurement system was useful in providing the hand force data needed for an existing task analysis system used in CTD risk evaluation. It is expected that the hand posture measurement developed in this study will provide an, efficient and cost-effective solution to task analysis of manual tool handling tasks. These tasks are becoming increasingly important areas of occupational health and safety of the country.

LCC can be defined as "the sum of present values of investment costs, capital costs, installation costs, energy costs, operating costs, maintenance costs, and disposal costs over the life-time of the project, product, or measure." LCCA involves estimating the costs and timing associated with each alternative over a selected analysis period and conversion of those costs to economically comparable values considering the time-value of money. The several Excel-Based LCC tools found on the internet are described in this paper. Also, This paper performed an analysis of the existing LCC commercial tools, assessing various aspects of each program. The goal was to evaluate the best features of each tool and to identify the requirements for LCC evaluation of Urban Transit Vehicle. The LCC tools are developed to address problems in many different areas and a tool developed and structured for one area cannot generally be used in another area. No general LCC tool exists and if one is needed for Urban Transit Vehicle it has to be developed by the project. Since a full LCC can be very complex it is likely that this Excel-Based LCC tool should be a small and simple tool for quick cost estimates. This paper presents a LCC tool consisting of eight excel sheets, which are "Project", "CBS", "PBS", "PM", "CM", "Others", "LCC Result" and "Diagram".

1997년 교토의정서 체결과 같은 국제적 차원의 환경관련 규제와 관심이 고조됨에 따라, 많은 연구들이 효과적으로 친환경성을 평가할 수 있는 도구나 기술의 필요성을 강조해왔다. 본 연구는 건설 프로젝트의 친환경성을 평가하는 도구의 일환으로 건설현장의 폐기물 관리 성과 평가 툴을 구축하고자 한다. 이 평가 툴의 목적은 폐기물 저감 및 재활용 확대 측면에서 건설현장의 폐기물 관리 성과가 어느 정도 수준인지 정량적으로 평가하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 평가 툴을 구축하기 위한 기반으로서, 선행연구에서 파악된 폐기물 관리 성과 요인의 성과 수준을 정량적으로 산정하기 위해 전문가 면담 및 설문을 통해 각 요인별 관리 행위 수준과 이들의 중요도를 파악하였다. 또한, 선행연구에서 제시한 평가 툴 구축 개념을 기반으로 실질적으로 전산화된 평가 툴을 개발하여 개별 건설현장 차원에서의 평가가 용이하도록 했다. 특히, 평가의 결과로서 제시되는 최종지표(TI) 및 지표등급(IR)은 건설현장의 폐기물 관리 수준을 정량적으로 비교 평가할 수 있는 기준이 될 수 있다. 폐기물 관리 성과 평가 툴은 건설현장의 폐기물 관리효과를 증진시키기 원하는 시공자 측면뿐만 아니라, 발주자 측면에서도 일정정도의 폐기물 관리수준을 객관적으로 요구할 수 있으므로 그 활용범위가 넓을 것으로 판단된다. 실제 현장에서의 적용가능성과 신뢰도를 검증하는 등의 세부적인 연구가 뒤따른다면 보다 효과적인 건설폐기물 관리방안이 될 수 있을 것이다.

Purpose: This study aims to improve the evaluation system for selecting supportive housing applicants, addressing inconsistency, lack of health and care evaluation, and the need for a quantitative evaluation tool. Proposed improvements include a consistent evaluation index and items for each resident type, selecting suitable residents for independent living and community integration. Research design, data and methodology: This study analyzed the supportive housing selection checklist provided by the Seoul Metropolitan Government, the supportive housing ordinance, and the SH Corporation's operation guidelines. Results: Study finds current supportive housing tenant selection system lacks consistency and proposes improvements. The same terms should be used for the same evaluation items, health and care evaluation items should be added for all tenants, and a quantitative evaluation tool should be used. Consistent evaluation index and items should be created for each resident type in the same evaluation area. The aim is to select suitable tenants with potential for independent living and community integration. Conclusions: This study improves the evaluation system for selecting supportive housing applicants by addressing inconsistencies and adding essential evaluation items related to health and care. While the study is significant, future research should focus on developing quantitative evaluation tools for all detailed items.

본 연구는 과학 학습을 위한 기능성 게임(Serious Games)을 평가할 수 있는 도구를 개발 적용하여 우수한 기능성 게임의 특징을 찾는 데 그 목적이 있다. 기능성 게임에 대한 선행연구와 기존 교육용 게임과 소프트웨어 평가 도구를 분석하여 기능성 게임 평가 도구를 개발하였고, 초등교육 전문가 17명이 이 평가도구를 사용하여 과천 과학관 게임 '밀크 & 시리얼'을 평가하였다. 평가 결과를 분석한 결과를 바탕으로 도출한 우수한 기능성 게임의 특징은 다음과 같다. 학습 목표가 초등 과학 교육과정과 연계되어 타당도가 높고, 학습자의 동기를 강하게 유발시키는 요소를 가지고 있다. 또한 화면 구성이 깔끔하고 유용하다. 마지막으로 게임 반응속도가 좋고 지속적인 유지보수가 가능하며 경제적이고 윤리적이다. 과학 수업을 위해 기능성 게임을 개발하거나 수업 자료로 선택할 때에는 우수한 기능성 게임의 특징을 고려해야 할 것이다.
