Studies on the Analysis of Anti-impotent Drugs(II) - Rapid analysis of Sildenafil and modified Sildenafils using HPTLC

  • HPTLC(High Performance Thin Layer Choromatography) method was developed for rapid and precise analysis of Sildenafil and modified Sildenafils(Vardenafil. Homosildenafil, Tadanafil). Chromatographic conditions were Optimized for simultaneous analysis of them and each specific UV spectra were obtained. The calibration curve of Sildenafil and modified Sildenafils had a linearity in the range of 1.0 ~ 56.5 $\mu$/ml at 254nm. The Limit of Detection(LOD) and the limit of Quantification(LOQ) of Sildenafil and modified Sildenafils were 0.8$\mu$/ml and 1.0$\mu$g/ml. (omitted)

A Study on the Development of Student Evaluation Standards for Unplugged Computing

  • With the development of information and communication technology, information literacy and utilization are emerging as basic skills necessary for modern people. Accordingly, information education is becoming a basic literacy education for a nation. Unplugged computing is in the spotlight as a major educational method of information education. The main advantage of unplugged computing is that it is easy to convey basic theories or principles of computer science to students through play activities without the help of special information devices such as computers and tablet PCs. However, studies on student evaluation on unplugged computing have been very insufficient. In this study, students' evaluation standards are developed to maximize the educational effect of unplugged computing. The evaluation standards consist of four areas: participation, interest, satisfaction, and understanding of concepts. The results of this study can be used as a basic study for student evaluation of unplugged computing in the future.

Review on the Study of Ankle Sprain Published in Korea (족관절 염좌의 한의학적 치료에 대한 논문 고찰 -국내 학술지를 중심으로-)

  • Objectives The aim of this review is to analyze the study tendency in papers related with ankle sprain which are published in Korea. Methods I searched the OASIS and checked relevant Korean journals. I classified the papers by field of study, publish date, main treatment, evaluation methods and analysed the study tendency. Results 1. There are 9 case studies, 4 comparative effectiveness studies, 11 controlled studies. 2. The paper was published almost every year for more than one. 3. Treatment tool such as acupuncture, pharmacopuncture, acupotomy, heating-conduction acupuncture, etc. was used. 4. The most commonly used evaluation method is VAS (Visual Analog Scale) and AHS (Ankle-Hindfoot scale). Conclusions These results suggest that Korean medical treatment on the ankle sprain can be useful as cure medicine, but there are not sufficient evidence based papers, so there should be further studies.

SECURITY FRAMEWORK FOR VANET: SURVEY AND EVALUATION

  • In the last few years, the massive development in wireless networks, high internet speeds and improvement in car manufacturing has shifted research focus to Vehicular Ad-HOC Networks (VANETs). Consequently, many related frameworks are explored, and it is found that security is the primary issue for VANETs. Despite that, a small number of research studies have taken into consideration the identification of performance standards and parameters. In this paper, VANET security frameworks are explored, studied and analysed which resulted in the identification of a list of performance evaluation parameters. These parameters are defined and categorized based on the nature of parameter (security or general context). These parameters are identified to be used by future researchers to evaluate their proposed VANET security frameworks. The implementation paradigms of security frameworks are also identified, which revealed that almost all research studies used simulation for implementation and testing. The simulators used in the simulation processes are also analysed. The results of this study showed that most of the surveyed studies used NS-2 simulator with a percentage of 54.4%. The type of scenario (urban, highway, rural) is also evaluated and it is found that 50% studies used highway urban scenario in simulation.

  • 본 연구는 패션앱 후기글에 나타나는 구매자의 의견에 대한 '평가분석(Evaluation Analysis: EA)'을 수행하여, 이를 기반으로 상품의 검색 및 추천을 수행하는 의류 검색추천 챗봇을 개발하는 LICO 프로젝트의 언어데이터 구축의 일환으로 수행되었다. '평가분석 트리플(EAT)'과 '평가기반요청 쿼드러플(EARQ)'의 구성요소들에 대한 주석작업은, 도메인 특화된 단일형 핵심어휘와 다단어(MWE) 핵심패턴들을 FST 방식으로 구조화하는 DECO-LGG 언어자원에 기반하여 반자동 언어데이터 증강(SSP) 방식을 통해 진행되었다. 이 과정을 통해 20여만 건의 후기글 문서(230만 어절)로 구성된 EVAD 평가주석데이터셋이 생성되었다. 여성의류 도메인의 평가분석을 위한 '평가속성(ASPECT)' 성분으로 14가지 유형이 분류되었고, 각 '평가속성'에 연동된 '평가내용(VALUE)' 쌍으로 전체 35가지의 {ASPECT-VALUE} 카테고리가 분류되었다. 본 연구에서 구축된 EVAD 평가주석 데이터의 성능을 평가한 결과, F1-Score 0.91의 성능 평가를 획득하였으며, 이를 통해 향후 다른 도메인으로의 확장된 적용 가능성이 유효함을 확인하였다.

A Study on the Structure of Children's Multiple Intelligence Evaluation Instrument(MIDAS-MYC) by Teacher's Evaluation (교사가 평가한 유아 다중지능 평가도구(MIDAS-MYC)의 구조에 관한 연구)

  • In this study, we examined the relationship among Multiple Intelligence constructs and the relationship among the sub-areas and analysed the development of the Multiple Intelligence according to age and gender to evaluate Korean children's Multiple Intelligence structures that teachers evaluated based on MIDAS-MYC. The subjects of the study consisted of 158 4-5 year old children (71 4-year-old group(boy 38, girl 33); 87 5-year-old group(boy 40, girl 47)) in Seoul and Gyeonggi. We found several results which are as follows. 1) Reliability on each area of intelligence in MIDAS-MYC was good. 2) The result of confirmatory factor analysis using the model of structural equation modeling was consistent with the results of other studies that children's Multiple Intelligence consists of eight intelligent areas that are independent to each other but are relative to each other. In particular, interpersonal-intrapersonal intelligence, languistic-intrapersonal intelligence, languistic-Interpersonal intelligence, and languistic-logic/math intelligence were high correlation. However, physical/motion-naturalist intelligence and musical-logic/math intelligence were low correlation. 3) Children's multiple intelligence differed according to age and sex, the 5-year-old was higher than 4-year-old and girls were higher than boys in a general way. 4) There was high correlation between the result of evaluation based on MIDAS-MYC and the result of teacher's subjective evaluation about children's Multiple Intelligence.

  • Korea is located away from plate boundaries which are not safe from earthquakes. However, having witnessed the large-scale earthquake in the Tangshan region in 1976 deemed as a safe plate, it should not be assured that Korea is absolutely safe from earthquakes. In addition, many seismologists have claimed that there indeed is a high possibility of earthquakes above mid scale that would occur in Korea. Because it is impossible to prevent earthquake, studies on seismic design and earthquake disaster control system are widely being conducted. However, studies on early response to earthquakes or recovery process are still very limited, and only a few studies for establishing earthquake damage evaluation system are being conducted. Thus, this study aimed to present essential data for establishing earthquake damage evaluation system that takes into account the real situation of structures in Korea. In this study, a nonseimically reinforced concrete apartment structure in Gangnamgu was selected as an standard type of such structures and its earthquake damage was estimated. The result of damage evaluation based on the derivation of vulnerability function and realtive story displacement was compared to that abtained using HAZUS Program Vulnerability Function.

Theoretical evaluation of Cox's interaction model of client health behavior for health promotion in adult women

  • This study aimed to evaluate Cox's interaction model of client health behavior (IMCHB) as used in studies on women's health. Using keyword combinations of "women" and "IMCHB" or "interaction model of client health behavior," we searched the PubMed, MEDLINE, Embase, and RISS databases for studies on the promotion of women's health published from January 2009 to April 2019. Finally, 11 studies were selected and evaluated according to seven criteria for theory evaluation, which combined Fawcett's theory evaluation criteria and Chinn and Kramer's criteria. We found that the IMCHB corresponds to a verifiable practical level of a middle-range theory, although it may be partially abstract. It contains all four concepts of the metaparadigm of nursing, in terms of a holistic philosophical approach. A theoretical evaluation demonstrated that the IMCHB has significance, generality, testability, empirical adequacy, and pragmatic adequacy for nursing practice and research. However, the lack of clear conceptual definitions and the presence of complex relationships among concepts resulted in a lack of internal consistency and parsimony. According to an in-depth verification through a review of the literature, the IMCHB has been used as a health promotion intervention strategy for various populations of women and has led to useful results in nursing practice. The IMCHB was confirmed to be a suitable theory for experimental and clinical research. Future research can build on this middle-range theory for women's health research and practice.

An Empirical Comparative Study on Evaluation of Bi-national Product: Focused on Purchasing Routes, Product Category, and Consumer Characteristics (복합원산지제품 평가에 관한 실증적 비교연구: 제품구입경로, 제품카테고리, 소비자 특성을 중심으로)

  • A number of studies have been conducted on the evaluation of bi-national products, but studies that may be applied in practice are lacking. This study suggests several implications for bi-national products in the sub-market using a more specific approach than previous studies. To this end, this comprehensive comparative study reflects the purchasing routes, product category, and consumers' personal characteristics (regulatory focus, prior knowledge) of bi-national products. Results found the evaluation of bi-national products according to purchase routes showed that consumers in offline stores were more favorable than consumers in online stores. In comparison with product categories, necessities were more positive than luxury goods. On the other hand, according to consumer's personal characteristics, consumers with promotion focus tendency perceived brand preference more highly than consumers with preference focus tendency. Also, it was found that groups with high prior knowledge had a positive evaluation of products compared to low knowledge groups.

The Study on the Investigation of the Evaluation Standards for Mathematics Teaching Focused on Teacher's Knowledge (수학 수업에서 요구되는 교사 지식에 대한 평가 기준 재탐색)

  • On the standards or elements of teaching evaluation, the Korea Institute of Curriculum and Evaluation(KICE) has carried out the following research such as : 1) development of the standards on teaching evaluation between 2004 and 2006, and 2) investigation on the elements of Teacher Knowledge. The purposes of development of evaluation standards for mathematics teaching through those studies were to improve not only mathematics teachers' professionalism but also their own teaching methods or strategies. In this study, the standards were revised and modified by analyzing the results of those studies focused on the knowledge of subject matter knowledge, knowledge of learners' understanding, teaching and learning methods and assessments, and teaching contexts. For this purpose, the part of subject matter knowledge was consisted of four evaluation domains such as the knowledge of curriculum reconstruction, knowledge of mathematical contents, methodological knowledge, mathematical value. The part of Learners' unders tanding included the evaluation domains such as students' intellectual and achievement level, students' misconception in math, students' motivation on learning, students' attitude on mathematics learning, and students' learning strategies. The part of teaching methods and evaluation was consisted of seventh evaluation domains such as instruction involving instructional goal and content, instruction involving problem-solving activity, instruction involving learners' achievement level and attitude, instruction on communication skills, planning of assessment method and procedure, development on assessment tool, application on assessment result in class were new established. Also, the part of teaching context was consisted of four evaluation domains such as application of instructional tools and materials, commercial manipulatives, environment of classroom including distribution and control of class group, atmosphere of classroom, management of teaching contexts including management of student. According to those evaluation domains of each teacher knowledge, elements on teaching evaluation focused on the teacher's knowledge were established using the instructional evaluation framework, which is developed in this study, including the four areas of obtaining, planning, acting, and reflecting.
