Design of a Feature-based Multi-viewpoint Design Automation System

  • Viewpoint-dependent feature-based modelling in computer-aided design is developed for the purposes of supporting engineering design representation and automation. The approach of this paper uses a combination of a multi-level modelling approach. This has two stages of mapping between models, and the multi-level model approach is implemented in three-level architecture. Top of this level is a feature-based description for each viewpoint, comprising a combination of form features and other features such as loads and constraints for analysis. The middle level is an executable representation of the feature model. The bottom of this multi-level modelling is a evaluation of a feature-based CAD model obtained by executable feature representations defined in the middle level. The mappings involved in the system comprise firstly, mapping between the top level feature representations associated with different viewpoints, for example for the geometric simplification and addition of boundary conditions associated with moving from a design model to an analysis model, and secondly mapping between the top level and the middle level representations in which the feature model is transformed into the executable representation. Because an executable representation is used as the intermediate layer, the low level evaluation can be active. The example will be implemented with an analysis model which is evaluated and for which results are output. This multi-level modelling approach will be investigated within the framework aimed for the design automation with a feature-based model.

태양광발전원(太陽光發電原)을 고려한 전력계통(電力系統)의 확률논적(確率論的)인 신뢰도(信賴度) 평가(評價)에 관한 연구(硏究) (A Study on Probabilistic Reliability Evaluation of Power System Considering Solar Cell Generators)

  • This paper proposes a new methodology on reliability evaluation of a power system including solar cell generators (SCG). The SCGs using renewable energy resource such as solar radiation(SR) should be modeled as multi-state operational model because the uncertainty of the resource supply may occur an effect as same as the forced outage of generator in viewpoint of adequacy reliability of system. While a two-state model is well suited for modeling conventional generators, a multi-state model is needed to model the SCGs due to the random variation of solar radiation. This makes the method of calculating reliability evaluation indices of the SCG different from the conventional generator. After identifying the typical pattern of the SR probability distribution function(pdf) from SR actual data, this paper describes modelling, methodology and details process for reliability evaluation of the solar cell generators integrated with power system. Two test results indicate the viability of the proposed method.

  • This paper is an inquiry into the human sensibility on view from high-rise housing in a viewpoint of architectural environment design that pay attention to multi-family high-rise housing which is becomes a trend in recent years. And this paper is the fundamental approach for applying this result to later architectural environmental plan of multi-family high-rise housing. In this paper, we used repertory grid method as a cognitive psychological way of analysis and eye mark recorder measurement experiments as a physiological way of examination. In the conclusions, examined human sensibilities on views-focused on the analysis result of eye mark recorder measurement experiments through repertory grid method that are carried on the main subject-and described problems after this and possibilities in the same time.

  • LRT System Application Project is performed for the purpose of technical advancement and stabilization of K-AGT system from the viewpoint of practical use and commercialization. For those purpose, the performance test and evaluation procedure for signaling system are developed, and the scheme of verifying the performance and function of signaling system under multi-train and driverless control environment is being conducted. In general, the railway have kept their systems highly safe and reliable through the ongoing efforts over a period of many years. This has been achieved primarily by continuous improvements, which mean that there is a dearth of experience in the introduction of innovative new systems. Therefore it is said that comparing a new system that features a completely new architecture with a conventional one may be difficult. In this paper, we investigate the evaluation method for Radio based-Communication Based Train Control system from case study.

  • When an automatic course-keeping is concerned , as is quite popular in modern navigation, the closed-loop steering system consists of autopilot device, power unit(or telemotor unit), steering gear, magnetic or gyro compass and ship dynamics. In order to estimate steering system of ship in open seas, we need to know the characteristics of each component of the system and also to know the characteristics of disturbance to ship dynamics. Calculation methods of irrgular disturbances are based on the linear superposition principle. In this paper, for the purpose of evaluation of automatic steering of ships , the influences of linear control constants of autopilot on propulsive energy loss are investigated bya performance index is introduced from the viewpoint of energy saving. Numberical calculations are carried out for an are carrier and for a fishing boat in multi-directional waves.

A hybrid evaluation of information entropy meta-heuristic model and unascertained measurement theory for tennis motion tracking

  • In this research, the physical education training quality was investigated using the entropy model to compute variance associated with a random value (a strong tool). The entropy and undefined estimation principles are used to extract the greatest entropy of information dependent on the index system. In the study of tennis motion tracking from a dynamic viewpoint, such stages are utilized to improve the perception of the players' achievement (Lv et al. 2020). Six female tennis players served on the right side (50 cm from the T point). The initial flat serve from T point was the movement under consideration, and the entropy was utilized to weigh all indications. As a result, a multi-index measurement vector is stabilized, followed by the confidence level to determine the structural plane establishment range. As a result, the use of the unascertained measuring technique of information entropy showed an excellent approach to assessing athlete performance more accurately than traditional ways, enabling coaches and athletes to enhance their movements successfully.

다중모드 기반 천리안 위성통신 중계기의 위상잡음 특성 평가 (Phase Noise Evaluation of Multi-mode based-COMS Communication Transponder)

  • 천리안 위성은 해양 관측과 기상영상 전송, 그리고 Ka 대역 위성통신 신호 중계를 위한 다목적 복합위성으로 2010년 발사되어 운용되고 있다. Ka 대역 위성통신 중계기는 MSM 스위치 기능으로 다중 빔 지향이 가능하고 다중모드 고속 데이터를 전송할 수 있다. 천리안 위성통신 중계기는 MSM 기능으로 다수의 신호발생기와 Ka 대역의 주파수 사용으로 시스템 위상잡음이 증가할 수 있다. 위상잡음은 다중모드 및 고속 데이터 전송에 영향을 미치고 있으며, 높은 위상잡음을 갖는 위성 전송시스템은 전송 신호를 복원하기가 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 천리안 위성통신중계기의 위상잡음을 측정하고, 측정된 위상잡음을 수신 잡음대역폭 관점에서 위상잡음 영향을 분석하고 평가한다. 아울러, 천리안 위성통신 중계기 위상잡음에 대한 다중모드 및 고속 전송 데이터의 전송 성능을 평가한다.

피로 해석을 고려한 점용접부 모델링 기법의 성능 평가 (Performance Evaluation for the Methods of Spot Weld Modeling Considering Durability)

  • Many methods of spot weld modeling have been developed to increase efficiency and guarantee the robustness fer the CAE analysis. In this research they are introduced and the performance is compared in a viewpoint of stiffness and durability. For evaluating the performance a multi-spot welded specimen as well as two single welded specimen is used. The results show that the CWELD element considering 'patch to patch' is stiffer than other modeling methods in stiffness and more conservative in durability. It also offers simple modeling and since it is much easier to maintain the orrhogonality of the BAR element expressing a nugget, we can obtain more exact reaction forces and moments in a nugget. Therefore the CWELD element is the most excellent in the assessment of durability.
