Purpose - This work aims to study the existing management process and methods of statistical evaluation of personnel mobility management, and propose improvement measures. This is particularly relevant in today's market economy because proper organization of personnel movement affects the availability and effective utilization of human resources in enterprises. Hence, it influences the volume, timely execution of work, equipment efficiency, and consequently the volume of production, its cost, profit, and other economic indicators. Research design, data, and methodology - We investigate the indicators that measure staff mobility, and their dependent consequences. Further, it analyses the factors influencing high staff turnover, which is a main indicator of staff mobility. Results - Measures for staff mobility development and prevention of turnover are proposed. Micom Systems is a sample case that has developed special programs to reduce staff turnover. Conclusions - Staff mobility leads to additional costs, significant loss of working time, and increase in defects. However, the advantages of staff mobility outweigh these negative factors. The role of staff mobility in a market economy cannot be overestimated.

This study performed intensive indicators based on a model of economics of education. Trends of childcare in Korea were obtained by producing values developed with statistical data. Results showed that such simple initial indicator values as numbers of children, institutions and teachers have improved. However, intensive indicator values that take demographic and economic conditions into consideration have not reached the same rate of progress as the initial indicator values. In other words, qualitative growth remains at an unsatisfactory level in comparison to quantitative growth and to qualitative growth in members of the Organization for Economics Cooperation and Development (OECD).Thus, financial investment by the government should be expanded in order to reach the desired level of high quality in daycare for children.

This research was done to develop a standard management checklist for duck farmers. To this end, experts in commercial duck farming participated in making a blueprint for a standard management checklist. This expert group consisted of ten members which included the researcher, a professor, an extension advisor and leading farmers in commercial duck farming. By collecting knowledge on commercial duck farming from these experts, a management performance index was made, and checking factors were designated. As a result of this expert survey, management outcome indicators and subdivision evaluation indicators were established. To confirm these results, a first stage Delphi expert survey was carried out. As a result, the experts were not in agreement with the farming scale of 1 - 4 levels and 2 levels in the management outcome indicators. Additionally, the experts were not in agreement on the choice of feed in the feeding management and the cooperative management system as well as the utilization of agricultural information in managing the business. The factors that did not have the same opinion among experts were surveyed by a second Delphi survey asking whether experts approve the requested value. As a result of the second Delphi survey, all factors have an approval rate that have a value of more than 90%. Finally, a standard management checklist was established based on the research result.

The study develops methodological aspects for modeling the determining impact of modernization on the enterprise's economic security in development competitive conditions using the model of speed, stability and spaciousness of modernization. Modeling the determining impact of modernization on the enterprise's economic security in a competitive conditions involves: firstly, the formation of estimated modeling indicators in accordance with the speed, stability and spaciousness of the enterprise's modernization; secondly, establishing the weight of indicators in the assessment system using the tools of cognitive judgment; thirdly, the establishment of reference values of sound evaluation indicators; fourthly, the calculations of the integrated impact assessment of the modernization's determining impact modeling on the enterprise's ensuring economic security in a competitive conditions; fifthly, conducting calculations and analytical summarization of the results. To determine a comprehensive integrated indicator of the modernization changes impact on the competitiveness and economic security of enterprises, we use the correlation method of the calculated value with the reference value, as well as use weights for groups of calculations. Approbation of modeling of determining influence of modernization on maintenance of economic safety of the enterprise in competitive conditions of development by authors was carried out concerning such enterprises, as: JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia", SE "Ukraerorukh", SE IA "Boryspil", SE "Ukrposhta", KP "Kyivpastrans".

The comparative evaluation of occupational accident fatality rates (OAFRs) of different countries is complicated owing to the differences in their level of socio-economic development. However, such evaluation is necessary to assess the national occupational safety and health system of a country. This study proposes a statistical method to compare the OAFRs of countries taking into consideration the difference in their level of socio-economic development. We first collected data on the socio-economic indicators and OAFRs of 11 countries over a 30-year period. Next, based on literature survey and statistical correlation analysis, we selected the significant independent variables and built multiple linear regression models to predict OAFR. We also determined the groups of countries having heterogeneous relationships between the independent variables and OAFRs, which are represented by the regression models. The proposed method is demonstrated by comparing the OAFR of Korea with the OAFRs of 10 other developed countries.

Recently the Korean government provided forest recreation areas through developing evaluation index of rural areas amenity resources, forest therapy and recreational forest for revitalization of rural areas and national health promotion. However, what the public wants is just one place which includes all recreational facilities. GRAT tourism means Green, Rest and Therapy-Tourism. It is a new concept of recreational forests. This study defines GRAT-Tourism, the new concept of recreational activity and discusses the development of the GRAT-Tourism Evaluation Index.

Currently, Many Cyber Security Centers(CSC) are established and being operated in our country. But, in the absence of indicators to evaluate activities of the Managed Security Service(MSS), We can't identify the CSC's level of overall job performance. Therefore, we can't derive strengths and weaknesses from the CSC. From these reasons, The purpose of this research is to develop an objective indicator to evaluate activities of the MSS. I studied both international and domestic Information Security Management System(ISMS) as related standards(ISO/IEC 27001, G-ISMS). Moreover, I analysed the NIST Computer Security Incident Handing Guide and the Incident Management Capability Metrics(IMCM) of Carnegie Mellon Software Engineering Institute(SEI). The implications for this analysis and domestic hands-on experience are reflected in the research. So I developed 10 evaluation domains and 62 detail evaluation items. This research will contribute to our understanding the level of the CSC's job performance.

A 'Resource recycling society' is the common goal to reduce environmental impact from human activities and to conserve natural resources. The Resource-Recycling Waste Management is necessary to explicitly show objectives, and to evaluate the achievement level gained by school administration. In this paper, focusing on resource-recycling school waste management, three indicators are designed to evaluate the present conditions of school waste management, which include evaluation of school policy, waste management and education for waste management by school administration. Each indicator is made up of three or four questions that are supposed to be answered by school managers, teachers and students. Questionnaire surveys, which is based on the resource-recycling school waste management indicators, were carried out in elementary school, middle school and high school in the National Capital region. The resulting of indicators well describe the situation of school waste management among these schools. Influential strategies towards resource-recycling school waste management have been found in analysis.

Purpose - This study is to analyze the main macroeconomic indicators in Russia and the leading countries- partners and to research GDP, the debt, the foreign trade and other indicators. This main indicator is using in regulation in the economic stability of country, of stability of trade with countries-partners. Research design, data, and methodology - This paper used the amount of data to be analyzed at the present stage, from the 2010 to 2015 in Russia. In order to assess trends of development, the array of data on the indicators used for the 1995-2017. The data analyzed using the methods of multivariate statistics and application of the software package Stat graphics. Results - Hypothesis 1. In the recent years GDP has tended to increase in the most countries of the world. In Russia and its structure of branch of economics is uneven. Hypothesis 2. The foreign trade turnover also has tended to grow. The foreign trade balance in Russia and in the leading countries-partners has a positive balance, dominated by the export of goods. Conclusions - This paper finds that the foreign trade turnover also has tends to grow. The foreign trade balance in Russia and in the leading countries-partners has a positive balance, dominated by the export of goods.

The study investigated the indicators for information service system performance measurement through the review on the related literatures, and developed 16 indicators for the performance measurement in 4 areas of library visit, lending, reference service and user instruction, and electronic service. And then with the indicators, the study surveyed 6 academic libraries including each 2 of large, middle, and small sized academic libraries. Based on the survey results, the study made a proposal for the application of performance indicator and the improvement of information service system performance.
