This study was preformed to analyze the effect of ISO 26000(Global Standard on Social Responsibility(SR)) establishment and implementation on Korean Industries, and to take proper responsive measures as the results. ISO 26000 Global Standard was begun to prepare the establishment from 2003, and now being ended to be implemented as the effective SR Global Standard. If the ISO 26000 is published, almost countries must prepare the suitable process to implement its contents. But, many organizations involving the government and the enterprises in Korea have not the complete informations and knowledges about the ISO 26000 Global Standard and the implementation processes. This is serious problem. So, this study was aimed and performed to cope with this problem. In this study, the effect analysis of the establishment ISO 26000 Global Standard on Korean Economy and the industries will be performed, and the effective measures to prepare for its implementation will be taken. Especially the measures of the individual company to this situation will be discussed.

The article is devoted to studying the development of scientific and methodological work and its impact on the quality of students' vocational training in higher pedagogical education institutions by applying information technology. The article aim is to development of the organizational methodological support and pedagogical diagnostics of the effectiveness of the project «Modelling scientific and methodological work in a higher education pedagogical institution by applying information technology » realization in the framework of increasing the level of scientific and methodological work in a higher education pedagogical institution as a factor contributing to enhancing the quality of pedagogical education. The research program of the project activity envisages stating and substantiating the problem of scientific and methodological work by applying information technology in the framework of increasing the level and quality of educational activities in a higher pedagogical education institution through the implementation of the project approach, developing a model for the system of organizational and methodological support of the project implementation as well as monitoring the process and evaluating the results of the project implementation in terms of developing teachers' scientific, methodological, information competency and enhancing students' progress in studying. The set of criteria were developed to evaluate the level of formation of scientific and methodological competency as a result of implementing the project for the development of scientific and methodological work. The scientific and methodological work by applying information technology in the academy was carried out in accordance with the following principles: systematic character, consistent diagnostics, practical focus, scientific organizational and methodological support.

This research deals with the basic ideas and implementation used for developing competitive advantage in the market they serve. The market to which a company belongs is continuously evolving, not static. Therefore, the company is required to adopt a suitable strategy in the market it serves. Marketing strategy establishment requires continual adjustment in the strategy content and redirection in organizational actions to address emerging market problems and opportunities. Much of the strategic implementation is characterized by firefights aimed at solving emerging, unforeseen problems. The concept of strategy was originally introduced to provide companies with a rational means of coping with environmental changes. An old Oriental proverb said that "knowing myself and then understanding others is the best way to success". In line with the proverb, the starting point of marketing strategy establishment for the competitive advantage is to understand the activities of a company wholly. After analyzing the scope of its activities, a company has to understand the market structure, to review competitive environments, to formulate the base of the competitive strategy and to adopt differentiation strategies for obtaining the competitive advantage.

During the last decade the co - management concept has gained increasing acceptance as a potential way forward to improve fisheries management performance. It has, however, at the same time become increasingly evident that the co - management concept is not clearly defined and means very different things to different people. In this article, we attempt to development of self regulatory management model of coastal fisheries in Korea, and to present a more comprehensive understanding of fisheries co - management and community - based fisheries management and to summarise the experiences with both the positive outcomes and the problems in actual implementation. The Korean style of fisheries co - management system such as a fisheries self - governance ＆ self - management system has been become a way to activate social processes and involve fishers in Korea coastal fisheries management. As results of this study, the policy recommendation to improve the effectiveness of implementation of this system are summarized. Based on investigating and analyzing the cases of advanced foreign universities that have already included ERP courses in their education systems, this study proposed the ways of incorporating ERP courses into Korean universities' curriculums in terms of the following three areas: 1) development of ERP courses, 2) establishment and maintenance of ERP education environment, 3) continuous evaluation and improvement of ERP education implementation. As reasonable ERP courses, "Introduction to ERP" targeted to educating overall basic concepts in ERP system and business administration, "ERP System Implementation" for fostering business process design and system implementation skills, "ERP Programming" such as ABAP for the purpose of customizing ERP system, and "Strategic Use of ERP" dealing with ERP package selection and implementation methodologies of effective utilization of ERP systems were suggested. Regarding the establishment and maintenance of ERP education environment, single server architecture model that contained both database and application was proposed with the intention of set-up cost saving and maintenance efficiency. As for the evaluation and improvement on ERP education implementation, its methodologies were introduced through analyzing the advanced cases. Finally in addition to the above three areas, critical success factors for effectively launching ERP education in the universities were suggested through reviewing the previous case studies.

As the use of the Internet has become more common worldwide, digital marketing has gained a great weight as an advertising medium. Low cost and effective digital marketing tools include websites, eyes, blogs, search advertisements, online banners, mailings, YouTube, etc., which most companies around the world use one or more of them for digital marketing. I have. In this environment, global companies with more than one overseas subsidiary have become very interested in how to establish and implement digital marketing strategies. However, many studies have been conducted on the necessity of digital marketing and its implementation strategy, but there are no studies on specific implementation methods that can be applied in practice. Therefore, in this study, we intend to define digital marketing suitable for global SMEs, establish a promotion strategy model, and present a specific implementation strategy establishment planl. Through this, we intend to contribute to establishing a general-purpose SME global digital marketing strategy.

The purpose of this study is to present effective basic data for business management through analysis of importance and performance of personal information protection of the elderly welfare center workers. For this purpose, the questionnaire on the protection of personal information was reconstructed based on the diagnostic level of the personal information security management level of the public institution and the questionnaire was conducted on 105 employees of the elderly welfare center in Chungbuk area. Based on the responses to the importance and the degree of performance of the personal information protection of the elderly welfare center employees, technical statistics and corresponding sample T-tests were conducted and the importance-performance analysis (IPA) was used. Followings are the results of this study: First, there is a statistically significant difference between the importance and the implementation of the management system for the protection of personal information of the workers in the elderly welfare center, establishment and implementation of protection measures, establishment and implementation of infringement measures. Second, IPA analysis on the protection of personal information of the workers in the elderly welfare center shows that the establishment and implementation of protection measures are the areas to maintain good performance. Third, in IPA analysis of the sub-factors of the personal information protection of the workers in the welfare center of the elderly, in the construction and management of the management system, in performing the role of the personal information protection officer and establishing and implementing protection measures, The factors of prevention of information disclosure and exposure and the safe use and management of personal information processing system were analyzed as areas requiring intensive improvement. This study is meaningful as a basic research that can raise the awareness of the personal information protection of the workers in the elderly welfare center and induce the improvement of the related work.

WMN(Wireless Mesh Network) is an wireless backbone network technology that is an easily configurable network in the low cost compared to the wireless LAN(Local Area Network). Most of the previous researches have evaluated their algorithms by the simulations rather than by the implementation. There exist some implementation papers, however, they have the limitations of the flexibility on the link establishment and the link quality utilization. Consequently, the benefit of the WMN - configuration flexibility is degraded and the performance deterioration occurs in the multi-hop wireless environment. In this paper, we introduce a Linux-based link layer Wireless Mesh Routing System - WBMR. The design and implementation of WBMR provides the dynamic link establishment and the effective multi-channel usage. We have modified the ntroof the original WLAN operation for the dynamic link establishment, and the Linux bridge for the link layer routing. The result of performance evaluation verifies that our WBMR supports fast self-configuration and increases data transmission throughput compared to the other researches of the wireless multi-hop environment.

As the dependence on information is increasing, the protection of personal information (PI) becomes a critical issue for the organizations, causing not only financial loss but also negative impacts on corporate images and reputations. To date, academic research in this area is scarce. This study analyzes the factors affecting the establishment and/or implementation of Personal Information Management System (PIMS) and provides direction for the practice. In this study, we assume that PIMS is one of the new technology adopted by organizations, and Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model is selected as a base model for the study. Using structural equation modeling technique, both measurement and structural models are validated, and hypotheses are tested. Major findings of the study include (1) the major driver of the organizations attempting to adopt PIMS seems to be the improvement of the business outcomes, (2) organizational capability and resource are important in the establishment of PIMS, and (3) the perceived difficulty of the establishment of PIMS is not affecting the intention to adopt PIMS. Since the importance of personal information security is high, establishment of PIMS is becoming one of the critical issues in the organizations. The establishment of PIMS should be encouraged to strengthen the competitiveness of businesses and to enhance the security level of the entire nation. It is expected that this study may contribute to developing plans and policies for establishment of PIMS in practice, and to providing a foundation for further research in this area.
