This study was performed to establish the effective culture condition for the establishment of clonal lines from porcine fetal fibroblast cells. Fibroblasts derived from a pig fetus (Day 50) were cultured and passaged two times before use. A single cell was seeded in 96-well plates, cultured in medium supplemented with different concentrations of FBS, catalase or $\beta$-mercaptoethanol ($\beta$ME), and classified by cell size and morphology. Cells were passaged two times into 4-well dish before freezing. The establishment efficiencies were not different among different concentrations of FBS (0.3 to 5.1%). However, population doubling time (PDT) was significantly decreased by increasing the FBS concentration (P<0.05). The establishment efficiency of $\beta$ME-added group (10.4%) was significantly higher than those of catalase-added and control groups (3.5%, and 3.5%, respectively, p<0.05), and PDT was significantly decreased (23.6 vs 28.1, and 25.5 h, respectively, p<0.05). However, catalase did not show a positive effect on the establishment efficiency. Cell size and morphology did not affect the establishment efficiency and PDT of clonal lines. The result of present study shows that the establishment efficiency of clonal cell lines can be enhanced by the culture in media supplemented with 30% FBS and $\beta$ME.

This study developed selection criteria of small-scales reservoirs, having under $300,000m^3$ storage capacity, for the Emergency Action Plan(EAP) establishment in order to reduce the disaster risks of the reservoir's failures. Those reservoirs are out of ranges of Korean EAP establishment standard, but have potential risk of disasters as they have often failed by the recent extreme rainfall events and earthquakes, causing economical and life losses. The problem of reservoir aging is also one of the reasons of them. In this study, the developed selection criteria of small reservoirs for EAP establishment are storage capacity, embankment height, reservoir age, heavy rain factor and earthquake factor. These criteria were selected based on the review of the existing EAP establishment guidelines, analysis of the past dam failure cases, and the previous related studies. The quantification of these criteria were conducted for the practical applications in the fields, and applied to 67 previous failures in order to investigate the relation of each criteria with these failures. The earthquake factor found to be the highest relations followed by heavy rain factors, combination of earthquake and heavy rain factors, and reservoir age. The classification was made as observation and review groups for EAP establishments based on overlapping numbers of each criteria. This classifications applied to 354 reservoirs designated as having the potential disaster risk by MOIS, and showed 38.4% of observation and 11.9% of review groups. Anticipatory monitoring and regular inspection should be made by professional facility managers for the observation group, and necessity of EAP establishment should be assessed for the review group based on the downstream status and financial budget.

In recent years, there have been frequent incidents of invasion of national defense networks by insiders. This trend can be said to disprove that the physical network separation policy currently applied by the Korea Ministry of National Defense can no longer guarantee military cyber security. Therefore, stronger cybersecurity measures are needed. In this regard, Zero Trust with a philosophy of never trusting and always verifying is emerging as a new alternative security paradigm. This paper analyzes the zero trust establishment trends currently being pursued by the US Department of Defense, and based on the implications derived from this, proposes a zero trust establishment plan tailored to the Korean military. The zero trust establishment plan tailored to the Korean military proposed in this paper includes a zero trust establishment strategy, a plan to organize a dedicated organization and secure budget, and a plan to secure zero trust establishment technology. Compared to cyber security based on the existing physical network separation policy, it has several advantages in terms of cyber security.
The purpose of this study is to identify how the social welfare activity of women's organization in rural area would affect the establishment of social capital. The subjects in study were 250 volunteer workers who belonged to a woman's organization in Gurye-gun, Jeollanam-do. The statistical analysis was carried out by SPSS Windows 18.0 Program. The result of this study is as follows: First, as the result of assessing the extent of social welfare activity by women's organization in rural area and of the establishment of social capital, the social welfare activity and the establishment of social capital produced average values of 3.36(.86) and 3.47(.55) respectively. The average value of the social capital establishment was higher than the median value of 3.00. Second, social welfare activity of women's organization in rural area were significant with respect to perception of social class, age, activity frequency, activity period. And social capital were differences between groups in perception of social class, education, age, activity frequency, activity period, activity field. Third, there is a very strong correlation between the social welfare activity of women's organization in rural area and the establishment of social capital. Fourth, the influence of the research subject's social demographic characteristics on the establishment of social capital was 31%, and by the addition of variable factors on social welfare activity the influence on the establishment of social capital increased up to 46%, ascertaining that a 15% increase of the influence on the establishment of social capital was brought up by social welfare activity.

This study emphasize the importance of founder having knowledge on detecting entrepreneurship opportunities and analyzed how the founder detects such opportunity using what process. I used people who have found and established a company on own as a survey sample. The result is like the following. First, it's found that most founders had business motivation before the establishment and used skills and knowhow from related area of business for their business establishment that led to the comparably safe business. Second, founders were highly motivated in advance of business establishment and it is found that their chance of establishment was not from the coincidence. Third, it is also found that people had pre-education on business establishment was very on purpose and those who had not had any education had a high chance of coincidence in the establishment. Fourth, it is found that higher the desire for the business achievement, more likely that the founder's business establishment was a plan. Fifth, it is found that higher the awareness of business opportunity and vision, more likely that the founder's business establishment was on plan.

In order to find out the effect of sowing time on establishment, survival and yield of pasture species when hoof and tooth cultivation was applied, this experiment was conducted from 1982 to 1984 at the comfound of Alpine Experiment Station. The results obtained are as follows: 1. Grasses establishment of 15 April, 15 May, 1 August and 30 August plots was 11.1%, 9.8%, 12.4% and 3.1%, resulting in 10% establishment in all plots except 30 August. The establishment of legumes in spring sowing was about 30%, showing significant difference (P < 0.05) than that of autumn sowing. 2. Botanical composition of sown pasture in all plots 2 years after sowing ranged from 66% to 80%. There was no significant difference between treatment in terms of DM Production 3 years after sowing although there was the difference in establishment and survival of sown pasture at the beginning of grassland establishment. It indicates that appropriate fertilization and grazing management after sowing play an important role in grassland improvement when hoof and tooth cultivation is applied. 3. The utilization of forages in plot 2 years after seeding was from 45 to 53%.

Also, in ZigBee security to link network kina of transmission and mutually certification in ZigBee Alliance standard include, but I do not provide method to deliver master key in each node safely. Because process that transmit master key passes through channel that do not secure, master key has shortcoming that is revealed directly. In this paper, I suggested Parent-Child key establishment algorithm to solve these problem. Proposed algorithm consists of two structures. Master key establishment algorithm and device that sign to PAN newly that can use one-way Hash chain and transmit master key safety are consisted of Parent-Child network key establishment algorithm that do child node and parent node key establishment as can do key establishment efficiently. Method that device proposes in case method that propose in case have master key establishment time was shown better performance $200{\sim}1300ms$ than existing method, and device does not have master key than existing method height connect time about $400{\sim}500ms$ better performance see.

The existing route re-establishment methods which intend to extend the lifetime of the network attempt to find a new route in order not to overly consume energy of certain nodes. These methods outperforms other routing algorithms in the network lifetime aspect because that they try to consume energy evenly for the entire network. However, these algorithms involve heavy signaling overheads because they find new routes based on flooding method and route re-establishment occurs often. Because of the overhead they often can not achieve the level of performance they intend to. In this paper, we propose a new route selection algorithm which takes into account costs for the packet transmission and the route re-establishment. Since the proposed algerian considers future route re-establishment costs when it first find the route, it spends less energy to transmit given amount of data while evenly consuming energy as much as possible. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm outperforms the existing route re-establishment methods in that after simulation it has the largest network energy which is the total summation of remaining energy of each node, the smallest energy consumed for route re-establishment, and the smallest energy needed for maintaining a session.

In the 20th century, the average temperature of Korea has risen by $1.5^{\circ}C$, whereas it has risen by $0.6^{\circ}C$ globally. Few studies have investigated the effect of seeding date in hilly pastures on their growth characteristics and productivity. The purpose of this study was to elucidate the effect of seeding dates at a hilly pasture establishment on its growth characteristics and productivity caused by increasing temperatures in Korea. The experiments were conducted from 2014 to 2016 at Pyeongchang, South Korea, at an altitude 600-700 m above sea level. The composition of grass mixture was tall fescue, orchard grass, perennial ryegrass, Kentucky bluegrass, timothy, and white clover. Treatments comprised four seeding dates (August 13 and 27, and September 10 and 24). The establishment rate was lowest on September 24, resulting in only 20% establishment over the winter, and the proportion of weeds was highest on September 24 (58%). Early seedling growth before overwintering is a critical approach to ensure successful establishment of grassland. The main components were orchard grass and tall fescue on the early seeding date (August 13), and Kentucky bluegrass on the late seeding date (September 24). Late seeding increased the proportion of bare lands invaded by weed species, especially during second and third cutting periods. Early seeding date resulted in a progressive increase in biomass. Total annual production was significantly affected by the seeding date; lowest dry matter production was on September 24 ($2,441kg\;ha^{-1}$), whereas maximum dry matter yield was on August 27 ($6,608kg\;ha^{-1}$). The results of the study indicate that growth condition and productivity could be increased by early seeding, and seeding of grass in the Pyeongchang area should be completed before August 27. However, further studies are needed to determine the ideal seeding date at the hilly pasture establishment in Pyeongchang.

An experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of seed coating on germination and early growth of tall fescue (Festuca arundinacea Schr.), orchardgrass (Dactylis glomerata L.), and alfalfa (Medicago sativa L.) over sown on unploughed hilly and forested areas. Establishment and early growth of coated tall fescue and orchardgrass on unploughed hilly area were not significantly influenced by seed coating. Establishment and early growth of coated alfalfa on unploughed hilly area were higher than non-coated and showed 4.7% and 4.0 g/m2, respectively. Establishment of coated tall fescue (11.8%) on forested area were higher than noncoated (0.3%), but ealy growth of tall fescue was not significantly influences by seed coating. Establishment of over sown orchardgrass on forested area was not significantly affected by seed coating, but early growth of coated seed (18.7%) was better than that of non-coated (0.3%). Establishment of coated alfalfa on forested area were higher than those of non-coated. Results of this study indicate that the establishment and early growth of over sown tall fescue, orchardgrass, and alfalfa could be improved by seed coating.
