For building acoustics, the revision and establishment of ISO JIS were carried out actively in the direction of international harmonization recently. In this consideration, the trends of the ISO and JIS were reviewed and the establishment process of KS was introduced. As a result of this consideration, it is thought to be that 'International Harmonization' should be a base for KS and the speciality of domestic characteristics should be attached to annex.

Forest management starts from forest road facility, which is designated as generation source of muddy water in mountain stream during initial stage of establishment. Therefore, this study reviewed the effect of suspended sediment generated in forest road surface on the muddy water in mountain stream with respect to marsh area of forest. As a result, characteristics of outflow of suspended sediment was understood, and it was judged that generation of suspended sediment due to establishment of forest road is diluted by mountain stream this charged from drainage area so as to have small effect on muddy water in total mountain stream.

This research deals with the basic ideas and implementation used for developing competitive advantage in the market they serve. The market to which a company belongs is continuously evolving, not static. Therefore, the company is required to adopt a suitable strategy in the market it serves. Marketing strategy establishment requires continual adjustment in the strategy content and redirection in organizational actions to address emerging market problems and opportunities. Much of the strategic implementation is characterized by firefights aimed at solving emerging, unforeseen problems. The concept of strategy was originally introduced to provide companies with a rational means of coping with environmental changes. An old Oriental proverb said that "knowing myself and then understanding others is the best way to success". In line with the proverb, the starting point of marketing strategy establishment for the competitive advantage is to understand the activities of a company wholly. After analyzing the scope of its activities, a company has to understand the market structure, to review competitive environments, to formulate the base of the competitive strategy and to adopt differentiation strategies for obtaining the competitive advantage.

Security is one of the major challenges in the Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs). WSNs are more vulnerable to adversarial activities. All cryptographic security services indirectly depend on key management. Symmetric key management is the best key establishment process for WSNs due to the resource constraints of the sensors. In this paper, we proposed dynamic session key establishment scheme based on randomly generated nonce value and sensor node identity, in which each sensor node is equipped with session key on expire basis. The proposed scheme is compare with five popular existing key management systems. Our scheme is simulated in OMNET++ with MixiM and presented experimental results. The analytical study and experimental results show the superiority of the proposed scheme over the existing schemes in terms of energy, storage, resilience and communication overhead.

In large networks, maintaining precise global network state information is impossible. The imprecise network state information has significant impacts on Quality-of-Service(QoS) routing and path establishment. In this paper, we develop analytical models for investigating the QoS routing schemes that are designed to tolerate imprecise network state information, and study the performance of various QoS routing schemes, including randomized routing, multi-path routing, and probability based routing, using both the models and simulations. We further propose a new mechanism, called local rerouting, that improves the effectiveness of QoS path establishment in the presence of imprecise global network state information. Local rerouting is orthogonal to existing schemes for dealing with imprecise state information and can be used in conjunction with them to alleviate the impacts of the imprecise information. The results of our performance study indicate that local rerouting is robust and effective.

The proposed algorithm can always set up the optimal threshold value regardless of channel characteristics using an adaptive threshold establishment method that determines the threshold level according to channel noise power, and then it uses the specially designed training symbols that can make the algorithm's estimation performance be less sensitive to power delay profile variation in a multipath channel. In result, the estimation performance of the proposed technique is less affected by channel characteristic variation.

Recently, the cluster-based industrial policy has become a powerful policy tool for strengthening the competitiveness of nations, industries and firms. The concept of cluster develops as firms choose to locate in each others proximity. Cluster concept can be usefully applied to analyze cluster of port-related activities. Port cluster can be used as a systematic foundation for providing one-stop value added logistics service to its customers. The main purpose of this paper is to suggest a way for establishing the port cluster in Korean seaport. For this aim, the paper defines a concept of port cluster and examines the its necessity. And the procedure for establishment of port cluster in Korea is proposed. In addition, the paper analyzed the port cluster structure-conduit-performance. Especially, the role of port cluster's participants, central and local government, universities and related R＆D institutes, and private companies, are suggested respectively. As a conclusion, policy suggestions for the establishment of port cluster in Korea are suggested.

Banwol bridge with steel plate girder and Pyongtaek bridge with PSC bos girder have been operated maintenance measuring system by the Seoul-Chonan of Kyongbu express railway. By analyzing the theoretical and experimental values of design load for these two bridge, the establishment of reference maintenance for measuring items was deduced from research. Two materials, steel and concrete plates, were considered as the upper structure. Actual measurement data for the behavior under speed, structural analysis results, and the presented references were analyzed and used to set up the reference establishment. The measuring items are stress(strain), displacement, dynamic acceleration, expansion movement, and dynamic frequency. The maintenance reference was established by comparing analytical and measuring values of the five items with respect to structural state class.

This study was undertaken to evaluate the effect of legume reseeding on legume establishment, dry matter yield, quality and botanical composition of grasses in timothy(Ph1eum prarense L.) dominated pasture at alpine area. Establishment number and percentage of legume in timothy dominated pasture were increased with spring, red clover(Tr$olium pratense L.) and gramoxone $treatment Dry matter yield of pasture was increased with fall and grazing after overseeding, but, there waq no difference in legume species. Crude protein content(%) of grasses at the first cutting was increased with red clover and paraquat (gramoxone) treatment. Based on the results, it is suggested that spring in seeding time, red clover in legume species and oveneeding after gramoxone treatment are good for effective renovation of timothy dominated pasture at alpine area.

The settlement era($1845{\sim}1943$) in Shanghai was divided as periods parting point by the establishment of habitats, the establishment of the International Settlement and its two times expansions, the establishment of the French Settlement and its three times expansions. Investigations on the formation process and its characteristics of two settlement parks during each period were carried out. The formation process of Shanghai settlement park was divided simply into the settlement park foundation time correspond to the settlement expansion time(the International Settlement was from 1845 to 1898, the French Settlement was from 1849 to 1913) and the settlement park development time after the settlement expansion(the International Settlement is from 1899 to 1943, the French Settlement is from 1914 to 1943) by the characteristics such as its forming time, quantity and distribution.
