The rapid changes of energy environment such as high oil price, united nations framework convention on climate change, and the hydrogen economy have been happening to provide national energy security in the 21st century, we need to build strategic approach for coping with energy environment. From a long-term viewpoint of energy technology development, it's time to develop energy technology with selection and specification. In this study, we build energy technology roadmap for establishing the hydrogen economy with a long-term strategy. We analyze economic spin-offs and commercial potential for establishing energy technology roadmap of energy technology development for establishing the hydrogen economy.

Purpose: This paper deals with establishing Korean national standardization policy through a comparative trend analysis of national standardization strategies and each nation's policy environment. It first investigates the standardization strategies including Korea, the United States, Japan and Germany which is currently leading the 4th Industrial Revolution. Methods: This study compares and analyzes national standardization policies that synthesize the determinants of national standard activities using the STEEP, PEST analysis used for policy environment analysis, and National Standardization Model Canvas(N-STD Model Canvas) applying business model canvas. Results: This study confirms the reasoning and operating system of establishing national standard strategy reflecting the social, economic and political situation and the direction of national standard strategy. Conclusion: Based on the results, this study summarized the policy decision factors necessary for establishing the national standard policy and suggested the management plan in the midpoint of view.

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to find out how a company can do reasonable cost calculations in a simple way and establish profitability improvement strategies based on the results. Design/methodology/approach - In this study, a case that compounding company K applied TDABC was studied. A case study was conducted on the process of company K reviewing and applying TDABC and the process of implementing the cost calculation for each product by applying TDABC, and establishing a profitability improvement strategy for each product based on the results. Findings - Company K rearranged the production standard information of the compounding industry such as productivity and batch size of each product to apply TDABC. Cost calculation was performed for each product according to the revised production standard information. After the cost calculation for each product was carried out, Company K established a strategy to improve profitability of each product. The profitability improvement strategy was implemented in two ways: a cost reduction strategy and a product price increase strategy. As a result of the final strategy execution, the profitability of each product was improved. Research implications or Originality - This study found a reasonable costing standard in consideration of the specificity of the research target company, and applied it to cost calculation cost for each product. It contains the process of establishing production and sales strategies for each product based on the cost calculation results. It is expected that this case study will serve as a good reference material for establishing cost calculation and profitability improvement strategies in similar businesses.

Purpose: Establishing a competitive advantage in the aviation market is essential as the competition among domestic airlines intensifies. Therefore, this study examined the management strategies of both large domestic airlines and low-cost airlines. Research design, data, and methodology: This study classified domestic airlines into Full Service Airlines (FSA) and Low Cost Carriers (LCC), examined each airline's current status and characteristics, and conducted case analyses of FSA and LCC based on Porter's generic competitive strategy. Results: The analyses determined that LCC primarily implemented a cost-advantage strategy, and FSA implemented a differentiation strategy. However, as competition intensified, FSA pursued cost-advantage strategies while establishing LCC through subsidiaries. There are various specific cost reduction methods, including service simplicity, scalability, high utilization, low landing fees, low-cost unit, and point-to-point flight strategies. Conclusions: LCCs are focusing on cost advantage strategies that reduce costs; however, the FSA also runs special price events that are as good as LCCs and are comparable to LCCs on some routes. Furthermore, LCC has recently expanded its mid- and long-distance routes, making competition for long-distance routes with major airlines unavoidable.

Following the Fukushima accident, portable equipment employed as accident mitigating systems have been installed and operated to reduce core damage and large early release frequencies. In addition, the establishment of an accident management strategy has gained importance. This study investigated the current status of portable equipment including the international portable equipment FLEX (diverse and flexible coping strategies), and domestic portable equipment multi-barrier accident coping strategy (MACST). Research on optimal utilization of MACST remains insufficient. As a preliminary study for establishing an optimal strategy, sensitivity studies were conducted to facilitate the priority of use on portable equipment, number of portable equipment, and dependency of operator actions based on a multi-unit probabilistic safety assessment model. The results revealed the conditions that reduced the multi-unit and site conditional core damage probabilities, indicating the optimal strategy of MACST. The results of this study can be used as a reference for establishing an optimal strategy that utilizes domestic safety equipment in the future.

As the size and complexity of software increases, it is important to ensure the quality of software through testing. Many organizations refer to international standards or test process models to improve the quality of software through establishing a systematic test process. However, these standards and process models provide general processes that do not reflect the characteristics of the domain or the organization's test policies and strategies. To establish a test process that reflects the characteristics of the organization, test policies and strategies based on the organization's quality objectives and the organizational and domain characteristics should be reflected. This study proposes specific methods for eliciting activities and information to establish organizational software test policies and strategies that are essential to establishing a test process that reflects the characteristics of the organization and the system.

SOC 예산 부족과 불충분한 건설자금 문제 등으로 건설사의 체감경기가 악화되고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 건설 VE는 건설 수익향상을 통해 이러한 상황에 대처하는 수단이 될 수 있다. 본 연구는 Importance Performance Analysis를 실행하여 효과적인 시공VE의 전략을 수립하기 위한 건설사의 강점 항목과 약점 항목을 도출하였다. 건설사들은 건설VE에 대한 지원·협력·지식 등 12개 항목에서 강점을 지닌다. 반면, 'VE리더의 VE 경험', '상세비용 추정', '아이디어 생성·평가' 등은 약점이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 제도적 관점에서 VE 활성화에 중점을 두었던 기존 연구와 달리 건설기업 관점에서 효과적인 시공VE 수행을 위한 전략을 도출하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

정부는 공공부문 정보화사업의 체계적인 추진과 더불어 정보화사업에 대한 효율성을 강화하기 위하여 정보화사업을 추진하는 경우 반드시 정보화전략계획수립을 의무화하고 있다. 그러나 정보화계획수립 필요성이 높은 사업임에도 명확한 판단기준의 부재로 정보화계획수립 없이 사업이 진행됨으로써 정보화사업 추진의 타당성이 낮은 실정이다. 본 연구는 공공부문 정보화사업에서 정보화전략계획수립의 실효성을 담보하기 위해 정보화전략계획수립 의무화대상을 명확히 판단하기 위한 판단기준을 마련하고자하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 델파이방법을 통해서 공공부문 정보화사업의 정보화전략계획수립 의무화를 결정하는 결정요인과 판단모델을 설정하였다. 또한, 설문조사를 통해 정보화전략계획수립 의무화 판단모델에서의 4가지 결정요인들에 대한 타당성과 각 결정요인별 세부적인 판단기준을 파악하였다. 최종적으로 전문가집단에 의한 FGI를 통해서 설문조사 결과를 분석하고 정보화전략계획수립 의무화 대상 판단기준(안)을 제시하였다. 한편, 본 연구결과는 정부차원에서 정보화전략계획수립 의무화에 대한 정책결정과 예산작성지침으로써의 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

Construction projects that should be under the construction supervision regulation were decreased in 2008 and new supervision projects in 2010 were significantly reduced by 60% comparing to the ones as of 2009. On the contrast, the volume of world construction projects including Middle·South Asia and Africa is forecasting to be increased by 46% in 2018. However, although the needs of oversea expansion of domestic construction supervision firms are appeared more and more, their preparations to the strategically important areas in the world are insufficient. Thus, this paper aims to suggest directions of strategics and plans for domestic construction supervision industry to expand the market to the world through questionnaire surveys and expert investigation.
