부산시장래교통량의 추계수법에 관한 실증적 연구 (Actual Research on the Estimation Technique of the Future Trip in Pusan City.)

  • The objective of this study is to construct not only trip production and attraction in Pusan but also to study and examine appropriateness of the model positively. Depending on the estimation models of trip production and attraction of each zone that have been constructed in this study, it has been proved that the formula of multiple regression by the explanation variables like the indices of total employees, total students, floor spaces of residentials and floor spaces of educational and cultural areas within the study areas have very high explanatory capacity and appropriateness. It si considered that a study of method on new division, integration or omission etc. of the existing zones preceeding for reduction of calculation quantity and a study of estimation error have to be done for future study, if these models are used actually.

이동로봇의 안전한 엘리베이터 탑승을 위한 RGB-D 센서 기반의 엘리베이터 인식 및 위치추정 (Elevator Recognition and Position Estimation based on RGB-D Sensor for Safe Elevator Boarding)

  • Multi-floor navigation of a mobile robot requires a technology that allows the robot to safely get on and off the elevator. Therefore, in this study, we propose a method of recognizing the elevator from the current position of the robot and estimating the location of the elevator locally so that the robot can safely get on the elevator regardless of the accumulated position error during autonomous navigation. The proposed method uses a deep learning-based image classifier to identify the elevator from the image information obtained from the RGB-D sensor and extract the boundary points between the elevator and the surrounding wall from the point cloud. This enables the robot to estimate the reliable position in real time and boarding direction for general elevators. Various experiments exhibit the effectiveness and accuracy of the proposed method.

  • In case of fire in the high-rise buildings, the appropriate and safe evacuation plans for the building residents are very important to minimize the number of casualties. Since the evacuation time usually depends on the floor plans of the buildings, the evacuation plans should be considered while the architectural design is done. Conventionally, the calculation of the evacuation time in the case of fire breakout is based on the approximate mathematical equations which are prone to error. In this study, the simulator model is developed to help the architectural designers to access the more accurate evacuation time and find out the floor plans which offers the most safe evacuation plans for the residents in case of fire.

  • LonWorks/IP VDN은 LonWorks 디바이스 네트워크와 IP(데이터) 네트워크와의 통합네트워크로 산업현장에 대한 유비쿼터스 접근을 제공하여 설비에 대한 예지 및 예방보전을 가능하게 한다. 산업현장에 대한 예지 및 예방보전을 위한 실시간 분산제어 환경에서 즉각적인 응답은 필수불가결한 요소이다. LonWorks/IP 가상 디바이스 네트워크(VDN) 상에서 불확실한 시간지연은 산업현장에 대한 실시간 예지 및 예방보전을 위해 분산 제어를 수행할 때 시스템의 안정성과 성능을 악화시킨다. 따라서 네트워킹 된 분산제어시스템의 안정성을 보장하고 성능을 개선하기 위해서는 시간에 따라 가변적인 불확실한 시간지연을 보상할 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 LonWorks/IP VDN와 같은 분산제어 환경 하에서 서보 제어를 수행하는 경우에 외란관측기와 위상지연 보상기로 ZPETC(Zero Phase Error Tracking Controller)를 도입한 제어구조가 제시되고 컴퓨터 모의실험이 수행된다. 제안된 제어기의 성능은 컴퓨터 모의실험을 통하여 외란관측기를 도입한 Smith 예측기 기반의 내부모델제어기(IMC)의 제어결과와 비교 제시된다. 제안된 제어기는 외란과 잡음에 강인한 특성을 가지며, 주기적인 신호에 대한 추종성능을 상당히 개선시키므로 가변적인 시간지연을 갖는 LonWorks/IP VDN 상에서 주기적인 작업 수행에 필요한 분산 서보제어에 매우 적합하다.

Modeling Alignment Experiment Errors for Improved Computer-Aided Alignment

  • Contrary to the academic interests of other existing studies elsewhere, this study deals with how the alignment algorithms such as sensitivity or Differential Wavefront Sampling (DWS) can be better used under effects from field, compensator positioning and environmental errors unavoidable from the shop-floor alignment work. First, the influences of aforementioned errors to the alignment state estimation was investigated with the algorithms. The environmental error was then found to be the dominant factor influencing the alignment state prediction accuracy. Having understood such relationship between the distorted system wavefront caused by the error sources and the alignment state prediction, we used it for simulated and experimental alignment runs for Infrared Optical System (IROS). The difference between trial alignment runs and experiment was quite close, independent of alignment methods; 6 nm rms for sensitivity method and 13 nm rms for DWS. This demonstrates the practical usefulness and importance of the prior error analysis using the alignment algorithms before the actual alignment runs begin. The error analysis methodology, its application to the actual alignment of IROS and their results are described together with their implications.

  • As for the safety evaluation of existing large-scale structures, methods for estimation of the structural and dynamic properties are studied. Sequential prediction error method in time domain and improved FRF estimator in frequency domain are comparatively studied. For this purpose, impact tests of 2 bay 3 floor steel frame structure are performed. Results from both methods are found to be consistent to each others, however those from the finite-element analysis are slightly different from experimental results.

  • In this paper, a new iterative decoding of LDPC codes is proposed. The decoding is based on the posteriori probability of each belief propagation (BP) decoding and an additional postprocessing, that is, erasure decoding of LDPC codes. It turned out that the new method consistently improves the decoding performance on various classes of LDPC codes. For example it removes the error floor of Margulis codes effectively.

마이크로 셀룰러 시스템에서 MRC 다이버시티와 Reed-Solomon 부호를 적용한 Trellis Coded QPSK 신호의 오율 해석 (Error Performance Analysis of Trellis Coded QPSK Signal with Reed-Solomon Coding and MRC Diversity Reception in Micro-Cellular System)

  • 본 논문에서는 동일채널간섭과 라이시안 페이딩 환경에서 Trellis Coded QPSK 시스템의 BER 생능올 분석 하였다. 고려되는 Trellis Coded QPSK 시스템은 시스템의 성능을 향상시키기 위하여 최대비 합성(MRC) 다이버시티 수신법과 Reed-Solomon 부호를 사용하였다. 유도한 오율식을 이용하여 Trellis 부호화된 QPSK 시스템의 성능을 구하여, 신호 전력 대 잡음 전력비 (SNR), 신호 전력 대 간섭파의 전력비 (SIR), 라이시안 페이딩 파라미터 (KR), MRC 다이버시티의 가지수 (M), Reed-Solomon 부호의 천체 블럭 길이 (n), Reed-Solomon 부호의 정정 가능한 심볼의 수 (t), Trellis 부호기의 상태수를 함수로 하여 그래프로 나타내고 분석하였다. 분석결과, 제안하는 시스템의 성능은 마이크로셀 환경에서 동일채널간섭과 페이딩에 의하여 영향을 받음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 희망하는 신호의 전력이나 신호 전력 대 간섭파의 전력비를 증가시켜 Trellis 부호화된 QPSK 시스템의 BER 성능을 개선할 수 있음을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 마이크로 셀룰러 시스템의 BER floor 현상은 동 일채널간섭에 의하여 발생하고, 이 현상은 신호 전력 대 간섭와의 전력배가 낮은 경우에는 높은 BER에서 발생 함을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 통일채널간섭과 라이시안 페이딩의 영향올 억압하기 위해서는 M=2인 MRC 다이버 시티 수신된 Trellis Coded QPSK 시스댐보다는 t=2, n=15인 Reed-Solomon 부호롤 척용한 Trellis Coded QPSK 시스템이 효율적임을 알 수 있었다.
