영남지역 주부의 식생활 라이프스타일에 따른 친환경농산물 소비행동 분석 (Analysis on Consumption Behaviors Regarding Environment-Friendly Agricultural Products According to the Food-Related Lifestyles of Housewives in Yeungnam Region)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the consumption behaviors regarding environment-friendly agricultural products by food-related lifestyles of housewives. The data were collected from 298 housewives living in Yeungnam region through a self-administered questionnaire during April, 2010. Frequencies, Cronbach's $\alpha$, factor analysis, cluster analysis, one-way analysis of variance, Duncan's multiple range test and chi-square test were conducted by SPSS Windows. The results obtained from this study were as follows. Lifestyles were categorized into five factors by factor analysis: healthy-seeking type, popularity-seeking type, convenience-seeking type, safety-seeking type and taste-seeking type. The respondents belonged to one of three groups by cluster analysis: popularity-seeking group, convenience-seeking group, and wellbeing-seeking group. The main reason given for purchasing environment-friendly agricultural products was safety. The respondents were satisfied with the safety of environment-friendly agricultural products the most. Many respondents purchased environment-friendly agricultural products at large discount markets, and received information about them from mass media. There were significant differences among three groups in the place of purchase environment-friendly agricultural products, information source for environment-friendly agricultural products, most important factor when purchasing environment-friendly agricultural products, the level of satisfaction with environment-friendly agricultural products and the purchase rate of environment-friendly agricultural products among the monthly food expenses.

수도권지역 영양사의 친환경 농산물 인식에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Perception of Environment-friendly Agricultural Products among Dietitians in the Capital Area)

  • 영양사를 대상으로 학교급식에서 친환경 농산물 사용 확대를 위한 방안 기초자료 제시와 급식의 질과 만족도를 향상시키기 위해 연구 조사하였다. 친환경 우수 농산물 인증에 관한 인지도와 친환경 우수 농산물에 관한 인식간의 요인분석과 Correlation(상관관계분석), 다중회귀분석을 실시하였으며 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 영양사들은 친환경 농산물 인증에 관한 인지도가 그다지 높지 않았으며, 또한 친환경 농산물에 관한 인식과 위험인식은 그다지 높지 않았으나, 친환경 농산물에 관한 지식이 높았으며, 연령과 영양사 경력, 급식인원, 식품비 대비 농산물비로는 별다른 차이를 보이지 않았다. 영양사의 친환경 농산물 인증에 관한 인지도가 높을수록 친환경 농산물에 관한 인지 및 지식이 긍정적인 것으로 나타났으며 친환경농산물 인식은 친환경 우수 농축산물 인증에 관한 인지도에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 통하여 급식의 책임자인 영양사들의 친환경 농산물에 대한 인식을 향상시켜 학교 급식의 질적인 생산성 향상과 급식만족도를 높이도록 하며 학교급식에서의 친환경 농산물 이용도 증가에 따른 영양사뿐만 아니라 학부모의 인식개선도 필요하므로 후속 연구가 필요하다고 사료된다.

환경친화지정기업의 경영성과에 관한 연구 (Study on Management Performance of Environment-Friendly Firms)

  • 본 연구는 우리나라 환경친화기업의 경영성과를 분석하기 위해 네 가지 가설을 검정하였다. 첫째 가설은 환경친화기업의 경영성과는 일반기업에 비해 저조하다는 것이고, 둘째는 환경부담률이 높은 환경친화기업일수록 경영성과는 저조하다는 것이며, 셋째는 중소기업 환경친화기업은 대기업 환경친화기업에 비해 경영성과가 저조하다는 것이다. 마지막은 장기 환경친화기업은 단기 환경친화기업보다 경영성과가 우수하다는 것이다. 분석결과는 환경친화기업의 수익성은 5% 유의수준하에서 일반기업보다 높은 수준에 있다는 결론이 도출되어 첫째 가설은 지지된다고 할 수 없다. 둘째, 고비용 환경친화기업의 안정성이나 성장성은 저비용 환경친화기업과 차이가 없으나 수익성은 저비용 환경친화기업의 수익성보다 10% 유의수준하에서 높아 둘째 가설 역시 만족되지 않는다. 셋째, 2001년 기준으로는 5% 유의수준하에서 중소기업 환경친화기업의 수익성은 생산효율성의 차이로 인해 대기업 환경친화기업의 수익성보다 크나 2002년 기준으로는 수익성과 성장성은 별다른 차이가 없고 대기업의 안정성은 5% 유의수준하에서 중소기업보다 안정적이었다. 마지막으로, 장기 환경친화기업은 단기 환경친화기업에 비해 환경개선 know-how의 축적으로 인한 이익(first-mover advantage)을 누릴 것이라는 주장과는 달리 장기 환경친화기업과 단기 환경친화기업 간의 수익성은 5% 유의수준하에서도 차이는 없으나 안정성은 단기 환경친화기업이 장기 환경친화기업보다 10% 유의수준하에서 양호하였다. 결론적으로, 지금까지 일반적으로 논란이 되어온 환경경영의 수행이 비용부담으로 기업의 경쟁력을 약화시킨다는 가설이나 고환경 비용산업의 경영성과가 저조할 것이라든지 기업의 규모에 따라 환경성과 상이하다든지 환경경영의 연수에 따라 경영성과가 차이가 날 수 있다는 가설은 우리나라 환경친화기업의 경우 대체로 만족하지 않는 것으로 나타났다.

친환경농산물 유통경로별 취급 비중과 특성 분석 (Analysis of Characteristic and Proportion treated by Distribution Channels for Environment-friendly Agricultural Products)

  • Since organized living cooperative associations sold their environment-friendly agricultural products directly to independent consumers in the past, the general distribution channels such as wholesalers had difficulty in handling these products. However, the ratio of distribution via wholesale channel has been gradually increased as consumption of environment-friendly agricultural products has expanded. This study is to address vitalization of wholesale distribution for environment-friendly agricultural products by gathering previous statistical data and analysis. In addition, statistical analysis are conducted by utilizing surveys on forwarders, consumers for environment-friendly agricultural products. As a result, the products producers ship are distributed through dealers at producers sites, producers cooperatives, or food process companies, food companies, internet shopping malls, large-scale distribution companies, consumer groups such as living cooperative associations, direct outlets at consumers sites, or exports. Among the channels, the large-scale distribution companies and franchised special shops account for 47%, the general supermarkets 15.7%, and living cooperative associations 14.6% respectively. By utilizing the research results on producers and consumers, and the distribution weight by channels for environment-friendly agricultural products, the distribution channels for living cooperative associations, wholesale markets, and large scale distribution companies are compared and evaluated. As a result, the level of producers' and consumers' satisfaction for them is the lowest since the low selling price for producers and high distribution margins.

친환경농업 실천농가들의 의식실태 분석 및 지속가능기반 구축방향 (Development Strategies for Sustainability of Environment-Friendly Agriculture Based on Farm Awareness Analysis)

  • The Purpose of this paper is to establish development strategies for sustainability of environment-Friendly agriculture based on farm awareness analysis. To analysis farm management, a series of farm household surveys were conducted on farmers residing in Embong-Myun. The sample size of the survey is 108 respectively. As a survey result, satisfaction level about market stability and understanding of upper organization is high, on the contrary, awareness of related organization is low in a relative sense. Most of farmers reveal their intention to sustain environment-Friendly agriculture but future agriculturalist and an ageing society that one face as well. In order to establish development strategies for sustainability of environment-Friendly agriculture, an infrastructure should be consistently expanded. On the other hand, self-supporting ability of farmer's organization and education system attempt to expand for sustainability.

친환경 요소가 적용된 국내외 공동주택 사례의 친환경성 비교 분석 연구 (Research on Comparative Analysis of Environment-friendly Features in the case of home and overseas Apartment house applied by Environment-friendly Factors)

  • Recently, there has been increasing concern for green growth and environment-friendly construction work is being revitalized; hereupon this study is going to understand the present situation of environment -friendly features of the apartment house through the case study of environment-friendly apartment house in and outside the country, and to suggest the developmental direction of the domestic apartment house. First, this study is to look into respective environment-friendly factors by considering the theoretical background of environment-friendliness and certification of environment-friendly structures, and analyzing the cases of apartment house in and outside the country. This study selected as the survey target the apartment buildings located at 5 places which were completed after 2003 and obtained the domestic 'Green Building Certification Criteria'[hereinafter, GBCC] in metropolitan areas in domestic cases and the survey target to the apartment building at 5 places which were completed after 2003 and obtained the US 'Leadership in Energy and Environment Design' [hereinafter, LEED] in overseas cases. For comparative analysis of each case, this study evaluated each case twice using GBCC and LEED to be more objective in evaluation. As a result, it was found that domestic cases focused on nature-friendly landscaping and the use of the certified products while overseas cases focused on minimizing the environmental impact such as raising the energy reduction ratio and reducing water resources and consumption of resources. Accordingly, there seems to be a need for practical energy-reduction & resources-saving scheme in order for domestic environment-friendly apartment buildings to reach the level of the LEED certification.

토픽모델링과 네트워크분석을 활용한 친환경농업 이슈분석에 관한 연구 (Analyzing Issues on Environment-Friendly Agriculture Using Topic Modeling and Network Analysis)

  • This study attempts to identify the flow of key topics and issues of research trends related to environment-friendly agriculture conducted around the 2000s in South Korea and compare them with the environment-friendly agriculture promotion plan to seek the level of consistency and the direction of future development of environment-friendly agriculture. For the analysis of environment-friendly agriculture research trends and policy consistency, 'topic modeling', which is suitable for subject classification of large amounts of unstructured data, and 'text network analysis', which visualizes the relationship between keywords as a network and interprets its characteristics, were utilized. Overall, active discussions were held on 'technical discussions for the production and cultivation of environment-friendly agricultural products' and 'food safety & consumer awareness', and keywords such as production, cultivation, consumption, and safety were consistently linked to other keywords regardless of time. In addition, it was found that the issue of environment-friendly agriculture was partially consistent with the policy direction of the period. Considering the fact that the ongoing '5th Environment-Friendly Agriculture Promotion Phase' emphasizes the strengthening of rural environment management and aims to ensure the continuous quantitative and qualitative development of environment-friendly agriculture, active discussions and research on its environmental contributions and management methods are needed.

친환경농산물의 인증마크가 소비자가치와 구매의도에 미치는 영향 - 조절초점과 해석수준의 조절효과를 중심으로 (The Effect of Hallmark of the Environment Friendly Agricultural Products on the Consumer Value and Purchase Intention - Centering around the Moderating Effect of Regulatory Focus and Construal Level)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 친환경농산물의 구체적인 마케팅연구 일환으로 친환경농산물의 품질인증마크가 주는 메시지 효과에 대해 다루고자 하며 또한 조절초점에 따른 설득지식의 활성화, 즉 조절초점 적합성이론을 친환경농산물의 품질인증마크(유기농산물 vs. 무농약농산물)에 적용시켜 봄으로서 친환경농산물의 품질인증마크에서도 소비자가치의 활성화 효과를 확인 해보았다. 연구결과, 친환경농산물의 품질인증마크(유기농산물 vs. 무농약농산물)는 서로 다른 조절초점을 가지고 있다는 것은 소비자들이 친환경농산물의 품질인증마크(유기농산물 vs. 무농약농산물)에 따라 얻고자하는 목표가 상이하다는 것을 보여준다. 또한 해석수준이론에 다른 적합한 설득커뮤니케이션 방법을 제시함으로서 개인의 성향적 맥락 하의 다양한 소비행동연구에 실무적 시사점을 제공해 줄 수 있을 것이라고 본다.

홍콩 친환경 재생공간의 친환경성 분석 (An Environment-friendly Analysis of Hong-kong Environment-friendly Reuse Space)

  • The purpose of this study is to extract environment-friendly planning elements to apply in Korea by putting together and reclassifying four foreign environment-friendly certification systems related to regeneration spaces - LEED in USA, CASBEE in Japan, BREEAM in England and BEAM in Hong Kong - and analyze and evaluate domestic and foreign spaces which were certified as Environment-friendly spaces in order to offer plan guidelines to raise awareness of the importance of environment-friendly elements in regeneration spaces and to encourage them. The concept and the characteristics of green building were studied through documentary survey. In addition, green certification system of the present domestic new spaces and foreign regeneration spaces was studied and assessment tools for indoor regenerated spaces-related green certification system were developed. With checklists which are developed in this study, level of going green of foreign spaces certified environment-friendly was assessed. Based on the results of this study, conclusions are as follows. As a result of case research of spaces-certified green of Hong-Kong's existing buildings with a developed checklist, application of general assessment part was all alike, but that of detailed assessment part was different. However, Hong Kong showed superiority in lighting energy saving, separate collection of recyclable domestic waste, recycling by-product and management. In addition, Hong Kong applied eco-friendly planning elements maintaining buildings in their condition as possible as it could with management, use of green program, replacement with high efficiency lighting, monitoring system, installation of recycling bins and energy saving by attaching reflective film.

유치원 친환경급식 실시에 따른 학부모의 인식도 및 유아의 식행동 (Parental Perception and Dietary Behaviors of Preschool Children with Environment-friendly Food Service in Kindergarten)

  • This study was conducted to investigate the differences in households, parental perception, and dietary behaviors of preschool children from kindergartens with environment-friendly food service (environment-friendly food service group; EFG) versus children from kindergartens with general food service (general food service group; GFG). We sought this basic information to examine the impact of environment-friendly agricultural products in preschool food services. Age, education level, and monthly family income of the EFG were significantly higher than the GFG. The frequency of purchasing environment-friendly agricultural products was significantly higher in the EFG than the GFG, with the most frequently purchased items in both groups being vegetables. The GFG had a significantly higher perception than the EFG in the superior quality of environment-friendly agricultural products; however, a greater proportion of the GFG than the EFG thought environment-friendly products were too expensive. The most frequent reason for purchasing environment-friendly agricultural products in both groups was safety. When purchasing environment-friendly agricultural products, the most important selection factor for the majority of both groups was the label certifying quality assurance. Both groups also considered price reduction as essential for promoting environment-friendly agricultural products. In regard to parental perceptions on food service in kindergarten, the EFG had a significantly higher satisfaction with the nutritional adequacy of the menu compared to the GFG. Both groups considered food safety and health as primary reasons for using environment-friendly foods in the preschool food service, with a greater proportion of the EFG than the GFG responding this way. There were significant differences between the EFG and GFG, as the main satisfaction from using environment-friendly foods in the EFG was safety, freshness, and good hygiene, whereas the main satisfaction in the GFG was a good food service menu, freshness and good hygiene. Dietary behaviors of preschool children in the EFG were also significantly superior to the GFG. Thus, environment-friendly agricultural products have positive effects on the dietary behaviors of preschool children and should be increased in the preschool food service. Lowering prices and a strict supervision of quality assurance is also necessary to promote consumption of environment-friendly food materials.
