In recently, the Korea government is concerning on non-point source pollution management to improve water quality. The objective of this paper is to investigate the improvement measurement for management of livestock wastes. As a result, we find that the National Pollution Source Survey is necessary to establish the unified database system with the Korea Statistics(KOSAT) in order to minimize the difference between relevant data. The investigation for environmental impact of livestock manure should be supported the designation of control areas and establishment of the technical guidelines including target material, monitoring site, standard method, etc. In addition, it should be followed by appropriate nutrient recycling and proper fertilizer usage based on social consultation and cost-benefit analysis.

Today, augmentation of industrial wastes with industrial development demands diminution and recycling technical development for industrial wastes reduction. A statistical research of industry and constructional wastes as a request of the times can achieve the conservation of resource and the protection of environment. The ultimate object of the study is not only diminution and recycling of industrial wastes but also the degree of self-sufficiency in resource and the attainment of comfortable life environment, which can the accomplish the resource circulation system and make progress into the environmentally advanced country. The object of this investigation is industrial classification, a waste discharge quantity, a waste sort, waste disposal of industrial wastes in Yeung-nam area. The investigation of special quality in industrial wastes can be used to establish a wastes management policy and a disposition method .

The quantity of construction and demolition waste has been greatly increasing recently. It causes many problems to the environment. For this reason, demolition waste management becomes inevitable in order to overcome the environmental issues. The present study aims to evaluate the effects of using recycled coarse aggregate, which is generated from construction and demolition waste, on the properties of recycled aggregate concrete. An experimental investigation on the strength characteristics of concrete made with recycled coarse aggregate is presented and discussed in this paper. In this study, Portland Pozzolana Cement (fly ash based) is used instead of ordinary Portland cement. The results of this investigation show the possibility of the use of recycled coarse aggregates in the production of fresh concrete. Use of demolition waste as coarse aggregate will lead to a cleaner environment with a significant reduction of the consumption of natural resources. A comparative study on the strength characteristics of recycled aggregate concrete made with Ordinary Portland Cement and Portland Pozzolana Cement is presented and discussed in this paper.
