우리나라에서 사회적기업은 양적 성장에도 불구하고 대체적으로 영세한 규모, 경영 역량과 기술 부족의 문제, 취약한 자원 확보 능력의 문제를 갖고 있으며, 이에 따라 사회적기업의 지속가능성에 대한 우려가 제기되고 있다. 그러나 이러한 환경 속에서도 영리기업과 차별화되는 사회적기업만의 특성은 사회적 미션을 갖고 있다는 점이다. 또한 사회적기업은 취약계층 근로자와 일반근로자가 함께 공존하는 특성을 지니며, 취약계층의 자립을 돕는 역할을 한다. 이러한 특성에 따라 사회적기업에서 조직구성원의 성공적인 조직사회화는 중요한 요소이다. 본 연구는 사회적기업의 사회적 미션이 비전공유를 통해서 사회적기업만의 경쟁력으로 활용될 수 있으며, 조직구성원의 조직사회화에도 긍정적인 영향을 줄 수 있을 것으로 보고 비전공유와 조직사회화 간의 관계를 연구하고자 하였으며, 비전공유와 조직사회화 간의 관계에서 조직건강의 매개효과를 밝히고자 하였다. 156명의 부산, 대구 소재 사회적기업 종사자들을 대상으로 실시한 조사 결과, 비전공유는 조직건강 및 조직사회화에 정(＋)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 비전공유와 조직사회화간의 관계에서 조직건강의 하위요소 중 활기와 공동체지향이 매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 조직의 비전이 공유될수록 자신이 속한 조직이 건강하다고 인식하며, 이를 통해 성공적인 조직사회화를 이룰 수 있음을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구를 바탕으로 취약계층을 포함한 사회적기업 조직구성원의 성공적인 조직사회화를 위한 방안을 제시할 수 있었다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 한계를 제시하였다.

Today, as the standard of customers is getting higher, the period "Value Consumption" has come. "Brand Stretching" which is to expand business from own field of business to "Fusion Design", "Art Collaboration" focusing on diversified demand and emotion of consumer is in trend. Global fashion enterprise which is particularly sensitive to trend and influential to various field of business, has now transformed to total lifestyle enterprise and now started to show off furniture design to improve the value and image of the brand. This thesis has classified methodological types to apply furniture design and background of furniture design in fashion enterprise, analyzed and examined cases, and interpreted the possibility and direction of understanding to furniture design in various aspects.

정부의 소상공인 정책자금, 교육, 컨설팅 지원에 대한 효과 분석을 통하여 정부지원정책이 경영성과에 미치는 영향과 소상공인특성이 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 고려한 구조모형 분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과 소상공인특성 및 정부지원정책은 경영성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 구조모형에서 유의한 독립변수는 고객진입용이성, 사업홍보용이성, 상품이동용이성, 고객확보용이성과 자금지원의 효과성, 교육지원규모, 교육지원의 효과성, 컨설팅지원규모의 만족도 등으로 나타났다.

Currently, many companies are trying to be more competitive by implementing the most appropriate software package, called ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning). ERP can support the company's business process. A repository, which can story and retrieve enterprise-wide information, is a key component of such software package. This paper implements an enterprise repository for the ERP. A wellknown repository standard, IRDS (Information Resource Dictionary System), is employed for the repository architecture. A meta schema that can help develop database, business applications, models, and workflow is proposed. To illustrate the practical usefulness, a real-life ERP prototype is built within the framework of the proposed repository.

This paper is to introduce the foreign civil military enterprise system and to suggest a plan to improve the employment rate of the discharged soldiers who served for a long term and the welfare of soldiers highly. At first, Military Professional Resources Inc., Dyncorp Inc. and Cubic Inc. of the United States, Sandline International Inc. of England and ATCO Frontec Inc. and Ednoonton Inc. of Canada are introduced in this paper. And also, this paper is to analyze employment conditions and difficulties of the discharged soldiers and suggest to establish a institute of tentatively named 'Korean Civil Military Enterprise' in terms of the Government and the Department of Defense. This civil military enterprise is to plan and manage military projects, to research and develop drill manuals and military doctrines and policies and to evaluate and manage the military training. As a pattern of civil military enterprises, three types of Military Support, Military Consulting and Military Provider are presented. Moreover, in order to advance the civil military enterprise, diverse training programs(for public civil investigators, guard advisors, special security guards and security staffs) to utilize all sorts of special military fields are developed.

In traditional approach, enterprise-wide consistent security policy enforcement for applications is very difficult task. Therefore, industry is now moving towards new unified enterprise application security concept that consist of centralized authentication and authorization mechanism. The eXtensible Access Control Markup Language (XACML); an XML-based standard defined by OASIS, is most suitable choice which can support centralized, role based, context aware access control mechanism. It is designed to provide universal standard for writing authorization policies and access control request/response language for managing access to the resources. This paper includes a brief overview on XACML and discusses its benefits, limitations and a data flow process. We propose a new generic access control architecture that supports enterprise wide centralized application level access control mechanism using XACML. The other benefits which can be achieved through this architecture are, reduce adnministration cost and complexity, support of heterogeneous computing platforms, centralized monitoring system, automatic fail over, scalability and availability, open standard based solution and secure communication.
