전라북도 일부 지역 치과위생사의 직무만족도 조사 - 치과의료기관 운영제도를 중심으로 - (A research on the job satisfaction of dental hygienists an area in Jeollabuk-do - The focus of management system -)

  • Purpose : This study was to figure out the factors affecting the job satisfaction of dental hygienists working in dental clinics. To gain the data to establish the systems for enhancing the job satisfaction of the dental hygienists. This research has been conducted dental hygienists working in dental clinics institutes located in Jeonju and Iksan city, Jeollabuk-do, korea. Methods : The collected data were analyzed by using an SPSS statistical program, obtaining the following results. Result : The average satisfactory level of the dental hygienists was 3.45 out of 5 points. The most important factor affecting of the job satisfaction was the relationship with patients as 3.83 points and the least influencing factor was the compensation as 3.09 points. The management system and the satisfactory level were also correlated. For each of details, communication structure and working environment showed the highest correlation with Pearson's correlation coefficient of 0.610. Among the management system the general job satisfaction according to the communicational structure was higher when they had better communication with dentists. Among the management system, the job satisfaction according to structural factors was higher when they have manuals for the job, when their job is taken partial charge of the responsibility As for job satisfaction by the welfare support factor in the clinic management system, the better an informal social gathering, the higher general job satisfaction. As for job satisfaction by the job autonomy factor in the clinic management system, the more evenly distributed job opportunities and chances of reeducation for professional development led to higher general job satisfaction. Conclusion : The compensation-related grade was the lowest among the 6 constituent factors of the job satisfaction, it seems that improvement of wages and incentives is required to enhance the satisfaction of the dental hygienists. Also, improving factors affecting the management system of the dental service institute can increase the job satisfaction since the job satisfaction was higher when the institutes have the better management system.

Overexpression of Brassica rapa GROWTH-REGULATING FACTOR genes in Arabidopsis thaliana increases organ growth by enhancing cell proliferation

  • GROWTH-REGULATING FACTOR (GRF) genes encode plant-specific transcription factors containing two conserved QLQ and WRC domains and play critical roles in regulating the growth and development of lateral organs, such as cotyledons, leaves, and flowers. To explore the agricultural potential of Brassica rapa GRF genes (BrGRFs), the researchers isolated seven BrGRFs (BrGRF3-1, 3-2, 5, 7, 8-1, 8-2, and 9) and constructed BrGRF-overexpressing Arabidopsis thaliana plants (BrGRF-OX). BrGRF-OX plants developed larger cotyledons, leaves, and flowers as well as longer roots than the wild type. The increase in size of these organs were due to increases in cell number, but not due to cell size. BrGRF-OX plants also had larger siliques and seeds. Furthermore, BrGRF-OX seeds produced more oil than the wild type. RT-PCR analysis revealed that BrGRFs regulated expression of a wide range of genes that are involved in gibberellin-, auxin-, cell division-related growth processes. Taken together, the data indicates that BrGRFs act as positive regulators of plant growth, thus raising the possibility that they may serve as a useful genetic source for crop improvement with respect to organ size and seed oil production.

우슬 추출물이 흰쥐 좌골신경 손상 후 좌골신경의 기능회복에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Aqueous Extract of Achyranthes Japonica on Functional Recovery in Sciatic Nerve after Crushed Sciatic Nerve Injury in Rats)

  • Objectives : Peripheral nerve injuries are commonly encountered clinical problem and often result in severe functional deficits. The aim of this study is to evaluate the effects of aqueous extract of Achyranthes japonica(AJ) on functional recovery in sciatic nerve after crushed sciatic nerve injury. Methods : In the present study, the animals in the AJ-treated groups received the aqueous extract of AJ at the respective doses orally for 13 consecutive days. In order to assess the effects of the aqueous extract of AJ on function recovery in crushed sciatic nerve injury, sciatic functional index(SFI) was performed. c-Fos expression in the paraventricular nucleus(PVN) and ventrolateral periaqueductal gray(vIPAG), and neurofilament, and the expressions of brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF), nerve growth factor(NGF) following crushed sciatic nerve injury in rats were investigated. For this, immunohistochemistry and western blot were performed. Results : In the present study, crushed sciatic nerve injury showed characteristic gait changes showing decrease of SFI value and treatment with the aqueous extract of AJ significantly enhanced the SFI value. Neurofilament expression in the sciatic nerve was decreased by crushed sciatic nerve injury and treatment with the AJ increased neurofilament expression. The expressions of BDNF and NGF in the sciatic nerve were increased following crushed sciatic nerve injury and treatment with the AJ significantly controlled the sciatic nerve injury-induced increment of BDNF and NGF expressions. c-Fos expressions in the PVN and vIPAG were increased following crushed sciatic nerve injury and treatment with the AJ significantly suppressed the sciatic nerve injury-induced increment of c-Fos expressions. Conclusions : These results suggest that AJ treatment after crushed sciatic nerve injury is effective in the functional recovery by enhancing axonal regeneration and suppressing of pain.

$ZnWO_4$ 소결특성 및 고주파 유전특성 (Sintering and Microwave Dielectric Properties of $ZnWO_4$)

  • In this study, development of a new LTCC material using non-glassy system was attempted with respect to reducing the fabrication process steps and cost down. Lowering the sintering temperature can be achieved by liquid phase sintering. However, presence of liquid phases usually decrease dielectric properties, especially the quality factor. Therefore, the starting material must have quality factor as high as possible in microwave frequency range. And also, the material should have a low dielectric constant for enhancing the signal propagation speed. Regarding these factors, dielectric constants of various materials were estimated by the Clausius-Mosotti equation. Among them, ZnWO$_4$ was turned out the suitable LTCC material. ZnWO$_4$ can be sintered up to 98% of full density at 105$0^{\circ}C$ for 3 hours. It's measured dielectric constant, quality factor, and temperature coefficient of resonant frequency were 15.5, 74380GHz, and -70ppm/$^{\circ}C$, respectively In order to modify the dielectric properties and densification temperature, B$_2$O$_3$ and V$_2$O$_{5}$ were added to ZnWO$_4$. 40 mol% B$_2$O$_3$ addition reduced the dielectric constant from 15.5 to 12. And the temperature coefficient of resonant frequency was improved from -70 to -7.6ppm/$^{\circ}C$. However, sintering temperature did not change due to either lack of liquid phase or high viscosity of liquid phase. Incorporation of small amount of V$_2$O$_{5}$ in ZnWO$_4$-B$_2$O$_3$ system enhanced liquid phase sintering. 0.lwt% V$_2$O$_{5}$ addition to the 0.6ZnWO$_4$-0.4B$_2$O$_3$ system, reduced the sintering temperature down to 95$0^{\circ}C$ Dielectric constant, quality factor, and temperature coefficient of resonant frequency were 9.5, 16737GHz, and -21.6ppm/$^{\circ}C$ respectively.ively.

외식 서비스 제공자의 서비스 품질 인식이 고객 충성도에 미치는 영향 (Effect of the Service Providers′Perceived Service Quality on Customer Loyalty in Restaurants)

  • Due to the diversification of the food industry and its heightened competition, the marketing strategy to be required the most would be to improve competitiveness by enhancing customer loyalty as a resulting variable of customer satisfaction. Thus, this study, taking a food service provider as a subject, is to find factors and the scope of the perceived quality ; and to analyze how far the perceived service quality factor as such could explain customer′s overall satisfaction and customer loyalty ; finally to provide basic data for establishing a customer satisfaction marketing strategy as related to customer loyalty. The results of the study are as below. 1) 25 factors of service quality perceived by a food service provider have been categorized into 8 independent dimensions through factor analysis. Each of them are named ′Employee attitude′, ′Cleanliness′, ′Reputation′, ′Reliability′, ′Food′, ′Price′, ′Convenience′, ′Variety′, all of which explain 64.3% of the service again quality perception level. 2) After classifying customers into 3 groups according to two criteria -"will buy the service again" and "will suggest it to others" and making a pair of service providers with each customer, each customer loyalty group compared the service quality perception factor of the food service provider. The result was that the group having both the " will buy the service again" and "will suggest to others" criteria, that is, with higher loyalty, tend to have higher points than other group s in the dimension of ′Employee attitude′ and ′ Cleanliness′(p〈0.05), which means these two dimensions are closely related to customer loyalty. 3) From a regression analysis for the service quality perception level of the food service provider and overall satisfaction, it has been found that : the regression models are different for each group, that ′Employee attitude′ seems to be related more closely to the group with higher loyalty(p〈0.05); that the ′Price′dimension is found to be a meaningful factor to the group categorized not having "will buy the service again" and "will suggest to others" criteria(p〈0.05).

Chronic cold stress-induced myocardial injury: effects on oxidative stress, inflammation and pyroptosis

  • Background: Hypothermia is a crucial environmental factor that elevates the risk of cardiovascular disease, but the underlying effect is unclear. Objectives: This study examined the role of cold stress (CS) in cardiac injury and its underlying mechanisms. Methods: In this study, a chronic CS-induced myocardial injury model was used; mice were subjected to chronic CS (4℃) for three hours per day for three weeks. Results: CS could result in myocardial injury by inducing the levels of heat shock proteins 70 (HSP70), enhancing the generation of creatine phosphokinase-isoenzyme (CKMB) and malondialdehyde (MDA), increasing the contents of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), high mobility group box 1 (HMGB1) interleukin1b (IL-1β), IL-18, IL-6, and triggering the depletion of superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), and glutathione (GSH). Multiple signaling pathways were activated by cold exposure, including pyroptosis-associated NOD-like receptor 3 (NLRP3)-regulated caspase-1-dependent/Gasdermin D (GSDMD), inflammation-related toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4)/myeloid differentiation factor 88 (MyD88)-mediated nuclear factor kappa B (NF-κB), and mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK), as well as oxidative stressinvolved thioredoxin-1/thioredoxin-interacting protein (Txnip) signaling pathways, which play a pivotal role in myocardial injury resulting from hypothermia. Conclusions: These findings provide new insights into the increased risk of cardiovascular disease at extremely low temperatures.

온라인 쇼핑에서 소비자가 지각하는 공정성의 구조에 대한 탐색적 연구 (An Exploratory Study of Fairness Structure in the Context of the Online Shopping)

  • 공정성이슈는 마케팅 및 조직심리학 등의 경영학 관련 분야에서 폭넓게 연구되어 왔다. 본 연구의 목적은 공정성을 구성하는 하부 요인들의 구조를 탐색적으로 연구하고, 이들로 구성된 상위 요인의 공정성이 고객만족과 구전의도에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 있다. 본 연구를 위해 61개 온라인 쇼핑몰업체에서 제품을 구매한 경험이 있는 소비자로부터 데이터를 수집하였다. 수집된 데이터는 LISREL 8.5를 이용한 구조방정식 모델을 통해 분석되었다. 공정성 요인은 기존의 분배, 절차, 상호작용 공정성 등의 세 가지 차원보다는 네 가지 차원(분배, 절차, 대인, 정보공정성)으로 구성되어 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 이들 네 가지 차원의 공정성은 상위의 전반적 공정성을 구성하고 이 전반적 공정성은 고객만족과 구전의도에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 온라인 쇼핑몰이 좀 더 긍정적인 고객만족과 구전의도를 얻기 위해서는 소비자가 지각하는 공정성의 차원을 좀 더 다양하고 다각적인 측면으로 접근해야 한다고 제안된다.

2, 3 자유면 발파의 굴진율 및 비장약량 비교 (Comparison of advance rate and powder factor of two- and three-free-face blasting)

  • 터널 발파에서 굴진율은 공사기간과 공사비에 영향을 미치는 중요한 요소이므로 굴진율 증대를 위한 발파공법개발 연구가 계속해서 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 굴진율 증대를 위한 새로운 발파패턴 개발을 위한 기초자료 확보를 목적으로 2, 3 자유면 발파의 굴진율과 비장약량의 차이를 비교하고자 하였다. 대형 시멘트 모르타르 시험체를 제작하여 2, 3 자유면 발파실험을 수행하고, 실험 결과를 수치해석 결과와 비교하였다. 동일 조건하에서 2자유면 발파보다 3자유면 발파 시 귤진율이 크게 증가하였고, 비장약량은 감소하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 3자유면을 활용한 발파패턴 개발에 활용될 것이며, 이를 통한 터널 및 노천 발파에 있어서의 굴진율 증대 및 천공 수와 화약량 감소 효과를 기대한다.

전공계열별 대학생의 분노표현, 긍정적 사고, 감사성향과 특성분노 (College Students' Anger Expression, Positive Thinking, Gratitude, and Trait Anger according to College Majors)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate the differences in the characteristics of anger expression, positive thinking, gratitude, and trait anger, and factors affecting trait anger in college majors. Methods: The participants were 339 college students and recruited from two universities in P and D cities. Data were analyzed with descriptive analysis, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and stepwise regression analysis using the SPSS/WIN 20.0 program. Results: There were significant differences in anger-in, anger-control, positive thinking, gratitude, and trait anger according to college majors. Moreover, anger-out was a significant factor of trait anger in all college majors. Positive thinking was a significant factor of trait anger in all college majors but natural sciences college. In terms of art, music and physical education college. Three subscales of anger expression and positive thinking were significant factors of trait anger in art music and physical education colleges majors. Conclusion: The finding of this study suggests strategies for promoting appropriate anger expression techniques and enhancing positive thinking of college students in order to decrease trait anger.

사회경제적 특성과 도로망구조를 고려한 고속도로 교통량 예측 오차 보정모형 (A Model to Calibrate Expressway Traffic Forecasting Errors Considering Socioeconomic Characteristics and Road Network Structure)

  • PURPOSES : This study is to investigate the relationship of socioeconomic characteristics and road network structure with traffic growth patterns. The findings is to be used to tweak traffic forecast provided by traditional four step process using relevant socioeconomic and road network data. METHODS: Comprehensive statistical analysis is used to identify key explanatory variables using historical observations on traffic forecast, actual traffic counts and surrounding environments. Based on statistical results, a multiple regression model is developed to predict the effects of socioeconomic and road network attributes on traffic growth patterns. The validation of the proposed model is also performed using a different set of historical data. RESULTS : The statistical analysis results indicate that several socioeconomic characteristics and road network structure cleary affect the tendency of over- and under-estimation of road traffics. Among them, land use is a key factor which is revealed by a factor that traffic forecast for urban road tends to be under-estimated while rural road traffic prediction is generally over-estimated. The model application suggests that tweaking the traffic forecast using the proposed model can reduce the discrepancies between the predicted and actual traffic counts from 30.4% to 21.9%. CONCLUSIONS : Prediction of road traffic growth patterns based on surrounding socioeconomic and road network attributes can help develop the optimal strategy of road construction plan by enhancing reliability of traffic forecast as well as tendency of traffic growth.
