현실세계의 기본이 되는 사회규범 및 윤리교육이 있듯이 인터넷 기반의 사이버 세계에서도 윤리교육을 필요로 하는데, 이에 대한 교육 및 대처가 많이 부족하다. 특히, 국내외의 경우, 반복적인 학습이나 다양한 매체를 통해 일괄적으로 제시하는 방법을 통해 인터넷윤리교육을 진행하고 있으나, 체계적인 방법론을 제시하고 있지 못하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 스마트폰 기반의 스토리텔링 기법을 통한 새로운 인터넷윤리 교육방법을 제시하고자 한다. 특히, 기존 방법과 달리 새로운 인증프로그램, 수준별 맞춤 교육기법, 양방향 커뮤니케이션 기법, 유해정보 인증 방법 등 M-learning 기반으로 적용하여 효율적이고 구체적인 교육방법을 제시하였다.

In this paper, we surveyed from students and professors of Hanbat National University to examine the current state of running the introductory engineering design and to derive the direction of future improvements of the subject. A total of 783 students from nine departments and 12 professors who are in charge of the introductory engineering design participated in the present questionnaire evaluation. Outcome categories of the interest in their major and the learning of design theory appears relatively lower than other learning outcomes of the introductory engineering design course. Accordingly, it is determined that the theoretical aspects of designing should be emphasized in performing a team project. The design process, writing and presentation ability, teamwork theory are dealt in more than 70% of the departments, but engineering ethics, patent, visualization education had not been addressed in a number of departments due to their department characteristics. While a lesson outcome of the creativity resulted in the largest for the students, most of the professor feel difficult in increasing the creativity. It is urgent to develope of teaching methods in order to promote the creativity in the introductory engineering design course.

정보화 역기능 현상에 대한 근본적인 대처 방안은 사용자의 정보 윤리적 관점에서 다각적으로 침해 사고에 대해 예측하고 평가하여 정보화 사회가 인간 중심의 바람직한 사회가 될 수 있도록 건전한 윤리 의식을 확립하는 것이다. 하지만, 현재의 정보통신윤리교육은 교육 목표와 내용에 있어서 균형성을 상실하여, 역기능 측면에만 치우치고, 학습자인 학생에게 자율적으로 선택하여 행동할 수 있는 능력을 키워주기보다는 일방적으로 설정된 내용을 전수하는 학습 형태를 벗어나지 못하고 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 정보통신윤리교육에 대한 자기주도적 학습 방법을 웹 기반에서 적용될 수 있는 학습 콘텐츠 모형을 구현한다. 이를 위해 웹 콘텐츠를 이용하여 학습자 스스로가 개별 학습을 수행할 수 있고, 학습내용에 대한 보충 심화 반복 등의 자기주도적인 학습이 가능하도록 설계하였다.

As the economic society develops very exceedingly, the gap of production and consumption elarges gradually. So the current function to connect them and the function to communicate are needed. I think the advertisement take the charge of this role. This advertisement is so essential to today's economic society that its power influences variably both the economic society and the consumers. The enterprisers, advertising owners stick to the maximization of profits and neglect the principle of true advertisements. They but tise not the information for the consumers to choose reasonably but the false, exaggerating advertisement and unfair manifestation very frequently, which is the main trouble in the current problems of consumption. Therefore, on the one hand, in this study from protecting the consumers not to be involved in the false, exaggerating advertisements, the establishment of advertising ethics as advertising owner's self-control is discussed. On the other hand, the legal control regulation in Korea, involving Japan and U.S.A. are analyzed. The cases of false, exaggerating advertisements and unfair manifestation in Korea are also demonstrated. Finally, the proposals to improve the advertisements are made from the Point of government, enterprisers, and consumers.

PPPs in international development cooperation can be challenging due limited capacities in the country, weaknesses in terms of policy and legislative frameworks, differences in mindsets, values, work ethics and hierarchical structures as well as cultural issues. These can lead to misunderstandings and implementation problems. However, a careful assessment of the situation on the ground, stakeholder analysis and needs assessment can help to identify potential bottlenecks and address capacity constraints that could slowdown operations. A sound understanding of local power dynamics and work practices can help to put in place an exit strategy which will enhance the projects' sustainability. Making sure that goals and objectives are understood in the same way by all partners, establishing an ongoing and respectful dialogue between them, as well as transparent implementation and monitoring mechanisms can also contribute to the PPP's success and increase the likeliness to make a difference in the lives of those in needs.

본 논문은 메타버스 환경에서 대화형 AI가 어떻게 윤리적으로 진화될 수 있을지에 대한 솔루션을 UX(사용자경험) 관점으로 찾아보는 기술 전략 연구이다. 대화형 AI는 사람들과의 직접적인 인터랙션을 통해 사람들의 온·오프라인의 결정요소에 영향을 미치기 때문에 메타버스 AI 윤리가 필수적으로 반영되어야 한다. 대화형 AI의 머신러닝의 과정에는 사용자 개인의 경험데이터와 함께 문화적 코드들이 포함되고 고려되어야 사용자경험의 오류값을 줄일 수 있다. 이를 통해 초 개인화된 메타버스의 서비스가 사회적 가치를 고려하며 윤리적으로 진화할 수 있다. 위와 같은 가설을 기반으로 본 논문의 연구 결과로 메타버스 서비스 환경에서 컨택스트 기반의 대화형 AI를 위한 머신러닝(ML)과정에 사용자의 경험데이터를 추가한 선행적 관점의 개념 모델을 개발, 제안하였다.

This study explores the effects of an SSI-based program focused on character and values for engineering college students. The participants were fifty-four students enrolled in the program. Data sources include the students' responses to the Likert-type questionnaire on character and values as well as qualitative data such as classroom dialogues, assignment essays and field notes. The results indicate that the program significantly contributed to the enhancement of the engineering college students' perception of character and values, especially in the sub-components, sustainable development, perspective-taking, and willingness to act. In addition, the qualitative data reveals the nuances of the students' responses in the classroom dialogue and essays related to the sub-components. Based on the results, the author compares the participants' responses to other students in previous research which reported the effects of an SSI-based program on character and values. Compared to the other students, the engineering students in this study cultivated willingness to act through the SSI-based program, without improvement in most of the emotional aspects of character and values.

This study evaluated the engineering students' ethical sensitivity to an AI emotion recognition robot scenario and explored its characteristics. For data collection, 54 students (27 majoring in Convergence Electronic Engineering and 27 majoring in Computer Software) were asked to list five factors regarding the AI robot scenario. For the analysis of ethical sensitivity, it was checked whether the students acknowledged the AI ethical principles in the AI robot scenario, such as safety, controllability, fairness, accountability, and transparency. We also categorized students' levels as either informed or naive based on whether or not they infer specific situations and diverse outcomes and feel a responsibility to take action as engineers. As a result, 40.0% of students' responses contained the AI ethical principles. These include safety 57.1%, controllability 10.7%, fairness 20.5%, accountability 11.6%, and transparency 0.0%. More students demonstrated ethical sensitivity at a naive level (76.8%) rather than at the informed level (23.2%). This study has implications for presenting an ethical sensitivity evaluation tool that can be utilized professionally in educational fields and applying it to engineering students to illustrate specific cases with varying levels of ethical sensitivity.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a prominent topic in almost every field. In Korea, Systems Engineering (SE) procedures are applied in Defense Acquisition, and it is anticipated that SE procedures will also be applied to systems incorporating AI capabilities. This study explores the applicability of the concepts "AI4SE (AI for SE)" and "SE4AI (SE for AI)," which have been proposed in the United States, to the Korean context. The research examines the feasibility of applying these concepts, identifies necessary tasks, and proposes implementation strategies. For the AI4SE, many attempts and studies applying AI to SE Processes both Requirements & Architectures Define, System implementation & V&V, and Sustainment. It needs Explainability and Security. For the SE4AI, the Functional AI implementation level, Quality & Security of the Data-set, AI Ethics, and Review policies are needed. Furthermore, it provides perspectives on how these two concepts should ultimately converge and suggests future directions for development.
