학생들이 인지한 학습성과 달성도와 학점과의 상관관계 연구 (A Study on the Correlation between Students' Perceptions on the Achievement of Program Outcomes and Grades)

  • 본 연구에서는 공학계열 학생들이 인지한 학생 자신의 학습성과 달성도와 교수가 학생에게 부여한 학점간의 상관관계를 분석하고자 하였다. 서울 시내에 있는 두 개 대학의 공통된 4개 프로그램을 연구대상으로 하여 2006년도 1학기 말에 실시한 프로그램 학습성과 달성도 평가 결과와 해당 학기 학점 자료를 비교, 분석함으로써 학생들의 자기평가와 교수의 학생평가간의 관계를 알아보았다. 또한 그 분석 결과를 토대로 하여 공학교육인증 제도의 운영, 특히 학습성과 달성도 평가 방법에 관한 개선책을 제안해 보았다.

  • 본 연구는 평생학습의 개념과 교육방법 및 목표, 평생학습 능력의 요인과 외국 공과대학에서 이루어지고 있는 평생학습 능력 개발 사례를 살펴봄으로써 우리나라 공과대학 학생들이 평생학습 능력을 개발시킬 수 있도록 제언을 하였다. 이를 위하여 평생학습을 주요어로 하여 개념, 교육방법 및 목표, 평생학습 능력 요인, 적용 사례를 중심으로 '문헌연구'를 실시하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 공과대학 학생들이 평생학습 능력을 개발하기 위한 전략과 시사점을 제시하였다. 후속 연구로 보다 실증적인 연구를 통해 실제 적용 가능한 프로그램을 개발하고 효과에 대한 검증이 필요하다.

  • This study was carried out to investigate the relationship between mechanical properties and damping capacity in high manganese austenitic stainless steel with two phase mixed structure of reversed austenite and deformation induced martensite. Reversed austenite of ultra-fine grain size less than $0.3{\mu}m$ was obtained by reversion treatment. Two phase structure of deformation induced martensite and reversed austenite was obtained by annealing treatment at range of $500^{\circ}C{\sim}700^{\circ}C$ for various time in cold rolled high manganese austenite stainless steel. In stainless steel with two phase mixed structure of martensite and austenite, damping capacity decreased rapidly with the increasing hardness and strength. With the increasing elongation, damping capacity was increased rapidly and then, slowly increased.

Study on the calculation methods to determine the scale of the sponge city facilities in residential area----- taking Shenzhen as an example

  • The sponge city construction is being carried out in China, and how to reasonably determine the scale of the sponge city facilities is a key point that the planners and designers should seriously solve. In this paper, taking determination of the sponge city facilities in a residential building in Shenzhen as an example, the layout and scales of the rainwater tanks, raingardens, ecological roofs and permeable pavements are decided by using the volumetric method and stormwater management model (SWMM). The calculated results by the two methods are compared and analyzed. The results show that the scales of the sponge city facilities determined by the two methods are almost the same, and it means that any method can be used to determine the scale of sponge city facilities. The volumetric method is relatively simple, and it is suggested to use to determine the scale of sponge city facilities during planning stage. While SWMM is more complex and requires a lot of input conditions, but it can provide the reduction effects of the sponge city facilities for rainfalls with different recurrence periods. Therefore, SWMM is recommended to use the calculation of the hydrological process of the sponge city facilities during the design stage.

  • Al alloys are useful materials having high specific strength and are used in machining of parts having thin-walled structures for weight reduction in aircraft, automobiles, and portable devices. In machining of thin-walled structures, it is difficult to maintain dimensional accuracy because machining deformation occurs because of cutting forces and heat in the cutting zone. Thus, cutting conditions and methods need to be investigated and cutting signals need to be analyzed to diagnose and minimize machining deformation and thereby enhance machining quality. In this study, an investigation on cutting conditions to minimize machining deformation and an analysis on characteristics of cutting signals when machining deformation occurs are conducted. Cutting signals for the process are acquired by using an accelerometer and acoustic emission (AE) sensor. Signal characteristics according to the cutting conditions and the relation between machining deformation and cutting signals are analyzed.

  • This paper proposes a method to predict chatter vibration generated in milling processes and to enhance machining quality and surface finish. Chatter vibration is a common problem in the milling of thin walls and floors. It causes a poor surface finish, or even marks, to appear on the final machined surface. Therefore, an effective method is necessary to predict chatter vibration in machine tools. In this investigation, chatter vibration is measured by an accelerometer, microphone, and Acoustic Emission (AE) sensor in a machining operation. Based on the results of the experiment, a microphone can be applied for the prediction of chatter vibration in milling processes.

플라즈마 이온 확산법에 의해 타이타늄 합금 표면층에 형성된 TiC층에 관한 연구 (Surface Characteristics of TiC Layer Formed on Ti Alloys by Plasma Ion Carburizing)

  • The TiC layer was formed on Ti and Ti alloys by plasma carburizing method. The main experimental parameters for plasma car boozing were temperature and time. XRD, EDX, hardness test and corrosion test were employed to analyze the evolution and material properties of the layer. The preferred orientation of TiC layers is (220) at treated temperature of $700^{\circ}C\;and\;880^{\circ}C$ However, it is changed to (200) at temperature of $800^{\circ}C$ The thickness of carbide layer increase with increasing carburizing temperature. Highest hardness of hardened layer formed on CP-Ti was obtained at the carburizing condition of processing temperature $880^{\circ}C$ and processing time 1080min. The corrosion potential of carburizing specimen was higher than untreated CP-titanium, and corrosion potential increased as carburizing temperature and time increased. Thus the corrosion resistance of CP-Ti was greatly enhanced after plasma carburizing treatment.

  • This research is intended to grasp the characteristics of heat flow inside auxiliary power device engine room to obtain the design basic data through numerical analysis and experiment. For experiment cost reduction, numerical analysis was done to obtain quantitative data by observing the change in temperature distribution of major parts according to changes in normal condition, incompressible condition, engine surface heat emission rate and absorption temperature with the use of commercial STAR-CD. The experiment was done by grasping the temperature distribution of major interested parts inside engine room in loaded and unloaded conditions during engine operation. The temperature distribution data here will serve as useful design data during APU engine room designing.

  • 현재 음향기술은 전 세계적으로 다양한 형태의 교육기관에서 다양한 수준으로 교육이 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 미국과 유럽 소재 대학의 대학원 과정의 음향 기술 커리큘럼에 대해서 분석하였다. 대상은 미국음향학회(ASA)와 오디오 엔지니어협회(AES)에 링크된 대학원의 석사과정을 대상으로 하였으며, 각 교육과정을 교육목표와 특징에 따라 3 가지 유형으로 분류하고 각 유형별로 대표적인 사례를 고찰하였다. 제안된 내용은 급변하는 디지털 융복합 시대에 효과적인 음향 기술 교육 체계를 구축하는데 유용한 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

  • Nowadays, IT that leads information era is closely connected to our lives. The importance of training human resources for global empowerment on IT is being emphasized all over the world. With the growth of international society, the cultivation of global human resources now includes the cultivation of future human resources and the educations related with the career development program. However, the programs that colleges are operating for the cultivation of global human resources have been limited only to supporting the participation in international training program, operating camp and conferences, etc. On the contrary, to give many learners chances of experiencing courses for global empowerment and employment capability, We are operating the Internet of Everything online education program with Cisco Networking Academy Korea. Based on the management cases of Internet of Everything online education program, this thesis is suggesting a career program on global empowerment that many learners can experience, different from the limitation of the existing program.
